……hey so I just wanna point out how soul crushing Harvey and Bruce’s relationship can be

Disclaimer: Not all of this is cannon complicit some of it is my hc or opinions

They’ve known each other since collage, Bruce is 17 and Harvey is freshly 18, Harvey coming from an abusive family and Bruce coming from little family at all and finding comfort in each other, Harvey being one of the few friends Bruce has, even with their difference in upbringing they still find a way to just get each other. Depending how you think of the relationship they were likely the first actual experience with love the both of them had, something more than just a drunken kiss at a party.

And then Harvey becomes a successful lawyer, puts himself through school, and is trying to actually make Gotham a better place, he’s not in it for money, he just cares about the city and its people.

And then the accident happens. He and Bruce aren’t talking much, they just gradually drifted apart. Harvey is rejected by everyone else, he looses the life he built for himself and turns to crime in a desperate attempt to keep his head above water.

And Bruce finds out everything that he’s done as two-face, and to him it’s a definitive failure on his part. Because this was his friend, this was the first person he ever truly loved (romantically), and he let it slip away, he got caught up in his own life, and when Harvey needed him, when he needed anyone? Bruce wasn’t there.

Harvey is too far gone to actually accept help any longer, but Bruce still visits him in Arkham. Not as Batman but as Bruce, and he knows that deep down somewhere that person he lost is still in there

"Merls, about what happened with the Lamia..." He paused to collect his words. Merlin interrupted him before he found them. He shook his head and gave Gwaine a patently forced smile.

"It's alright," he started, a nervous laugh under his voice, but Gwaine raised a hand to stop him. Merlin froze and immediately that apprehension in his posture returned. Gwaine blanched and dropped his hand at once, horrified by the impact of his gesture.

"I didn't mean..." Gwaine trailed off. Merlin was looking at him in a way he'd seen on servants' faces before, but one Merlin had never directed at him. It was the look of a servant before an unfamiliar knight. That wary look someone wore when they weren't sure yet how that knight treated their underlings. That same way servants looked at nobles when they knew one wrong move could cost them their job. Or worse. Merlin should never have to look at any of them like that. 

Gwaine wondered if maybe Arthur had been right and they shouldn't have come to see him. Idiot, why had he thought it would be a good idea for them all to come here at once like this? They'd come to apologise, but maybe they were just ganging up on him. Was he afraid right now? He glanced at the others, hoping one of them knew how to fix this.

Hajime Hinata, the ultimate retirement home assistant, was assigned to Pennyworth. He’s had issued going up and down the stairs, taking minutes for each step. A couple of steps until the hallway, he realizes he forgets something, possibly his cane, or his glasses. He has to make his way back up the stairs and refuses for Hinata to just grab them for him, as he is a butler and capable of his own things. He then makes the decision to jump down the stairs, sadly missing his master who hired him for his butler services, Byakuya. He jumps two stairs at a time. And then he forgets what he’s doing. And then he realizes he is missing a shoe. He makes his way up the stairs. No way. The shoe is on his foot. The image above shows Hajime Hinata done with this old man’s shit.

• Sally Terrific Spindel, or known as Sally, is the first individual to think scaring is bad, knowing those kids would live their lives, afraid what’s lurking after them.

• Sally was rather sweet, caring, and stubborn to make music, bake, and lastly support others even if they don’t appeared to be scary.

• Sally is childhood friends with Mike, she does care about him and wishes him good luck. She knew Mike worked hard to become successful, and prove to everyone that he is scary. She’s very supportive, but something bothered her is that she did not want to upset Mike, or attempt to get him hurt.

• Sally’s parents makes her successful enough to get accepted into college, which is Monsters University. Her family despises most famous scarers as they considered them “you only scare because of that title of yours”, thinking they only succeed because of how they acted, and looks…not knowing their true identity.

• After years, she owns her parents’s business called “Horrific Screams”. Later on she does rename it to “Joyful Laughs”. Her business is mostly infested with other spider monsters who are most likely related to the arachnids family.

• Sally was supposed to look like her mother, but I changed her to look like her father.

• Sally is bisexual! She does like both woman and man.

• Sally does know about Johnny Worthington, and his family considering her father is good friends with Jack Worthington. However she despises Johnny.

• Sally is uncomfortable with other monsters surrounding her and having their phones out to take a photo of her. Sally wanted to be like the other normal people.

• Sally is pretty much helpful to her friends, she enjoys cleaning and helps out squishy’s mother when Mike and the rest are outside training, or hanging out.

Ouroboros is the infinite cycle of creation and destruction, and so is eating. The bird eats the worm, the human eats the bird, and the worm eats the human as the cycle begins anew.

Circles within circles, cycles upon cycles.

There’s something beautiful and horrifying about the need to consume. We will never stop, because we can’t. The snake will never fully devour itself. The cycle will never end, it will just change in ways we could never possibly imagine.

The strawberry is gone now. When I die, perhaps strawberries will grow over my grave, feasting on my flesh as I feasted on theirs. And the cycle will begin again.
