i don't understand genshin fandom because they want interesting female characters, more annoying and irritating female characters but when you give exactly what they want they just hate them. furina is supposed to be annoying, she is silly and fun and i love her sooo much. i hope she keeps being like this. she is like a fresh air after nahida because i never liked her

i like nahida a lot but yk, she was hardly even present in her nation for the longest time. venti fucks off, zhongli dropped his corpse on some people, ei was in a coma letting the robot run the place and nahida was in the hamster ball. furina is the first time we see an archon actually interacting w their people as archon. first time an archon is actually present and running the nation! but she’s not a suckass or a flirt, she’s fun and flawed.

ultimately the hate against her can easily be summed up w misogyny ^_^ imagine if she was a guy and how people would be pouring over her and the prophecy and omg he’s so sad on the inside my poor bb :(( and shipping her and lyney and her and childe and drawing comics of them comforting her etc. BUT SHES A GIRL 🤢 WOMEN CANT HAVE FEELINGS!! women can’t have personalities that aren’t lawful good or harem member!!! BLEH.

One Piece, Law, and Femininity

Preface: Three warnings and a Request

Warning!!!

Let's get this out the way. I do ship Law and Luffy. That doesn’t matter to this particular theory/analysis but it's better to be upfront about one's personal biases. I don't think it's canon nor do I think it ever will be. But if anyone wants to use this for their own ship theories, have at it. 

This writing “theory” I have doesn’t apply to children because they kind of inherently fall into a third category. Their age tends to naturally make them more vulnerable and in need of assistance. When it comes to gendered writing children tend to get a pass. There are many reasons why but that's not what this is about.

Sanji is a newer and only other expectation to this “theory”.  More on that at the end. 

Request: If you don't think Yamato is a dude, this is not for you. The whole point of talking about feminism in this regard is to talk about how femininity is performed and perceived. Gender is a social construct and how we construct it is important to the feminine conversation. If you cant accept and understand that... read a few essays and come back later. Seriously I am talking about roles, behavior and presentations of gender here. Also I want to support my son (he’s older than me but, still). 

Part 1: Oda Writes the Backstories of Female Characters the Same Way he Draws Them.

A lot of people push back on the idea that Oda only knows how to draw the same female character by pointing at characters like Big Mom or Dandan. So I would like to change the phrasing. Oda only knows how to draw attractive women characters one way. When they're old hags, he's got options. But if they’re even supposed to be mildly attractive then he’s got one option in a variety of colors and accessories. He writes their backstories in roughly the same way. They have a lot of big differences. I can honestly say most important people in one piece have unique and interesting back stories and goals. But the skeleton of almost all the women are the same. I only say almost because One Piece has a stupid amount of characters and there is a 10% chance that some minor character from some obscure island in East Blue somehow flew under my radar. But this rule does apply to all the main women characters. Let's talk about it. 

1a. Oda Loves Taking Away Women's Autonomy. 

Seriously Oda cannot resist putting women in positions where they are either slaves, or working in a group that they are opposed to, or living under constant threat of imprisonment, or some combination of those. Nami was enslaved at a young age by Arlong, Robin had to join CP9 because she needed protection from the world government and then almost got imprisoned by enies lobby. Vivi joined Cp9 to save her country. Hiyori spent years living with and presumably fxcking a man she hated hoping that one day someone else would be strong enough to defeat Kaido to get revenge. There are countless cases of women, specifically women, being sold to Celestial Dragons for the sole purpose of sexual slavery. Like shows up so fxcking often. Aces mom had to hold her child in her stomach for an extra 15  months to him from the marines and probably died because of it.  If Oda is writing an important woman character who is relatively young you better believe she spent years of her life not being in control of it. And if she's older, she either a mom of some kind or was a badass and settled down because some man in her life died, or both. 

1b. Women Need to be Saved in Order to Achieve their Goals and Men Need to be Supported. 

