He literally made one of the best superhero trilogies, a sequel/reboot of a failed movie that was better in every way, follow up show that made people like a character they hated, and literally a great start of DCU.

I was thinking about how Marinette kind of just ‘heals and restores everything’ but the more I think about it, the more I’m like “She might not… actually be healing anything.”

Because Marinette’s power is ‘creation’.

So my brain fell to one conclusion— ‘she’s creating everything. Replacing everything with newer, shinier versions.’ And the horror I felt when I came to that conclusion.

Just-

Imagine a Marinette and a Paris who believe that Ladybug is healing and restoring everything when she’s actually creating entirely new things. New buildings, new roads, new people.

They’re the exact same things Paris lost but they are still new. They have the same memories, the same experiences, but they’re not the same person who died. These people aren’t getting restored or revived. They are entirely remade. Reconstructed.

And the idea of that horrifies me. I am so glad it’s cannon that she’s restoring and not recreating everything. Cause that shit would disturb me to the max.
