But no worries, he does find you absolutely cute, thinks you are prettiest person walking on earth (and you are all that actually). Listen, he wont magically turn into huge simp..but! you make him feel things. Congrats, you have high chance to broke Jeff and make him lovely-dovely on his weird way towards you! Demon partner with demonish partner? Isnt that perfect? Yeah yeah, you are diffrent from eachother but definitely have common ground, arent you? Dunno why but I feel like your charm wouldnt work on him just becasue of what he is. That doesnt mean that he doesnt find your ass cute tho! He just you know..its not really obsessive but more of actual feelings. Even if other pastas fell in love with your character too, then Jack would be a bit diffrent and at first fell for who you are and not what you look like! When it comes to possible of jealousity, he is not that much of envious about people who you flirt with/or they flirt with you! He clearly understands that you do it more for your..entertainment and to cause chaos (and maybe some sort of revenge). Also he is immortal, you are immortal - best couple to ever exist! He gets jealous easly and it leads him to being insecure and doubtful of himself - he knows that he is not perfect, and all your actions make him even more anxious. It always annoyed Katsuki that you just couldn't seem to tell him things. He always picks on you for it, whether he's your boyfriend or not. It's his way of telling you that he worries about you. After all, if you never tell him anything, then how is he supposed to help you?

He worries that you're going to slip away from him - that, if he doesn't pay enough attention, you might get away and he'll go back to being alone again. It's not like he would ever tell anyone this though, he'd much sooner die.

Though he does find it kind of adorable that you just follow him around like a lost puppy sometimes. Sure, it's annoying as fuck, but also very cute. The first time you really started hanging out with him, of course meaning that you just started following him around out of nowhere, he had looked back at you, ready to yell at you and scare you away until he saw you and immediately bit his tongue. You were so adorable, that an actual blush appeared on his cheeks.

After that, he just let you tail him like another one of the squad as Mina and Denki babbled on about how you "passed the initiation" or some shit. Denki was being an idiot muttering about how you were the "chosen one", but thinking back on it he may have had a point.

It's during a trip to the mall that you really started to worry him, though. The lack of communication between the two of you was always annoying, but it had never posed an actual problem. That is, until then.

You had been feeling awefully queasy, and you looked it too, but you hadn't told anyone, so it was left alone. You were just playing subway surfers on a bench in the middle of the mall with Mina while your boyfriend went to get some food from a nearby stall. All was going well, until you started to feel even worse all of a sudden, and had to rush to the bathroom.

When Katsuki had come back to see the squad confused and worried, and his girlfriend missing, he practically bit their heads off as they told him what had happened. So his girlfriend was sick and noone went after her? Not on his fuckin' watch!

Kirishima had to hold him back in fear that he'd run into the girls bathroom to find you, where he was sure you had went, along with Mina who had followed after you.

When you finally came out, looking a little worse for wear after Mina just had to hold your hair back, it was your turn to get your head bitten off. "Are you some kind of idiot!? Next time you feel sick, tell me! I-... I'll help you... Not raccoon eyes!"

Was he?? Jealous???

He might be a little envious that the first person to rush to your aid was in fact not him, and he beats himself up for it to this day, despite what a minor incident it was.

After that, you find him being a little clingier, and sitting closer to you at lunch breaks. He even checks in with you every now and again to ask if you're feeling alright, and it's so sweet that such a tough guy cares so much about you.

Every time you talk you put your phone face down on the bed, which is something very small that he appreciates, since he absolutely despises being anything but the primary focus of your attention when he's talking. It's sort of like a kid asking for his mom's attention, and you find it very endearing.

No matter how little you talk or how quiet you might be sometimes, he knows every in and out of your mannerisms, and communicates with you without you needing to talk so much, and the devotion makes your heart clench a little.

