Lemme tell you about Johan aka my Realms character!

Johan is a rat animal-kin(basically a their a Ratian from Rambu's Musical Piper in appearance) and I came up with a thing where in this universe rats have prehensile tails(Like a possum) so yeah he's got one of those. She ran away from their home, joined the circus then left and now he's here(in the "campaign"). They use all pronouns.

Story info : Our groups main enemy is the Geesia clan(Goose Yiga) and they are trying to rise their god Calamity Goose. They are also In cahoots with the spiders. To stop them we must defeat Flowerblight ,Spiderblight, Gooseblight and Eggblight Ganon(Yes we used Goose twice).

xe's had a rather unpleasant past, however xe is currently in a much better place and does his best not to think about it whenever possible

what i think different sunshipduo variants would do if they were in a slasher:

HERA: would be the killer. (no one is shocked. but if it was a movie, you Would be. she’s a fantastic liar). her motive would be that she’s bored - or, at least, that’s what she’d claim. (like the ‘recollection’ stream w au!guqqie).

ARG!AIMSEY: would be an unexpected betrayal. either faun would be secretly working with the killer (like the Saw films), would Be the killer, or would let someone else die/sacrifice them at the last minute unexpectedly.

AU!AIMSEY: would say “i’ll be right back” and “what are you gonna do, stab me?” but Also reference various horror movies and act as a horror movie buff. he’d also try and protect au!guqqie at all costs.

AU!GUQQIE: would be hera’s main target. she might have a bit of a sam carpenter moment, fearing herself, or just be the main victim trying to unravel the mystery of What The Fuck Is Going On. she wouldn’t tell people about what’s been happening (the killer’s threats) until she no longer could afford not to bc she wouldn’t want to drag them into it. she’d also try her hardest to protect au!aimsey.

O!AIMSEY: would probably be the first one killed. i love him but he would most definitely die. he’d try and livestream or livetweet it, and the killer would know exactly where he was.

CON!GUQQIE: would be an ex-final girl or someone who has experience with situations similar to this. she’d begrudgingly be brought into it and try her hardest to help. she’d probably witness o!aimsey’s death and have a super sad tragic moment.

C!AIMSEY: would be a final girl and suffer from intense survival’s guilt. bloom would try and protect everyone and try to solve the case and find the killer and Almost put themself in dangerous situations, but c!guqqie would hold her back. she would end up witnessing c!guqqie’s tragic death and wish she’d listened to xem.

C!GUQQIE: would almost be a final girl, but end up dying. moon would suffer mentally from obsessing over who the killer may be and go off the rails a bit. they’d have a theory that no one else believed until it was too late, and c!aimsey would forever wish she’d believed xim.

A!SUNSHIPDUO: would have the dynamic tara and amber (scream) Could Have had if they’d gone with the idea of them being girlfriends - a!guqqie as a killer but one who believed she was doing it out of love for a!aimsey, who didn’t suspect her until the truth was revealed.

P!SUNSHIPDUO: would die together in some tragic/romantic way, in classic slasher fashion.

so i'm writing a scene where jessie writes the entire story herself (the irony is not lost on me), and, it's supposed to be the most perfect world she can think of. it's impossible NOT to compare her decisions to ones that i've thought about drake making, their solutions to the same problems side-by-side. for example, jessie assumes that she cannot get around death being a necessity with life. obviously, the planet would overpopulate. people would get tired of being alive. she decides instead that death should be more like getting tired and going to sleep forever one day, without the aging or sickness. drake would never settle for allowing death. i've spent a lot of time idly trying to figure out how xe would change... well, with omnipotence, anything, everything, in order to accommodate this demand -- and there are many different ways, which can be flawed when interacting with other problems. but the important part is that drake wouldn't settle for death. drake makes a mandatory end result, takes the current reality, and works until the beginning and end goal meet. jessie doesn't challenge reality's initial stipulations or the basic arguments about the logistics of non-death, even with unlimited power. we know that jessie is more authority-oriented in her basic value system; it's obvious when she's a child, and it's obvious when she's a god. she had good parents and a happy childhood; the authority figures in her life provided what she needed if she listened (and if she didn't). it was in her best interest to develop a worldview where authority was Good; she had no need to question them. reality says there are limited resources, and we will fix it by making people and creatures die and become resources, and jessie said "okay, got it boss." drake didn't have terrible parents, but nonetheless had experiences of authority's failure that were deeply formative for xem. even if xyr parents had been perfect, the body dysphoria would have always meant the reality that was provided was not enough. if xyr body, arguably the most fundamental reality xe will ever know, trapped in it regardless of all other factors, doomed to die when it dies, was something xe had to question to find any happiness, it must be very easy to apply this mentality to other dissatisfactions with reality. drake's rigid and often extreme moral beliefs, while they may seem more like they should produce a ruthless dictator than jessie's emotionally-driven decision-making style, are intrinsically linked to suffering and a desire for relief from it. ironically, both of these characters deal with similar themes -- a desire for impossible realities, and a hatred for the world they live in with all of its imperfections. jessie's impossible desire may simply be the freedom from desire altogether; to finally for once not feel an emptiness radiating Want. drake's impossible desire is more straightforward and less easily described -- paradoxical self-actualization and ego death. their similarities make them fun to compare, because they really could not be more different. any which way, i wanted to write down these thoughts about the characters -- jessie in particular -- before they Disintegrated Into The Ether

