❥ as we all know, cloud is pretty serious or stoic most of the time. i mean, after everything that’s happened to him, you can’t really blame him. due to the harsh realities of living in the slums of midgar, he wouldn’t want kids unless you two were very stable and sure of your decision. he doesn’t want to bring a child in a world full of hate and despair, so he wants to make sure you both are ready for this!!

❥ when you do decide to get pregnant, cloud is with you every step of the way. he’s still doing jobs as way to make a living for the two of you, but when he comes home, he’s literally so sweet. i can just imagine cloud scolding you for tripping over something even though he’s literally holding you in his arms after he’s caught you lmao.

❥ he’s definitely not fazed by morning sickness or any sort of pain or gross feelings!! he will hold your hair for you when you puke and will massage you when your back hurts (even if he’s super awkward)!!

once he opened his eyes and his vision became clear, he lifted his head to see you standing in front of him, arms crossed and a shit eating grin on your face.

“hi, mysterion,” you giggled.

“what the hell is this?” he demanded, tugging at the zip ties that kept his wrists together behind him. you only giggled again, swiftly putting your hands behind your back. you sashayed closer to him and leaned down, getting in his face.

“remember our last encounter? remember how i said i’d find out who you were sooner or later?” you quoted. “yeah?” he answered, now feeling just a little nervous. were you really going to go through with that? he thought you said that just to scare him.

you placed a hand on his cheek, “well, time to make my wildest dreams come true, kenny,” and with that, you took said hand and yanked off his mask.

kenny couldn’t say anything, he stared at you, his identity, somehow, revealed to you. how crazy were you? how could you have found out his name? with all these questions bubbling in his head, he heard your signature giggle.

“you’re prettier than i thought you’d be,” you smiled, your gloved hands ran through kenny’s hair. “what-…what’s that supposed to mean?” he stuttered. “exactly what you think it means.”

just because you were a villain didn’t mean you couldn’t have feelings. let alone feelings for a hero. kenny was so…different from everyone. he helped everyone. he wasn’t like cartman, and more importantly, he wasn’t like you. but, while that was nice, and while that’s why you liked him in the first place, that was also the problem. he wasn’t like you. you couldn’t stop being the way you were just for one person

“cmon, kenny. why don’t you join me?” you offered. treating yourself to a seat on his lap, you wrapped your arms around his neck and listed the many reasons he should turn to you. “i know all about you, ken. i know you can’t die, and i know your friends never seem to remember. but that’s the thing..i remember.”

“what the fuck are you talking about? how do you know all this shit?” he urged. “i know you, kenny. i follow you you around, i follow you home. i see you kill yourself, and then i see you in your bed the next morning. and while i watch, i also remember. i am what you’re friends aren’t. i care when your friends don’t. hell, they can’t even remember something so serious. even if it happens right in front of their dumb faces,” you babbled.

that’s when you grabbed his face with both hands, bringing it closer to yours. “i love you, kenny. i know you. i remember you. be with me,” you begged. then kenny realized.

you were being truthful. how could you know all this if you couldn’t remember? there was just no logic in it. you loved him so much, you remembered. thinking about it made him give in.

“fine.”

“oh, kenny. you really aren’t like anyone else,” you sighed, pressing your lips to his. this kiss was like no other to kenny. it felt meaningful. it didn’t feel like some hook up. it felt real.

you pulled away, love stricken. “i’ll untie you,” you whispered, getting up from his lap and going to crouch down behind him. you took out a small pocket knife and cut the plastic, freeing his hands.

kenny got up from the highly uncomfortable chair and looked at you as you rose back up. you waltzed over to him, taking his hand and leading him to the edge of the building. many cars passed, people left restaurants, families chattered on the sidewalk.

He wasn’t fully awake yet, he could save his sleep. If only you would stop fucking shaking him! 

“What woman?!” He said shaking you off of him and hurrying his face into his pillow.

“‘Tsuki! There’s a bug! In the bathroom, and I really gotta go!”

He does a full 360. He sits up, drags his hands over his face, and just looks at you. He’s just staring, almost into space, the worlds blankest stare. It’s in between morning confusion, anger, oblivion, and more confusion.

“…what?”

“It’s urgent! How many times do I have to say it! There’s a bug in the bathroom, and I needa go!”

“…you woke me up….for a bug?”

“Yes! A really big bug!”