This is gonna be a little hard to explain but it all comes down to how problems are solved, who solves them and why. Kinda. I think the best way to explain it would be to give an example. Lets look at the first two members of the Strawhat Crew. Zoro’s goal is to be the strongest swordsman. Simple enough. He tries to fight Mihawk the moment they meet, he loses and swears to grow stronger and defeat him.  Nami has two goals, or more accurately she needs to accomplish one goal in order to achieve her true goal. Nami needs to get out from under Arlongs control in order to achieve her goal of mapping the whole world. She also wants her family to be able to live in peace and not be broke. Unless she accomplishes that first goal, she cannot accomplish the other two. She needs to be saved in order to continue her story. Because she’s  unable to save herself. Which is reasonable. She's just a person and Arlong is a super strong fish demon man. So Luffy saves her. He punches her problem away real good and she is now finally free to do what she wants. If you know anything about Laws character I'm sure you can see where this is going . Robin is the same, Luffy punches away the people that want to control her real good and declares that he will fight the entire world to let her have the chance to live freely.  

I brought this up with my dad and he brought up a great point. Marineford. He said well Luffy lost pretty bad in the paramount war and needed to be saved by many people. Even costing him Ace. But, I would like to point out that the people who did that, Akainu and Blackbeard are still roaming free. Luffy needed to be saved in the moment but he’s still going to be the one to resolve the issue. Like Luffy, Zoro, Franky, Jinbei, and Brook have all needed saving at some point during a fight. But they always get to square up and finish the ones that are important to them. And their goals don't require them to be saved before trying to achieve them. The point comes down to who's allowed to deal with the finishing blow to their main goals/ problems. Luffy isn’t going to punch Mihawk for Zoror, or make Ussops dad respect him, or whatever the fuck Jinbei wants. But he did fight Arlong for Nami, Cp9 for Robin and Doffy for Law. 

1c. Girls got to College to Get More Knowledge, Boys Go to Jupiter to Get More Stupider

The women of One Piece are objectively smarter than the men. Emotionally and Intellectually. Women in One Piece are normally more patient, less stubborn and willing to retreat when they have to. They also don’t get as love sick as the men. I mean Boa lets her feelings for Luffy get her into insane shit, but that's the joke. Like One Piece women aren’t really known for having someone's looks  affect them. There's a reason there is a most Beautiful Woman in the world with no male counterpart. Like Smoker is Zaddy and no one cares. Most of the guy characters who are overly sneaky and plotting are villains or assholes. That's not to say there aren’t smart men characters, Franky is a genius at his craft. But being smart and careful isn’t part of his character or reflected in his behavior. 

 Part II: Trafalgar D. Water Law,  The Saddest Little Uwu 

I haven't loved Law since the first time I saw him. I have loved him since punk hazard though which is pretty fxcking long. His strong Emo vibes and general refusal to go along with any of Luffy’s bits seemingly for the sole sake of keeping up an image that not one present cared about really endured him to me. I’m pretty trad goth and he reminds me of those emo kids that refused to wear pink or be nice just because they thought it wasn’t hard core enough. Then as the show goes on he develops into one of those healthy goths who know that being an outsider is about showing vulnerability, kindness and maybe dressing in a lil pastel. I really like Law and his weird role in the story so far. Ok, my I love Law rants are done let's get to what we need to get to.

Law before One Piece:

Trafalgar D. Waterlaw was born in Fleavance. He lived a pretty happy normal life, a doctor father, nurse mother and cute baby sister. Until he was about 7 or 8? Around that time the town of fleavance started experiencing some unknown illness. I will say in our real world it is pretty similar to what silicosis actually does to you. Minus the Vitiligo and some other symptoms.  In the world of One Piece its called amber lead poisoning and its almost completely fatal if not properly treated Which is hard to do on its own. But it's even harder in Law's case since the neighboring towns and probably the world government didn't really know what amber lead poisoning was or how it spread either. So they said fxck it, burn it down, kill everyone and call it a day. Problem solved!

So yeah, Law's family is dead, he escaped Flevance by hiding among corpses, and now he is slowly and painfully dying. 

Then it gets worse, it gets so much worse before it gets better. He pulls a Tim Drake and forces his way into the DonQuixote Family by threatening to kill himself and everyone else with a bomb. Because seeing everyone you know and love die painfully and then have the government cover that up will do that to you. Doffy sees a lot of himself in Law and decides, “yeah, this’ll do”. 

Doffys’ nicer but objectively less cool younger brother Corazon also sees a lot of Doffy in Law and decides to immediately put a stop to that shit. He slowly and secretly teaches Law how to enjoy at least some aspects of life. Shows him the first and true affection he’s been shown since his entire village died. It ‘s great. And then, TLDR, Corazon decides to betray Doffy, gets caught, stuff the Ope- Ope Fruit down Law's Throat so he can cure himself and then get shot to Death after saying I love you to Law for what is seemingly the first and last time. Also Sengokou was there.

