Have you ever given any thought to the “what does John collect in his free time” question? I’ve heard chess pieces, stamps, etc., but I was wondering if you had any silly interjections on this topic.
Barbie dolls, perhaps?

There is a saying, "You can't fool an honest man," which is much quoted by people who make a profitable living by fooling honest men. Moist never tried it, knowingly anyway. If you did fool an honest man, he tended to complain to the local Watch, and these days they were harder to buy off. Fooling dishonest men was a lot safer and, somehow, more sporting. And, of course, there were so many more of them. You hardly had to aim.

Behind the Scenes of The Star Beast - Part Five
Excerpt from Benjamin Cook’s Star Beast Set Visit in DWM 597:
Tonight, in London’s famous Camden Market, David will be taking the Fourteenth Doctor’s first, not-so-tentative steps into the big, wide world – shooting the pre-title sequence for Special 1, The Star Beast. Although, right now he’s sheltering inside Modfather (‘VINTAGE STYLE, MODERN LIFE,’ says a sign in the outfitters’ window), to evade the glare of the cameraphones. In his new Doctor Who costume – plaid brown suit, white shirt and knitted silver tie, with a dark blue Shetland tweed coat – David doesn’t look at all out of place here. In October 2022, a mere 12 years, 9 months and 22 days after his last regular appearance in Doctor Who – as the Tenth Doctor, in The End of Time – David Tennant returned to the show. We’d never seen a Doctor regenerate into a former body before. For context, classic Who fans: David turning up in the dying moments of The Power of the Doctor is a bit like if Peter Davison had regenerated into Patrick Troughton’s Sixth Doctor at the end of Time-Flight, in 1982. Which he didn’t. Though, while we’re on the subject… David remembers watching Troughton return in the ’80s, for the odd one-off: “That felt like a man from pre-history turning up, to me in 1983, because I was just – what? – 12 years old,” he says of 20th Anniversary Special The Five Doctors. “But I bet it felt like yesterday for Patrick Troughton.” Forty years on, David can relate: “It’s like when people tell me – in fact, people on this set, working on this show, have come up to me this past week and gone – ‘I loved watching you as a kid.’ I’m like, … you were a kid? What, no! To me, it was a blink of an eye ago. To them… I’m pre-history!” But now he’s the present, too.
A huge THANK YOU to everyone who posted set photos, including Modfather on Instagram

I know you probably can’t answer because of spoilers, but is there any chance you could confirm we don’t hear any harm done to children in Protocol? Jack’s introduction has set me a bit on edge, things happening to kids is a huge trigger for me.
Happy to answer this one. We are following the same rules as Archives, if you are introduced to an animal or child as a character, (basically if they are named) they will be all right in the end. They may encounter peril but will not be harmed. (see ep 19 as an example).

Today's @re-dracula entry was such a little thing, but Ben Galpin still managed to sell the exact right pitch. Specifically the tone of, 'Alright, okay, no change in the report yet, but that's alright! It just means we're ahead of schedule! That's good! That's great! I Am Not Worried. Everything is Fine.'
The universal sound of nerves trying to steady when you show up to an event (???) and no one else has shown up.

How honest could a conversation get? Yes, you can modulate your voice. Yes, you can be more charming. Yes, you can be more eloquent. Yes, you could go at great lengths and prolong for hours. But how honest were you in it - that must be the question. You see there's a lot of pretence anyway in our world that we need to at least keep our conversations free of it. There must be no need to impress. There must be no desire to show off. A plain and honest conversation could be the finest therapy you could ever get. Best part is that it becomes highly contagious. The moment you become upright honest, the other person will naturally bring down all their guards and even before you or even they themselves know would share such matter which was never even thought of being shared in the first place. That's the blessing of honesty. Something begins to flow between two souls. It is this very truthfulness in their exchange that builds the bond and deeply connects them. The differences slowly begin to dissolve. The distances are evaded. The familiarity kicks in. Until finally you both feel like you've reached home. That's the pinnacle of human interaction - to find solace in one another, to reach the very climax of journeying, each one penetrating into the other through the medium of words until a time comes when they would actually in reality transcend words. They would have evolved beyond speech. At that phase, there are more deeper energy plays between them whether it be with their glances or a touch that speaks a thousand words or a kiss that feels like heavens. Communication though begins with words, there are stations of ascendency, beyond a point, there's this pure rhythm between them that it almost becomes like a dance between their souls. May you hit that point with someone!
