I see the Internet is already being as messy as I anticipated about this, but just a reminder to EVERYONE:

Unless someone EXPLICITLY says they're part of the LGBTQ+ community, you don't need to speculate about their sexuality. I do not care how "obvious" it is to you or how much you think someone has hinted about it. Even if the person is a celebrity that you will never interact with, DO NOT DO THIS. If someone hasn't explicitly come out, then there's a reason for that.

I can see the discourse is immediately spiraling because an already hyper-sexualized celebrity posted a flag on Instagram with a caption that was fairly vague. Until he says it was him coming out, YOU DO NOT NEED TO SPECULATE.

"It was obvious" is such a harmful thing to say. Not only are you perpetuating stereotypes, but the queer people in your life that are trying to stay closeted are going to wonder what made it obvious, what outed that person to you, and how they can avoid doing the same.

There's not a fucking prize for being right about someone's sexuality. You win nothing by having guessed it. But if you're loud enough about it, you're signaling to every queer person in your life that you're not someone to be trusted.

well we just lost my grandpa. he’d been throwing up since Saturday, but yesterday he seemed fine since he ate spaghetti, but he threw up again last night. instead of taking him to his cardiology appointment today (he had congestive heart failure and a pacemaker in his chest) my aunt and cousin decided to take him to the emergency room since he said his stomach was hurting. when they got there, and he was in the bed, he tried to get comfortable, but while he did that, he coded for no reason. they did CPR and a CT scan, but they don’t know what happened. once they came home, my brother said my cousin got a call while in the car and said that he coded again. my brother just got a text saying that he went into cardiac arrest twice and died. so we’re dealing with that now.

Columbo and the Knight (1984)

put me in the universe where Columbo ran through the 1980s and had a crossover episode with Knight Rider. I think they deserved it, and I am not just saying that because they're my two favorite Old Shows. @telebeast wrote a little fanfic blurb about it and I HAD to visualize it into a comic (which is also the longest comic I have finished thus far at five pages...), so writing credit goes to them.