We don’t really have a clear idea what Law did after this but we do know a few things. 

He became a pirate with the sole purpose of taking down Doflamingo 

 He seems to have chosen a submarine as a pirate ship in order to better hide from Doflamingo and also make it harder to attack him. Because Doffy is a devil fruit user. Even though Law is also a devil fruit user and this puts him in extreme danger. Especially since...

 He made a crew of people who are seemingly doctors 1st, friends 2nd and fighter 6th. Like none of Laws crew members appear to be even mildly good at fighting. I’m pretty sure Chopper could take most of them. 

He names his crew the Heart Pirates after Cora. Which implies that Spanish, just like real world Spanish, is canon in One Piece. And that also reminds me that Law is talking like a nun in his flashback. Is Law catholic? Or was he raised catholic? Either way it adds to the uwu and the trauma of it all. If you know, you know.

 He started working with Caesar Clown, a man he fxcking hates. In order to get closer to Doflamingos secrety secrets.

Pre-time  Skip Law

I’m skipping when we see him in Sabaody because all we learn is that he's edgy and has a bear. When we see him again after Marineford it's actually kind of interesting because we learn he’s also first and foremost a doctor before being a pirate. He saves Luffys life because that's what doctors do and Luffy doesn’t seem like a bad dude. 

Now the good shit.

Post Time Skip Law 

My booooyyy! Love of my life, my sad lil uwu. Law is introduced as one of the coolest, coldest, scariest Warlords. He will literally rip your fxckin heart out. Evanescence playing in the background and all. Luffy immediately undermines thats by not thinking he’s any of those things and tying chopper to his head. But we got a whole episode and a half of thinking he was actually too cool for school. Like we all thought he Shanks when he’s actually just Mihawk. Like his cool but also pretty easy to bully if he likes you even a lil and will let you get away with a lot. It’s just hard to get him to like you, at first. So we get through punk hazard, see what a glass canon Law is and move to Dressrosa. 

In between those two points we also see how sad Law is and how similar he is to both Robin and Nami in behavior. He was Robins darks sense of humor (from the trauma)  and general introvertedness (trauma!?) with Namis greed (did i mention trauma). Which makes sense for the back story we learn about. 

Dressrosa: The Holy Grail of Uwu Law 

Law, Luffy and Doflamingo in Dressrosa is what happens when you put Nami and Robins backstory in a blender with crack cocaine and Katya (the drag queen). It’s just this sad tired uwu man,that came to commit murder suicide, trying and failing to accomplish that goal. Only to be figuratively and literally dragged along by a lunatic that barely knows him. Like Law went to Dresrosa not hoping he would die but assuming he would and not really caring. He didn't have an exit strategy because he didn’t think he was exiting. His plan was to use Luffy as a shield, Ceasar as bait and then murder suicide himself and Domflamingo out of existence. He was so desolate by the time his second fight with him ended. He had no hope, his plans had failed and he even dragged a bunch of innocent people into the crossfire. He would die, the people of Dressrosa would die, the Strawhats would suffer and maybe die and all for Laws’ fruitless revenge. Then Luffy stopped that foot. And Law decided to stay. And Luffy beat up Doffy. And Law was free. For the first time in over ten years Law was free. 

Wano: Then He Stayed

Because he didn’t plan to make it this far. I laughed out loud when Law said they were enemies after Wano ended. Motherfxcker who? Law you don’t want to be pirate king. You barely want to be a pirate! Frankly at this point I think the only thing keeping Law from a non-deadly early retirement is Luffy, his bounty, and pride. And he can get rid (ignore) of two of those things (you won’t guess which!).  Law fought and almost died in Wano to fulfill the deal he made with Luffy. Even though Luffy would not have begrudged him on reneging on that deal. Law told him it was made in bad faith and he had fxck all to gain from fighting Kaido. But he did it, he believed in Luffy and Luffy punched the problem away like always. 

And this ends the story of the Saddest Uwu Boi, Trafalgar D. WaterLaw. 

Part III: You Have to See What I’m Getting At. 

