okay master post of all the Guys in my life that i post about kinda often. both cause it can be confusing and also i like talking about these guys

vinyl guy- his real name is matthew and we met through a post i put on my college's snapchat story about how im selling my vinyl collection. he's from my hometown (went to my rival high school!) and he's buying two of my beatles vinyls on saturday morning and when i researched the history of these albums and my specific vinyls, i told him about it and he seemed excited :)

micro econ guy- he's also in my science and critical thinking class, but i didn't realize until later cause they're both huge classes. his real name is pierce and he's tall with the like middle part longish hair that's popular now. he has nails painted light blue and he sits next to me in micro econ but across the room in science and critical thinking. painted nails on a guy who's a business major is like. unheard of. and thats why i first noticed him. i do not know how to talk to him lmao.

ive referred to him as "brba j guy" cause there used to be two breaking bad guys but the other one is just kinda meh to me actually- the first breaking bad guy, k guy, is named kaden, and j guy is named john. he went to my high school and we had english class together senior year (thats when i first met him) and also last semester (we go to the same college). he plays keyboard in a band and has good tastes in music and fashion. he also has cool longish hair and always has v cool outfits.

sam- he's not really a Guy, he's my most recent ex. i'm over him but there are aspects of our relationship that still affect me and he's the reason behind like 11 of the poems i wrote in late november if that gives you any idea. a few days ago i sent him a "i dont think i want to be friends again or even talk with you because of these reasons" text but he has yet to read or respond to it (i know because snapchat has read receipts). i dont really have negative feelings toward him, but i just dont want him in my life anymore because personal and complicated reasons

ethan- again, not really a Guy, but they're my second-to-last ex and the partner i was with the longest (2 1/2 years). they broke up with me the last week of august and both the breakup and relationship obviously affected me a whole lot. while i have no negative feelings toward them, i havent talked to them since early october and we dont want to be in each other's lives.

He is going to regret this in the morning – when he closes his eyes he can feel the start of a headache creeping into every corner that it can reach.

You’re sitting on the edge of his small bed, slipping your chunky high heels off of your feet – rubbing a hand across one ankle to get rid of the pain of walking in them for too long.

He has a hand on you, his thumb tracing down the curve of your spine – the part that leads down to your tailbone. And then, his knuckles brush up the same path his thumb went down on. It’s a repetitive movement. He’s self-soothing as he lays behind you on the bed.

He is buzzed – not drunk, but intoxicated enough to make any movement, sound or words you give him want to hold you until he forgets everything bad that’s ever happened to him.

You let out a sigh, a movement that makes his eyes flicker up from the small of your back to the curve of your face that’s hidden from him.

He is beyond fucking tired. But he doesn’t have the heart to tell you this – you’re too pretty right now, and he just wants five minutes of quiet with you before you get dragged into anything else by Norman or whoever else might need you.

You’re such a good fucking person. Helping everybody out however you can. He admires you – and is thankful for every day and every night that he gets to spend by your side. He’s still unsure about what you see in him, but he won’t ever question it. If you’ll give yourself up to him - he promises to love you until there is no longer an earth left to love on.

He has told you things that he never meant to share with anyone. He was planning on taking his father with him to the grave – but when you looked at him, and held him, the words just stumbled out of his mouth before he could catch them.

Norman is spending the night god knows where – and for once Otto is alright with it. Norman can fend for himself. He just wants to get a hold of his girlfriend and go to bed.

He can still feel the alcohol, it heats up the dorm room and makes him feel more spent than he actually is. The small lamp on his night stand no longer does its job right – the lightbulb almost at its end and doing little to nothing to illuminate your face to him. But it’s alright – he’s content because your face has left a lasting impression on his occipital lobe.

“You’re drunk.”

You place the other shoe down against the wood of the bed, and push your summer dress up so that you’re no longer sitting on the colorful fabric. He has given up on trying to pretending to be somewhat sober, so he puts an arm across his forehead and watches you undress. Your see-through tights meet the same fate as your shoes, and you finally turn to him.