He’s fuming mad, he seriously can’t believe you right now. A bug? Really?! He can’t even be bothered by this right now, so he simply lays back down and pulls the covers over his head. 

You immediately pull the covers back and shake him awake once again, “wake up you big lump! It’s almost time for you to get up anyways!”

“I still have,” he tilts his head towards the digital clock on his nightstand, “7 minutes.”

“Come on! The bug is gonna get away by then, please?!”

He drawls out the worlds longest sigh, and tussles out of the bed with an attitude. He grumbles all the way to the bathroom, ‘can’t believe y’woke me up for some dumb bug, he grumbles while he kills the bug, ‘all y’hafta do is smash it’, and while he walks back getting into bed with 5 minutes to spare, ‘wasn’t that fuckin hard’ 

“Thanks Kats!” You say enthusiastically.

“Yeah yeah, just go pee now, don’t wake me up again either.” 

He was not happy when his alarm clock rang five minutes later, and his sleep schedule was now two minutes off. ❀

You smile softly and begin to walk up the stairs where a lovely hot shower awaits you. Well not so lovely because the moment you pulled back the curtain, you screamed in horror. 

It was like a dark purple worm looking thing, and it was in the tub. Not even a minute later Todoroki makes his way up the stairs and into the bathroom. He didn’t even ask what was wrong, he quickly grabbed a paper towel and disposed of the bug. 

“It’s raining and cold out, all the bugs are finding their way in,” he said nonchalantly.

Afterward, you were too paranoid to take your shower though, so you had him do a full inspection of the bathroom, and you made him sit in the bathroom with you until you were done in the shower. ❀

You’re standing on the couch at this point grasping the cute brown throw pillow for dear life. For a moment, Izuku finds this situation a little funny and kinda adorable.

He went to the kitchen to grab a paper towel but then he thought about that poor spider, and its-his- poor life. He switched out the paper towel for a cup, and came back to living room. He trapped the spider and waited for it to climb into the cup, and then he ran outside far away from the house, and set it free. ❀

“Eiji! What are you doing?!” You shouted from the bedroom.

“I’m gonna save you don’t worry!” He says as if you’ve been captured.

He quickly dials his best man, Bakubro, who picks up the phone irritated but gets concerned due to the urgency in Kirishimas voice. He tells Kirishima that he’ll be right over.

“Don’t worry pebble, reinforcements will be here soon!”

“What?!”

Just then harsh knocks were heard from the door, and you knew he had called Bakugo. 

He storms in asking Kirishima what’s wrong because he’s actually worried, and he’s confused as to why Kirishima looks so calm. 

“Listen Bakubro-“

“Don’t call me that! Just spit it out!”

“There’s a bug.”

“A bug-“

“Yes! But a really big one and it’s in the top corner of my bedroom, how will I be able to sleep at night if you don’t-“

“You sounded so distraught over the phone, for a bug,” uh-oh that’s his ‘you’ve gotta be fucking kidding me voice’ 

“Well I mean it’s not just a bug it’s-“

“Don’t finish that sentence, I’ve had enough of your stupidity for one day.”

He walks into the room, to see you just awkwardly standing on the bed the farthest away from the spider. 

“H-hey I just wanted to make sure it didn’t move…Eijiro was supposed to kill it-“

“Yeah, I know. Shitty hair does not do bugs. I come over here like twice a week for this exact reas-“

Before he could finish his sentence, Kirishima came into the room blazing. He had paper towels, Lysol spray, and for some reason a bowl on his head.

“Here! I grabbed all the stuff!”

“That’s too much shitty- never mind, hand me a paper towel.”

He quickly hands the paper towels over, bakugo goes to the corner, jumps up, and kills the bug.

“My hero!” Kirishima said jokingly.

“Yeah yeah, see ya shitty hair,” he said heading towards the door. ❀

❀ It’s around here somewhere, you just know it. While bringing the groceries into the apartment, you accidentally let a moth in. You had looked around but figured it would come out sooner or later, and started preparing some ramen.

Minutes later, Kaminari walked in, and even though you knew he was gonna freak out you figured if you told him about it upfront he’d be okay. Boy, were you wrong.

“Why are you being so nonchalant about this?! A MOTH THATS PROLLY THE SIZE OF MY HAND IS FLYING AROUND!”

“Babe, calm down. Moths aren’t that big-“

“YEAH RIGHT!”

“Just stay in the kitchen with me then, it’s fine.”

And of course as soon as you said that it came flying out from behind the couch cushion and into the kitchen. 