One time he had a peek at what had kept you so damn busy on that phone of yours, and saw your game, subway surfers. It was just something you used to pass the time but you had gotten quite far, and the one time he stubbornly made you let him try, he didn't even get a quarter of your high score. He spent the whole night brooding.

puck is so funny to me. he doesnt get jealous in romantic relationships at all. the only time he might get jealous is if his affection is unrequited, and the object of his affection is already with someone else. but tbh, i think that's more him being envious than really jealous.

other than that, any potential aggression he might display towards someone flirting with his partner(s) is always going to be in cases where he thinks his partner is being mistreated or disrespected in some way. or perhaps he simply does not like the person flirting with them. but he's not jealous. he wants his partner(s) to be & feel loved by ppl who really care about them / treat them right.

. . . IAGO, HOWEVER!!!!!!!!! he's very unhealthily attached to his twin lol. so sorry to any potential iago suitors, you are going to have to get through their rabid guard dog first. you breathe next to iago, and suddenly puck is breathing down your neck & growling. he is VERY PROTECTIVE of them. he's probably a bit possessive.

there's a lot of projection going on with his perception of literally anyone who interacts with iago. it is . . . so, so, so complicated for him. objectively, in his right mind & outside of bhaal's influence, he wants nothing more than for iago to be happy. he wants them to live. to experience all the good things life has to offer. and he wants them to be safe! protected & loved! he wants them to find someone who can do that for them!!! because he loves them so, so much. at his core, puck just wants what's best for iago.

the PROBLEM is that he knows that is not him. he is not the best for them. they are NOT safe around him, and they never will be because he is supposed to kill them. it's literally written in their blood; they are meant to die at his hand. and oh, how many times he's tried to do it against his will. a few times, he almost tried on purpose- to kill them quickly & painlessly because he knew that wouldn't be how they died if he wasn't in control. but he could never do it because all he really wants to do is protect them.

puck is always very alert & on guard in general, but when it comes to iago those instincts skyrocket. especially about himself, but he takes it out on others. someone makes so much as a mildly snide remark to iago, and they're dead on the ground within seconds. puck just cannot handle the idea of someone else hurting iago because he already puts them through so much. (there's also the subconscious predator instinct. y'know, that's his prey, but he suppresses that as much as he possibly can because oh my god.)

there's also, of course, the insecurity. oh my god the insecurity. puck feels so much shame & guilt. he knows iago would be far better off without him, but that's his sibling. his TWIN. they've literally always been there for him & vice versa. no matter what happened he always knew they'd be right next to him, so he can never bring himself to push them away. he doesn't want to push them away. furthermore, they're also kind of . . . all each other even has? he's iago's only friend, and they're his. so he's afraid of them running off with someone else & never coming back home because they realized they're safer that way. i don't think he does this intentionally; it's definitely subconscious. if you asked him, he'd tell you that he & iago would never abandon each other & of course they can be with whoever they want! he doesn't mind! really!!! haha but what are your intentions with my sibling tho i will murder you if you even touch a hair on their head

^ IN THEORY. puck has very high standards for them. their partner had better be the BEST of the BEST. he can & will try to give their partner rabies or perhaps kill them if they don't meet the mark. this is why it was actually a fucking miracle that iago's canon romance is wyll because puck would have become the joker had it been literally anyone else.

basically . . . if puck can't protect iago from himself, he's going to do everythinggg he can to protect them from everyone else. he WILL protect them from everyone else. so. i am sorry for all the iago romancers out there. there is a dog barking outside your window, and he is about to start crawling into your walls with like. a Chainsaw.

Ok so i pondered on that newest helluva boss episode a lil bit (last time ill post about it) and i realised the episode would make way more sense if they just flipped moxxie and millie's places in the story for numerous reasons.

1. Millie would have an actual arc

I know a lot of people are excited that millie has an actual part to play in a story for once but i still think it sucks that the development still goes to moxxie. It's all centered around him being envious over the campers liking her more than him and realising that he needs to actually be supportive to her.

If you swap it around and make it where millie is the one getting jealous and has to grow up, then it gives her some necessary depth and it doesn't feel like the show's repeating development. It might seem a little weird considering how S1E5 was mostly her talking up Moxxie but i think it would make sense within the episode and show a different side to her.