Law’ backstory and character development is just that of any main woman character. Sad thing happened when he was a kid, putting him on the radar/ partially in debt to a bad man. He spent most of his life running from this bad man by working for/ with people he hated. He met Luffy. He tried to fight the bad man and system but didn’t have the strength of heart and/ or body to defeat him. Luffy punched the bad man real good and told Law he was pretty without makeup, he didn’t need it. Law was finally able to move freely as a person and decided to support Luffy in his immediate goals (and probably his long term ones too. Let's be honest he has nothing else to do)  even though that puts him and his crew in even more danger. But now he knew, Luffy would punch that danger just as good as the previous bad man. 

Honestly I don't know what this means or what purpose this knowledge serves. Like, this doesn’t change my opinion that lulaw will never be canon. This doesn’t change how I view Law as a character. This doesn’t change how I view Oda as a writer. This only serves the purpose of excising these thoughts from my head and putting them permanently on a website filled with people who will call me horrible things for even admitting I ship Luffy with anyone. So that's something I guess. 

About Sanji:

Sanji is going through a weird, unexpected but good character transformation right now. His writing is becoming more Law/Robin-esque. Which is weird and unexpected but very good. I have thoughts on that but its for a different post. I don't think it undermines my point though because this shift is relatively recent, only happening in the Whole Cake island arc and not fully forming until near the end of Wano. This either means a shift in how Oda choses to write male characters or a shift in how he views Sanjis’ role in the narrative. Only time will tell.

10 Anti LO Asks

(Note: All of these asks are before episode 206 (Season 2 finale) so some may be dated.) 1. Lmao theres like a lil fight in 199 where rachel and her backups seem to be fighting whether to keep drawing athena masc and identical to all male characters or just draw her like a clone of all the other female characters💀 it went back and forth so much

2. I did like Hecate, but Rachel kinda ruined her character. She smacked hades for liking a 19 year old, proceeded to try and match make hades and Persephone and then tell Minthe “I try to help you but you make it so hard” (MA’AM!), was there when Thanatos was dropped off to be Hades’  son/employee and did not help there. Like she was presented to be this cool great character, but now it’s all about hades and Persephone end game and nothing else matters. I don’t even think Hades did anything to prove to Hecate he wasn’t a gross old man.

Kinda seems like RS is trying to take notes from the beginning of Riverdale, I mean cmon, your protagonist is “bubbly on the outside but actually so mean >:3 oh wait no that’s just what everyone (including her mother with realistically well founded concerns for her daughter) thinks of her except her morally gray black-obsessed boyfriend with daddy issues

5. PLS why are there now LO fans literally shipping the brothers together (where one obvs has to be genderbent to a girl) and yet still dont see the hypocrisy in it towards the myths rachel is butchering?? so incest is bad and cant be involved in hxp but incest is cool to ship canon brothers together. theyre really having a normal one i guess

So to sum up - Perse has a wrath issues that causes her to murder entire village because she cannot control it and her solution is to go into the society pretending nothing happened and hoping it somehow doesn't happen again. While Zeus solution is to separate her from everyone so she won't be able to hurt anyone and make her learn how to control her powers while keeping everyone safe. But he is the jerk here right? Am I understanding correctly?

7. FP Spoilers (Ep 200) //This was such a waste of an episode. Basically it just confirms all of the whole fertility nonsense that's been talked about for several episodes now, like we know that??? I feel like nothing happened in this episode. Just a waste.

8. Have you seen now LO fans are blaming KRONOS for all of Hades actions? I honestly wouldn't be shocked if Rachel did that, she would rather HxP be mindless puppets to far more interesting characters than actually, you know, have personality and flaws. Why write characters at this point? They're just paper dolls at this point.

9. Rachel can you bring back the random narrator you had in the Daphne episode because I don't know what's going on and you need some omnipresent voice to try and make sense of it.

10. Remember kids, Rachel claimed Ares and Aphrodite is her “second favorite ship” and she butchered them for the sake of her neon pink self insert and her Mads dyed blue rip off. Either she’s lying or she truly is that bad of writer that she can’t make anything NOT about her DDLG kink ship. Regardless, this is shockingly bad writing and it’s weird we’re supposed to find it good over mindnumbingly confusing and lackluster.

