■ -  Bedroom/house/living quarters headcanon for andrew kevin and nwil all sharing a dorm together
Headcanon Meme
I firmly believe that it is actually nicer than you would think but also still incredibly spartan. Like the only one out of the three of them who is in any way shape or form used to a 'permanent' place to stay is Kevin and it was the NEST.
Nicky brought a lot of the homey touches to the room previously. HOWEVER. I think that the three of them (out from under the various dangers against them) slowly start to get nice things for one another. Like Neil keeps falling asleep on the couch? Kevin bought a nice throw blanket. Kevin complains about how doing homework in the bean bag chair is killing his back? Andrew gets him a good chair. Andrew makes a single comment about going over to Matt, Aaron, and Nicky's room to use the nice coffee maker? Neil has the best one on the counter within 24 hours.
They'd never do nice things for themselves but they'd do it for one another.

hi again i'm the Anon who asked if you take commisions only or requests as well. I love your writing style<3
Soo could you write about Batmom reader, where reader took care of bruce's children as her own. But then bruce gets a mistress, reader still stays becuz of the kids but when everyone started to become cold to her and insult her ' X (mistress) is better mom then you ever were' she leaves gonthem. Then everyone realises she (mistress) was just after their money. They go to batmom's room to apologize only to find it empty. They try to find her everywhere but couldn't. And finally when they do, reader rejects them since she was having the time of her life without responsibilty but gets kiddnapped by the batfam?
Honestly i wanted to commision but i'm flat broke and i'm too busy studying to work and on top of that i don't have my own phone (i use my dad's old laptop) soo yeah... I hope you consider this.
A/N: Loooove this request thank you for sending it in <3 fem reader yandere themes lmk if you want a part two
Tumblr media
The (L/n)'s were a wealthy and prominent family in Gotham, right up there with the Wayne's when it came to power over the city, the two families were in business together which is why when Bruce Wayne personal attorney came to you with a marriage proposal, you weren't surprised.
A marriage of convenience. You thought you knew what this would entitle, you knew this wasn't out of love, that this was required of you, it had nothing to do with what you actually wanted, but you were dutiful and signed, inking your name on the paper felt like a deal with the devil.
Bruce hadn't bothered to officially meet you until the day of the wedding, it was beautiful and well done but lacking any form of love of affection, CEOs and other rich folk you didn't recognize filled the pews, the ring felt cold when he slipped it on, his vows perfectly rehearsed, and not an ounce of warmth in his eyes, you knew that night you should have annulled the marriage, but something made you hold on, something your mother had said to you as the makeup artist turned you into the visage of a bride.
"You'll learn to love each other, your father and I did after all." And she wasn't lying, your parents married for convenience as well but had grown to love one another, so maybe you could do the same?
A year after the nuptials Dick Grayson is thrust into your life. Haley's circus was famous in Gotham for its incredible death defying shows, but on this night death would walk the stage, taking with them Dick Grayson's parents in a horrible display, You and Bruce had consoled the boy for only a moment before Bruce was talking to the officers, he'd decided Dick was coming home with you, of course without asking your opinion, but it didn't matter, you felt such pity and grief for the boy, it made perfect sense to you, he was shut down for the first few months, he called you by your name and you had no problem with it, making it clear you never wanted to try and replace his mother, the ice between you two melted one day, one kind word at a time, he couldn't help but confide in you about school or his friends, because you were more emotionally there than Bruce was.
Like the night you caught him sneaking out, a packed bag in hand and the keys to one of Bruce's many cars in his hand. Instead of yelling for Bruce or Alfred you simply smiled at him, "you should take the audi, it's the safest car here."
"..You're not going to try and stop me?"
You shake your head no, still offering that kind smile.
"You know yourself best Dick, if you're unhappy here I won't stop you from finding your peace." He took a moment before tossing you the keys and reluctantly making his way back inside.
You find out about Batman because of Dick. He'd come home with some nasty bruises and it wouldn't take long to put two and two together. Them both being missing at the same time, Dick started to pull away from you, one night, after hours of trying to get to sleep in a bed much to big for one body, your legs decided a walk was necessary, the halls were dark and quiet, giving the manor an eerie air, quietly you walked the long hallways intending on stopping by the library, as you turned the corner you seen Dick in a hidden elevator, the doors just slamming shut as your eyes tried to register what was there. Seconds after the doors close a wall appears, as if nothing was ever there. It's not long after that you see a brief news clip of the caped crusader and his new sidekick, because the longer you stared at the screen, the more familiar they began to look, that dead tight lipped scowl on Batman's face, it was one you'd had the pleasure of looking at for the past few years.
That night you confronted Bruce, he seemed surprised you'd figured it out, but he didn't deny it. Simply saying, "It's late (Y/n), get some sleep."
You nearly divorced him then and there for endangering a child the way he was, but after a moment of thought, you realized Dick would need a real parent around so you stayed, making Bruce swear to be careful.
Jason comes next and he takes to you a lot faster than Dick. He craved the warmth you offered, you two had inside jokes and a closer relationship than him and Bruce, but that all changes the day he dies. You're broken, a ghost haunting the manor with your presence, and Bruce is no comfort throwing himself into the Batman role, you begin to hate him a little with this particular betrayal.
Tim was another hard egg to crack but you were desperate after Jason's death, so you took his verbal lashings with a smile, were always there to offer a helping hand with any of his projects despite the help never being accepted. Tims wound from losing his father is too raw, he takes a lot of his anger out on you. And you weathered the storm with a soft, warm smile.
Damian hated you, from the moment he arrives, which is bitter enough as is because it meant Bruce was unfaithful, he's spitting out insults and comparing you to his 'perfect' mother.
Things weren't great in your life, but one day they started getting noticably worse. Dick no longer responded to your check in texts, Jason (now reanimated which was a heart attack in and of itself) saw you as the enemy, you didn't leave Bruce after what happened to him, so in his eyes you betrayed him, Tim ignored your existence as best as he could, and Damian? He'd started staring at you with this smug look on his face, like he knew something you didn't.
Bruce had all but ran from you, he didn't sleep in your shared room anymore, he barely spoke to you at breakfast, if it wasn't for the cameras he wouldn't touch you.
And it's all because of a woman named Rachel.
Apparently Bruce had introduced this woman to the family, bringing her around when you weren't, slowly replacing you, it was no wonder they started to pull back.
Alfred is the only reason you find out, having enough of the blatant disrespect, he calls you to come home early one day saying it's a dire matter. Of course you comply, and walk in on a discomforting sight. The whole family was gathered at the dining room table, plus a woman you'd never seen before, she sat close to Bruce, toying with his hand intimately. Her green eyes lock with yours and the smile she gives you forms a pit in your stomach.
There's silence before Bruce stands up, he walks over calmly, "Can we take this in the other room." But it wasn't phrased as a question.
"No" you licked your lips, a nervous habit from your youth. Bruce seemed taken back by your sudden backbone. He nods silently.
"I want her gone Bruce. I am your wife. You will show me that semblance of respect."
"I- of course." You don't wait for the words to settle instead, you calmly walk to your room, face unreadable.
Locking the door behind you, your body slides against the frame, a silent sob wracks your frame, your hands covering your mouth, you wouldn't give them the satisfaction of hearing your cries.
The next morning you wake up to breakfast in bed, a generic yet elegant spread of food lay on a tray in the empty spot Bruce used to stay. The man himself sitting in the chair beside the bed, staring at you with that practiced smile he used to appease people.
"Good morning."
"What's this?" You sat up straight, sleep evaporating from your form as you took in the threat before you.
"An apology. I never meant for yesterday to happen."
"What a comfort that is." Your piercing (e/c) eyes stare at him blankly, unreadable. "How long."
"A year." You scoff pushing the breakfast away from you like it was poisonous. "But its not what you think, Rachel is a childhood friend, a year ago our relationship, evolved into what it is now, but I was never intending to go behind your back."
"Ah of course, your intentions were pure." The words dripped venom, grabbing your robe you quickly dress before standing and walking to the door, "Thank you for the wonderful talk Bruce, really your people skills are top notch." Your hands gesture to the door. He leaves without a word.
The rest of the day is as usual, Bruce avoids you like the plague, the rest of the family acted as if you weren't there. Which made leaving all too easy.
Your lawyers had the divorce papers ready and hour after you called them, signing them felt like the first act of self love you'd done in years. Slipping them into Bruce's study you took the time to analyze the room you never entered.
It matched Bruce that's for sure, pictures of every single person in the family. All except for you.
Walking out the door, wrapped in your ankle length black faux fur coat, the garment whipped in the wind, the designer sunglasses on your face hid your eyes from the world, hair in a slicked back bun, your heels echoed against the pavement, a sleek black car was waiting for you, you look back at the house that had caused you so much misery then got in the back of the car, never looking back.