2. Moxxie needs a win at this point

I dont know if he's just the writer's equivalent of a stress toy but good god does the show love punishing him constantly. In S1E1, he tries doing the right thing and gets traumatized. In S1E5 and S2E4, he tries to kill striker (who is not only a villain but is also set up as a hyper masculine foil to him) and fails both times. In S2E3, he tries to stand up to his father and becomes a full-on damsel in distress.

Considering how deep we are into the show, it's insane how he hasn't once been able to try and do anything competently without the writers mercilessly beating him down. I think that this should've been the episode where him being himself finally paid off, especially considering the next point.

3. Millie's musical talents were not set up at all

I dont hate the idea of her being a skilled singer and instrumentalist but they've set up Moxxie as exactly that since the pilot and it feels so off that out of everyone in I.M.P that could theoretically be a successful musician, it's millie that gets the gold.

Part of it is that before this episode, Millie only sang on two occasions and only once with her new voice actress. But Moxxie's had several songs, primarily in Ozzie's which shows him performing a whole song dedicated to Millie and even being able to improvise when Asmodeus tells him to make it hornier.

Having him be the one with the massive concert just makes more sense at this point in the story. Him being a talented vocalist and guitarist is a major part of his character, it doesnt feel thrown in to create more friction between characters compared to Millie's which, to me at least, reeks of the writers wanting to create conflict without really knowing how to.

4. It would put Millie's part in the team into perspective

Moxxie has had several episodes where he doubts his usefulness in I.M.P, especially in S1E1 and S1E6 which respectively deal with him learning to get the job done no matter what and fully exposing his relationship with Blitzo before they come to a mutual respect over their skills.

I'm not saying that this would fully get rid of all of his worries relating to his work but the way this episode positions it feels extremely redundant, like he just forgot about the events of S1E1 and needs to learn to ignore his feelings while working again. At this point in the story, he shouldn't need to relearn it.

But if this was Millie's first real shot at a job, it would make sense that it needs to be her time to shine. If she was the one getting sad when Moxxie's seemingly upstaging her both in technical assassin skills and blending in with the humans, it would open up a lot of story potential as to how she feels about her work and how she thinks she's valued in I.M.P that the writers have mostly ignored up till now. Also it works as a meta-commentary about how underutilized she's been, even when she's trying her best.

Other reasons

Here's some bonus ideas that i didn't have enough to say about but still wanted to mention

. Millie would get some alone time with Blitzo which the show basically hasn't done at all yet

. If Moxxie sang the "strangers sending a minor nudes" part of that one song then it could work as a social commentary on the sexualisation of teenage girls

. Millie being the one to fight Barbie makes more sense considering she's firmly established to be the "strong one" between her and Moxx

. They could still make that incest joke at the end of the episode if they really really really wanted to

. Moxxie's design when he's "Moxxine" is cute and didnt deserve to get slandered that hard

Now would this have fixed every issue with that episode? Not at all but to me, it would've made a lot more sense considering where the show's story has been so far and it could've set up some fascinating character developments to happen over the show.

they're not together because they're in love. juicebox is envious because his best friend (screwball) and his sister (amelia) are dating, meaning they're spending more time with each other than they are with him, so he feels sort of abandoned by two of the most important people to him. so he figures if he also has a date, he'll make them jealous and they'll pay attention to him again. he figures sharky would be most likely to accept, to which sharky responds that juicebox is kind of selfish for wanting to do that but he also likes the idea of having a s/o, so they get together but not exactly for real.

their relationship is still essentially one of friendship, but they take advantage of the Dating status to be a lil more intimate, mainly in public to make sure people know they're dating, and to get to know each other better. the dates they go on are essentially hangouts. i imagine when they first approach shipwreck about it at the dollar store he's like "if you guys are really a couple you should kiss right now" bc by the way they're talking he's skeptical. at first they're like "we havent even had our first kiss yet you cant force it" but then sharky's like "nah actually we should have our first kiss rn in front of shipwreck just to spite him" which it doesnt entirely make sense but they do it anyway bc their fake romance is already built on negative feelings towards others so might as well.

i mean overall it's just kind of a weird situation. they enjoy their time together but they both feel they're better off as friends. i can't imagine the ship being endgame at all but idk i just think it'd be interesting to explore

a couple days ago i had a fight with my partner and i said a lot of mean things i didn’t mean to. i was full of rage but as the day was ending i went to see him. he hugged me and i melted. i apologized for hurting him.

