Did anyone also find the entire Sam and Celia go investigating plot speedrun extremely rushed, like what even?

She gets introduced in ep6, Alice shows her the workstation at the beginning of 7, I don't think Sam and Celia even talk in that episode. And in episode 8 it's been weeks and oh well this search was for nothing WHAT SEARCH WHAT INVESTIGATION (there was only the email thing why did it take weeks and why did they go together)??! And then in episode 9 and only then she sees Sam filling out the paperwork he got in episode 5?

Are these people even in the same fucking room when we are not listening in? Or am I stupid?

it's so insane that even men who do try to understand female oppression and what we go through have trouble grasping it without having men as a reference point. a man in my class after we watched barbie mentioned how it helped him understand what it's like to be oppressed and what women go through, after having taken a whole class about women in politics, reading a whole textbook on ways women are oppressed, and listening to the majority female class speak about our personal experiences for an entire semester. and he thinks the barbie movie is the most helpful way to understand female oppression.

Miruku is not a major character player for a good chunk of the canon-storyline, think of Hana when you're thinking of Miruku's presence. Thus for quite some time Dino only knew Miruku by name, very much a 'headcount' of those people around Tsunayoshi ; he is a responsible big brother after all. This type of relationship goes on for several years. ( Like parallel lines, they are around each other but don't intersect. )

Eventually, Miruku roots deep into the open pestering wound of the mafia system through Reborn, he's always to blame for these things, but most importantly! Miruku Osashima is Reborn's PERSONAL PROJECT. His to mold, polish and make perfect , not as perfect as him of course, let's not talk fantasy now. Nonetheless, that is enough for Dino to take a gander at his direction.

It's transactional at first, but Dino is a dutiful man with a deep sense of love for his family, so he'll do Reborn another favor, on the house! He'll watch out for his little apprentice too, though he'll learn Miruku never did need him, regardless he knows he is loved and appreciated, he knows this because Miruku says as much, because Miruku performs love in ways he thinks is bizarre.

THEY ARE FRIENDS. Miruku insist they are, showered him with affection as a friend would, kindly, lovingly, gently ⸻ But Dino says mafia scums don't need friends. Friendship was never on the table, so what is on the table between Miruku and Dino ?
