After the class session, you go back to his dorm to check on him

You try to not make a sound, but when you touch his forehead to check on his temperature, his eyes snap open, startling you

After feeding him, you tuck him back to bed and put a damp towel on his forehead to ease the temperature

When you think that he's sleeping, you play with his hair while sitting beside the bed happily

When the night comes, you ask his roommate to switch with you for a night

Then, when you're getting sleepy, you rest your head on your palm as your elbow rests on the bed as you talk to him

He notices that you are getting sleepy

"Come, get on the bed." He offers

You had done everything for him today

You tend his needs, go to class, and stay by his side without break

He doesn't even know if you take your meal or not

So sharing a bed with you is the least he can do

At first, you refuse because you don't want him to be uncomfortable

But when he insists, you happily agree

You would take as small space as you could on the bed as you're still worried that he might get uncomfortable

But then he grabs your hand and pulls you into his embrace, shocking you

"Rayne...?"

He rests your head on his chest as his warmth engulfs you

"Don't talk. Just sleep,"

You try to raise your head to look at him, but he pushes your head back against his chest

But you can hear his heart beating fast

"....I'm sorry I can't spend time with you." You hear him mutter. "I can't give you attention like any other boyfriend does. I can't even spare a glance at you some days. Yet you're still here for me," You can't help but feel your heart ache at the vulnerability in his voice. You take his hand from your head and hold in yours as you raise your head to look at him. "I told you I love you, didn't I?" You smile softly at him. "It doesn't matter if you don't have time for me or if you can't give attention to me. I choose to love you." He can feel his heart skip a beat as you grin. "And you can't stop me from loving you, you should know that."

He shoves your face back to his chest as you let out a muffled 'oof'

You can hear his heart beating faster, making you smile

perhaps jj's claim of "i have polio bro, i can't walk" to john b that morning wasn't quite as crazy as you'd expected it to be. obviously, polio was far from the reality of his sickness, but that didn't stop you from worrying when he still hadn't emerged from your room over an hour later.

he typically would have slept in the guest room (especially if john b had anything to say about it), but he was just so rough last night that john b caved and let his sick best friend sleep in the comforting embrace of his sister.

"john b, please. look at him," you pleased with your brother as you pointed to the mess that was jj maybank collapsing onto your couch in a dramatic heap, mumbling about how he was convinced that he was dying. "you know luke won't take care of him, and do you really expect anything to happen while he's in this state?"

john b groaned at the gross mental image you so graciously provided him, but he reluctantly nodded his head and helped you move your boyfriend into your bed.

"any funny business while i'm here and i'll kill you before this illness can, maybank."

"fuck off, jb."

you crept into your bedroom quietly, closing the door behind you and sitting down on the edge of your bed. the curtains were drawn, providing a slight relief for jj's pounding head, and you put the glass of water and ibuprofen down on the bedside table in favour of running your fingers through his hair.

his face was pressed against the pillow, his cheek smushed in an adorable manner.

"jj," you spoke softly, not wanting to hurt his head any more as you tried to wake up as gently as possible. "wake up, love."

he groaned at the disturbance of his sleep, squeezing his eyes shut even tighter. "i don't wanna."

"cmon, sweetheart. i have medicine for you."

he groaned a little louder and eventually sat up, leaning back against the headboard as he gave you an adorable pout. his nose had turned a light shade of pink and his eyes were still half closed and a little puffy, glazed over with the remnants of sleep.

"oh baby," you cooed softly, resting a hand on his cheek and frowning at the way he leaned into your touch. "how are you feeling?"

"like i'm on my fuckin' death bed."

you chuckled quietly at his words and he gave you a playfully annoyed look, but your smile dropped when you felt his cheek start to heat up beneath your palm.

you moved your hand away from his face (much to jj's dismay) and pressed the back of it against his forehead. "you're burning up, j."

"i'm dying, y/n," he groaned dramatically, grabbing your arm gently and trying to pull you closer. "kiss me, save me."

"you're not dying, jj," you laughed quietly again and pressed a kiss to his cheek before handing him the water and medicine. "here, take this and drink the whole thing, it should help with your temperature."

the rest of your day was spent cuddling your overdramatic, helpless boyfriend and providing him with plenty of kisses (even if it meant you would get sick too).