“we hurt each other unintentionally” is what he said and it struck to me. he was right we both hurt each other without knowing and end up fighting. i’m glad i made up with him that day too.

unfortunately, my day ended up being fine but his. didn’t. he had another issue that i can’t be a help of.

it has been two?three days? maybe more, i lost count, since we conversed properly. it hurts, a lot. but what can i do? i’m just a twenty three year old girl living with her parents with absolutely no freedom and is reviewing for her board exam. there wasn’t really anything i could do for him. i cant go to him, do you expect me to go to him in the middle of the night to console him? as much as my heart desire to, I CAN’T. 

good thing he had friends that can listen to him and be with him. it is a good thing right? but why do i feel so envious? why do i feel so left out? i wanted to be the one consoling him, the one he shares his problems, his laughter, to be by his side until everything is okay. fck. just fck my life.

i’ve been feeling so tired physically, mentally, and emotionally. what a great combination isn’t it. tired from my effing errands yesterday and i think my bloody ass strong pain reliever still has its effects on me until now (it made me vomit last night too, my hotshots all wasted). i slacked off from reviewing today, i just slept the whole fcking day. my partner’s been updating me which i appreciate but all i could say was “okay love, i love you more” and thats it very unusual of me.

he seems to descend upon you out of nowhere, a bouquet of bright roses in his arm as he takes you in thw other and spins you away from the unimportant person you were taking to, passionately singing a love song as he gets down on one knee and presents you the flowers before kissing your hand and showering you in sweet nothings in French

as you blush, he cuts a glance to the person, giving them a once over and chuckling in amusement before leading you away with a triumphant grin

⭐ Jesse

he's definitely less dramatic than Robaire, but if he gets the feeling that the person youre talking to is trying something, he will be just as assertive. he doesnt take you lightly at all, nor his promise to do all he can to make you happy. every moment with you, seeing your bright smile, hearing you laugh and just being with you is all the proof he needs that he's doing his job as promised, but when he sees you with someone who gives him a bad vibe, he doesnt hesitate to interrupt

without hesitation, no matter what he's doing, he will make a b-line right to you, his heart pounding firmly in his chest as his blue eyes remain on you. everything else seems to fade away until he's at your side, his hand quickly moving to your side and the most pleasant smile graces his face as he mentions that he's been looking for you

he keeps you close as he gazes at you, giving you a kiss to the cheek before looking the other person dead in the eye and just smiling for a moment before leading you away. he blushes as he leaves with you, sighing deeply as he blushes with a little frustration.

later, he'll quietly admit that he was a little envious, not jealous, seeing you with someone else and apologises for acting oddly, but will laugh at himself with you as you relax together

⭐ Taeyoung

you are his joy. being with you, spending time with you, just thinking about both of you being together makes his whole being almost glow with all the adoration he has for you, but with that level of love comes the same measure of jealousy. he's definitely the worst of the members when it comes to that, so when he sees you talking to one of the backstage organisers when he and the others return from hair and makeup ready for a shoot, he nearly goes up in flames

his face burns red, eyes go wide, and he nearly trembles with jealousy. Jesse and Aaron T notice it first, quickly trying to explain it away, saying you were likely just asking where he was or if you could be on set while their photos were being taken. but Taeyoung couldnt hear them. by the time Aaron Z, and then Robaire noticed his burning red face and the slim tears rising to his eyes, he was off like a rocket to you, grabbing your hand and leading you quickly back to his dressing room

everything happened fast. down the hall, his door opening then shutting hard and loud, and then... Taeyoungs arms wrapped around you tightly, clinging to you as he panted hard, his frustrated tears soaking into your shirt as he muttered a quivering apology and then confession of his love over and over again.