Hello! I would like to ask for a mha match-up. So I'm a 27 year old pansexual (prefer male with big titties 😏) female. I have black straight long hair which gets tangled or get in my way easily (like aizawa), so i always tie my hair into a ponytail or half up half down. My body type is very simple, decent slim. Fun fact about me, i can eat alot and not gain any weight. I guess im not an awkward person and am at the same time, like I can start a conversation ONLY if there's something interesting going on and I have a topic to talk about. Like, when I see a BUG 🐛, I'll think of that one time in elementary school where a bug followed me TWICE (present mic will be TRAUMATISED). But if u know me... get your ears ready (sometimes, i dont really talk at hom), because as soon i have something to talk about, im coming after u faster than iida in his full speed. Anyways 💁‍♀️, im a very confused person, like u tell me to mop the table, i'll be like "which cloth??" 🤨 (because im stupid 😞😞) and u usually have to repeat ur words because i cant hear SHIT BECAUSE OF MY SMALL EARS >:((. Anyways.. i dress randomly at home dress presentable going outside, like a clean shirt with mall pants (aka the only jeans i wear). Still kind of learning lyraphim anatomy.. very long skinny things. ive worked on this for weeks and now i am going to forget about it for another week before i go back to it. i cant really tell if it looks "correct" until i see it after not looking at it for a few days. Blake/Kazimir and Raziel. I dont think Blake is called "Blake" by the other characters, its a name Ive called her for a while and it comes from the word "black". Kazimir is her "real" name given to her when she was created by Thethuthinnang like the other lyraphim. she does use a different name on earth, probably several as she interacts with humans while posing as one, Blake mightve been one of them but Im not rlly feeling that as her official (fake) name anymore.

I usually see Raziel as the top but Ive wanted to draw this for a while. I think theyre both switches but Blake is the more submissive one in her relationships. Shes forcing his head down but she isnt harming him, lyraphim form deep bonds with each other and usually know exactly what they want and what their limits are. This is more like foreplay and shes grabbing his tail because the base of the tail is an erogenous zone for lyraphim

I refer to Raziel as He and Blake as She a lot but they arent heterosexual to me lol. Biologically they arent considered males or females as lyraphim have infinite lifespans and dont reproduce organically. So theres no need for any kind of strict sex binary to keep the species going. Because of this they also dont have a gender binary, it's just not something they go through life thinking about because why make something out of nothing? They can have secondary sex characteristics like breasts but it serves no real function for them and its just a cool design element i give my creatures. Lailah is a lyr who is very "woman presenting" but I didnt give her breasts just to make the point that those features arent tied to what pronouns i use on them. Their actual sex organs are also very customizable thanks to their shapeshift ability and for them its just a matter of preference or whats convenient to the situation. I'll make a post on that too since I just like cool alien biology stuff

metal sonic: he has such a sad yet beautiful sense of compassion for the lil fella; him and omega recover his body in heroes, shadow is always looking out for him, and also THE ENTIRETY OF RIVALS 2 OH MY GOD. oh yeah, metal sonic is also a robot!

charmy bee: now it might seem weird to bring him up because shadow doesn't have to be nice to him (just like with vector) but unlike the chill croc, charmy IDOLIZES shadow and is generally considered the most annoying character besides like, omochao. (sorry charmy you irritating thing, i love you but i get why others don't!). just like with amy, shadow could very explicitly tell charmy to fuck off, but he doesn't. why? HE IS A CHILD. the fact he lets charmy stick around and has been present enough in the kid's life to be a role model... i need to draw them 🥺

tails: even though they've worked against each other, shadow seems to admire tails' intelligence and innovation, and has worked with him on occasion. besides boom and x where he beats the shit out of tails, shadow does like the guy. why? he is ALSO A CHILD! however he is a wee bit older which is why shadow sometimes wants to kick him around a bit :") (side note: these are the only two *main canons that give tails a confirmed love interest: cosmo and zooey. old enough to date? old enough to get kicked by shadow!)

notice a trend? yeah. by just taking a handful of characters (arguably the ones closest to shadow in game lore) it's clear that shadow is drawn to the female cast and generally more comfortable with them. robots can be gendered i GUESS, but they're literally non binary y'all idk what to tell you 😭 also children don't count. unless you're holding hands which means you'll catch those hands!

watched the criminal minds season 7 finale (the part 1&2)

I'm so in love with the long game they're playing with JJ. How she came back from the Pentagon, and was still JJ, but there was a silent change. She was more confident, moved different, more knowledgeable...more aware. But it's all subtle, nothing to really draw your attention...and present tense in episodes (now in season 8) we still don't know anything.

