Day 28 and last Day of #selflovingyogis Yoga Challenge. Today is Malasana/ Garland Pose / Squat with the question: What is your biggest accomplishment that you are proud of? Honestly the last 6 months have been a huge accomplishment for me. Got in my head and told myself I need more and deserve more out of life. Went from a position that didn't challenge me to one that tests my skills and education. I got a car and I'm able to do more. I started teaching at the home of Mixxedfit. I also got to teach Mixxedfit to people in my community. Although January was the hardest month of my life with the passing of my brother I kept living. The last six months have been a life test and I'm thinking at the moment I got a solid B+.