You lean over to him, pushing one of your legs up so you can rest on the bed a bit better – your hand buried into the foamy texture of the mattress right next to his shoulder as you push his curly dark hair out of his face.

“You alright?”

“’M okay.”

You take a hold of his glasses between your fingers as he mumbles, and it’s the only reason why he remembers that he still has them on. He blinks a couple of times, adjusting to his lowered eye-sight and looks at you. You place the glasses on the night stand, and move back to him. Your face wears a small smile and your gaze drops to his shirt – he’s still wearing the same button-up that he’s been wearing all day. Even at the party.

Your fingers crawl up to the first button, right underneath the collar and you pop it open. It’s a trained movement – you’ve done it before so many times. Especially on this shirt as it’s one of his favorites. He wears it a lot.

“Are you sure you want to sleep in this? I don’t mind helping you change –“

He grabs a hold of your hand, lacing your fingers quickly with his before you can say or do anything else.

“I’m okay – just, lay down with me?”

You nod, a breathless ‘Okay’ leaving your mouth as you wait for him to get comfortable, and he scoots over in his bed – it’s a normal, terribly stiff dorm bed that he can barely squeeze into due to how tall he is.

You turn off the lamp on the nightstand before you feel his arm shifting and brush against your hip in order to stretch across the pillow on his bed – holding it open so you can rest on his chest like you always do when you spend the night.

You two have done this before. You try to spend the night as often as you humanely can – without taking a hit at your college education. Perhaps this is what your mother warned you about – to not get involved with men, as they will only diminish your education with their ways. But then again, who really was in control of the situation? You swore Otto’s been a bit more distracted with you lately.

Maybe you should schedule this with him – because if you two kept going at it like this? You would never get out of bed. You know his bed by heart. The linen cover is practically carved on to your skin by now. (Just like the feeling of his hands when he grabs your thighs and slides his face between them –)

You lower your cheek onto the edge of his shoulder, right where the plane of his chest starts and you throw an arm across him, having a nice and gentle grip on the smooth fabric of his shirt. His arm curls around you, resting on your shoulder as you feel him lay his chin on the crown of your head. It’s dark in the room now, and the small window barely gives any room for the light of the night sky that’s trying to claw it’s way inside.

He’s always so warm and never cold – unlike you.

But you have a feeling that things will turn out alright. It’s impossible to save the world in one day, so you were just going to make sure that for now, at least his world was okay.

And you two escaped another college party – successfully. That had to count for something.

of course with Oblivious Redhead and Shy Dumbass things weren’t really going to go anywhere with just the two of them, so their friends put all their 8 collective braincells together and really pushed the two of them together. aa5100 was a lot more blunt about it (she was like “omg you idiot you totally are in love!!! why dont you SAY SOMETHING”) but ae3803 was dismissive of her (”no hes just a Really Good Friend of mine!” *cue aa5100 facepalm*). the wbc squad was definitely more subtle about it and they did try to push u1146′s buttons quite a bit; the original plan was “if we make him jealous enough maybe he’ll DO something” but once they realized u1146 would simply swallow his feelings for his friends, they tried the matchmaking approach which consisted of a lot of “lets put them together in the same place at the same time and try to play up the Romance”. as you might imagine that was quite difficult with the varying schedules but THEY GOT IT DONE w/ ae3803s friends help of course

You called them up suddenly at nine in the evening last night. It was your Birthday eve and you guilt your way through them accepting your hasty invitation. Well, you don’t really have to do that much because they give in to whatever request or favor you ask of them anyway.

You don’t understand why they do what they do for you since they don’t always do the same to anyone not even for any of their previous girlfriends. You've seen a number of women leave their lives full of tears and eyes stained hatred only just for you.

Drive some more and then stop for some tteokbokki and soondae and then home. It was almost Three AM when you arrived at your pad. They decided to sleepover since their own houses were out of the way from where you guys ended up driving to.

