One of the biggest things that makes me see Leo as trans is absolutely the size of his carapace in comparison to his brothers’.
And I’m not talking about height! I’m specifically looking at his shell here, because when you compare him to the others, particularly Donnie who is nearly the same height as Leo, it’s very clear that Leo’s carapace is much longer in proportion to the rest of his body.
Like - standing side by side, even though Donnie is shorter his carapace ends noticeably higher up than Leo’s does. And I like this not only because it really helps push the idea that Leo could very likely be trans (or intersex!), but it’s also just a fun design difference between them.
(It also lends way to future scenarios of Donnie eventually getting taller than Leo, but sitting down still has Leo being the taller one haha.)

I STILL CAN'T GET OVER HOW IN THE BEGINNING, CALE PUSHED EVERYONE AWAY. You may say it's because of how "dangerous" and "trouble packed" their journey will be in the story later on— BUT. I JUST CANT HELP BUT FEEL LIKE MAYBE , JUST MAYBE. He didn't want them to be affected by his "curse" (side effect of WS) whether he knew about it or not. Just consider the fact that he KNOWS what will happen to them and how they'll be fighting for a better world and it'd be MUCH better if he's not there. Just in case he worsens whatever will happen.

#I think maybe productivity tips help less if the reason you're unproductive is partially like.. physcial health and other extenral things#out of your control. rather than just like having trouble paying attention or spending too much time on tiktok or whatever#all the strategic to do lists in the world are not going to somehow prevent me from waking up with a debilitating migraine or whatever#or having external stressors or lacking resources and connections or other Productivity Essentials etc.#especially many tips involve stuff like 'cut off from social media' since thats the modern day time waster for so many poeple#and it's like.. lol.. i can hardly even maintain a blog even thuogh i actively WANT TO DO SO. 'shut off your smart phone!' already#done babey i fucking hate smart phones i shall never use an app unless i am forced to. 'delete tiktok' yep. already covered. tiktok and#all of those thinsg are my enemies. 'save money by cancelling some of your services' cool. already ahead of you.#who the fuck is out here paying for like 10 different subscription services. pirated videos uploaded to google drive and youtube to mp3#my beloved. etc. etc. and so on. Ithink something about the way my body/mind is SOO hyper attuned to all#sensory information just makes it like... constantly 'GRR well I cant focus on WRITING right now because my lef#t ear feels weird and my socks are too itchy and my back has a strange pressure and I'm vaguely warm and my eye feels some ssort of#way it doesnt normally feel and I'm hyperaware of my breathing and also nauseous for no reason' and like half of those things I#think '''normal''' people wouldnt even notice or at least would be able to just live through. but for me it's like.. nealry impossible to i#gnore and soooo distracting always. like 'wahh.. nooo we can't draw or get anything done.. my legs feel slightly heavy or something!!'#like............. ok......... who cares. thats not even a PAIN sensation it's just something weird. but it's just like.. NO. constant#mental alerts about the 'heaviness' of your legs be upon ye. Hot take in DBH Markus has the 'boring' storyline (especially early game)
This is mostly coming from people saying Kara was boring I don't think any of them were boring but story progression wise... Markus fits that bill better.
Especially early game there's really no progression and there's not much the player actually can do the story is almost entirely fixed for most of Markus' early story (up to reaching Jericho)
Kara meanwhile? Her chapter 2 (not including the cinematic chapter... I don't really count it because it is PURELY cinematic) has several endings, you can kill Todd, ALICE can kill Todd, Todd can survive, Todd can kill them both locking you out of the entire rest of her story.
Meanwhile Markus... Can fight back or can deal with Leo's BS? And Carl can die.
All I'm saying is if you're replaying the game trying to see lots of different endings, Markus is going to be one of those stories that would get kind of old fast at the beginning because there is no variations until later on.

he's half black cat half golden retriever. this man contains multitudes. in his goofy moments it's lots of impromptu roughhousing, and in his more sinister and sly moments it's me being a bit cheeky while we're out or in the car and him giving me this smirk and saying "im gonna tickle the shit out of you when we get home." i always roll my eyes and go "pfft sure" but i tell you... he never forgets when he makes that promise, even hours later... the second i set my stuff down he's on me 🫠
mercifully (or perhaps not) his technique with rough tickles is lacking. but holy shit does he know how to make a soft touch deadly 😭

#s-class heroine spoilers#a transmigrator's privilege#the perks of being an s class heroine#voice that shapes the world#the one whr ailette says 'please protect me by my side' always makes me tear up a little ngl#its the part whr voice takes a while to respond. and the fact that they say theyll be overcompensate. it gets to meeee#i love voice theyre almost as cute as hestio to me. which is saying a lot#and the self-assured 'thats my god' arg 🥺#i wuv them....#ailette is voice's favouritest little blorbo#except theyre treating ailette soooo well#like honestly this story is full of soooo many deux ex machinas#esp no thanks to voice spending divinity to save ailette / just make her life easier#its truly the transmigrator's privilege except she kind of only has this much privilege bc shes so likeable#and so good at maintaining social relationships that ALL the gods like her and try to find ways to help her#and bend and break rules for her#which i think makes the story more enjoyable bc it feels like SHE did all that. no other protag in her place couldve done all that#bc they wouldnt have been able to form such friendly relations with the tm gods#so it doesnt feel like a power fantasy even though it very much is a power fantasy. do i make sense#bc the power ailette has to bend the plot to her will isnt inherent in her... its granted to her by the tm gods#who are written to feel like they have their limits and therefore when they do bend the rules it feels like a lot#rather than just any old deux ex machina or flimsy plot point#like. this story is sooo orv-esque in that deux ex machinas keep happening but it doesnt rly bring you out of the story#bc the story requires those plot points to happen. bc the general narrative has so much more gg on in the background#and not simply just boss fights#do i make sense....

words can't describe how i hate russian-speaking terf especially. i remember the time i myself was really confused about the subject of transgenderism but even the hate that came from them was so much it made me feel very upset, sad & unsafe even though i didnt label as anything at that point.
it only made me want to learn more and with time, after getting to know trans people irl, ESPECIALLY (russian-speaking) trans girls i understood how fucking scary and miserable it is when there are people like THEM who have you on their minds rent free. its so fucking crazy to me to this day

#it's like theatre to me i guess#i've always loved theatre and tried to get into it more in middle school and the beginning of high school#but since i never actually. did theatre from a young age like everyone else i just Didnt Know Shit#and they expect you to know shit even though it's your first musical since middle school#doesnt help that the one time i asked for support on learning the ropes in a group chat for this theatre group i watched one of the members#look up from her phone and just stare at me like i had said some crazy ass gibberish like no dude just tell me how to help in getting#funding for the department#or how to help the theatre group in general#long story short i dont participate in theatre a lot anymore due to this sort of thing happening a lot over there#'guys what's your favorite musical or play?' idk i grew up on fucked up youtube videos i'm just here because i like acting and performing#and getting to know people#ANYWAYS SORRY FOR THE RANT POST I TRY NOT TO DO THESE OFTEN#also i dont do theatre anymore because of physical disabilities that pop up out of nowhere and we're still figuring out#i'll update on that at some point when i get the info#i'm fine just currently in an era of finally figuring out what's wrong with my body LOL#kinda relieving tbh#ANYWAY AGAIN#i gotta stop going off on random tangents buen día everypony#rant post#long tags
