double feature???? yeah that's right Gummigoo is here too, I don't make the rules (I do actually). anyway I finished both of these around the same time so I figured I'd just post them together. Ragatha took the longest so in the middle of working on her I started Gummi lol. I think of all the designs so far, Ragatha deviates the most from the OG designs. These were both really fun to work on! Gave Gummigoo pants.. cuz idk he didn't feel too different with just the hat and bandana so I thought he needed smth more lmao

and then I had extra space in the corner so I just.. stuck a halfassed doodle of Gummigoo there and I couldn't stop giggling at him so he stays ��

It's still genuinely burned into my memory when I started coming to school in skirts and a guy I was kinda friends with was friendly and kinda amused and asked like "there's gotta be a bit of this that's a meme right?" or something like that with a bit of respect in his voice.

and I know if I'd said yes he would have been chill and I also know he genuinely thought he was being bros or whatever, but when I said "no" he didn't really know how to respond and got a bit quiet and I don't think we ever really talked again.

like there's just so many things like that where it's been "oh haha dude nice crossdressing" because they can tell themselves it's ironic and a meme and youre still one of the dudes (albeit not one they particularly respect) but the second you say it's not then it's suddenly an issue.

#it's such a strong memory from highschool it's really hard to forget #even moreso than being questioned by people in the fucking pride group about why I'd wear a skirt or shave my arms #just the way he respected it because he thought I was doing a bit #and it makes me think about my other school and when the boys would swap uniforms with the girls school on their last day #and how that was cool and funny and respectable #but it just made me envious (and think they should dress like that more. but not staying men lol)#ok whatever you know how i get when i think about highschool #I mean there was also the girl who took photos of me without my consent but nothing really came of that #god i really do not know how i managed all of that at like 14-15 #keep in mind i was a woman at this point like i wasn't crossdressing i was a girl and had been out for a while