you couldnt help but smile and hold him back, helping him relax and reassuring him that you were, indeed, asking to be on set. he blushes again with embarrassment but after hugging a little longer and a few soft kisses, he takes you hand, laces his fingers with yours and walks with you back to set, keeps hold of your hand as he gets his makeup fixed, as he waits for his turn, letting go only for his photos before returning to your side once more

⭐ Aaron T

he is the loudest jealous member, which is consistent with his rivalling Robaire in most loud and proud about his relationship. he isnt nearly as romantic, but everyone in the country will for certain know about him and you being together happily and lovingly, and that being the case, whenever he gets jealous his reaction is more of a warning to anyone trying anything.

he'd been searching for you all day wanting to ask if you wanted to go out for lunch but when he sees you with one of the stage directors, giggling and them with that look in your eye, his mouth moved before his thoughts cleared out.

"OI!!!!" he yells, sprinting over to you and throwing an arm around you, pulling you close as he continues to shout, now with the attention of everyone on the practice stage, the managers, the other members who are more than amused and even the janitors who were just minding their business until they heard Aaron Ts voice. "I AM THEIR BOYFRIEND! EVERYONE GOT THAT?!?! I DONT WANNA SEE ANYONE, AND I MEAN ANYONE, TRY ANYTHING WITH MY BABY COS I WILL RUN CIRCLES ROUND YOU WITH MY WICKED SKILLS AND SEND YOU PACKING! the quiet jealous type as expected but the silent danger that exudes from him the moment he sees you with someone else outside of the other members, who he trusts and knows will respect you as his partner, is almost tangible. whoever that brave foolish soul was that spoke to you was will never know a moments peace from the second Aaron Z sees them talking with you

he takes a breath and walks over to you, his eyes not on you but on the person you're with. his own are cold and stern as he appears at your side, takes your hand and leads you away. throughout the day if he sees the person and he's with you, he'll wrap his arms around you and glare at them intently, unwavering as he makes it clear that you are off limits

the other members of 4Town mock him lovingly for his protectiveness, especially when hr insists you remain wherever they are, be it in thwir dance studios as they reherse, in the recording studio as they go over songs, on the practice stage as they prepare for performances, in his dressing room while he gets ready for photo shoots and fan meetings, and even in their tour bus if they have to go to a venue for a special appearance. he doesn't want you out of his sight but respects you if you ask for some space

he will, eventually, apologise for being a bit stern but reassures you that he's doing it because he loves you and if you think its too much, he promsies to ease up. he is always truthful with you and you know he'd never push your boundaries for any reason. he will finally smile and give you a kiss as you finally get relaxed and comfortable at the end of the day.

A good question! Hmm... since hes already so possessive and cocky I think at first he wouldnt be all that worried if his darling tried to make him jealous-- he knows that they're doing it on purpose. But, that doesnt mean Buck will let them off without a scratch or two. I think hed start with a light warning, just to remind his darling that they belong to him. But if the behavior continued, he wouldnt hesitate to get a little physical, branding them again to make sure they dont even have the option to talk to another person outside of him. He might make sure they aren't allowed out of the shared cell for a while just to make sure they learned their lesson. I think he doesnt really mind letting his darling know that hes jealous, but he doesnt like anyone else knowing that.

If it's another inmate though, I think hed get upset pretty quickly; but hed pretend if it was in front of his underlings. Buck would act relaxed, almost too relaxed as he tells them to knock it off and to not mess with his 'property.' After being with him for so long though I think his darling would notice his annoyance pretty quickly. If the other inmates continued making him envious one way or another, hed get pretty pissed. Beating up others is no problem for him and he wont have an issue taking a few swings at some of his underlings if they go too far. After that, even if darling isnt aware of what happened, I think hed be a lot more physically affectionate. It's almost childlike the way he gets physically attached so quickly if he feels theres some kind of threat. Hed make sure to prance around the courtyard more with his darling, not hesitating to give forceful PDA if it means the other inmates and his darling know their place.

[ Hey guys sorry for the sudden extreme bout of inactivity! I moved to europe and its been really rough on me! Ive been sleeping and dealing with a whole new language but I hope to be able to write more soon! ]

So, ive seen several Miraculous Ladybug fans suggest the idea that due to the way Gabriel is using the miraculous he is actually corrupting himself hence why his behaviour at the begining of the series toward Adrien is so vastly different then the recent seasons. This gave me a wickedly evil idea. What if, using the miraculous the way he is ISN’T just corrupting Gabriel but also corrupting everyone whos been akumatized.