“Ahhhh! ITS RIGHT THERE!” He says cowering behind your leg. 

“Ok ok scaredy cat I’m gonna let it out.”

The moth was just flying around the light, so you went to the door opened it and turned off the light in hopes of the moth not swarming it anymore. Slowly, but surely it flew out of the door. 

You closed it shut going back into the kitchen to check on your fearless boyfriend. 

“It’s gone.”

“You lied to me! It was huge!”

“I think you’re exaggerating a little denks.”

“No you’re under exaggerating.”

You guys debated about the size of the moth throughout dinner, and he was paranoid the rest of the week. ❀

alriiiiight season 2 is over and im high off my ass so its time for me to give my updated extremely unnecessary opinions on the reboot cast woo (they did these guys so bad omg 💀)

scary girl - yea she's an acquired taste but idgaf i love this stupid bitch so much and the fact that she had a storyline with potential that ended up being a throwaway was so tragic

chase - he's there ig. i don't hate him as much as i did before but like he's so useless 😭 he was only there for comedic relief but it never landed. he had a few friendships and things that couldve been developed but otherwise he's literally nothing without emma. rip ig

millie - i cant stand this hoe omg. first ur lazy and useless asf in the challenge then you try to push your own teammate to basically his death like girl. cartoon or not ur foul for that. she got so lucky that damien forgave her bc me personally i would've pushed her ass off a bridge. she should be thanking bowie for making her time on screen in season one interesting enough that i could resist scratching out my eyes every time she showed up

emma - she was amazing in the first half of season 1 and made a comically steep decline in the second half of episode 7. season 2 obliterated this girl (we seeing a pattern here?) instead of, idk, rekindling her friendship with bowie or developing some sort of actual storyline for her since she was a fairly strong competitor, the writers drew straws and gave her the most horseshit episode arc they could think of 😭 and i mISS HER STUPID LITTLE WHITE GIRL DANCE WHY DID THEY GET RID OF IT

nichelle - lemme just say yall's expectation for her was way too high 🤭 her storyline peaked in episode 2 of the second season. like yeaa she came back and is suddenly really good at challenges as if we all wouldn't see it coming 😃 just like everyone else, she had potential but she somehow ended up being the most underwhelming character to come out of the reboot. watching her go down as soon as she did along with the hopes of virtually the entire fandom was quite comedic. and side note i wish her friendship with damien had more substance to it bc those two were great together

bowie - my everything. he was destined to be an early boot so he came and served cunt for 6 episodes instead and i love that for him. was i expecting him to get far? no. was i expecting him to leave so soon? no and i was thoroughly upset about it. but i love that he did the little gay wrist limp thing when he left. whats it called again. limp wrist?? fag hand?? idk i'll remember in the morning. him acting as a coach for wayne and raj in the finale was so perfect. i love that he knows that his bf and his bf's best friend are hilariously stupid and just rolls with it. and might i add that his comment to raj before he left about him telling everyone that his boyfriend was gonna be a millionaire was the PERFECT SETUP for raj to win the season but NAH the gays can never win sadly

axel - undeniably a disappointment. dont get me wrong i love her crazy ass and i love that they gave her a soft side to her with her liking art and poetry and stuff like that but the fact that her entire character past that is her sucking face with ripper for uncomfortable periods of time kinda sucked. like ripaxel wasn't terrible and i really like how they got together but from there it was just hard to watch. and somehow, out of the three canon het ships in the reboot, these two are the most functional, so that's something

ripper - he's tolerable to watch now, still quite disgusting, but tolerable. watching him desperately go after this girl was amusing and i won't even lie i was happy for him when he and axel finally got together, but it when downhill from there real quick 💀 and his elimination was such a lame ass cop-out by the writers. the double elim couldve been like a twist or smth but ig not 😭 by ep 7 i wanted them split apart just as much as everyone else but ripper's elim was so lazy

zee - not much to say here. funny soda man. he stayed longer than i expected but im not mad about it. he stayed long enough to make a storyline but not too long that he made me mad. and the fact that pretty much everyone on the island trusted him with a secret of some sort is kinda funny to me. funny soda man

mk - booooo tomato tomato tomato. ik yall will not admit it but she was nothing without her alliance/situationship with julia. i don't dislike her at all but all the potential she had after her elim in season 1 fizzled out halfway through season 2. her dynamic w julia was pretty cool but what else did she have besides that and theodore? nothing.