But there's that moment in the season 7 finale where she's in a fight, and her opponent gets a gun and she... She's able to grab their wrist and force the mag to eject from the gun, and eject the bullet, in a single move...and not long after she takes the opponent out with her second roundhouse kick of the season. (I'm not purposely paying attention, but its noticeable, it's distinct.)

It's just... different. She's different from the rest of the BAU. Like, fight style different. Everyone else rarely get a situation where they're in a fight, but when it does happen it's more of a grapple ... So it's just very distinct, especially in a show about personality signatures.

like even if i didnt have the (mild) spoilers of (vaguely) knowing that JJ wasn't at a desk job during her time w the Pentagon, i'd still clock the marked difference in character.

this show has done a really good job at dropping seeds of plot and slowly, sneakily, letting those grow...and just hoping that they'll get to reveal those plots in the future. i'm looking forward to the jj reveal, but in the meantime i'm loving how they dont acknowledge the change.

i dont have the articulation to make this a good submission but there are so many notable examples of queer people being Villainized. Nearly every Disney villain is queer coded, and nearly every time the villain is a female. In live action performances where there is a male queer character they turn into the butt of the joke/quirky/the 'gay bff omg', where as female queer characters are commonly presented as weird/unlikeable/assholes. To me this is where fetishized mlm and wlw begins, men are seen as a side piece/arm candy for the 'funky modern' female protagonist. Yet women are degraded and turned into someone the audience genuinely cant stand. With men, this perception thats been cultivated through the media then transfers and translates into a more readily consumption of (fetishized)male relationships, but when those viewers encounter a real gay couple? they fail to see them as human, they simply see an object to project upon/ an ego boost (omg hes my gay bff, im so progressive!). With wlw queer relationships, straight people (women in particular) CANT project upon the couple, as women themselves, they can picture themselves AS one of the participants, making the ones who do fetishize uncomfortable picturing themselves in the situations they adore w mlm relationships. To me this starts from the beginning, for the last 60-80 years nearly every female villain was queer coded, while many times male queer coded characters simply didn't exist to the same extent (as the only way to make a male gay character back then was to draw upon stereotypes, which made it glaringly obvious a man wasnt straight, which went against the modesty codes for TV)... anyways if anyone wants to add onto this feel free+ i know its slightly discombobulated but i feel the general idea is able to be discerned

I stumbled across an anti Misha tag the other day and I can understand that not everyone is a fan of him but the level of hatred and cruelty I saw was really jarring. Curiosity got the better of me and I scrolled through a couple of pages and the amount of negativity and meanness I read really shocked me. Ironically the page (which I won't mention so as not to draw attention to them or bring them any hatred from people who would disagree with them, because I know how mean people can be to those they don’t agree with as it exists on both sides) also had posts criticising what they called ‘destielhellers’ for the exact same level of hatred and meanness they themselves are a distributor of. 

I know there are people in the fandom who are very passionate about ships or very passionate about disagreeing with ships but I don’t think I’d ever really realised how, for some, this passion can easily transform into aggression and it made me really upset. As I've already said the sheer level of hatred displayed by this account, saying such things as they wished all ‘destiehellers’ and Misha died (which from the dates escalated during the COVID pandemic). 

I myself am a destiel shipper, Ive always known it would never become canon (even if I wished that it did) because Dean is not gay and his relationship with Cas is one of found family, (like he said they're like brothers). Personally I think if the show had started now I think there would be a lot more diversity in terms of LQBTQ+ characters and more main female characters that don’t die.

I know there are a lot of people out there who are a lot more passionate than me about Destiel and now I'm aware of people out there who strongly disagree with this ship, but this is the first time I’m really seeing the degree of toxicity in this fandom, and I know Supernatural isn't the only fandom with this toxicity but this show was the first show I was really truly invested in and introduced me to the idea of fandom and ships, and seeing this side of it really upset me. Ive always referred to the fandom as the SPNfamily and for me personally at the moment I don’t think that name really matches what ive read.

I cant help wondering if I had met this person face to face if they would present the same level of hatred and meanness or if being able to hide behind a computer screen allows them to write these things.

As for hating Misha himself this is not something I can understand, disliking him sure, we can’t all like the same people but the level of hatred I saw for someone who has experienced so much hardship and is trying to help others through his Random Acts charity and his collaborations Jensen and others in other charities and support systems. I remember one post saying that he did all of this for his own gain because he’s a narcissist who needs attention, which doesn't even make sense when the people who benefit from these charities are who who need the help, not him.