Everytime someone gets possessed by the power of Hawkmoth’s akumas they give in to their deepest darkest desire for power, even if their intentions are good the fact of the matter is they are giving over their will to Hawkmoth in exchange for power and so even when the item is broken, even when Ladybug shout’s “miraculous ladybug” their’s just this tiny little bit of corruption that remains within.

It’s hardly noticeable for those only akumatized once or twice, for a week or so AFTER the innitial akumatization they are more easily angered more jumpy and paranoid but then it passes and the corruption eventually leaves. But the more you get akumatized the more you get... Corrupted. Slowly it builds within you, causing you to be a little quicker to anger, a little more envious, more paranoid, entitled, demanding, pushy, it feeds on those negative feelings growing you can fight it of course by being aware by not indulging in those negative thoughts because if you do someone who’s only be akumatized even once or twice can start to become twisted by the corruption. Perhaps Marinette see’s it in the people who get akumatized several times, or even some of the friends she’s made she doesn’t understand the cause of the change but she notices that when shes near them she feels this uncomfortable buzz in her head and this strange sense of something being out of balance even if she can’t understand it.

Enter: One Liar Rossi.

Lila, is naturally quick to be akumatized, her lies and self importance make her a perfect target to akuma’s and Hawkmoth is fine using the same girl over and over again because her hate for Ladybug makes for some truly disasterous akumas. Its simple bussiness really, nothing personal. Nooroo tries to warn Gabriel of course he does! But why would he listen now? So now Lila has a fair bit of corruption within her, and she keeps feeding it, every time shes jealous or worried about her lies coming to light, every time she thinks of Adrien as an object, or her new ‘friends’ as tools she feeds that little bit of corruption and each akumatization ads to it. Until its not so little.

At first the impact to her behaviour is harder to notice, shes a bit more ruthless with Marinette, a bit clingier to Adrien, a bit pushier with her lies and demands, but then it starts escalating, Adrien gets visible nail marks in his skin and she starts to scare him with how she looks at him, Marinette gets pushed down the stairs and breaks an arm, Lila manipulates the class with fear and starts getting others to feed their own corruption. Hawkmoth meanwhile is noticing that even when he sends out an akuma for someone else they are sometimes drawn to Lila who is mildly upset at best.

But it only continues to grow and fester, Marinette notices that the buzzing she would sometimes feel in her head around certain people is like full blown static when she’s around Lila it’s so distracting and bad that when one day Lila is ‘confronting’ the girl about some lie, Marinette suddenly holds her head and collaspes causing Adrien to go full blown crazy panic. The blonde feels crazy insane protective about Marinette following the incident Plagg tells him its about time his ‘Instincts’ kick in citing that it only took so long because Adrien is blind and apparently needed to ‘see the threat with his own eyes’ but refuses to elaborate further so Adrien just assumes Plagg is talking about how Adrien had been away at fashion week during the stair incident and not that it has to do with his being Chat Noir and his very good FRIEND being oh so similar to Ladybug.

As Lila continues to grow worse she starts to behave oddly to even the class, she becomes paranoid anyone who shows even a little doubt causes her to panic she thinks they ‘know’ about her working with Hawkmoth and her lies. She goes from happy to angry if even the smallest thing is done to upset her, poor Rose finds her phone smashed against a wall and coffee dumped on her after she ignores Lila to talk with Juleka instead, suprising everyone it was again Lila who got akumatized instead of Rose. Lila can no longer control her lies, instead they spew out of her begging for attention and power and fame, it gets to the point where even Alya is questioning it but to afraid to speak up for fear of how Lila will react.