Ava hcs p3 (Chosen and Sec's dynamic)

first off, NOT A SHIP, Chosen and Second have a found family dynamic for these hcs

For this lil drabble, it turned out more like just Secs view of Chosen, so I'll probably make a second post of hcs part 3.5 or smth for Chosen's view of Second.

Events go up until the box (I'm sorry the writings bad, I tried lol)

Sec uses xe/xem, Cho uses He/they, Dark is only mentioned, but used he/him

So in my hcs, the hollow heads are not siblings. There is sorta a lil bro big bro vibe with these two, but they're found family instead of birth (birth??? Creation??? Idk) family.

In canon, these two don't interact too much, Chosen is kinda this guy who showed up on Sec's PC one day and had an epic boss fight with a virabot, so xe kinda looked up to them then.

Chosen wasn't focused on who they were keeping safe as much as just keeping them safe, but they did take a look at Second and have enough time to think, "is that another hollowhead? Is Alan still creating sticks? Why are they not afraid?" Yk, the standard Alan Redemption Pondering n stuff, but focused more on what that meant about Alan than the character of the new stick.

Then flash forward to the showdown, in which Sec still looks up to Cho. Sec witnesses the Violent Chodark Divorce™ and decides to help out xeir hero. Xe's still terrified, facing off against Dark and the virabots, (more so of the virabots bc xey don't know what Dark is capable of yet) but xey do it anyway. And xey see xeir friends die. Xe sees Chosen bleeding out. Xe feels a virablade piercing through xeir very code. Xey don't remember anything after that, but xe woke up and everyone was okay and Dark was gone, but xeir friends can't remember how it happened and neither can xey, so Chosen must have taken care of it. Xe knew Cho could do it! Cho could make everything ok, just like the virabots, just like xeir friends, just like Dark. Xey don't question why xey feel tired, an unnatural tired sapping away at xeir very core. Xey don't question why Chosen isn't healed or why he looks at xem differently. Xe is too grateful to be alive. Xe is too tired of fights and questions. So xe goes home. All Xe knows is that Chosen is a hero, and The Dark Lord was a villain.

Then Chosen shows up again, wounded. Weak. Desperate. And it scares xem. It scares xem to think there's something out there that can best xeir hero, the one who always makes things alright. Chosen seems crazy. They say things about- about Sec shooting lasers and throwing fireballs. He says that... xey killed him. The Dark Lord. Xey vanquished The Dark Lord. Xey killed Dark, Chosen's only friend. Xey killed Dark, Chosen's only friend. Xey killed Dark, Chosen's only friend.

Second doesn't know what to do. Xe doesn't know what to do when Cho grabs him and flies away. Xe doesn't know what to do when xe'yre pushed in front of the mercenaries. Xe really doesn't know what to do while xey stare at a monitor, showing just what happened during the Showdown. Because the person on screen looks like xem, but doesn't look anything like xem. Xey seem just like xem, but that's not xem. That is xem, but it's not xem at all.

And then there's Chosen. Xey've seen Chosen get pushed around like a ragdoll. Xey've seen Chosen put them in danger and not get them out. Xey've seen Chosen lose. Good shouldn't be able to lose. But Cho did lose. Maybe xey were wrong... Maybe Cho's not a hero... But that would mean what xe saw on that monitor...

The Chosen One isn't invincible or perfect like Second thought they were. But xey can forgive him for that.

Neopronouns are not even real pronouns. A pronoun is a noun used to describe a living being. They/Them is fine, they are real pronouns used in the English language. And yes, while I think there is no possible way for someone who has boy or girl genes to actually be non-binary, I will respect them as a person. But, neopronouns, however, are way over the top. I’ve seen people online who identify as like, xe/xem. That’s ridiculous, they’re not even a part of the English language. I’ve seen one person who identified as shark/sharkself. That is so annoying. I’m not gonna call you “shark” bro. Nobody is gonna call you that, except for maybe people as delusional as you. So, I’m conclusion, yes, neopronouns are ridiculous and stupid and unnecessary. Whoever uses them certainly needs mental help, but instead we are celebrating and giving them parades and telling them it’s fine and not stupid at all to identify as a fucking shark.

