I just had a panic attack over a moth

A small one

I have the most extreme fear of bugs and I was outside spray painting stuff and a moth came towards me and I backed away but it kept following me

And then it went on my arm

And just stayed there

And I was shaking my arm frantically to get it off but it wouldn't go off my arm and then it started crawling all over my arm so like phobia plus sensory issues equals terror

And then I was running around my backyard like a wild animal

My brain was in fight or flight mode I swear

And I did that for like two minutes then ran inside softly but frantically yelling "DAD BUG MOTH HELP GO PLEASE MOTH HELP"

Like the ape's first words video (give me eat orange you give orange me eat orange)

And my dad slowly comes downstairs and I'm like "MOTH ARM HELP"

yeah I'm never living this down