Life goes on for about a week, your absence goes unnoticed, that is before Rachel is trying and failing to blackmail Bruce out of a billion dollars, she'd collected evidence he was cheating on you with her and presented it to Bruce with a grin, it was only as he went through the pictures of himself and Rachel, did he notice the yellow envelope with his name written on the front.
Hey puts the heartbreaking matter of Rachel's betrayal on the back burner, Bruce opened the envelope and felt his heart completely stop at the word divorce written in bold lettering across the top, your signature was already there, waiting for his to join it.
Ignoring Rachel completely now he turns in his chair, turning the paper over and over as if it would magically change. But it remained the same. Alfred knocking on the door of his study broke him from his trance. "Master Wayne, miss Rachel." He says the latter's name with no warmth. "Escort Rachel to her car Alfred."
"Bruce have you heard a word I've said? I'm serious I'll go to Gotham daily right now if you don't -"
"Now Alfred."
That was all it took for the screaming woman to be firmly escorted off the premises. Bruce all but ran to your room, he didn't bother knocking, and despite knowing in his heart you were already gone, he couldn't help but check anyway.
Your room was empty and cold, he couldn't believe the date he'd read on the divorce papers, it was dated a week ago, meaning you'd been gone for a week and he hadn't noticed. No one had.
That is until Bruce remembers there's someone in the house nothing gets by.
"How long have you known she was gone Alfred?" He asks leaning on his knuckles the divorce papers stared back at him taunting him. "Since the moment she left." The older man replied simply his hands behind his back. "Why didn't you tell me immediately?" Bruce felt himself tense, "Because you've hurt that woman enough Bruce. She deserves at least this." He gestures to the daunting divorce paperwork before turning to leave Bruce with his thoughts.
The news of Rachel's betrayal shook the manor each member feeling violated by their trust being broken. But it was nothing compared to their reaction once they finally realized you were gone.
"That was rough." Jason says after watching Rachel being dragged out of the manor, he blew air out of his cheeks arms crossed over his chest, he looked towards the hallway that lead to your room, you had to have heard that he thought to himself.
Dick sighs through his nose, "Someone should check on (y/n), Rachel was screaming so loud she definitely heard that." No one volunteers so Dick rolls his eyes and heads towards your room.
He lifts his hands to knock but noticed the door was open, pushing it further he's met with a baren room, his brow furrowed in confusion before he makes his way to Bruce's study. "Hey B, have you seen (y/n)? Her room is like weirdly empty."
Dick found his Father where Alfred left him, leaning over the divorce papers silently a storm in his eyes.
As he steps closer and reads the paperwork Bruce was staring so intently at, his heart stopped.
"Holy shit- are those real?"
"Yes." Bruce finally spoke his voice horse. There was a moment of silence before Dick left the room practically running down the stairs to alert the others.
"(Y/n) left Bruce." He said still processing the information, "No fuckin' way." Jason says pushing himself off the counter he leaned on. "Her room is empty and he has the papers, she's gone."
Each member of the family had different reactions to this information.
Dick tries calling you only to be met with a disconnected number, his heart hammering in his chest, he wasn't as close to you as when he was younger sure, but you were a constant in his life, always had been, a pillar of support, and suddenly you weren't. It felt like the floor had gotten pulled out from under him.
Jason curses under his breath, his mind working a mile a minute, he had barely spoken to you since his Resurrection, something he deeply regretted as the information of your leaving sinks in like a brick thrown into a river.
Tim, ever calculating is trying to figure out where you went, you were a figurehead in his life, someone that was literally never not there, sure he wasn't close to you in the slightest but that doesn't mean he wants anything to happen to you, someone as quiet and soft as you on your own in Gotham? It didn't sit well with him. Not one bit.
Damian didn't know what he was feeling at the news, he supposed he should feel nothing, after all you were nothing to him, but there was this nagging feeling in his chest that he couldn't quite place. And he hated it. How dare you leave and upset his fragile ecosystem?
Meanwhile in the Bahamas, far from Gotham and the neglectful family you'd left behind, you sat lounging on a private beach, a knitted hammock cradles your body, a designer baby pink bikini covers you, a matching sunhat protects your face from the hot sun, you can't wipe the smile from your face, humming a tune from your childhood you barely flinch when someone takes the seat besides your hammock.
"Do I want to know how you found me?" You ask, eyes still closed as you bask in the warmth. You knew only one person had the sources to find you on your own island, and despite how much you resent the man, even his presence can't ruin your shine in this moment.
"You're my wife (Y/n), I'll always know where you are." Bruce speaks softly as if trying not to startle you. "Former wife." You correct cracking an eye open, a small smirk curling on your lips.
"Not until I sign those papers- which I never will."
"huh, I thought you'd be thrilled." You muse to yourself before folding your tanning mirror and setting it aside, you take off your Louis Vuitton sunglasses, blinking your pretty (e/c) eyes up at him, "Figured you and your little Twinkie would have tied the knot by now." You laugh softly, the sound, unfamiliar to Bruce, sent warm shivers down his spine, it causes his lips to quirk up in a small grin.
"She's gone."
"Well, I don't care."
There's a beat of silence before he's offering you his hand. "Will you walk with me? I know I don't deserve it."
You sigh before getting up, ignoring his hand, you nod your head reluctantly, "Well? Hurry up I've got dinner at six."
His smile remains as he begins leading you along the shoreline. It's relatively quiet between you two as you walk side by side, a peace between you both you hadn't ever felt. "The manor isn't the same without you." He breaks the silence, "I sincerely doubt that." You laugh at the very notion. "It's true- it's colder, quieter, I want you to come home."
"That was never my home, you made that abundantly clear."
He winces as if your words cut him, "I know I haven't been a good man to you, I know I've failed you time and time again but I..I looked at those divorce papers and my heart stopped." He admits running a hand through his hair.
"You can't leave me."
"I can't?." You scoff, your movement halting, "I'm a grown woman- I'm taking responsibility for my own happiness, you can't stop me."
"I wasn't asking." He says softly, his hands in his pockets, he had this fond look on his face, like he was staring at you for the first time, in a whole new light. "You can't make me." You say, brows furrowed, "You belong back home, you're supposed to be with me, till death do us part, remember?" He steps forward making you step back, your eyes wide, hands shaking, you back into a wide chest, spinning to face Dick, who's grinning at you, he's in his Nightwing costume, he gives you a small wave of his hand, you scrunch your face in confusion, "What the hell-" your thought is cut off by a small pinch in your neck, the needle in Bruce's hand is empty in seconds, he's cradling your stumbling form, holding you tightly, "Don't worry - I'll fix this."
Your sleeping body is gently carried to the batplane, Bruce holding you close to his chest as Dick pilots the plane, he whispers promises into your hair, rocking you against him as he swears on his life to make things right, weather you liked it or not.

Okay, so this is a little inspired by @dazzle02's post right here. Enjoy! 🥰
"Let me move in with you," said Evan.
And.
And Tommy looked up at Evan.
Blinking.
There wasn't anything particularly special about tonight. Neither of them had that bad of a shift the day before, all things considered. It was after dinner. They were both in pajamas watching Shark Week. Besides Shark Week, there wasn't anything life-altering or important that would have made Tommy remember this lazy Thursday night.
But then again, something amazing always happened with Evan around.
Life-altering was Evan's modus operandi.
They met when Tommy was flying them into a hurricane. They got together after Evan maimed one of his best friends. Their second official date was at a last-minute hospital wedding when the original wedding had been canceled.
Dating Evan was nothing Tommy had ever experienced before.
And Tommy never wanted to stop.
"What?" Tommy laughed, not sure if he heard that right.
He was staring up at Evan. His head was in Evan's lap and Evan just - he kept playing with the curls in Tommy's hair; staring down at Tommy like he never wanted to look away from Tommy as he said, "Let me move in with you."
And it harkened back to that beer Evan still owed Tommy.
That Tommy was never going to let Evan give him. No, Tommy loved the idea of still being tied like that. To forever joke about the beer Evan still owed him.
"You want to move in with me?" asked Tommy.
And it wasn't that Tommy was against it. The moment Evan brought it up, all Tommy wanted to say was yes, yes, of course, Evan, yes.
But.
They had only been dating maybe four months at this point. Tommy wasn't against the breakneck pace Evan seemed the most comfortable in, but at the same time, that was a big decision. And that wasn't to say that Tommy didn't believe that Evan would want this, but it was always good to be absolutely sure.
"You've got a kickass garage. You've got the best beer in town. I heard a beast lives here. Why wouldn't I want to too?" asked Evan.