The sun disappears behind the horizon and the daylight soon fades. The once cheerful home, turn out dingy and dejected. Tears spew down your cheeks to your chin as you examine one single paper lay before your eyes. The saying above appear clear "Divorce Paper" with your signature on the very right and below.

"So, this is it?" You sneer, teeth grinding against each other "Don't 'so, this is it' me right now, you know well none of this would've have to happen if you could be a bit more considerate." He did not say a word, look down on the floor as if it could've been the most entertaining object in the world.

"I'm busy, there's too much works I need to tend-"

"You said that last week, and the other month and even months before that! How come you're always busy with your job that you can't loiter around with me even for a minute. You left at early mornings, before the sun pops out, you're gone, out of sight and when you came back, you're tired, hot and needed rest. I'm sick of it, Manjiro. He didn't notice the luggage you had beside you until you pull it forward "I'll have my lawyer pick the paper tomorrow morning. Please have is sign by then." A last drop of tear fall cascade down your cheek, like a stray until you wipe it off.

𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐌𝐀 𝐒𝐇𝐔𝐉𝐈: cheated on you.

And yet, he broke it again. Today is supposed to be a good day. A happy day as it's a 'happy' birthday for a reason, right? But no, the happy day turned out to be your most saddening, fucked up moment in life. You left home to pick up a dress you custom made for yourself, to go buy your favorite cake at your favorite cafe. You didn't expect to come home, seeing him with your maid on the bed. She was half-naked, bra straps off her shoulder and his clothes thrash on the side.

It's a mess. The splat noise of the cake make a noisy sound and both of their ears perked up "Thought both of you had gone deaf that you both didn't hear me knock for five fucking minutes!" She frantically hid herself beside the bed, where you can't see her but you practically lunge at her, ripping strands after strands of her fake blonde hair "You fucking bitch. I picked you up at the gutter and this is how you fucking repayed me?!" Hanma tries to block into your attack but you punches him making him stumbled.

"And you, rot in hell with your fucking promises! I trusted you, not once, not twice but fucking three times!" He hold you by your shoulder but you slap his face away.

"Dont touch me! Don't you fucking dare..." Your punches ended weak and helpless. Tears pool beneath your eyes but no, they're not sad tears. It's resent, anger and betrayed tears.

"I'll file a divorce, fuck you and that bitch." You push him off, slapping him on the face one last time. The stone on the ring slash through his cheek and he bleed slightly "I'l fucking take half of your fortune, lustful bitch."

You turn to the woman "And you..." You peel the ring off of your ring finger aggressively and throw it to her chest "Keep that shit. I'm outta here." Hanma didn't try to say anything, just mumbling an apology before you walk out that door.

You turn back and look at him, he didn't look remorseful - he did, but it could never be enough to make you crawl to him once more "Shove your apology up your ass, Hanma."

𝐇𝐀𝐉𝐈𝐌𝐄 𝐊𝐎𝐊𝐎𝐍𝐎𝐈: can't move on from his past.

At first, it was okay. You can even claim it to be perfect. But that was at first, soon everything gradually becoming worse. He started to get busy with works or as he claimed it. He told you he won't be coming home at a day but sometimes, he remained unresponsive for days. You don't know where he go until you heard from his close friend, Inupi that Kokonoi had been sleeping over at his house.

That means he was not so busy after all. You confronted him about it and as you thought he'll get angry, he remained calm and apologised. He just said that he wanted some time for himself. Of course, that's foreign coming from him as he's always been the type to want to stay close to you.

He still bought you monthly gifts just as he promised he would when you both first got married but they are just not the same anymore. He started giving you tulips when your favorite flower is gerberas. He started giving you white flavored chocolate, and that's weird. You always like the original flavor with nuts in it. Kokonoi just started making unusual mistakes.

Then, one day, he did it. The mistake he can't never undo. You both had Inupi over to your house because Kokonoi wanted to discuss something with him regarding business and when he left for the bathroom, Inupi unlock his phone revealing whom seem like a teenage girl with a peach blonde hair like Inupi and she's holding a bouquet of pink tulips "Sei, who's this?"

He turn to look at you, wondering who you were asking about "...Oh, this is Akane. My older sister. She passed away when she was 16." You nod your head, sadden to hear that.

"I'm sorry for your loss." You look at Inupi then to the ground "But, can't I know if she had any sort of relation with Kokonoi before I met him?" Inupi is confused as to why you'd ask that but he nodded his head.

"Koko used to like my sister."