damien - my. fucking. god. THEY DID MY MAN SO OUTRAGEOUSLY BAD. like it pisses me off so bad 😭 damien should've been a finalist. no questions asked, but instead they decided to boot him in favor for two heteros whose storyline lasted THE ENTIRE SEASON. highway fucking robbery. he had a storyline. he had character relationships. he had a rivalry. he had it all. but the writers thought it would be fun to keep PRIYA over him. again, highway fucking robbery.

raj - my amazing baby son who can do no wrong. i was so upset that he just barely missed out on being a finalist but omg he was so great his entire run. he and wayne are just the right amount of stupid to be tolerable, even when the jokes dont land. and oh my god his little speech before he left had me so SAD. "we won't reach the end together, but we'll always be together in the end." IM SO UPSET i love he so much

priya - the fact that this paragraph wasn't 8 paragraphs ago pretty much sums up how i feel about her. she's fine. i like her a lot. bowie still should've won season 1, but if anyone im glad it was her. still, this was the perfect opportunity to priya to realize how her parents have been policing her life since birth but instead, they turn her into an indecisive lovestruck moron that basically took up the entire season. i was bored of the priyaleb storyline after maybe 3 or 4 episodes. but lucky me, i got to see 13 episodes of it instead 😃😃😃

julia - honestly not much to say here either. she is arguably the best player the show's ever had, but idk, my only gripe about her is that her entire thing is that she's a bitch to everyone except mk. maybe it's just me but i got bored after a while. maybe its bc the only storyline we had left by the end was priyaleb but the whole time i was like "congrats, you're a terrible person, can you do something else now?" 😭 idk maybe my expectations were too high. im just not feeling her as much as i did during season 1. the mullet will eat tho. she will make it work.

caleb - booooooooorrrrrrriiiiiiiiinnnngggg. if a vanilla ice cream cone was a td character it would be caleb. he's super nice and hot asf but also annoyingly indecisive and way too easily manipulated. how are you gonna say that you know not to team up with julia then immediately do just that 😭 can we make it make sense plz. caleb is so extremely unremarkable that my thoughts for him have barely changed compared to season 1. glad he has a girl tho ig

wayne - i am so glad he won bc going into the final 4 things were looking grim 💀 but omg his little "overcoming his fears and growing as a person thing" in episode 12 was so good. and his whole team actually being there for him and not just to oppose someone else was incredible. watching them cheer for him while he had the stupid little smile on his face made my heart happy. love him so much

Nothing beats a Saturday morning.

The coffee’s actually fresh for once, the kids aren’t rushing to get to school and forgetting things, and it’s just Hunter and Gambit—well, until their kids are up, at least. Omega is Hunter’s half-sister—same dad, different moms and yet they look eerily similar to each other—but when her mom died, he formally adopted her a month after taking her in. Jubilee’s got a bit of a similar story—she was  in the foster system as a mutant until the X-Men (the team Gambit’s a part of, as he’s also a mutant) took her in. She and Gambit got so close he also formally adopted her, but with visits from the other X-Men, of course.

A soft mew has Hunter almost spilling his piping-hot coffee onto his skin and black T-shirt. He’s had enhanced senses his whole life, so unexpected noises startle him—and too much for his senses in general gives him sensory overload. He turns and finds Gambit with a cat perched on his shoulder. “We’re taking another stray in?” he asks as the cat licks his boyfriend’s finger. “We might not have room for more cats, Remy—as much as I love them.”

“Too late, mon amour. She’s already chosen me.” Gambit teases, Cajun accent popping out a bit more than it usually does. Hunter sighs and pets the stray—a purring Bengal with light green eyes who can’t be more than four or five months old. “Fine. But we already have three others and Batcher.”

Batcher is Omega’s golden retriever; an excitable two year old dog with a strong attachment to her owner. Sometimes he regrets agreeing with Gambit to get their first cat—a male, fluffy and blue-eyed Persian named Desmond, as in Desmond Miles from Assassin’s Creed—but his boyfriend had been very…persuasive, and he just couldn’t say no. But now he’s got a cat dad boyfriend—which isn’t complaining about, but it’s a lot to keep up with.

“I know, I know.” Gambit sighs, petting the stray. “But I had a whole name picked out for this petite chérie.”

“You mean cyar’ika.” Hunter teases, using his native language of Mando’a to give the stray a cute nickname. “What’s the name idea?”

