Three times a week, there will be a brand new trivia question to test your knowledge of hermits, events, builds, and stories. These questions will be presented in the form of 7 day polls.

Questions will be posted Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at 8am CST (figure out what that means for your own time zone) and run for one week. Answers will be posted the day after a poll concludes. So, a Saturday poll will conclude the following Saturday and be answered that Sunday.

This posting schedule is subject to change depending on how many questions are submitted. If no one submits questions and I have to come up with them all myself, I might have to ration them and cut back on posts.

I recently started watching Scar's s4 and realized something really awesome:

So, s4 was Scar's debut season as a hermit. He had a landscaping shop called Leaf Your Diamonds, similar in principle to the landscaping service from s7 most people here are probably more familiar with. But Leaf Your Diamonds was a giant tree. It was a giant tree that he, more than once, referred to as an "elven tree." At one point, when he said this to Tango, Tango told him he should be handing out cookies. Sond like anything that happened this season?

Also, the theme of Scar's s4 base was a wild west outpost, which is probably why he was so drawn to Jimmy's Tumble Town in the HermitEmpires crossover.

I just thought it was cool how this season is the season of callbacks and I love how Scar has taken old ideas and brought them back with new life, showing how he's grown with the game and the community. Just... I love it.

The thing about the MCC30 teams is that they’re all really strong? AND a lot of the hermit usual S tiers / A+ tiers / H tier players have teams already. Scott said “less than 700 coin difference between 10th and 1st using our system” so the rest of the teams are most likely also gonna be crazy.

I have no idea how many more hermits we’ll get. I know Joel didn’t sign up but we only got one hermitempires in the first half of the teams… I suspect we’ll get the more competitive hermits but I seriously do not know if we’ll get a duo. Fruitninja + hermit duo is feasible balancing wise, but Scott said we already had Fruitninja before 💀 like I mean yeah but why not a second time ahahahahahah 👉👈

But at least Cub’s there, and I think Cub is like the GOAT of all hermit players because of his grind and eagerness to engage with the community. False has been in the last two (canon + noncanon) sooo she might be benched. I think we would most likely get G back if he signed up because the community was whining over him not being in MCC lmao. Maybe Pearl and Gem too. Edit: Reddit says Gem didn’t sign up. But again I have no idea how the balancing will work out. I don’t think Ren is in this one because it feels really sweaty and he hasn’t played MCC in a year. If he is, he’s probably with one of his besties (as always), which can make balancing harder.

I guess there’s still Quig around… maybe… if this is what the balancing implies… ha ha…

Anyways with the strength of the teams in recent MCCs, I am unironically expecting Cherrybomb again. We got H + Dave, H + SB, we’re like three steps away from H + Fruit. But of course it will never happen again post-AS💀

Edit: the Reddit is truthing Couri ahahahaha. With the strength of these teams I can actually believe it…

Spicy/shipping related asks about Pearl. She stated that she is uncomfortable with her character being shipped, and I will respect that on this blog.

Spicy/shipping related asks about minors (there aren't any on Hermitcraft or the Life series, but it still needs to be said)

6 - Have nothing against him, just have never watched him

I didn't really know who he was before the HermitEmpires crossover, but every moment he showed up in someone else's perspective was an absolute delight! His "Would the real sheriff please stand up" was one of the greatest musical parodies of all time. I haven't actually watched his videos because I don't have the emotional energy to invest into adding an entire other SMP to my weekly watch list. I'll just enjoy the occasional post from my mutuals when they go insane over him 😆
