I am a Normal Person I swear. I absolutely didn't spent the last few days/weeks in a Tokimeki Memorial hole vaguely daydreaming about what a dating sim (*not* a visual novel!) Featuring the primarch would be like. So, here is some vaguely insane rambling on "if I was able to make a fan game":

Imagine, you get to play one of the missing primarch (let's place it pre-heresy and not take into account the missing primarch disapearance lol). You were raised on an agriworld and while you ARE a fancy brilliant primarch, you mostly used your knowledge to plow field all by yourself and build barns in one day. Emp look at you, sigh and decide to take you to Terra for training.

You spend 5 years on Terra, raising up your skills and learning new things. When you get there only a few primarch are around, but more and more start to show up. You have to raise the proper skills and do "hang out" with your siblings that you totally don't want to bang. At the end of each year, Emp take you on "compliance", wich is basically your exam to see if you have managed your skills properly. A big aspect is the social web, if you are an ass to one primarch, it might impact your relationship with other primarch.

You can date any of the primarch, with a few secret routes, like: Emp, Valdor, Fulgrim & Ferrus together, and Horus & Sanguinius together. The game would also have a very funny, almost absurd vibe between "dating sim cuteness" and "You and Konrad decided to do arts and craft together by making your own human skin cape, Emp is more mad that you made a mess than killed some serf." The comedy of things being super grimdark and yet also trying to date those huge demi-god. Do yall see my vision??

(For added bonus: it's in a retro pixelart style, with cherry blossom and bullshit kawaii effect. Think Hatoful Boyfriend for the vibe. Just imagine asking freaking Lion on a date to go genocide xenos, and him having a shojo glow around him while he talk about the most horrific war crime possible. The perfect game.)

ok so the last ask reminded me of this OC i had.

he's basically an overworked college student (Andie) who also happens to be transgender, and like halfway through his first year, these 3 demons of his appeared. they all had names but i lowkey forgot, one was short and behaved childish, the other was an aggressive one who was really rude to people, and the other was... lustful, to cut it short. and basically they'd all only be visible to Andie, and they could all like possess/control his body as different times if they needed to. and he had these side bangs that'd change color depending on who was in control of the body. there wasn't any disassociation between them really, but it was basically Andie and his demons trying to help him through college and stuff without being discovered.

(this was based off my own little experiences in life pre-sys discovery so that probably explains some of it.)

Thinking plotting scheming of pt, but make it diceyd/ungeons. I think it fits so well; the plot of dd is so cute and its easy to smush existing characters into that universe.

Peppino wishes for his debt to be cleared and for his shop to be successful. Pman wants him and his art to be famous and revered beyond his wildest dreams. Vigi wants Justice or whatever (but hes actually here to be nosy about the ins and outs of the show itself). Noise wants MONEY and FAME. Mysterious man who looks like peppino wants his own shop :). All the pt bosses are dd bosses before going ‘hey, u know what? This gig kinda sucks ass. If u think u can take on the big cheese im jumpin onboard w you’.

Thats all i got LOL i am debating if i still want lady luck to be the boss or let pizzaface be the big bad and just remove the existing dd characters entirely. Pizzahead would always be the jester, and therefore, always be your last die/teammate, which i think is cute heehee hes tired of being a silly little guy no one takes seriously! Hes got silly dreams too!!!! Hes a silly guy w dreams!!!

You know I see these posts about how maturity should be the standard and i start to agree untill i realize just how many fucking conversations ive had about maturity not even being a real thing??

Like people will believe what they will but i have times even niw as a fully grown adult that i recognize i am absolutely not fucking mature at all. And i stop myself then and ask what the hell maturity is, and every time i look it up because i want a source that isnt just my brain, i get a completely different answer. It really depends if you get it from merriam webster or this one guy on quora. One maybe be far more credible, but its not just one guy on quora. Ots a whole lot of people saying very different things to the actual definition of what mature is. This indicates that either education globally is fucking awful (which may not be wrong tbf) or that possibly what we understand to be matuity is a complex and nuanced thing that is unmeasurable and is probably sonething else actually

Like i dont know what fucking metric you want to use for "if this person consents to having medical bills" or whatever but if it isnt age then maybe something more concrete and physically measurable than maturity? Or maybe if we *cannot* have sonething concrete and measurable because that thing doesnt exist somehow, then perhaps we can say "to each their own" and just go with what the person fucking says they want?

I dont know about yall but i feel like im saying and not saying so much here. But like. Maybe let people make their own choices. Their own mistakes. And help them so that those mistakes are reversible. Other than that i dont feel like i should get a say in what someone else does. Just. End of story.

Ingo would probably enjoy a date in the restored Community Center, there's a lot to do in the place and another incentive to restore the poor place. But if it's still not yet done you and Ingo watch Chandelure go Junimo hunting while Ingo helps motivate you to finish the Community Center.

The Community Center is one area is interesting track to take but that also means that Thylak will have to figure out the code for the event to play - Like if Community Center complete - play this event and vise versa. Which means 2 possibly events.

I might have to discuss the idea further with him - since uhh Emmet's 8 heart event took like... 2... months.. ish.

Plus any code involving Community Center is messy LOL.

But I can definitely see Ingo and the farmer having fun at the community center or Ingo wondering why Chandelure is so drawn to the center.

Honestly the Junimo stuff could be a Chandelure event.... 🤔 Hmmm....

Pokémon Events are later down the line... but definitely something for me to think about.

the thing abt dnd characters is that theyre at the start of whatever character arc you want for them & to rlly enjoy that character you have to allow that arc to play out within the campaign like. w taurus i went into it knowing that their personal code of honour & their idolisation & elevation of aldebaran (their teacher) was something that i wanted challenged & deconstructed & as the campaign has gone on that's allowed for some rlly interesting & fun moments. obvs what sort of character you're playing depends on the campaign gfkdkfjd but like its a story! give characters room to develop within it

I'm a lil disappointed bg3 only let's you have a party of 4, like I absolutly get it from a gameplay standpoint but it does impact the otherwise damn near flawless feel of actually playing dnd