“Yeah, let’s never do that again!”

Siwon said with fake enthusiasm. His head hits your pillows after he spoke. You lay your head on his hard chest and then he encircles his arms around your shoulders.

“But we end up doing it year after year anyway.”

Junmyeon lets out a slight laugh as you felt the bed dip and he crawls closer behind you.

“Especially on your birthday.”

that changed as she got older ! when she started high school her dad kinda entered a rough patch & started drinking more with his buddies, started working less, and niko started getting calls from the sheriff at 2 am like “hey we’re gonna keep ur dad for the night he didnt do anything crazy but he got a little too drunk u can pick him up tomorrow” sort of thing 

she was there for him every time but it got kinda overwhelming knowing everyone was in her family's business & how much kids would gossip at school or adults would give her sad looks

basically she kinda just....became very disillusioned with her reality & began to realize no one around her was really.....happy or had big dreams and their entire lives revolved around this tiny town which scared her

but also ? it had started becoming her life, too. she was voted prom queen senior year, she had a job at a diner where the same people ate everyday, she’d been dating the same boy for four years and everyone talked about how they’d probably get married soon. she’d become exactly like everyone else without even realizing it....she didnt have some big dream.....she didnt even have plans for college she was just so stuck

and then disaster hit the summer after she graduated high school. her dad had crashed right into a tree on a rainy night trying to drive home after a night out drinking & died on impact. the news honestly didnt feel real to her until her grandparents were helping her clear out her house so she could come move in with them 

which is when she finds her mom’s old diary ! and boy was that thing . fat & juicy ... it had all four years worth of her mom’s high school years inside and niko became ...obsessed with it. all she did that summer her dad died was read her mom’s old diary learning more abt the woman from those pages than she ever had from the mouths of everyone in her town

she’s also got a flighty side though that comes out when you get too close. niko’s great at relationships when they aren’t deep, but the moment you start and figure her out and see past the smiley walls she’s got up she recoils fast. in a way she’s terrified of anyone knowing too much about her because she’s scared that once they do they’ll pity her, and niko can’t stand being pitied. she’s also super good at dishing out affection but not so good at receiving it. the type to fall in love then right back out of love in one day. kinda a heart breaker bc of this but she doesn't mean to be, she just gets infatuated kinda easily & isn’t very good at keeping things serious ever since literally running away from her long-time ex in north carolina JSBCSJBDJW

okay regarding theories for the episodes and tyrus (id love to hear your thoughts!) what if (and this could be too rushed) TJ and Cyrus get together episode four, and the coming clean in seven references them confessing their relationship as an explanation for acting weird/blowing off their other friends?? The only reason I think that might be the case is that “coming clean” has a more negative connotation which I don’t think would be used solely for a coming out, but if it was an explanation...

(2/2) ... for uncharacteristic behavior it might make more sense?? Idk if that was clear or even likely because episode four seems way too early but again I’d love to hear your thoughts!!

Thoughts on Tyrus in Episode 4:

okay honestly this did come to my mind when i originally read that synopsis. I’m like 95% certain Disney wouldn’t have Tyrus officially together in episode 4 just because there seems to be a lot of stuff going on in that episode in regards to Jandi and Cyrus is definitely at least somewhat involved in that plot as we see him in the promo with Andi and Jonah in the hallway and also the GHC at the lunch table listening to Jonah in the cafeteria

that being said, my 5% hangs in the air because i think it would be hella smart and blessed if we did have some kind of hint to Tyrus this episode. Maybe not officially together but something similar to my fic and some other things ive seen floating around where TJ and Cyrus are ‘unusually’ close or touchy in the basketball tryouts scene (most likely in the background).

This would give us some kind of lead in to episode 6 where Cyrus is all of a sudden close enough to TJ that he’s hanging out with his friends. Even if them being very close in ep 4 was ‘platonic’ (LOL) the casual audience kinda needs some kind of hint that TJ and Cyrus are close/kept being friends after the finale of s2. (remember casual 9 year olds still think Tuffy is a thing. again, LOL) 

I do agree that the ‘coming clean’ thing seems to have some type of negative connotation but at the same time i am VERY undecided on what is going to happen...im about 50/50 on two different scenarios right now so walk through a little thought analysis with me...