His boyfriend coughs a bit, clearly a little embarrassed. “...Peanut.”

He smiles a little. Usually, Gambit’s bold, charming and suave, if not a little cocky at times. But he likes the real side of him—sweet, a little adorkable and a tiny bit shy. “Cute name.” he replies as he gives Peanut a pet on the head. The kitten purrs and nudges her head into Hunter’s hand, and he now officially loves this cat like the other three and Batcher.

Gambit snorts. “Oh, she’s definitely staying. If we let her go, she’ll come back.” 

“Yeah, I know, I know.” he leans up a bit and presses a quick kiss to his boyfriend’s mouth before pulling away. “Same story with the other three.”

A yawn catches both of the men’s attention, and Peanut lets out a little mrp sound. “Buir?” a drowsy voice with a strong Australian accent mumbles. A girl with collarbone-length platinum blond hair, tanned skin and milk chocolate-colored eyes is leaning on the doorframe, rubbing the sleep from her eyes. Hunter smiles a little bit as he looks at his teenage half-sister/adoptive daughter. There’s a twelve-year age difference between them, him being twenty-five. “Morning, Omega.” he goes over to Omega and ruffles her hair.

She grumbles something, even if she’s smiling.

“Hey, petite.” Gambit says, also smiling at her. Peanut’s still on his shoulder, and the kitten looks curious about the new face. “Morning.” she looks a little more awake when she sees Peanut giving her a curious look with her light-jade green eyes. “Is that another cat? God, you’re such a cat dad.”

“Car dad and loving it.” Gambit replies as he ruffles Omega’s hair when she comes up to the counter. He’s gotten close with her over the three years he and Hunter have been together, and now they’re inseparable—him showing Omega his card tricks that are charged by his mutant power. “I was gonna start breakfast earlier, but a cute baby” —he gives Peanut a bit of a brain massage, and she purrs and pushes her head up into his hand— “distracted me.”

Hunter snorts and sips his coffee. “You want me to make breakfast instead, adi’ka?” “Go ahead, but Gambit usually cooks beignets for breakfast, so…”

He looks over to his boyfriend, who’s too invested in playing with and loving the newest kitten addition to the house. Hunter usually sees him cooking beignets up in the morning, but he’s always assumed it’s for dessert later or to give the girls to go to school with. He puts his coffee cup down with a slight sigh and gently plucks Peanut off Gambit’s shoulder, causing a small, heart-twisting cry from her.

Shit. He’s not as well-versed as his boyfriend in the area of caring for a cat, but he gives her a gentle brain massage as he’d seen Gambit doing before he took her off his shoulder, sending her into a state of purring and relaxation.

Omega smiles at the small, silky ball of fur in Hunter’s arms and looks at the kitten. “She’s so cute.”

“Don’t forget about Batcher, petite.” Gambit remarks as he gets the ingredients for beignets. “She’ll get jealous.”

As if on cue, the golden retriever comes in and lets out a happy little bark, then looking at Peanut with her chocolate brown eyes. Peanut shrinks back a little into Hunter, and he chuckles as he holds her in one hand while petting Batcher with the other. 

Omega smiles at her dogs and drops some goose pâté for her as a morning treat, since it’s her favorite. “Don’t give her too much.” he remarks, even if she knows not to give too much already.

Another yawn from the doorway has everyone’s attention as Jubilee comes into the kitchen, her short black hair tousled into a bedhead. “Tell me that’s beignets I smell, and don’t tell me Gambit’s adopted another cat.”

“It’s beignets, and yes, he’s adopted yet another cat.” Hunter says as he grabs his coffee again, smiling when Peanut looks into his mug out of curiosity. “She’s a real cyar’ika, though.”

“You, sir, are completely and totally whipped.” she teases as she lets Peanut sniff her hand and bump it with her nose. “But that’s okay, as long as I get a crap ton of pets out of it.”

Everyone laughs and Batcher barks a bit, not wanting to be left out of the camaraderie. Jubilee smiles some more and lowers her hand so she can run it through the golden retriever’s thick, soft fur. 

After the beignets are done, they get topped with powdered sugar and passed around the kitchen. Hunter takes a bite of the pastry Omega passes to him and he can’t help but smile at the fried, sugary goodness that overtakes his taste buds. He sips his coffee once he’s done, leaning back against the counter, smiling when Gambit gives him a quick, intimate side hug.