"Evan."
"Tommy."
Tommy snorted.
"Tommy, I hate my loft. I hate my fucking loft. I got it with my girlfriend Aly because she liked it, and then she almost immediately broke up with me. I haven't been able to decide on a damn couch in that place. I don't know why I have two balconies," said Evan, "But none of that is even why I'm offering this."
Tommy laughed.
"Offering?"
"Tommy, I - I miss you," said Evan with all his heart; a little broken.
Tommy reached out; placed a hand on Evan's cheek.
"Evan. I'm right here," said Tommy softly.
"I miss you when I wake up and you hadn't slept over. I miss you when I try out a new dish and you're not there to taste-test it. I miss seeing you just randomly reading Chef's Choice or The Dos and Donuts of Love or - or How to Find a Princess or Better Than People or The State of Us on your couch whenever I walk into your house with the key you gave me. I miss the lavender you insist on making your house smell like. I miss you when I get in my car and realize we won't be carpooling. That you won't insist on driving and I won't get to play you music as we start our drive early so we can take a scenic way to my work or yours. I just miss you. All the time. I want to fucking live in your pocket. Which is a lot. I know. But I want that. I want you. And I'm so sure you want that too."
And.
And okay, if they were being honest.
"Evan, I - I wake up and it feels empty if you're not here. If you're not sprawled on top of me when I wake up. If you're not laughing and insisting that we take a shower together. That if we do, we'll be saving water. Despite the fact that you know full well that it takes double the time with how distracted we get. I miss you when I walk up to my coffee maker and you're not there to play the 'guess how Tommy takes his coffee' game that I think you're failing on purpose at this point - "
"No, I'm not," said Evan like a liar.
"Oh, I know you are," laughed Tommy, "But I kind of love that because it's still fun. And I miss you when you're not there to get into my Mustang with that jerry-rigged contraption of yours that somehow forces Bluetooth to work on my stereo. And how you keep showing me all these new and amazing songs I never would have dreamed of finding on my own."
"People are sleeping on Kehlani," said Evan.
"Yeah. I know," agreed Tommy, "And - and I miss you when I don't get to kiss you goodbye and hear you say you'll see me after your shift. And I miss you when you're not there to pick me up or if I'm not there to pick you up and you kiss me hello and ask how my day was and tell me all about yours. And I'm not saying we need to be glued together. But I am saying that every moment I get with you makes my whole day better. My week. My month. My year. My life. And, uh. I don't know, maybe you owe me moving into my house."
Evan laughed.
"Oh, I owe you now, huh?"
"I mean, you offered. Pay up. Move in."
Evan laughed harder, leaning down to kiss Tommy. And it was an awkward angle, and the kiss was a bit messy, but it left Tommy breathless; left Tommy swimming in overwhelming yes.
"Okay. I guess I'm moving in," said Evan happily, his smile soft and so excited.
"Yeah, you are," said Tommy as he pulled Evan back into another mind-blowing kiss.

Marriage Ceremony!
Prompt: Zoro, Mihawk, Cabaji, Shanks, and Nami x GN reader getting married and what the ceremony would look like.
CW: None.
Zoro:
Tumblr media
Literally does not care.
At all.
"All we need is a piece of paper. Just make sure we get that."
You decide you want to do something based on his culture, though.
The only thing he insists on is a picture of Kuina at the ceremony.
Everything else is all up to you.
...It does make planning a frustrating experience because he literally. Does. Not. Care.
Day of, though, he looks very happy.
Wearing the swords, of course. Yet another reminder of Kuina.
You also get to meet his sensei, which is an impactful experience.
Mihawk:
Tumblr media
Also insists he literally does not care.
The difference is he's lying through his teeth and just doesn't know it.
Cares so much.
The moment anything ceremony-related is in front of him he's got Opinions.
"I would not be caught dead with those flowers and those champagne glasses in the same room. One of them has to go."
Also wants you to have everything you desire.
To a fault.
Won't buy those candles because they're cute, but definitely not worth that much and the seller is clearly jacking the price up because it's Mihawk and he's rich?
Guess which candles show up at the ceremony.
Insists on the hat, but you insist he wear a shirt during the ceremony.
You win some, you lose some.
Cabaji:
Tumblr media
Wants a fairly traditional wedding, which is surprising.
As much as Buggy uses the word 'freaks' affectionately, he still wants to be normal at least once.
Also an absolute sap about the marriage.
Biggest princess you've ever met, dewy-eyes and all.
"I can't wait until the day I vow to spend the rest of my life with you."
This man shows up in his best tux.
It's so not the norm for him that you genuinely don't recognize him.
And then you realize that you do recognize the guests in attendance, just not in plain formal attire and without copious amounts of makeup.
That's Buggy in the back.
When it's time for him to kiss you, he kisses you with a gentle reverence you've never felt from him before.
It's such a shock you pass out and wake up on the floor a minute later with a teary-eyed, smiling Cabaji cradling you in his arms.
Shanks:
Tumblr media
Pirate wedding. You knew it would be.
Shanks isn't much for lavish ceremonies, and you just accepted it.
That said, when the day comes, the crew have all washed their clothes and the entire ship is immaculate.
There are even flowers and lights.
Oh, and Benn got a certificate to officiate weddings on their last port day.
How???
"I wanted it to be perfect for you."
He says it like that explains how they set this all up without waking you.
It doesn't???
You never let it go, and he never explains.
Nami:
Tumblr media
Privately, you had initially been less-than-enthused with the idea of going to Coco Village for the wedding.
It meant the world to Nami, so you wouldn't say no, but...small town wedding wasn't what you'd call picture-perfect.
When it all comes together, though, it's gorgeous.
So much better than anything you would have ever planned.
The tangerine orchard in the background, the sunset...it's better than perfect.
Sanji plans the menu and trains the staff, so the food is delicious.
Nami doesn't cry the whole ceremony, but when you pull about twenty different strings to present her with a picture of Bellemere at the end she's a mess.
"I love you. I love you so much."

Raising Kids with them - Overwatch Heroes
Featuring: Cassidy, Mercy, Moira, Roadhog, Junker Queen Warnings: Moira. A/n: this isn't exactly the official setting for each character - but this is fanfiction so we're gonna ignore it lol Navigation Overwatch - MASTERLIST Consider becoming a member! <3
Tumblr media
Odessa Stone (Junker Queen)
She wouldn't be into having kids at first - thinking that something so small would make her weak.
It does - but she refuses to admit it.
You both decided adoption was probably the best option - adopting a sweet baby girl.
I think Dez would be all about teaching her kids to fight.
Even before they've learnt to walk.
"C'mon kiddo! I was fighting at your age!"
Sometimes you would find her playing with your baby - making it look as if they were both boxing.
It was quite a funny sight.
You'll come home from work and find them watching wrestling or something.
Probably swears around your kid.
Your babies first word is probably 'cunt' or 'fuck'
You're usually the one to take your daughter to school, but on the off chance Dez does - the rest of the parents are scared of her.
The kids adore her though.
She'll struggle doing stuff like diaper changes at first - as anyone would
~~~
As your daughter gets older - she grows into a mini version of Dez.
She wont call her 'mom' - instead calling her something silly like 'cunt' or 'fuckwit'
Dez gets a real kick out of it - and does the same.
Dez would be a little disappointed if your kid didn't want to fight, though she'd still be supportive - even if she didn't really understand.
Cries on your daughters wedding day - but tries to hide it.
"I'm not crying cunt, you're crying"
Tumblr media
Mako Rutledge (Roadhog)
I think Mako would be really good with kids-
Big brooding dad & cute tiny daughter combo type vibe
Maybe she's really talkative, and he just listens.
He'd let her put clips in his hair and paint his nails.
It's giving Gru when his girls are doing ballet.
He's always the one to hold the kids when needed - since he barely has any issue.
His hands are just so big.
Even if you had like - 4 kids he would have no trouble carrying them all.
You were grateful that you could have some time alone sometimes, as Mako is a very competent father.
'crane's hand back while driving when kid opens snack' dad
Your kid might pretend to wear his shoes - and they can barely even stand properly in them, let alone walk.
Tumblr media
Moira O'Deorain
Does not want kids.
Only agreed because you would make a face at her whenever you saw a baby.
test-tube baby fr
Literally will not go to another doctor about her kids health.
Does she know anything about kids? No.
Does she think she knows more than the QUALIFIED children's doctors? Absolutely she does.
MIGHT agree to taking your kid to see Angela - if you're not too keen on her doing science on your kid.
HATES being called mom.
She's fine with your kid just calling her by her name.
This was weird on the first day of school - most parents thinking your kids other parent wasn't in the picture.
