Repost @helsinkicityrunningday ⭐Luukku 6⭐Hyvää itsenäisyyspäivää!🇫🇮💙Tänään HCRD-joulukalenterin ottaa haltuun HCRD Ambassadors -tiimiin kuuluva Lotta!🏃‍♀️ Lotta on vuosien varrella työskennellyt Suomen Urheiluliitossa eri tehtävissä, mutta vaikuttaa tällä hetkellä työtehtävien puolesta muualla, kansainvälisen markkinoinnin parissa. SUL:lla Lotta on edelleen mukana vetämässä HCRD-yhteislenkkejä ja kouluttautui juuri myös yleisurheiluohjaajaksi. Lisäksi Lotta on aina jollain tapaa apuna myös HCRD-tapahtumassa. Lokakuussa uusin aluevaltaus oli liikenteenohjaus, jossa Lotta osoittautui luonnonlahjakkuudeksi ja sai arvosanan 10/10!😉💪 Työt ja lapsiperhearki pitävät Lotan kiireisenä, joten rakkaalle harrastukselle juoksulle on löytynyt viime vuosina vaihtelevasti aikaa. Viime aikoina Lotta on kuntouttanut lihasepätasapainoisuuksista johtuvaa vammaa. Ensisijaisena tavoitteena onkin nyt saada kroppa kuntoutettua, jotta se kestää juoksua ja muita suosikkilajeja kuten futista. Pikkuhiljaa Lotta haluaisi myös nostaa harjoittelumääriä sellaiselle tasolle, jotta voisi kisata veteraanikisoissa ja aikanaan parannella myös omia aikuisiän ennätyksiä niin radalla kuin maantielläkin. Lotalla on taskussa nuoruusvuosilta muutama SM-mitali, joten kilpailuintoa löytyy edelleen, mutta lapsiperhearki hieman asettaa rajoja treenaamiselle.✨ Ensi keväänä Lotta on mukana HCRD:ssa, mutta matka on vielä mietinnässä. Varmaa on kuitenkin se, että koko perhe asettuu Helsinki Minimarathonin lähtöviivalle heti lauantaiaamusta 15.5.2021! 😍 Lotan Instagram-päivässä on tänään luvassa mm. lenkkiä sekä vinkkejä siihen, millä tavalla Lotta kuntouttaa lantion/pakaran alueella sijaitsevia lihasepätasapainoisuuksia. Helsinki City Running Day’s #hcrdambassadors Kick Off took place today at Sporttitalo IN PERSON!!! It was really great to meet and network with other ambassadors and to hear news from the event partners: I am again impressed by the Craft’s Circle (sustainability promise) and the amazing technical advancements by Garmin and their new Fenix line (I am afraid that Fenix 7S is calling my name) 🤦🏻‍♀️. New releases by Brooks looked awesome and ArkiWellness mobility and coordination training was a great start for me after 2 months of flus and illnesses. Fun day, run day! 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃‍♂️🏃🏻‍♀️ In the morning kids took part at @espoorantamaraton’s #rantatonni and loved it! We can’t wait until @helsinkiminimarathon in two weeks! Later that day kids and dad went to Leppävaara’s Angry Birds park while I had quality time at the track. ✨Running on the track for change! ✨ Today I did a maximum training on track at Leppävaara. My husband was out for the night so my mom came for rescue. Kids and her 👦👧👵🏻 spent most of the time at the Angry Birds park and I had quality time for the workout. 🏃🏻‍♀️💨 They joined me when it was time for cool down run and both kids did a lap with me. Good for them: we have plans for the Rantatonni @espoorantamaraton and @helsinkiminimarathon kid runs this autumn! 😊🍁🍂 ✨P.S. Silvia and I paced a training run （1 hour, 9 km, 7:05/km) at Pirkkola today. If you are interested, please join the free runs organized by @helsinkicityrunningday w/@craftsportswearfin every other week. Four groups running different pace help you to keep your speed right and motivate your run. Silvia was a silent partner (perhaps training mentally for @helsinkiminimarathon )😴 but I had 17 other runners to keep company with！🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏼🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏻‍♂️ I took them around my neighborhood and then into the forest.