In fact everyone is scared of Lila now. They don’t know when she’ll snap, what will set her off next, their forced to play nice with her just because their scared of what she will do next. And Gabriel is even scared to akumatize the girl because several of her akumatizations have resulted in Ladybug being forced to carry Adrien across Paris, at this point Gabriel would be fine with his son marrying the heroin just to thank her for how often she’s had to keep the blonde safe. Likewise Marinette has found herself in Chat Noir’s arms more times then she can count all because she rolled her eyes at one of Lila’s claims. Or dared to stutter out a thank you to Adrien for complimenting her, Marinette is very torn because on one hand ever sense Adrien started acting as her knight shes fallen even harder for him, but lately the strange soft looks Chat Noir shoots her and how he frets over her safety is making her heart feel dizzy [Adrien meanwhile doesnt know whats going on only that he feels like if anything bad were to happen to Marinette he would kill everyone in this room and then himself]. Hawkmoth soon notices however that even when he sends akumas to the other side of paris the dark butterflies refuse him and go to Lila, soon the girl is being akumatized even when she’s perfectly fine. And her claims of having ‘extreme empathy that makes her more sensitive then others’ is suddenly not covering it.

People are muttering that the itaian might be a physchopath or mentally troubled. Bustier and Damocles eventually have no choice after ignoring it for so long. They call on Lila’s mother [after finding the real number through a rather complex search] and inform the woman about everything. In the end Hawkmoth cant send out akumas for 2 months for fear of them targeting Adrien, and Lila ends up going home to Italy to attend a private school for troubled youth and meeting with a professional physchologist.

❥ ; physical health & mentality on it .

im  not  really  living  .  im  only  just  existing  ;  living  on  borrowed  time  .  im  simply  buying  to  delay  the  inevitable  .

as mentioned before , baizhu is dying . many reason as to why he spends his time trying to study more the longevity of somebody rather than immortality is that there is a distinct difference between the two ! having an indefinite lifespan is different than no death ! baizhu wants the former NOT the latter . he just wants to live without the fear or struggle of knowing that his body is failing .  he is sick , so he never really got to live . & while immortality does pique his interest , that is not really his focus ! 

remember longevity =/= immortality . both imply living forever . immortality , however , means that you genuinely cannot die . but it is a double edged sword . there are unfavorable aspects to immortality , which is why baizhu is not interested in it !  he just wants to live and he doesn’t need to be immortal to want it . i dont know if i can really stress that enough . because while it seems like baizhu is afraid of death ( and in many aspects , he is ) , its really more on the fact that he was never once able to live his life to the fullest . 

he never got to experience life or understand the meaning of it . why ? because he’s been sick most of his life . & since finding out that he is dying due to his sickness , the fear has only magnified .

i’ve also brought on the idea that he doesn’t always have the energy to spare . take introversion , right ? you get exhausted when you interact with people . but for him , this isn’t about being introverted . rather , interacting with people is not the only thing that will leave him tired . being physically ill means that there is a constant strain on his body that leaves him fatigued . taking medication will only diminish the effects . 

it is like taking pain killers or medicine for a cold . you take it , you may feel better , but after the effects go away , the pain comes back and you still feel sick if your body hasn’t had time to recover . not to mention that if you constantly take certain medications , the effects start to just not be there anymore and you either need to take more , or your body just has an immunity to it . yea so with baizhu , it isn’t so much that his body has an immunity to them , but its like nothing he takes actually helps in getting better - it just slows things down for him . 

now , looking at the physical ramifications of being sick and dying . yes , it does take an immense toll on you . your body is failing . but what does that mean on the mental side ? well it’s a bit like a coin . and there are two sides to it .

on one side : baizhu takes it with a bit of ease . many times he has the mindset of ‘well i cannot cry over spilt milk . ’ he doesn’t have time crying about what could be or what would have been . he isn’t jealous of others ( for the most part ) that they are not sick and he is . he isn’t envious or upset that he can heal others but cant heal himself . it is rather childish to wish for things that others have because he doesnt really want to have what others have . he just wants something for himself . i dont know if that makes sense but its not like he really can do much about what already is . however that being said ... there are a lot of negative aspects that really affect his mental health .