And he came into the living room. You turn to look at him, almost livid "Is that so..." Both Kokonoi and Inupi look at you, confused.

"What is it?"

"Can't you move on?" Your question caught both of them by surprise, especially Kokonoi "You've been buying me stuff recently but they're never what I like. You got me pink tulips, cute hairbands and books when you should know damn well I like none of those."

"Did you think of her when you got me all of those? Or was it Sei's sister you're trying to give that gifts to?" He tried to explain himself but you kept cutting him, not wanting to hear none of his excuses.

"Please, just listen Akane!" The silence defeaned and the occasional sound of the wind whisper in the background as it soon faded. You look at him, wide eyes "Wow. You are incredible, Hajime. So. Fucking. Incredible." You tried to walk past him but he kept you back, trying his best to talk it out.

Inupi just sat there, dumbfounded. He only back in his trance when he heard a crash and the vase on the table smash to the ground with puddle of water and the pink tulips scatter on the wet carpet.

You stare down at the tulips, scoffing to yourself "This is enough. I'm not nobody's rebound, I have respect for myself... I can't do this, I won't." You push him off and tread to your bedroom, slamming the door shut leaving Kokonoi alone in the living room as Inupi too, got up and left, disappointed by his friend's behavior.

𝐑𝐀𝐍 𝐇𝐀𝐈𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐈: constant jealousy and overprotective.

You know what you put yourself into when you started dating the Ran Haitani. Ran can be obsessive with you, overly jealous with whom you befriends with, and got really protective over it. But you'd never imagine even in your wildest dream would he start to oppressed your freedom away from you - objecting your idea to meet anyone other than him, that includes your family members as well.

You put up with it, begrudgingly until today, it's an important date for you to attend and besides, it's been a while since you meet your family members so you went ahead, not bothering to tell him because you know well he will say no, no matter how hard you. You are having a great time with your family, chatting together after a while and leaving Ran texts from time to time but you certainly did not expect him to burst his way inside the venue, all rigid and mad.

How rude of him. He pull your hand and immediately get you out of there "Ran, stop. Ran, stop it!" You smack his back and he halt in his steps. He look back at you, glaring down at you with his jaw clenched.

"Just what the hell are you doing, Y/n? Going out behind my back like this and for what? To flirt and whoring around─" Smack, blood trickles from the corner of his lips when you slapped him across the face.

"You had no respect for my family, and for me, Ran Haitani. You failed us." He tried to put his hands around you shoulder but you pry his hands away "Don't. I put up with your ridiculous acts for years. I obeyed like a goddamn dog for you to disrespect me like this? You are fucking insane, Ran..."

"Love, I just don't want you to mixed along with that kind of people─"

"What kind of people, Ran? They're my family. I may have not like most of them but they're my family and the least you should do is respect them as I do. A reminder of how I do these reaction posts as I watch things. I just write my reactions and thoughts down literally they happen. Think more of a bullet point format. The way JK and Tae's faces immediately dropped as soon as they noticed Jimin was bleeding. There really is so much care there even when they are silly. JK saying that Jimin always gets hurt when they travel and breaks his heart 🥺🥺

"Going in order" with Jimin, Tae then JK on the go carts. I appreciate the editors acknowledging and feeding my Jimin is the hyung enjoyment 🥰

Wrap up thoughts:

Hyung Jimin moments give me life and this episode had me well fed. He takes SUCH good care of the people he loves, and taekook in particular. He really has those men wrapped around his finger too. The love shared there is so so special and I'm so tickled anytime I get to witness it.

I also just wish for more peaceful episodes for Jimin! I'm curious how the next Jeju episode will go because after Connecticut, where they didn't have a choice but to talk about his stomach bug, they clearly were going to try and cut those moments out at first but it was so bad they couldn't. But it seemed like they are now low-key leaning into Jimins struggles as a bit with the cuts and edits now. Like it's part of the silliness of the show. Regardless, I do hope he feels better faster and doesn't get sick in Sapporo too! My poor baby 🥺😭🥰

Even with Jimin feeling sick, he still appeared to be at the center of that trio. Even when taekook were playing, they were doing so in a way that revolved around Jimin, constantly getting out to go annoy him. JK shooting him with the water gun to soak his pants in the dick and ass area was a special kind of stupid horny boy humor 😂 the way the editors covered it up (even sometimes with just camera angles) after his pants were soaked too, I know that outlines had to be on DISPLAY. Which I wouldn't be surprised if that was either one of the goals or just a nice reward for JK 😂 Poor Jimin. At least they let him nap in peace eventually!