She was fine with that idea - meaning that you 'left' your old partner for her. Narcissist.
~~~
Your babies first word was definitely her name.
but in the cute baby way.
'Moiwa'
When your kid gets a little older, maybe they'll ask about Moira's arm.
"This is what happens when you smoke"
Your kid will never even THINK about smoking ever again.
It isn't until they're 30 that they realise that wasn't true.
Prefers to keep her kids away from science - as much as it was important to her.
She'll barely talk to you about it either - which may be hard if you're also a part of Talon.
Having to bring your kids to work with you is definitely SOMETHING.
You'd prefer for them to be with you rather than with Moira, though.
Your kids are NOSY, so you have to bend the truth a little bit.
Just to make sure they don't view their mom as the ruthless geneticist that she ACTUALLY is.
"Why is miss Amelie blue?"
"She didn't eat her vegetables"
Tumblr media
Angela Ziegler (Mercy)
BIG on consistent check-ups.
Sometimes she'll do them herself, but she prefers the professionals.

Your child definitely prefers him to you - which you're fine with.
It's just so cute seeing them play together.
I'd say he's a girl dad - the type to teach her how to shoot, or play football with.
9 times out of ten, he'll fall asleep while reading her a bedtime story, so he always just ends up sleeping in your daughters bed with her.
The two of them cuddled up on the tiny mattress - he's holding your little girl so protectively.

The moms at the nursery you take your daughter to all think Cole is hot.
Too right.

"Daddy, show her your wedding ring!! Isn't it nice?"
It makes Cole chuckle every time.

The Hagans, Tommy and Carol, had decided to have a traditional wedding twenty years after being eloped right after their high school graduation. Billy was dressed in black slacks and a black dress shirt with two buttons undone and his hair was messily pulled back out of his face. His beard was trimmed but still full as the gray hair peaked through.
The two of you walked into the venue, his hand on your waist as you walked beside him. You didn't know Tommy or Carol but you had seen a picture of them with Billy in his house at their high school graduation. He guided you to two seats and he sat beside you before leaning into you to whisper, "You look beautiful." You smiled, thanking him. He kissed your cheek and held your hand as they rested on his thigh.
The doors opened as Tommy walked down the aisle before his groomsmen walked with Carol's bridesmaids, his best man walking with her maid of honor. The doors opened again as Tommy and Carol's daughter walked with the basket of flowers before she stood with the bridesmaids. Carol's dad walked her down the aisle and she stood before Tommy.
Everyone's chatter quieted down as the officiant began speaking and Billy tightened his grip on your hand a little. The wedding didn't feel long because before you knew it, Tommy was dipping her as people applauded. Everyone left the venue to go to the reception and you followed your boyfriend, keeping close to him so you wouldn't get lost in the large crowd of people you didn't know.
Tommy and Carol greeted Billy when they saw him as they walked to the two of you and Tommy looked at you before looking at Billy. "I don't think we've ever met," Tommy said, putting his hand out to you. You cautiously shook his hand as he introduced himself to you and you told him your name. He raised a brow, "No Hargrove?" You shook your head.
Billy rolled his eyes at his friend, "Stop asking when I'm getting married. I'll do it on my time." Tommy put his hands up in mock surrender before whisking Carol off to dance. You sat at a table with Billy, eyeing the little bit of chest you could see. You crossed your legs, putting your hands in your lap and he looked at you and he smirked as he saw the look in your eyes.
"Guess I'll have to dress like this more often if it gets that reaction out of you." You scoffed, "I have no reaction, I'm just hot." He hummed, looking at you as he nodded, "Yeah you are." You laughed, rolling your eyes as he laughed with you, throwing his arm over your shoulders before he leaned to your ear, "Give it an hour and we'll leave." You nodded, leaning into him.
He smiled and kissed the top of your head. The two of you mingled for an hour before he decided to leave. He let Carol and Tommy know, blaming it on bad eyesight that the two of you had to leave before the sun went down. Tommy laughed, "The youngest out of us but can't see shit, how ironic." Billy rolled his eyes before hugging his friends, congratulating them before ushering you out of the venue. He opened the passenger door, helping you inside before he went to the driver's side.
He began driving, his hand on your thigh as he moved it under the fabric of the dress. The metal of the ring felt like it was burning into your thigh, not because it was cold, but because he was gripping you. Billy had a deep need for you, nearly feral for you. You were the same, if you could, you'd have him 24/7, 365 days a year, but life didn't work like that.
He sped just a little, needing you three hours ago when he first saw you putting the dress on. "Baby, your dick isn't gonna fly off. You can slow down a little." He glanced at you and eased up on the gas pedal a little. "According to you I'm old so I might get erectile dysfunction all of a sudden." You laughed and looked down at his pants, his bulge pressing against the zipper, "Yeah, I don't see that happening anytime soon." He laughed, patting your thigh.
Soon, the house was in eyesight, and he pulled into the driveway, using the garage opener as he pulled the car into the garage. He killed the car and shut the garage door and he got out of the car. He walked around it, letting you out as he practically pushed you into the house. You laughed at his eagerness as you put your clutch down. You gently grabbed his face and kissed him. He hummed, holding your waist as he pulled you close. His hands moved to your back as he moved them down, grabbing handfuls of your ass and squeezing, making you moan a little into the kiss.
He blindly guided you down the hallway, kicking his shoes off as you did the same. One hand went down to undo his belt as he dropped it, the metal of the buckle ringing out throughout the hallway. His hand went to the zipper on the dress and undid it before he opened the bedroom door as he guided you inside. The kiss was messy, filled with love and lust as it smudged your lipstick onto the both of you. He kicked the door shut and finally pulled away, the two of you breathing heavily.
He spun you so your back was to him as he gently pulled the straps of your dress down, so it pooled around your feet. He whistled softly as he looked at your figure, the only thing on your body was a pair of black underwear and the necklace he had gifted you with his initial on it. You turned around, your fingers finding the buttons to his shirt, and he laughed at your haste.
You undid the last button, and he shrugged off the shirt, his chest hair and necklace now being shown as well as the tattoo on his ribs and his collarbone. His shoulder tattoo had faded slightly but it still looked good. His body was decorated with different pieces of ink, and you had your favorites, but you'd never tell him what they were.
Your nails ran down his tones stomach as he let out a needy breath when your nails caught onto his pants. You unbuttoned them and unzipped them, your tongue between your teeth. "Why the fuck do they put fasteners and buttons?" Billy laughed at your slight frustration at the hook and eye fastener. He undid it for you, calling you impatient with a slight tease in his voice. His black boxers showed, and you laughed, "We're matching." He laughed, shaking his head at you.
He pulled you close, your chest on his as he kissed you again and your hands went to his hair as you took the hair tie out of his hair, letting it fall to his shoulders, a few shorter pieces falling on his forehead. "You're so hot," you whimpered when you pulled away from his lips. The corner of his lip tugged upwards, he was cocky and you were feeding his ego. "Let's get you on that bed, baby." You nodded and he moved you to the bed, laying you down as he moved so he was hovering over you and he kissed down your body, starting from your jaw until his lips ghosted over your underwear, making your knee twitch.
He grabbed the waistband and looked at you, "Can I take these off?" You nodded, "Yes." He nodded and took them off, watching as strings of your arousal broke off, "So needy and I've barely even touched you." He dropped your underwear to the floor as he kissed your slick thighs and you stopped him. He looked at you, looking in your eyes to see if he could detect discomfort or uncertainty. "I wanna suck your cock." He laughed, "Yeah?" You nodded and he stood up, stripping his boxers off. His tip was nearly dripping precum as it hit his stomach. A long vein ran on the underside of his shaft, right below his tip.
He moved you and laid his head on the pillows before he maneuvered you so you wouldn't kick him in the face again, like the first time you had tried this position with him. "Back up just a little, baby." You backed up a little and his hands grasped your thighs. "Oh yeah, that's good." You looked back and his eyes were admiring your ass. You gently slapped his thigh, scolding him as he laughed before diving into you, licking a fat stripe from your clit to your entrance.
Your nails dug into the meat on his thigh before you grasped him in your hand and licked up before licking his tip. He moaned against your clit, the vibration going through your body, making you moan around his tip. He grasped you tightly like you were going to run away or vanish. You moved your lips down, taking him into your mouth further until he hit the back of your throat. You used your tongue to drag it on the skin as you moved your mouth. Your left hand grasped the last few inches, twisting.
He sucked on your clit before swiping two fingers through your slick as he gently pushed them into you. Your toes curled as you moaned as they stretched you. His fingers were thick, and his fingers paired with his tongue were a deadly combo. You pulled off of his cock, strings of saliva connecting you to him. You took a few deep breaths before you tapped his tip on your tongue, feeling him moan against you.