AM’s past episodes and synopsis liklihood:

Let’s journey back to a few episodes...The episode with Cyrus COMING OUT has Cyrus’ name in the synopsis because he has a plot and its a major one so surely... “Cyrus introduces his girlfriend, Iris, to Buffy and Andi” ..oh um okay?? i, uh.. okay disney. Now Cyrus’ second big gay scene was coming out to Andi but of course thats full of a ton of other Cyrus scenes so the synopsis wasn’t expected to cover that one.. what else... Keep A Lid on It?? Cyrus reveals he doesn’t have a crush on Jonah anymore! That’s kinda a big plot change for him? let’s... oh Ham reveals some info and Jonah tries out for ultimate...so okay, he aint mentioned at all

Disney has never ever attempted to reveal gay information in their episode descriptions.. now S3 is taking a big turn but i really just don’t have trust that they ever will. > 1 point to NOT about Tyrus

AM descriptions v promos:

Another thing we can do with episode descriptions is notice HOW SPECIFICALLY they are related to the trailers. There’s always way more in the actual episode than what does down in the trailer, but the trailer and the synopsis like to be tied so they don’t give away any of that information. Now this one is kind of exciting cos it can go either way which is what MAINLY divides my thoughts on this...and ill end up invalidating my statement that disney wont reveal gay in their synopsis..

Trailer: Cyrus and TJ dirt biking and a random new dude... Episode 6 synopsis: While hanging out with TJ’s friends, Cyrus faces a dangerous situation

Hella straight forward, thats gonna be episode 6 and the dangerous situation is gonna be dirt biking, they aren’t tryna lead us on they’re being basic

BUT we are now split on promo time for TJ and Cyrus because we have two scenes: Cyrus looking worried and TJ looking worried, OR Cyrus and Andi/ Cyrus and the Cop. Could go either way? Right? They both definitely SEEM to be something that Cyrus would have to confront and ‘come clean’ about. 

it all depends on what happens in episode 6...

dangerous situation, cop shows up, drama. cyrus deals with it and comes clean to his friends that he did ‘x’ in last week episode : easy, classic conclusion 

OR

dangerous situation ends up being lowkey and there really arent any consequences other than cyrus being worried/scared for a hot second and that episode slaps us with tyrus for the remained of the screen time (cop scene is another episode)

Both honestly seem like valid options at this point... 

First one is very dramatic, which i have a hard time believing a disney show would leave us on a cop cliff hanger for an innocent kiddo like Cyrus

Second one is more likely because the promo/synopsis love making things 10x more dramatic BUT the Tyrus thing just gets me cos i have no faith

no point. Disney is really branching out with their content here, its territory they have never touched and i really cant decide which way they think is less risky (substitute Tyrus for a het couple tho and option 2 is CLASSIC disney drama)

Buffy’s name in the e7 synopsis:

 BUFFY. BUFFY. BUFFY. she just has to be the catalyst in all of this because it’s such a good troupe and i believe Terri sees it through... the fact that Buffy is involved in episode 4 with TJ, has what we assume is a small plot with Jonah in ep 6 (TJ), and is stated to be involved in Cyrus’ plot in ep 7 (TJ) just screams Tyrus reveal to me. 

 “After an encouraging talk with Buffy, Cyrus decides to come clean with his friends” 

Andi was involved with Cyrus and the cop in the promo, not Buffy. It wouldn’t say friendS if it was the cop situation because Andi was there and if he talks to Buffy about it as well... he literally only has one other friend to tell (rip bud dont mean to call you out). ALSO 22 mins is not long enough to have a whole leading up to the talk with the cop, the talk with the cop, the discussion with Buffy about the cop, the reveal to his friends. there just aint the time if Andi is also dealing with Buffy drama and Bexie are involved in that plot as well. 