We know Jimin did get in the pool with them at some point since they have promo shots in the water together. I'm looking forward to seeing that next episode! Or I'm going to be salty with Hybe for not giving us any of that footage! Lol

Jikook also had much larger suitcases than Tae did, who was also already there on vacation with his other friends. Did Jikook stay longer than Tae did or was it because we know they went to Busan shortly after to visit family too? It's really nice knowing that Jikook spent an extended trip together to their hometown also even if we didn't really get to know about it or see anything from it

The more hyungs that are around, the more maknae-esque our Jungkookie gets. Lol it was so cute. It IS an interesting aspect of Jikooks dynamic though, the inclusion of others and how that changes how they behave. It absolutely gives them an air of "us" at times. I know y'all know what I mean. It also highlights how much more they behave as equals, chingus, "them," when they are alone too. Because that is such an unusual dynamic and they've normalized it so much we barely blink at it anymore and some people don't even notice. He was very baby with his hyungs this episode whereas in USA, he took the lead with Jimin alot, which I did mention in my posts over those episodes.

He also was incredibly bratty and sassy in many moments of these episodes. Jimin even called him on it once 😂 this would've been the time that they had just applied for the buddy system together. And I think as much as they miss their members when they aren't there, JK also was looking forward to spending alone time with Jimin and the quick plan changes right before the trip happened put him in extra brat mode 😂😂 you could tell he was excited and happy to have Tae there though to play with. Those two had so much fun together and it was nice JK had a goof off buddy while Jimin wasn't feeling good. It also gave Jimin a much needed break I think from feeling pressure to entertain even when he wasn't feeling his best.

There were some soft and really cute moments in the first two episodes, but while there was so much chaotic energy in this episode, between Jikook, there was almost more softness. Like they save the bickering for home when they are out with others 😂 all the little touches and fondness killed me.

The cuts were horrendous this episode. Lol this was one example and there are a million more.

The episode timeline was cut all over the place. Lol so many conversations had music cut over them so we couldn't hear, so many continuity errors due to cuts. Like part of me gets it, but why was it so bad?!

Plus I'm sad we missed out on most of what was shaping us to be a Jikook wrestling match over the water guns. Oh the fanfic that'll inspire 😂 if they don't give it to us in the behinds, it's going to look incredibly suspicious 😂😂

It's also crazy to think about how this was Jikooks second trip to Jeju together. Think they went together before to scout out things they wanted to do together and enjoy the minor smaller vacation together sans cameras? Just like how they went back to the restaurant in NY alone before going back home. I really love that for them.

Sorry for only getting this post out like a week late! At least it's done before episode 4! Lol hope you all are loving AYS and having fun with it!

His eyes are wide and frantic "W-wait don't tell me I'm creeping them out! Oh, oh Yoba I can't- I just- hnnnnnn."

Sam sinks down, covering his face with his hands as he lays most of his upper half on the pool table. Sebastain rolls his eyes, shaking his head with a sigh.

"Bro, just go talk to them you have so many times before, so what gives?" He crosses his arms, tired of his friend's bullshit at this point.

Sam doesn't answer, just lowly whining instead of answering.

"Sam, it's just the farmer, you two are friends, right? So why all this now?" Abigail chimes in.

In truth this isn't the first time Sam has done this, it's like a switch flipped in his head and he can barely talk to you without making a fool of himself, the two watched it in real time with their own eyes.

But they also remembered how you chuckled and helped him right back up, making sure he was okay before laughing more. You have a good heart, and clearly like the blonde as well, so why not just ask you out already?

"I can't!" Sam cries, "Everytime I try I can't for, words, I can't think- oh their smile kills me, their are so cute! I wanna kiss them so badly but that stupidly cute curious expression makes me choke. Broskis I'm gonna die, this is it, this is how I go."

The blonde finally and slowly falls to the ground, laying face down to avoid the judging looks from his friends, but it's better than being made to talk to you, he'd die if he had to approach you and explain himself-

"Hey, is Sam okay?"

You yelp as Sam shoots up off the ground, smacking his head into the pool table before fixing himself into a forced casual pose, leaning against the table with a smile.