That being said, if we Normalize these outrageous neopronouns, I don't think I'll be able to handle meeting another three or more person with unique neopronouns, I don’t think I'll care about memorizing them if we don’t get along. I can only imagine that inside their head they are going like “Why can’t everyone understand me? why can’t anyone respect me? why can’t anyone get along with me? me… me…me…”. This is just starting to become a narcissistic play.  It’s just sad that you yourself are intentionally creating a situation that excludes you from other people. You are making yourself too different, you eventually get depressed, commit die and well, will anybody care about you in the end?

Pronouns replace nouns and they are a part of a language. Not something we just make up because we think we are more special than anyone else.

Also, this stuff only appeals to children, or adults with some sort of arrested development. No mature human being would want to go by “cupcakeself”.

We all have names. If you want to rebel against pronouns why can’t you just use your name? Be “Johnself” or “Sallyself” or something people can remember. We aren’t going to trouble ourselves to memorize some made up nounself words.

ppl tend to characterize solar eclipse as heart being overly dependant on mind and while i think that is a. valid interpretation. it rubs me the wrong way a little bit bc like ... idk. mind just seems so much more dependant on heart.

like yes heart is emotional and doesnt handle things super well on hyr own, but she still Handles Them. yes she anchors herself via self harm but shy'd still be Functioning without mind. she's not completely helpless. they struggle for sure, but it's not really anything that would Ruin Them. if nothing else, heart is (mostly passively) suicidal and has terrible coping mechanisms, but still is able to live without minds guidance.

mind, on the other hand, practically depends on heart in every way. xey don't handle emotions well and rely on heart to walk xem through xem, xey actively destroy xeir body to Literally rebuild it from scratch and tend to lean on only heart during xeir recovery periods. it's near impossible to try to separate heart from mind because mind Literally doesn't know what xey would do if xey didn't have heart with them. xey wouldn't be able to regulate xeir emotions because heart is the one who usually guides them, xey would fall harder and harder into xeir spiral of trying to "fix xemself" (because why would heart leave xem if there wasn't something wrong with xem?). xey don't think heart would leave xem, not because heart isn't xeir own person, but because xey firmly believe xey are so intertwined with heart that HEART would be the one to fall without xem instead of mind. mind views xemself as taking on so many burdens that xey can't even fathom the idea that xey'd be incapable of functioning without heart, which in and of itself makes xem incapable to rely on heart.

The human gaped. "What?"

Fey pointed a long finger at it's chest. "Mortals can die. You are a mortal. What does it feel like?"

Aa usual, the human leaned away from xer touch. Xey allowed it as it was not the focus right now. "W-well I've not, I haven't died before, so- I wouldn't know."

"Allow me to kill you then, so you can experience it."

"W-what?!" The human exclaimed, hazel eyes wide. "N-no! You can't!"

Xey chuckled. Humans were always so strange. Claiming things that can or cannot be done, even against all logic. The little things were so simple and charming. "Yes, I can. It would be very simple." Just as easy as all the other things xey had done to the human already.

The human backed away further, up against the wall of it's cage. "No I mean... death is- it's not like... eating or sleeping," other mortal things Xey had inquired about in the past, "It's permanent!"

"Nothing is permanent here, little one, I'd have thought you'd understand that by now." Fey wondered if it would ever understand. "Allow me to give you death."

The human cowered against the wall. It's face was pale with terror. "N-no thank you." It sqeaked, almost too quiet to hear.

"Why are you afraid?" Xey ask. "Does death inflict the "pain" you've told me about?"

The human shut it's eyes tight, it's breathing picking up speed. "Y-yes it does. Or, well, the lead up to it. I don't know what death is like once it happens! P-people say it's supposed to be peaceful. But no one can say for sure bec-because after you die you're gone." It looked back up at Xem with wet, pleading eyes. "Please. I don't want to do this. Please!"

"Do not fear. I will remove your pain for this. I'm not interested in that concept at the moment. Only the death itself."

"Please.... don't...".

"Pay attention, I want to know all the details when you return."

In an instant, they human's fragile little body collapsed to the floor like a doll. It's eyes, a moment ago filled with so much emotion and life, now dull and blank and staring lifelessly past xem. Xey loved the human for it's expressiveness and how easy and amusing it was to get a reaction from it. This was jarring, even for xem. But very, very exciting. A cold, terrifying concept xey couldn't wait to play with more.

Just as quickly, color returned to the human's face as it took a deep, gasping breath. It scrambled up from the ground, eyes darting around the room wildly before focusing on Fey. It was silent for a moment. Motionless.

Then it screamed.