Buffy, however, is the person Cyrus confides in the most about his feelings.

Episode 4 essentially serves as a ‘catch up’ for this trio (can we give TJ/Cyrus/Buffy trio a name pls?) and their relationships with each other. If episode 4 proves that Buffy is friendly with TJ now (but still a little snarky pls) then i jump from about 50% to about 75% certain for this plot

It is far more likely that once Cyrus is finally certain Buffy and TJ are okay with each other he reveals his crush. He is certain in episode 4 so he either tells Buffy in the end of that episode, some time in 6, or beginning of 7. THIS OR Buffy is talking about her relationship with Walker and how Andi is involved blah blah and Cyrus listens to her, realises he needs to tell everyone about TJ and everyone finds out at once, including Buffy.

Either way, I don’t see an ‘encouraging talk with Buffy’ being anything outside of relationships. Whether Cyrus makes a connection based on Wuffy or Buffy specifically discusses TJ, Cyrus comes to a conclusion about his relationship

1 point to it IS about Tyrus -- Cop drama just doesn’t have the time and Buffy mention saves the day

one of the best things about tcw is its self-contained arcs, you can pretty much jump around and watch whatever you want and itd still make at least 95% sense. but since im bored and dont wanna do hw (and am trying to prod @jaegrdrifts deeper into the sarlacc pit) i thought id make a list of my fav/most important episodes

some notes on PETSCOP 14/15

one thing i just realized in rewatching the whole series is that each player characters “uniform” has the symbol which also appears at the entrance to the Newmaker Plane. fairly sure this indicates that the PC/Marvin/Tiara are all wearing “Newmaker uniforms” or jackets (this could be a stretch buuut yknow):

early on in the series, due to things like the character design in the game PETSCOP, as well as the childish imagery and the ingame writing for things like TOOL and the menu, made me start to think that PETSCOP was initially perhaps a more innocuous creation, a project handled by children (perhaps assisted by Rainer). this idea to me is now given more depth in Petscop 15, where we see that there is a code-accessible Editor mode (utilizing the code NIFTY). This menu reminds me a lot of old paint programs/art programs I used as a kid in the late 90′s on Windows 95 (which we also see on the TARNACOP computer in Petscop 14). this would be an easy way for kids to work on a video game, using the assets found in the Nifty Editor.  jumping off from this, the fact that Tiara/Belle gives Paul this code (at the behest of Marvin) is also interesting. it’s difficult to discern the relationship between Marvin and Tiara, it’s not clear whether Tiara was also an adult (”psychologically damaged beyond rebirthing” or a child who was being rebirthed into this person using the game). nonetheless it seems as though Tiara is being manipulated by Marvin to give Paul this information. it also makes me think that, since the “Pink Tool” uses the writing found in the Nifty editor, Tiara was initially being hurt by Marvin in some way ingame, then later being manipulated to tell Paul to show Marvin where his house is/collect pieces, and now being manipulated again to give Paul access to the assets of Petscop (which clearly Marvin also has access to). still don’t really understand the whole “framed CD” part, im sure that will make more sense in the future. it seems like Blue Text character is being represented by the disc in some way (the photos being on the Blue bed’s side of the room, the note from Care’s mother being signed with a black CD...) speaking of those beds, clearly Marvin and “Wife” weren’t sleeping in the same bed during their relationship (one is blue, the other green) that’s not even to go into the whole “the game literally recorded Paul saying things and inserted it into the game as dialogue from Care” or “Welp Paul and Care have the same birthday and oh yeah Paul could be a trans dude/Paul and Care are separated twins” thing or whoever the fuck Jill is (Paul’s “friend”? perhaps not, as he continues to refer to “You” when recording Petscop 14, and then says “I need to call Jill” not speaking directly to “You”/Paul’s estranged girlfriend?(which i feel is quite likely)/Paul’s sibling or relative?) would be cool if we got more updates before november 12th!