the other side of that coin is that baizhu is desperate . he’s scared and feel alone . he is absolutely terrified because he doesn’t know whats wrong . and while , yes , he doesnt want what OTHERS have , he still WANTS to live . he’s afraid to die because he hasn’t lived his life . often times he spends most of his down time ( which isn’t often ) worrying and fretting on how long he has left to live and wonders why he cannot find a way to help more on his situation - while often forgetting that he has been able to still outlast longer than initially expected .

there’s so much he wants to understand and know , and that he doesnt . it is incredibly detrimental to him because now he’s afraid to sleep . he doesn’t know when he is gonna die , he just knows it will happen , so he has insomnia . he absolutely refuses to sleep . ( instead most likely opts for power naps , which aren’t even good for him to begin with ) if it werent for herbalist gui and qiqi ( but mostly gui ) baizhu would have probably just been constantly dropping . ( gui is probably the reason why baizhu sleeps more often though ngl ) . 

it is funny to think that baizhu genuinely does try to save and conserve energy , but in the process , he just happens to also just .... use said energy in making him even more fatigued & exhausted . 

that being said , tending to patients is actually when he is at his happiest & most energy . it is a bit of a revitalization to know that he helps others . i always say that he is a two faced snake and should not be trusted , but he does actually have genuineity with some of his smiles . albeit they are only half-smiles and never really big ones , he is absolutely sincere in them ! 100 % . despite being a sad & scared man , the little things like treating his patients do give him joy so it does help with his deteriorating physical and mental health . but i suppose i can talk about that another time .

Tries so hard not to but sometimes he cant help it. Has strong opinions and a voice that he uses. It gets bad to the point where he will just leave and cool down in the gym. 

Babies: fur baby, scaly baby, or no baby?

To be honest, no baby. His life is so busy and he has other priorities that come before. 

Cocktails: are they extroverted? Introverted? Both? With their s/o? 

Extroverted and that doesnt change with his s/o. Hes very outgoing and always up to be in the crowds. 

Dance: would they encourage their s/o to join the industry? How would they take it if they did?

He would love it! But at the same time he knows it would be very stressful and it's not for everyone. Ultimately it's up to you. 

Exit: Do they like to travel? Where would they want to go? 

Travels for sports events only lol jk but outside of events its really hard for him to find the joy in traveling.

Food: what's their favorite date with their s/o?

The ones where he snatches them away after a sports event and spoils you to no end with extravagant food. 

Grease: what's something special they made for their s/o? 

Didnt make it but ordered them a shirt with his name and sports number on it so they can always support him at events!

Honesty: would they ever hide something from their s/o? 

His true feelings. He doesnt want to see weak.

Independence: what type of lover are they? Clingy or carefree? 

Carefree. He likes to still have a sense of freedom and definitely gives that to his s/o too! 

Jealous: are they a jealous person?

Oh yes. Much like Ranmaru, he will fight any man that even dares look at you too long. 

Kindness: how far would they go for their s/o? Ride or die kind of thing?

Definitely ride or die. You caught his eyes from the beginning and that's how long hes been there. 'Til the end baby!

Love: what's their love type? 

Physical touch. He knows he doesnt always have time and he thinks materialistic things dont hold the same value, so he will definitely be really affectionate. 

Mouth: where's their favorite place to kiss?

Your lips. Theyre his to claim over and over again and he has no shame in making out with you anywhere any time. 

No: anything they wouldnt do with or for their s/o? 

He'd do anything including commit first degree murder. Don't try him.

Sweat. It's a weird thing but he loves it because it makes it seem like you guys have been working out a lot and that's something to be proud of.

Very open. Will make out with you in public. Will squeeze your ass and will hold you tightly.

He tries to be but there's things he rather keeps to himself.

Takes a little but he gets there quicker than others. He knows what he likes and wants.

One and it didnt end well. After that he kind of closed himself and his heart off.

Sports lol. He does everything and theres nothing hes not good at.

Physically its your back. He just love the muscles and the way your shoulderblades move. Mentally its your strength and how you push through everything.

Definitely some day but that's a long ways away for him. Hes just gotten used to being a taken man again.

Kind of does. Becomes more open as time goes on and tries to really be more emotionally available.