His fingers held your thigh tighter, and you knew there would be bruises by the end of the night, but you weren't too worried about it. You closed your lips around his tip before taking most of him back into your throat again. You took in more than you meant to as you gagged, her stomach lurching. His hand left your thigh as he rubbed your back before he finally pulled his mouth away from you.
"Easy baby, easy." He was breathless as he moved your legs a little wider and he whistled, "Bingo." You were completely spread open for him, there was no hiding how wet you were and how swollen your clit was from him sucking on it. "So fuckin' pretty, you hear me," he asked as he palmed your ass before laying a smack to it, making your body jolt forward.
He watched the way your head moved, your throat taking him as best as it could. He felt the way your saliva dripped down his cock, down to his balls and into the curls around his base. His head fell back against the pillow as his left hand continued to pump two fingers into you. He curled them and your body tensed at the sensation, and he smirked, knowing he just hit your g-spot.
He continued to drag his fingers across that spot before he put his mouth back on you again as he licked your clit. It was sloppy and messy but he didn't care, he needed you, every single part of you. Your hand continued to work over his saliva coated cock, your hand occasionally meeting your lips. You licked the slit on his tip and his hips jerked up.
He was twitching in your mouth, and you worked a little faster as he moaned against your pussy. You felt his face try to get closer as he tried to pull your ass down. You pulled off of him once more, laying your head on his thigh as you used your hand, using your other to cup his balls and you squeezed a little.
Your legs tried to move closer together and he took his fingers out of you, holding both of your thighs apart, caging his ribs as he continued to work his tongue and lips on you. "Billy," you moaned, tightening your hand on his cock and he moaned again. Billy loved eating pussy, if he could do it all day then he would, especially if it was your pussy he was eating.
He let go of one of your thighs, gripping your lower back as he tried to bring you closer, but you were as close as you could get. He let out a sound of displeasure, wishing he could flip you over and fold you up so he could get closer. He knew he'd come in your mouth before you came in his as he tried to plan out how he'd flip you.
You put your mouth back on him, doubling your efforts and soon enough, his seed coated your tongue, and you swallowed it down, suckling his tip before you pulled off, holding his thighs. He rolled you off of him and you raised a brow. He grabbed under your thighs as he moved your legs so your knees were touching your chest and he moved so he was laying on his stomach as he licked at you. Your head fell back, touching the side of the mattress and he looked up, snickering before moving you so you wouldn't have to strain your neck.
You reached down and pulled his hair and he sucked your clit, his teeth barely grazing it as you cried out, back arching up. He licked from the bottom of your entrance to the top of your clit before dipping down as the tip of his tongue dipped into your entrance and he hummed as your slick entered his mouth. Your breathing got heavier, your moans were closer together.
He knew how close you were but he stayed at the same pace, not wanting to speed up and ruin your impending orgasm. "Baby, please," you begged. His eyes flicked up, they weren't the blue you saw in the mornings, they were darker, feral and needy. He took his hands off of your legs before grabbing your own so you could hold your legs up.
"Good girl," he murmured, and you shivered. Two fingers moved through your slick before he carefully pushed them in, feeling your walls clench. "Oh baby, you're close huh?" You nodded quickly before feeling his fingers hook up as his thumb rubbed your clit. "There you go, just feel it baby, don't fight it." His voice was enough to make you let go of the tension in your lower stomach as your orgasm came in waves. He continued to use his fingers and added his tongue to lick up your arousal, humming at the taste.
He watched and felt you come down from your high and he gently pulled his fingers out before looking at you and you giggled, putting your head on the bed. He laughed and hovered over you, "Good?" You scoffed, "You dick." He laughed and kissed you. You tasted yourself on his tongue and he tasted himself on your tongue. He pulled away first, "You want on top?" You nodded and he sat against the headboard and helped you mount his lap.
He kissed your chest, latching his lips around your nipple before pulling with his teeth and let go. He held the base of his cock before helping you sink down. "Good girl, go slow." You nodded, holding his shoulders for balance as you dug your nails into the skin and muscle. A minute or two passed and your hips were on his. His fingers gripped your hips tightly as he helped you bounce on his cock.
"Does that feel good, pretty girl?" You whimpered and nodded. You were still sensitive from your last orgasm and you knew it wouldn't be long before you had your second one. He brought his right hand to his face as he licked his thumb before placing it on your clit and rubbing small circles. He kept the pressure light so he wouldn't quickly overstimulate you.
You moaned, digging your nails in deeper, "Feels good, really fucking good." He smiled, "Yeah?" You nodded and bounced a little faster. He watched your entire body move before he let go of your hip and began pinching your nipple as well as running the pad of his finger over the peak. You let go of his shoulders, your nails scratching down his chest as you continued your movements on him.
"Fuck," he moaned at the feeling of you scratching him up. It didn't take long before the room was filled with the squelching sound that he was causing your pussy to make. Your thighs clapped against his and the springs in the mattress were creaking loudly, begging you to stop or slow down. "Billy," you chanted his name like a mantra the closer you got to another orgasm.
He pushed your back so you two were chest to chest. He moved so his knees were bent, and his feet were planted into the mattress as he began thrusting up into you. You grasped at him for leverage as he held you tightly. The pleasure was all-consuming as you bit into his pec to keep yourself quiet, not needing the entire neighborhood to hear you two going at it. He hissed in pain and pleasure at the feeling of your teeth on him. He knew you wouldn't break the skin as all of the blood in his body rushed to his dick and balls.
He went a little faster, his balls hitting your ass, giving you a new feeling to enjoy. "Squeezing my dick like a goddamn vice. Let go babe, I'm right here." His voice invaded all of your senses as you held him tighter and his own hands and arms held you tighter, his biceps bulging against your back.
You finally let go, your legs squeezing his body, your pussy contracted around him so he couldn't move. He held the back of your head to his chest as he watched you ride out your high. "There you go, that's a good girl." The aftershocks came soon after, your thighs shaking along with your body. "I'm almost done, baby. Can I keep going?" You nodded and he tsked with his tongue, "Words, come on," he said as he tapped your ass a few times.
"You can keep going." He nodded and kissed the top of your head before he continued his thrusts. They were softer, not wanting to hurt you but they got him stimulated enough that he came inside of you, painting your walls with his seed. His hips kept thrusting as he rode out his high, his breathing was ragged as he kept moaning your name along with swears.
You watched him, his brows were furrowed a tad, his face had a light sheen from sweat, his hair was a mess and you weren't sure how, but most of all, his pupils were blown out but as he came down from his high, you watched the blue slowly restore. His thumb rubbed your back as he looked down at you. "Did I hurt you?" You shook your head, "Not at all." He nodded and brought his hand under your chin as he pinched it to bring your lips to his.
You smiled against his lips before kissing him, squirming your way up his body so you could hold him better. "I love you." You smiled at the whispered confession that you had heard a million times over the past two years. "I love you too, B." He smiled and rubbed your back before pulling away from you.
It wasn't long before the two of you were cleaned up and cuddling on new bedsheets. His fingers traced down your back as you laid on his stomach, your hands beneath your head as you looked at him. "Can I pitch something to you and you shoot it down if you don't like it or don't think you'll be into it?" You nodded, your fingers lazily moving across his stomach.
"Do you think you'd ever be down to try anal?" Your eyes widened a little and he chuckled at your reaction. "Uh I don't know about you sticking your dick in my ass. Maybe a finger or two." He nodded, "Was just wondering." You nodded and moved so you were snuggling up to him. You yawned and threw your leg over his hip. "I'm taking a nap, you fucked me too good." He laughed and kissed your head before patting your back.
"I'll be right here when you wake up." You smiled sleepily, "Promise?" He smiled, "I promise." That was all the confirmation you needed before falling into a deep sleep in the arms of your lover.

Titans Tower AU Jaytim.
Jason takes off his helmet to reveal his identity and Tim is completely ecstatic at this. Jason is a confused for a moment but carries on with his whole "I want revenge because Bruce replaced me and didn't kill the Joker" at which point Tim exclaims that he'd be happy to kill the Joker for Jason. In fact, Tim starts apologizing for not doing it sooner and explains that the only reason he hadn't personally killed the Joker already was because he didn't think that was what Jason had wanted.
Jason is confused for a number of reasons, top of the list being the idea that he wouldn't want the Joker dead after he beat him with a crowbar and blew him up. Tim's reasoning was that Jason had been very anti-murder when he was alive, to the point that he was incredibly upset when Bruce accused him of killing Garzonis, which is why Tim allowed the Joker to continue living locked up in Arkham.