Sebastain is cringing so hard, it's like a bad movie he can't believe he's friends with this dork. However Sam can't breathe, the back of his head is throbbing, how heart is slamming against his chest, he's forgetting everything just looking at you.

You look so worried, your hand closest to him reaching for his face.

"Oh my, are you okay? That was a hard hit, c'mon let's get you seated." You almost want to stress how serious head injuries are, but you decide against it, just helping him to the couch nearby.

"I'm fine, so fine! Didn't even feel it, haha!" He's sweating.

Abigail and Sebastain share a knowing glance, before Abigail opens her mouth.

"Don't worry about him, he's just lost the brain cell."

"Tck, when did he even have one?"

Sam weakly glares at his friends, but he quickly forgets his anger when you gently touch his cheek.

"Do you need me to get you anything? I'm sure Gus has an ice pack somewhere." Your voice so soft, like a gentle melody to his ears helping ease the pain from his head.

"I, uh....you're fine- I MEAN good, no no I'm-"

Abigail cuts off his blubbering "Can you get him an ice pack and some water? Seems he made himself dizzy."

"Good idea." You nod, taking your leave and the trio watch you rush over to the bar and wave down Gus.

You two were best friends. As his best friend, he was very protective of you. When you'd go hunting, he'd tell you to be careful where you aim as he was scared you'd accidentally aim it in the air and have it fall on you, or when you'd be out after eclipse, he'd be very aware of his surroundings, keeping out for any dangerous creatures

It was safe to say you two were always together.

Another thing about him, was his issues. You knew how hard his father was on him. He already had to deal with the pressure of trying to live up to his perfect brother, and his dad wasn't making any easier by scolding and yelling at him for every breath he takes

He wasn't exactly enjoying any of it, and nobody understood him. Except you.

You were always there for him, and that's when he knew.

He went quiet when he heard you sniffle, and looked into your eyes, seeing them glossy, his heart broke

You ran away, and he heard your cries as you did. He hurt you, he never saw you cry before, and he did now

and it was all because of him.

He didn't see you for days, he asked about you and they all said they haven't seen you leave your tent for a while now

He hated himself for acting the way he did, he didn't mean any of it.

One day, he saw you finally leaving your tent, your eyes were puffy and red, like you've been crying a lot, you had dark circles under your eyes like you haven't been sleeping much, he hated it, he hated the way he affected you

he followed you into the forest where you were picking some fruits he assumed your mother told you to get and took the chance

"y/n" he said and you froze, it was quiet, the sounds of the forest filling your ears, you were about to run until he pulled you back

he held your face as your eyes began to tear up, "please listen to me, y/n i swear you have to hear me out"

so re: my favorite new delusion that the kiss will somehow be adar kissing galadriel to bait sauron, I remembered this scene happens at some point, either ep 6 or 7.

So Sauron is indeed reacting to stuff happening down on the battlefield during the day. Granted, a lot happens he could be reacting (slightly smirking) about. But the possibility is there. Maybe we're due for another controlled fury moment like he had when those numenoreans told him he wasn't good enough for her lol.

Honestly it's like... Based on story momentum, if Galadriel kisses someone romantically it either has to be Sauron or it's a kiss that's somehow still *about* them (which an Adar kiss would be if he's trying to taunt Sauron in a quick moment on the battlefield).

Or it's simply not a romantic kiss and just a cheek, forehead or hand kiss and this was all just a rumor that spiraled simply because Morfydd teased it.

There can't be other romantic kisses unless Celeborn appears out of thin air. Elrond planting one on her and revealing surprise romantic feeling that ultimately can't go anywhere would be a jarring, momentum killing story turn when the season is meant to be about a "collision course" between Galadriel and Sauron in the finale. If it happens in ep 7 as they're insisting, then the audience is suddenly confused and wondering what that was about instead of focused on the suspense building to Galadriel and Sauron's meeting.

Also notably, they never paired up Rob and Morfydd for the press tour, despite how much screen time Elrond and Galadriel shared this season.

(I truly think this wouldn't even be a conversation if the incel lorebores didn't have a habit of badly interpreting scenes like the face touch in the trailer)

also, the whole "the light reflecting your hair reminded me of the love of my life who is lady galadriel, of course" thing was so bold??? i can't believe they did that. so, i'm 90% sure they aren't chickening out after pulling something so sick and obsessive on his part.

so yeah, either it has to do with sauron, or it's a platonic peck that was overblown by the fandom.