Jubilee almost chokes on her beignet, miming gagging once she isn’t. “Too early in the morning for PDA.” she grumbles, though her tone is showing she isn’t fully genuine about what she just said. Peanut meows, jumping out of Hunter’s arms and onto the floor—and like all cats, she lands perfectly on all four paws. She goes to Omega and starts purring, rubbing against her leg. 

He smiles and sips his coffee as his boyfriend gives him a kiss on the cheek. “Life’s pretty nice, non?” he mutters as he idly plays with some strands of Hunter’s shoulder-length and curly dark brown hair.

He watches Jubilee and Omega talk and eat as they spoil Batcher and Peanut—the other three cats will wake up or come in later—and his smile grows.

“Uh-huh.” Hunter leans into Gambit’s side a bit and smiles up at him. “Pretty damn nice, cyare.”

also idk why but jinx is nocturnal i literally didn’t even do this myself .she just goes to bed at 5am every morning, EXACTLY when caitlyn wakes up. jinx sleeps in until, like, 3pm. they both have completely different sleep cycles despite living in the same house. I TRY TO GIVE JINX A NORMAL SLEEP SCHEDULE AND IT DOESN’T WORK. meanwhile viktor and jayce wake up at the same time. go to bed at the exact same time. they’re scarily in sync. are really close. but keep tormenting each other through pranks. jayce will point one way, viktor looks behind him. “BOO.” viktor jumps. they both laugh. THIS SHIT HAPPENS CONSTANTLY. VICE VERSA. and the amount of random arguments they have without my input?????. are y’all ok?.?????

they once got into an argument and jayce kicked over the bin outside. he walks back in. viktor is still on the couch. jayce sits next to him. but there’s music playing. so of course, jayce started angrily head bopping. because it’s important u always dance to music no matter what mood ur in. viktor jus groovin, too, while ignoring him. jayce eventually calms down. happy head bopping :). viktor then tells him off for kicking over the bin. fucking ANGRY. HE STORMS OUTSIDE. AGAIN. KICKS OVER THE BIN. AAGGAAIIN.

also idk i find it funny jayce plays christmas music and vibes while viktor is like “for the love of god shut that shit off right now.” i might’ve purposely made jayce like christmas music. i might’ve purposely made viktor hate it. what of it?

i always have to force viktor to socialise , too. he refuses to talk to anyone on his own BUT jayce. his literal roommate. who talked to him mainly with my input. most of the time jayce will invite people over and viktor avoids them as much as possible. once he walked out of his room, saw cait and vi at the dining table with jayce, stopped, and then decided reading a book in his room would probably be a better use of his time.

genuinely got so confused when i tried to introduce the girls to the hexbros tho bc i got cait to interact with viktor but for some reason, when checking through her acquaintances list later, viktor wasn’t there? but jayce WAS… and they’d only briefly been introduced. Louis never complained when you both cuddled. She could never say no when you collapse into her arms, but she's never been so tired. Not just physically, but mentally. The toxic combination working late nights at work and writer's block has made going through her day hell. The only thing that kept her through it all was being able to come home to you every night and lately all she ever wanted was to be held by you.

Thoughts of your embrace, your arms wrapping around her delicate torso made her smile to herself as she got ready for bed. Dreams of your nose burying into the crook of her neck, feeling the ghost of your smile against her, cleared her nerves. Her being the big spoon was always how it went, ever since you two spent your night together.

And going against the natural flow was never Louis's strong suit.

With a final deep breath, Louis made her way from the bathroom to your bedroom. Her eyes relaxed upon seeing you sitting up on your bed, reading and waiting for her.

The call of your name tore your attention away from your book and to your lover, who had her hands behind her back as if she did something wrong. "What's the matter, Lou?" Your voice was tired and soft. The nickname rolling off your tongue always made Louis feel warm. "Can I be the little spoon tonight..?" Her voice dimmed as the thought left her lips. She immediately felt dumb for asking, her cheeks filled with warmth in embarrassment and anxiety.

"Huh?" It was out of the blue and the severity she treated the matter confused you. "Nevermind-it was stupid." You spoke up quickly before she could continue, "I don't mind if you're the little spoon." You patted the empty space next to you. "It's not stupid at all, Lou. I'd love to hold you." Louis's shock transferred into excitement as she (not so subtly) scurried her way to the other side of you, quickly burrowing herself under the covers.