At some point during his explanation Tim had to grabbed Jason's hand and dragged him along to his room in the tower, where he pushed Jason to sit on the bed and handed him a small stack of folders. As Jason started flipping through them Tim explained that they were his different plans for killing off the Joker, which ranged from a subtle poisoning that would easily be a mistaken for an illness and couldn't be connected back to anyone, all the way up to grabbing the Joker and filming his execution, with steps and plans for how to keep Bruce from finding out until after Joker was dead.
After Tim finishes explaining everything, he is just smiling giddy at Jason, completely ecstatic that he's back. Jason is kind of in shock that this beautiful, brave, and apparently morally gray boy had made all of these plans which he only avoided putting into action because he thought Jason wouldn't like it. This is the point where Jason realizes he has to wife this kid immediately (stopping only to kill the Joker). In fact Jason mindlessly launches himself at the Tim, crushing him in his arms and kissing daylights out of him. He drags Tim to the bed and proceeds to kiss and hold and fuck as gently and thoroughly as he can. Tim Of course is completely into it and gushing about how good Jason feels, and how much he loves him, and he comes so so hard when Jason moans about how perfect Tim is, how he's going to marry Tim, and just how many kids he plans to fuck into Tim's womb.
Sometime later, after they kill the Joker, Bruce is very conflicted about the whole situation. On the one hand he's mad that the Joker is dead (only because of his no killing rule), but he's ecstatic that Jason is alive and back. He eventually decides that he can let the Joker / murder thing go after Jason explains how he's going to marry and impregnate Tim, which Bruce is very happy about: not only will that mean that Tim will be an official part of the family, but that also means grandkids! All in all, a great outcome for everyone. (The wedding is beautiful, and Dick bawls the whole time)
jason immediatly wifing and knocking tim up for defending his honor!!!!🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

EASTER WITH THE MILLERS 🐰 - HEADCANONS
Tumblr media
No outbreak!Joel Miller x f!wife!reader
A/N: Happy Easter everybody!
Tumblr media
• The Miller household wasn't that big when it came to Easter celebration, perhaps Joel could attend church but that was a long shot because he would usually be too tired and straight up lazy to go
• but other than that, he would just get Sarah some treats - and also himself, eating it late at night or just keeping in his candy stash and get some takeout and that was it
• even if they didn't actually have the habit of celebrating it per se, he would love whenever she came back from school Friday before Easter with paper made bunny ears and face painting; it melted his heart to no end and he would always take a picture of her, these were one of his favorites and after Sarah went to college, staring at them makes him tear up but he would never admit it, so you just have to pretend you didn't see it
• and once Sarah wasn't little anymore and went off to college, he stopped buying chocolate and stuff like that, and Easter became just a regular Sunday. Maybe he'd hang out with Tommy if he wasn't spending it with some chick, otherwise he would mow the lawn or something
• that was it until you came into his life, instead of lying on the couch eating takeout or leftovers, his holidays actually acquired meaning and joy because of you and your will to make Joel remember he's got a home, not just a house
• before the wedding, you'd very often spend it at your parents' or at some relative's place, sharing a big lunch and exchanging chocolate, he enjoyed it a lot, but he also missed something smaller and cozier so after you both officially got married, you two decided to spend Easter at home, even if it wasn't going to be like it used to be when Joel was single
• Instead, you'd start by decorating the house. You weren't a decoration freak but it wouldn't hurt to have perhaps a tablecloth, a centerpiece, or dishtowel Easter themed, also some decorative Easter bunny holding a basket with eggs in the front porch and stuff like that
• Joel found amusing to see it all, he actually loved to see how excited you got and how it full of love his house became; you were a real blessing for him
• for the menu, he would prepare his famous barbecue and you would also make your delicious casserole, Joel loves your casserole and he could eat it all by himself, so he would be really looking forward to it
• for dessert you'd make him anything he wants: chocolate cake, chocolate pie, chocolate pudding, chocolate cookies or whatever he chooses, the important thing is to him happy
• if the weather is good enough, you can set the table in the garden, but if lunch is inside, then it's also good, as long as you are spending it with your husband
• he chuckles when he sees you wearing the same bunny ears you had to wear at work during the week, it makes you look cute and also sexy but he always pretends to be annoyed when you place the bunny ears on him and even more so when you snap pictures of it
• and yes, he makes you wear the same bunny ears when you go to bed and you ride his cock at night, thankful to have spent another special day by your side, he couldn't have chosen a better wife than you ❤️

AITA for exposing my sister-in-law's secret during a fight?
Ok, this one is going to need a bunch of context.
I (29F) started to date my fiance F (31M) when I was 26. While he is the sweetest person ever, his family is a bit difficult and it was hard for me to fit in. They are a very traditional family of Japanese descent, very rich too, and his mother MIL (60sF) had a dream of seeing all of her three sons married to other rich girls of Japanese descent. I am white and from very humble origins, so I was not very well accepted at first. The thing that bothered me the most was the constant comparisons to my brother in law BIL's (34M) wife SIL (33F), who is rich and of Japanese descent. I was deeply in love with F and decided to fight for my place in his family; I started to take Japanese classes and ended up really good at it, and I was also the one who took care of MIL after her appendicitis' surgery. She recognized my hard work and we became closer and closer, at the same time she realized SIL didn't make the same effort for her and the family as I do, and she started to be very vocal about how I was her favorite daughter in law and how SIL should do better and try to be more like me. Suddenly, the tables have turned and SIL was the one being compared to me, no the other way around.
Of course she didn't like that at all and started to antagonize me and criticize every small thing about me. She would complain my dog would bark too much (which she did, but SIL was a little mean about it), and when my dog died, she made a comment about how finally she wouldn't have to hear her barking anymore (that stung a lot since I loved my dog with all my heart and she was like a baby to me), she would also complain about my apartment every time she visited me, saying it was too cheap (as I said, I come from humble origins) and her newest topic of complaining are my earrings: I like to wear cute and funny earrings (only at work and family gatherings, I don't wear them at social events or anything like that) and she always talks about how I'm too old to wear them and how tacky it looks. F and I noticed she's been progressively meaner the closer we get to our wedding (three months from now) and think she's trying to scare me away before I become an official part of the family.
One last piece of context: some months ago, F told me in confidence about how 6 years ago SIL's brother and sister in law died in a car accident and left an orphaned boy of 4 years old. SIL was the little boy's only family, but she refused to take him in saying she already had too much work with her own son (who was also 4 at the time). That didn't go well with the family; MIL and my father in law (who was alive at the time) assured her they would help with the kid and she would have all the support, but she simply didn't want the boy, so he was sent to the system. That was something MIL never forgave her for, since family is everything to her, and it was something only MIL, BIL, SIL, F and his younger brother knew. He told me that in confidence and asked me to not tell anyone. I promised I wouldn't.
Now for the actual situation.
Our last family dinner was one of F's cousins' birthday, so all the extended family was around. No kidding, I think there were around 60 people there or more. SIL, once again, decided to mock me about my earrings (little cherry earrings, very cute) and talked again how I was to old to wear them, how they were kid earrings etc. I've been tolerating her bullshit for so long now and after her comments about my dog's death, I was more sensitive than usual, so I snapped back and said that it's not because she dresses herself like an old lady that I have to do the same. She got angry at that and a proper fight started; we saying worse and worse stuff to each other while everyone stopped to watch. It ended up with her mocking my upbringing and calling me a gold digger, accusing my of only being with F for his money. That really struck a nerve because I heard that before at the beginning of our relationship and it always hurt my feelings, since I genuinely love F. Before I could even think about it, I said: "At least I'm not a heartless bitch like you. How's your nephew doing, by the way? Oh, you have no idea, right? Since you put him in a fucking orphanage!"
She got speechless after that and left the place, went straight to her car with BIL and went home. I didn't hear from her or him since them. F is furious with me since he told me that in confidence and now all the extended family knows SIL's secret. MIL doesn't care at all; she never got over what SIL did to that little boy and it's been a while since SIL isn't in her best graces.
Now that I'm calmer I feel a little guilty for exposing SIL like that, but she was always so awful to me that I can't really feel that bad. Mostly, I feel bad for BIL, with who I always had a good relationship and even defended me back in the day when the family didn't accept me very well. Now he's not talking to me either and, as far as I know, he's also not talking to F.
So, AITA?
What are these acronyms?

RENDEZVOUS
— a steamy flashback from the dadrry universe about harry as your fiancé 💍
Tumblr media
——
After another shot of vodka went down the hatch, you still didn't qualify yourself as drunk. Tipsy was the more accurate feeling since every shot you had taken in the last ten minutes hadn't quite affected your bloodstream yet. The fifth one was being poured already. Or maybe the sixth. It didn't really matter since letting loose was what bachelorette parties were made for.
