We love Bruce's tragic ignorance of Sheila's role in Jason's death.

We love Jason never telling another soul what Sheila did, because he loves her, because he's grateful she showed him compassion as soon as it didn't cost her anything, because nobody needs to know.

We need to go further.

Jason's last act as Robin got an innocent woman killed. His own mother, a doctor who should've lived many more years making the world a better place.

Poor Doctor Haywood might've survived being forced to work for the Joker, but Jason dragged her into a dangerous confrontation instead.

It's obvious what happened: Jason was trying to show off. He wanted to impress his mother by revealing himself as Robin and taking down the Joker. Treating everything like a game, never considering the consequences.

And despite losing everything to his recklessness, Sheila still used her dying breath to praise him. It's a tragedy that such a sweet woman dedicated her life to caring for others, but her own son doomed her with his carelessness.

I feel so much tenderness to those of you who are putting the often difficult and harrowing work into working through trauma, identifying and navigating triggers, or even just realizing what you need... that's such a tall task sometimes. It's painful to push down those things, and it's even more painful to address it, but it's so worth it. I genuinely hope you can find pride and peace with the knowledge that you are enough, that whatever happened to you wasn't your fault, and that you are so fucking worth the effort of working through this.

How would Calvin react to meeting Jason when both his parents were still alive, assuming Willis is not that great of a father. Would he take Jason and run? Would he observe to see how Willis treats his kid? And what would Calvin think of Catherine?

If Calvin just randomly met him one day I don’t think he’d care too much. Having a home is more than some kids in Gotham can boast of, and little Jason didn’t look too worse for wear to truly register for the Talon.

But if for some reason Calvin got attached to Jason and decides to follow him home to make sure he’s well taken care of… well.

Let’s say Willis isn’t home initially, so for the first few hours Calvin only sees Jason come home to a mother hopped up on drugs (let’s assume it’s the later stage where the addiction was very bad already). And Calvin already feels that uneasy buzz in his gut because— someone like that cannot possibly provide for a small child. And little Jason is cleaning his mom up as best as he can and draping a blanket over her before he goes on the hunt for food in the cupboards. Only to come away with nothing but some canned peaches that he painstakingly pries open. And this is bad enough but— but at least he’s got a home. And food. It’s more than Calvin had with his dad. And there’s always the chance the woman will sober up and realize drugs aren’t as important as her sweet little kid. It’s not his place to intervene—

But then Willis comes home. Just when Calvin was about to leave. And for a moment it’s nothing to worry about, but then Willis starts yelling. And Jason cowers. And the uneasy feeling in Calvin’s gut turns into sickening dread.

And then Willis draws back his fist and—

Taking Jason is so much easier than it should be. The kid is too small for his age, too light. Willis goes down with little more than a solid punch to his throat, and Catherine doesn’t wake up at all. Too deep into her drug induced haze.

And Jason— Jason is scared. Terrified. But Calvin refuses to leave him in a place that’s bound to kill him eventually.

Franziska’s insistence on perfection is an attempt to live up to her father’s legacy despite that legacy being built on lies and ruining countless lives including that of the person Franziska loves most. Accepting that she is not and cannot be perfect is a major step in her development into not only a better person but a happier one. And despite all of this, every time she declares her own perfection my immediate impulse is to agree with her

Kyle/Green Lantern resurrects her but then he becomes convinced that she's not the same person she was before the incident, OR SOMETHING SOMETHING Black Lanterns aren't ACTUALLY bad they're just misunderstood Grim Reaper types, in either case Alex ends up breaking it off with Kyle because they've become very different people.

And then Bumble's there

And then they go to therapy or Alex adopts Bumble, and then uhhh Bumble's like one of the superpets. Like Krypto the Superdog. Free premise go forth and play with it if ur a DC fan

I had a Magnifico song idea for the scene in the movie where he shows up at Asha's House called A Shooting Star only goes so far.

In the song Magnifco warns Asha that if Rosa follows the stars, they'll eventually crash without him by their side. The lyric he says is "A shooting stars only go so far." 

During the middle of the song, when he's describing the kingdom abandoning him, the song would have a rap section to musically symbolize a shooting star going fast, but then when the kingdom crashes in Magnifico's story, it'll become a slower song. 

In in the second verse he sees the Star/Starboy

Magnifco uses his past of having his wishes ignored by the very same star as his final thesis statement to try to convince Asha.

He changes the lyric from “A shooting star only goes so far.” to “A shooting star only goes so far for you.”

The song would end with the final music note/ beat being timed to asha pushing the shelf on magnifco so she could protect the Star/Starboy from magnifco

The song has multiple meanings because it’s a warning from magnifco

But it’s also a threat

He’s basically saying wherever the people of Rosas go, he won’t be far away, and if they rebel, they’ll always eventually fall back into his hands and become complacent again.

Yeah yeah jedi Maul au we've all seen him. But what about senator Maul au. Representing Dathomir, a neutral world like Mandalore that is still somewhat hostile to outsiders. Wearing fancy clothes that show a bit too much skin for the cold climate of Coruscant. Falling in hate at first sight with Padmé, the only other senator who brings a gun to the senate floor "just in case". The two of them having a weird rivalry because Maul doesn't trust the Jedi and is neutral in a lot of subjects that Padmé is a vocal defender of.