Anything she would've dreamed of felt nothing like the real deal as you wrapped your arms around her and presses yourself against her back. She felt calm, she felt safe, everything finally felt right in the world. She felt your words on the back of her neck, "Y'know Lou, I like it this way. I'm glad you brought it up, your ideas are always lovely." Louis felt as if she was on cloud nine. "Right now staying like this forever sounds lovely." She yawned as you let out a tired laugh. "I have the day off tomorrow and you can always call in sick. Maybe we should have a day to ourselves tomorrow."

Louis smiled to herself and closed her eyes. "The thought does sound appetizing, I guess we'll see in the morning. Goodnight, Y/n. " As if you were a witness to her fantasies, you gave a quick kiss to the back of her neck. "Goodnight, Lou."

His eyes widen as he let his arm fall to his side. Confusion on his face, as he put both his hands in his jeans pockets.

“I don’t understand your problem right now” Changkyuns face turned from confused to just annoyed in seconds as soon as he saw you roll your eyes.

You placed the last dishes into the dishwasher and closed it’s door while Changkyun just stood there watching you. Drying your hands on the towel next to you, you hung them behind you on the stick and made your way to the bathroom, walking past your boyfriend and not giving him one second of your attention, ignoring him completely.

“For real now?” thats what you heard him yell right before you closed the bathroom door.

That was 3 days ago. 3 days with you not talking to him and ignoring him completely.

You weren’t mad at him. It was just that sometimes he does things that piss you off to the core and telling him exactly that, your wishes or pleads are getting ignored.

So now, it’s your turn to ignore. And what better to ignore then a whole ass Changkyun. You knew it was a very childish behavior and you were actually going to talk to him after a day but as you found out that he was ready to play the same game as you did, you just weren’t to stop.

Still childish but you didn’t care at this point.

It was quite, 11pm and Changkyun still didn’t get back home. The television was playing some interview of some newcomer actors with their new tv series. Your tummy growled and you were starting to get hungry. Thinking of something to cook you grabbed your phone and googled some fast recipes of a good meal.

In that moment, you heard the keys clink on the other side of the door. Changkyun entered the apartment with a loud huff, throwing his shoes to the side and slipping his jacket and mask off.

When he entered further he saw you cuddled up on the couch, his first instinct was to come closer to you and throw himself on you. But he wasn’t going to.

You turned around for a moment as you saw him place one plastic bag on the counter, another one was in his hand still. He grabbed a fork out of the shelf. Your eyes meet for a moment and he just gave you a small smile before disappearing into your shared room.

After a minute you got up from the couch and walked towards the plastic bag. There was a small note saying ‘for u’ inside and a box from your favorite restaurant just at the corner.

The next morning you woke up, getting ready for your work day. Changkyun was already out and about and probably left the place hours before you woke up. Tapping your way to the kitchen to prepare your breakfast, you noticed a box filled with cut fruits, and a little note ‘have a good day’.

This kinda made your day, packing the box in your bag and slowly getting ready for your work.

After your a little late end of the work day, you almost stormed inside your apartment, finally being able to take your uncomfortable uniform off. You smelled Changkyuns cologne and new that he was home already. As you entered your bedroom he was already laying there with his phone in his hand.

Placing your bag down and grabbing your pajamas, you walked towards the bathroom to take your shower. It felt too weird to not talk to him and to ignore each other. The wish to just lay next to him and kiss him was so big that your heart beat faster at the thought.

You shower was long, hot water falling on your skin, embracing you and making you wish to never get out of it. As soon as you turned off the water it would be too cold and so you stood there for a while longer. Your skin almost burned red from the hotness.

You wrapped yourself in your towel after you finally turned off the water and noticed how warm and cozy it was. Normally the cold would hit you instantly but the towel had the perfect warmth and made everything way better. As if the towel just came out of the dryer..

Walking out of the bathroom you noticed Changkyun already turned off the lights and probably already swam away to dreamland. You changed really quick in the dark, quietly to not wake him up and finally got ready for bed.

You grabbed the blanket and opened it for yourself, looking at Changkyun who was laying on his stomach, both arms under the pillow and facing away from where you stood.

It was quite for a second.

“Thank you” you slowly slid inside your bed next to him, still keeping your distance for a moment.

“You’re welcome” he mumbled into his pillow. It took you a few long minutes until you finally placed your head and hand on his naked back, laying down completely on him.

You noticed him stop breathing for a second until he exhaled his breath as if he was holding it. His back muscle flexed as you kissed the skin you were laying on, now finally enjoying the warmth of him.