In the end, Fey removed the memory of death from the human's mind. It's angonized wailing was unending and no matter when Fey said or did, the little creature would not calm. Xey were so curious to know what it saw that caused it such raw terror. But, xe needed to be patient. Xey would try again later, when the human's mind was more broken. Easier to mold. When xer pet could better handle the mental state that is brought about by death.

He~llo, y'all (^･ω･^)ﾉ" ! I recently played some Lifegen and decided to doodle the MC (⬆️), which later snowballed into a bunch more doodles so I've decided to show them here ˄·͈༝·͈˄

As I just mentioned earlier, this is the MC. Her name is Freezepaw (she/her) and she is a warrior apprentice with the traits 'cunning' and 'always learning'. She was quite a mature kit and always checked on her close one's health to make sure they were alright but that didn't mean she was incapable of mischief >:3 She loves to learn, even if it means she pushes for answer too much and prefers if things go to plan.

As you might be able to guess, I picked her because of her heterochromia but also because of her kit traits, 'leader-like' and 'always learning'. These felt like traits that would encourage me to become clan leader and flesh out the world of my clan.

I didn't draw her kit-life, so for a brief summary: Freeze was found next to her dead, very young (19 moons old!) father, alongside four other littermates. They were all community raised, with their primary care-givers being the queen apprentice and a cat named Lilacburn (he/him). Over time, Freeze formed closed bonds with other cats (up to and including the deputy and an older healer). Freeze's desire to lead was inspired by the time the clan leader sheltered her from the rain and the kindness he showed during that, hoping to do the same with her clanmates.

Based on a 'mentor congratulates you' prompt. I will mention now that our mentor is a cat named Tanglebelly (xe/xem/xir) and xe is the mate of the deputy and parent to the queen.

Freeze always wanted Tangle to be her mentor due to xir connections to the deputy :3

A random patrol I'd doodled. Bone (they/them) and River (she/her) got drenched in rain while trying to hunt. River is one of Lilacburn's kits and, despite her lonesome trait, she and Freeze get along and trust each other.

Now we've met Freeze's mentor, Tanglebelly, and one of her friends, Rowanpaw (she/her)! Freeze and Rowan wanted to hang out with each other and Rowan's mentor happened to be sick so Tangle decided to host tree climbing sessions for the both of them.

Freeze excelled the task which had both Tangle and Rowan impressed.

Side note: Tanglebelly traits are 'lonesome', 'team player' and 'great mediator', an interesting combination. I, unfortunatly, don't remember Rowan's apprentice traits but she was a little (or should I say, big) goober ˄·͈༝·͈˄

The cat in the bottom right corner is Premafrostpaw (she/her). She dared her littermate to jump onto the Wooden Icicles (A big, spindly, twiggy tree the leader uses to make announcements) and proclaim that she is a mousebrain.

Freeze saw no problem with the dare, seeing it as a great opportunity to practice being leader as well as an excellent challenge to practice her climbing skills.

Premafrost loved the faux leader declaration.

Side note: To quote myself:

'Premafrost has a [feistiness] and a spice to her, always ready to get into a physical brawl, if need be. However, that doesn't [mean] she will scracrifice her relationships with her siblings >:3'

...I just now learned that I've misspelt 'Permafrost' this entire time. Welp, it's a bit too late to change the typo so that's staying as her name.

All of these apprentices mentors were out of the count so what did they do? Sneak off to do some training of their own :D !

Unfortunately, Parsleypaw got caught by a falling tree and pinned to the ground. Luckily, the others managed to free her but that was still quite an experience.

Side note: Parsley is Rowan's littermate and another friend of Freeze. When they were all kits, Parsley was one of the mature ones (alongside Freeze), always keeping an eye on them all and making sure they don't get hurt. In fact, when she was one moon old, she did an impressive dance routine.

I know Parsley and Rowan don't look like littermates now but that gets fixed, trust me.

Here, she visits the moon place (I don't have a special name for it yet but the in-game artwork looks like a tree sapling) and gets some advice from a cat that died Moon 1.

So around the same time Freeze graduated, Tangle announce that xe is expecting kits and let's just say that xir son, and the clan's sole queen, Harefern, is a little taken aback by the news.

Sidenote: Hare, in-game, has the traits 'lonesome' and 'efficiency aficionado', which describes him quite well. He enjoys the quite atmosphere when the nursery isn't occupied, not bothered by it at all, and he takes his job very seriously. He plans ahead to make sure everything is prepared, tries to pick activities that complement kits' personalities and teaches kits important life management skills.

Even after she is out of the nursery, Freeze likes to check on him, from time to time, to make sure he is alright.

I drew nothing for Moon 12 (/when Freeze was 11 moons old. Clan age and MC age have a difference of 1) but Freeze, while guarding camp, reflected on how far she had come on her journey.

Also, Freezestrike uses he/she pronouns now.
