So I recently got into Godzilla Minus One and in the novelization Godzilla made a symbiotic relationship with the islanders where they would give him gifts and in return he gives them fish.

Now imagine that with Sea Serpent Reader where she travels island to island and they see her as a protector/goddess of the ocean and gives her gift (nothing to drastic like a sacrifice) and in return she gives them food and protection. Let's say the that island manages to piss of the world government to the point of a buster call or Imu is about to destroy their island. Newsflash! Reader arrives and saves them and shows them the strength of what an enrage Sea Serpent can do

OKAY OKAY I CAN SEE HOW THIS ASK GOES

Ever since Sea Serpent! Reader awoken from their deep slumber and just swimming island to island, helping marine life and bringing seafood stock up to smaller island, Sea Serpent! Reader is just exploring the world and stuff trying not to get noticed by the World Government.

One normal day you saw a small island that was newly destroyed, most of its town were burnt to crisp and the island was tilting to the ocean surrounding it. You quickly try to see what happened and you were relieved to see that their were still people but all of them were badly hurt and were slowly dying because of famine and their wounds, you quickly realized that this was a work of buster call, you quickly get to work, having a HUGE body came also with ridiculous strength, so you use your strength you tilted the island to its normal landscape making sure that it won't ever tilt again, but by causing so the survivor's of that island came out of their hiding spot and and saw the gigantic beast aka you come out the water to see your work, the survivor's were shocked and thought that you were there to end the last remaining of them but before they can throw more insults at you, they were greeted with your hand that opened to reveal a handful of fishes, and when you put it all down you went to your human form, you then came up to them to see that they were also badly injured and they didn't have much supplies. Since you've lived for a thousand or even millions of years and gathering knowledge, you slowly helped the villagers to be in shape, using your many years of knowledge of how to treat injured people and rebuilding the island again.

Slowly but surely the islanders saw you as a deity for how you help them during their worst, and for your endless kindness they keep on giving foods after your long voyage and they even built a shine for you and for the islanders to give their offerings to you. You tried your best to explain to them that you don't need the offerings after all they need it more then you but they truly insisted no matter how many times you visit to check up on them your shrine would be filled with many delicious foods that were still piping hot, and the islander would even throw festivals when you come and visit, all the island kids will jump on your tail and use it as a slide, you can't decline or say no to them and with that you gave to accept the offerings they gave you.

And when the World Government sniffed this out that the country they tried to destroy was infact now striving and being helped by a "Sea deity" they immediately called for another buster call on the island.

When your heard the calls of help of the island, you swam as fast as you could and as your entrance you crushed a NAVY ship with you huge tail, they shouldst really have enrage the Sea Serpent themselves now they have to pay the price of the innocent civilians they hurted before.

AA such a cool ask tbh! I can see that this is how the World Government took noticed on Sea Serpent! Reader!!