The event was being held in a small theater in downtown San Francisco, occupied by you and your friends, to celebrate the last few weeks before you officially became a married woman. A drag show was the extravaganza for the evening, and it was currently the intermission, so everyone was out of their seats drinking and catching up with each other.
You and Harry had needed a getaway amid the final phase of wedding planning. The both of you were staying at the Ritz-Carlton for the weekend, and it was nice to take a breather from the stress of the big day coming up. In the weeks leading up to the mini vacation, you had decided it would be perfect to have your bachelorette party in the scenic city. Most of your friends lived in surrounding areas, so you sent the invites out and hoped everything worked out. It clearly did because everyone was buzzed and having the time of their lives.
Your throat hurt from loudly cheering on the drag queens who had just performed. The tiara on your head with a tiny veil attached was slipping off, and the bride-to-be sash across your body was getting wrinkled, but you couldn't care less. Happiness and love exuded from your friends who had come to carouse with you.
Harry had proposed a little over a year ago after he cooked a fancy New Year's Eve dinner and led you to the backyard at midnight to get down on one knee, popping the question with shaky hands and watery eyes. You were incredibly thankful it hadn't been a grand display in public. It had been just you and him at home under the string lights, with butterflies breaking loose in your stomach.
In planning the wedding, you had vowed to him that you wouldn't be a bridezilla. You'd allow him to have equal insight and let him completely take the reins regarding the food that will be served since it's his forte. Overall, the process hadn't been too draining. You worked well as a team, and he was always open to suggestions and last-minute changes of plans. The final touches would be put together once you came home from the trip. Then, it would finally be time to marry him.
"Did you leave Harry alone in the hotel room?" asked your friend, pulling you from your thoughts.
"Yeah, but I'm sure he'll find something to do," you said. "He can never sit still for too long."
She carefully fixed your tiara. "When's his bachelor party?"
"Next weekend. He's having it at the restaurant he works at."
"Not at the strip club?" she teased, wiggling her eyebrows.
You laughed. "He's mature enough to understand that I find it suspicious when guys go there for their bachelor party. Some call it their last night of freedom. How weird is that?"
You had nothing against strippers, but you thought it was reasonable that you'd rather have Harry spend his night somewhere else to celebrate his, you know, commitment to you.
"You're marrying such a gentleman. It makes me jealous," she said with a playful nudge. She wasn't wrong, so you just shrugged smugly and sipped your fruity cocktail.
Gasps and excited clapping suddenly stole your attention. You furrowed your eyebrows and looked at the stage, watching the red velvet curtains draw back once again. Shuffling to your table, you smoothed down the back of your dress and sat.
The lights dimmed as people who worked at the venue began rolling a black piano onto the stage. You wondered what it would be used for since the drag queens earlier had strictly danced and lip-synced to music booming from the speakers. Other instruments were also being brought out—guitars, drums, and even a saxophone.
Growing more confused by the second, you turned around and stared at your friends around the room to see if they knew what was happening. All you received were mischievous smiles.
Before you could ask questions, you were abruptly pulled out of your seat and led to the front of the stage as people situated themselves by their respective instruments. You leaned into your friend and asked, "What's going on? This doesn't look like a drag show is about to happen."
She smirked and shrugged her shoulders. "I don't know. Let's find out."
You didn't reply because the band started playing jazzy music as the stage lights turned on, revealing quite a modern setup for what you knew was definitely not a drag performance. A spotlight shone, and it began to move toward the left wings, where a silhouette of someone was waiting.
"Please give a warm welcome to Harry Styles!" introduced the saxophonist.
You just about choked on your Mai Tai.
Your vision finally focused on Harry as he strutted out wearing yellow trousers and a button-up under a suit jacket. A tiny microphone was clipped to his collar, and you couldn't even begin to guess what he had planned tonight. He gave you no inclination that he'd be here. No subtle hints had been dropped in conversations with him, and no sneaky clues had been given by your friends. It was actually shocking, considering he was usually awful at keeping secrets.
Everyone cheered for him; whistles and encouraging hollers were thrown his way as he held his arms out and walked toward center stage. You were too taken aback to join in as you watched him cut the band off with a gesture before facing the room with his hands behind his back.
Was his hair parted down the middle?
"Thank you, thank you," Harry said with a bow, his deep voice echoing throughout the theater. "It is so great to be here hosting a bachelorette party for the first time."
Wow. He had jokes up his sleeve, apparently. Was he about to do a stand-up routine?
The applause and praise continued as you shook your head in disbelief, letting a huge smile take over your face at the unexpected surprise.
"This is new territory for me," he said. I'm very excited to step back from my chef duties and do some comedy tonight."
There was no way he was going to do a comedy bit. You couldn't believe he crashed your party with a fancy suit and a routine ready to go. He was talking to your friend group in the audience like he was giving a Saturday Night Live monologue. You were going to lose it if he started playing the piano.
"You see, my fiancée and I go way back. We met about three years ago at a bar." He finally looked at you. "I ordered a lemon drop martini, and she ordered a strawberry margarita."
A stagehand brought out a clear martini and set it on the piano, and another one came down the stairs and placed a pink-colored margarita on your table. Your face heated at the simple yet thoughtful act.
"We talked for hours until I drunkenly asked her on a date. You know what she told me?" A plethora of whats were screamed from the crowd. "She said, 'Ask me again when you're sober!'"
Everyone laughed, and you hid your face in your hands. That wasn't even a joke; you had genuinely said that to him. You were blown away that he remembered such a tiny detail.
"Ultimately, I'm a very serious partner," Harry continued as he began sauntering toward the piano, "and nothing says serious partner like learning how to play the piano to impress my fiancée."
Taking a sip of your margarita, you glanced behind you. Some of your friends were recording him with their phones, and you were glad this could be something you could watch repeatedly.
Harry sat on the bench and exhaled. "Ooh, that feels good."
You had to wave one of the fans the drag queens gave out to cool down. He looked unfairly handsome, he was playing the goddamn piano, and he kept giving you secret looks that made you sweat.
"Now... I don't know if you've heard, but I'm not a boyfriend anymore." He stared straight at you. "I'm a fiancé now." Whistles from your friends caused him to proudly smile. "I'm also going to be dad," he casually blurted. "We're going to have a baby."
The entire room gasped, and you gaped at him with wide eyes. "We're not," Harry added after a short pause. "Wouldn't it be crazy if we were, though?" Your friends were now shaking you and battering you with questions. Harry smiled before his face dropped comically. "We're not."
He teasingly raised eyebrows and smirked at you as if to signify that you were actually pregnant, although you were drinking alcohol. Hopefully, everyone knew that you'd never be that stupid.
The girls were gawking at you, but Harry rolled his lips in and shook his head to remove the confusion. He continued playing the piano, and your cheeks hurt from laughing so much. He was doing such a great job, and you were genuinely trying to figure out how he had pulled all of this off.
"I love my fiancée; she's my best friend," he said smoothly. "She's hilarious, honest, caring, fuckin' beautiful"—he trailed off and furrowed his eyebrows—"and, uh... good in bed." You rolled your eyes as he puckered his lips at you, more cheers filling the room.
"Yeah, that's right." He blew out a relieved breath. "I'm so grateful she doesn't live with her mother anymore."
"Oh my God, Harry!" you yelled with a surprised laugh.
It was a more private joke that no one understood fully, but it was funny nonetheless. You had used to live with your mother when you started dating Harry, and you always had to be quiet when he'd come over because, in his early twenties, testosterone needed to be having sex with you at the most inconvenient of times.
He winked at you before resuming. "However, for me, it's not about how my fiancée is in bed, even though I'd consider myself very lucky in that department. It's about her soul and her heart. And in all seriousness," he added as the laughter died, "I truly believe her soul is my love language."
Coos and squeals echoed at his statement, and you shyly smiled. You were the one who had taught him about all the different love languages; he had told you once that he thought your entire soul was what his was.
"Maybe some of you aren't convinced I'm a serious partner. You may be asking yourself: Did he really take secret piano lessons to do this? Well, if in doubt, just ask the maid of honor."
Your head whipped toward your maid of honor, sitting at a table behind you. She waved with a proud smile, and you gasped when you realized he must've done piano lessons with her since you knew she had played the instrument for several years.
Harry hummed loudly while closing his eyes, bringing your attention back to him. "I love being here in San Francisco. So much history."
The band behind him cheered as Harry dramatically sipped his martini. You'd never seen him so in his element with something besides his job. The confidence in the delivery of his jokes, the comedic timing, the professional stage setup—it was something you'd never forget.
"I've learned so much this week. Here's a few secrets about the hotel we're staying at," he said gaily. "Did you know they gave us the haunted room because of how pale I am?" He shook his head with a boyish smile. "That is funny."
You chuckled at the awful joke because he was actually paler than usual. It was the end of January, and he hadn't gone outside much since it'd been cold and gloomy by the coast where both of you lived.
"The bed in there is so creaky that it sounded like that one night in Mexico!"
Shocked gasps and bursts of laughter rippled throughout your friends in the audience. It was a harmless joke about how you had all gone on a couples trip a while ago, and your friends had heard you and Harry getting down with it in the hotel room. It had been terribly embarrassing.
Harry laughed. "Everybody thinks we're a couple that has a lot of sex. We don't; that's why she sleeps in a different bed than me at home."
Okay, now that wasn't true.
"Except tonight!" he shouted cheekily while pointing at you. "I mean, I think I'm just about ready to take her home with how she looks right now."
The girls at your table nudged you, and you began to get flustered. He was giving you that look again.
Harry cleared his throat and stopped playing the piano. "All jokes aside, thank you so much to everyone for celebrating with her tonight. You've all been wonderful friends over the years, and I can't wait to see you all at the wedding. It'll be terrifying, but I'm so ready. Also, thank you for bearing with my terrible jokes. Have a good rest of the night!"
You applauded along with your friends, some of them throwing leftover confetti from the drag performance earlier toward him. He brought his hands together and bowed politely as the band played a closing song.
Harry's cheeks were as pink as your strawberry margarita when he walked down the stairs with one hand behind his back and the other adjusting his suit jacket. He locked eyes with you and pursed his lips, trying to hold back a smile. Everyone stood from their seats to greet him, and the band came down holding bouquets of white iris flowers, passing them out to each of your friends.
You met Harry halfway and instantly wrapped your arms around his waist as he tilted your head up for a messy kiss on the lips. He coaxed and smacked kiss after kiss out of you until your friends started making fake gagging noises from behind. He eventually pulled away and removed his hand behind his back to hold out a bountiful bouquet of red roses that matched the color of your dress.
"For my lovely fiancée." He gave you the bouquet and then turned your head so his mouth was by your ear. "I've got a taxi picking you up after this is done."
You nodded and ran your fingers across his stomach. "Sounds perfect. That was so incredible, Harry. And the piano? I'm impressed."
"It wasn't too much?" he asked, shyly rubbing a knuckle under his eyebrow. "I didn't know if you'd appreciate me crashing your girls night."
"Are you kidding? That was the best thing I've ever seen. I'm so proud of you."
Harry blushed, and you lovingly pinched his cheek. "Thanks. I was nervous because your friends always make fun of my jokes. I thought they wouldn't laugh."
"We were cracking up. You did so good," you complimented. "How did you keep it a secret from me? I had no idea."
"I'll never tell," he said with a cute shrug.
You lightly slapped his chest. "I'll get it out of you one day. Are you staying for the rest of the show?"
"It's your night, baby. Go enjoy it with your friends," he said. "I'll be waiting in the hotel room. You should stop by for a little rendezvous."
Your tipsy mind missed his attempt at a joke entirely. "We're staying in the same room, though."
"Bloody hell," he said with a laugh. "How much alcohol have you had?"
"Excuse me, not even a lot. Mind your business. I'm having a great time."
"I'm glad you're having fun. That makes me happy." Harry adjusted your tiara and then softly pecked the corner of your mouth three times. "I'll see you back in the room, okay?"
"For our rendezvous?"
"Our top secret rendezvous," he murmured against your temple. "Don't go around telling anyone, all right?"
"Sure thing," you replied while squeezing his sides. "You can go now."
An offended scoff escaped him, and he cradled the back of your head and leaned in. "Watch your mouth. I expect you to behave when you get back."
You puckered your lips and hummed contemplatively. "But it's my special day; you said so yourself. I can say whatever I—"
Harry cut you off by pressing his lips to your bottom one, biting it with his teeth before pulling back. "I love you so much, but that attitude isn't going to fly with me tonight."
You rolled your eyes. "Okay, dad."
"I'm leaving before this gets weird," he said with a smile. "Be safe, have fun, and call me if you need anything."
"Now you literally sound like a dad."
"Shush," he said. "I love you. I'll see you soon."
You pecked his lips one last time, tasting the sour lemon residue from his martini. "Love you."
"Have fun, ladies," he called out to your friends. "Take care of her, yeah?"
They all nodded, and Harry hugged you before heading to the stage to shake hands with the band. Soon after he was gone, the lights in the theater dimmed again, and the curtains opened for the final portion of the show. You headed back to your seat, feeling exceptionally giddy.
The rest of the party went by in a flash. Wigs, pop songs, and glitter invaded your brain, and now you were ready to return to the hotel. The tone he'd used earlier had made a shiver run down your spine. Low, insinuative, and almost impatient.
It was a tone that suggested you were in for a treat when you got back.
——
The key card swiftly slid into the slot. Two chirp-like beeps sounded, indicating that it was unlocked. Opening the heavy door, you stumbled inside the hotel room in the black heels you had already started to unclasp in the back of the taxi. There was confetti stuck to the bottom of them, and it nearly made you slip on the hardwood floors. That, and there was also a trail of rose petals and tea light candles weaving throughout the presidential suite that you didn't remember seeing when you had left earlier.
You giggled to yourself as you followed the trail to the bedroom. Oh, Harry. You had almost forgotten he was here.
When you walked through the doorway, the king-size bed came into view. So did your fiancé. Harry was sitting pretty on the silk sheets with a flute of champagne in his left hand as he looked out the window at the San Francisco skyline. He was wearing the same outfit from his surprise act not too long ago, but his hair had become messier, and his eyes were glassy from the bubbly liquid you noticed was already half gone from the bottle on the nightstand.
You crawled toward him on the bed, setting your bouquet down. "Hi. I'm back."
His gaze was focused on you. He granted no response as his lips took a sip of the pale and fizzy drink he held so delicately, the gold engagement band on his ring finger gleaming from the moonlight illuminating the room. A low groan escaped his mouth when you straddled his thighs and applied pressure to his already hard cock. He wasn't saying anything, but you knew exactly what would get him to speak.
"What's got you so hard, baby?" you asked softly, tutting. "Were you thinking about me?"
His lips twitched as he finished the champagne and set it on the ground beside the bed. "Like you don't fuckin' know. Look at yourself, darling. It's honestly a shock that I wasn't on my knees for you at the theater."
Your hands rubbed up and down his thighs. "I had a feeling you'd like this little number."
It had been a struggle to get through the door to leave since his touch had been all over you the second you put on the red satin slip dress.
"What about me? Do you like my outfit?"
Such a narcissist, you thought to yourself. You ground against him, and he let out a breathy moan. "I do. Apparently, no boxers are part of the get-up."
Harry closed his eyes and smirked. "I might have no boxers on, but there's something else you might find. I went and did some quick shopping while you were gone."
Your slowed thoughts tried to catch up to what he could have been hinting at. "Shopping, huh? What did you buy?"
His large hands kneaded your ass. "Take a look."
He leaned forward and guided your hand to the button of his trousers. You quickly flicked it undone as he removed his suit jacket and began undoing the button-up. His body lifted on the bed so you could slide the garment off easier, and he hissed when it brushed past his cock.
Slowly but surely, his legs underneath were revealed, and your face heated to a thousand degrees. Fishnet tights. His leg hair and tiger tattoo peeked out from under the crosshatch material stretched tight against his skin. The redness of his cock looked painful from its restraint under them.
"I might've bought a little something too," you admitted as you scratched his skin through the thin fabric.
"Yeah?" He jerked his hips when your fingers grazed the head of his cock. "Show me, then. Go on."
You sat on your knees and lifted your dress to reveal the baby pink garter around your upper thigh. "It's your favorite color."
Harry licked his lips as his fingers delicately rubbed the lace. "I see that, sweetheart. Anyone particular on your mind when you bought it?"
"Was there anyone on your mind"—you snapped the waistband of his fishnets—"when you bought these?"
He bit his lip. "You're the only one I think of. The only one I would wear these for. I would crawl on my knees to you wearing them if that's what you wanted."
"Is that so? Quite the visual."
"I'll do it if you want me to." He paused, a smile slowly creeping across his face. "We can practice the garter toss for our wedding."
You made a noise of protest. "We are absolutely not doing that in front of our families. It'll be so humiliating."
"Don't have to, because we can do it right now," he suggested. A nip was given to your neck before he climbed off the bed and grabbed a chair.
Your eyebrows arched. "What are you doing?"
"We're doing this the traditional way," he explained with a nonchalant shrug. "I have to go under your dress and take it off."
"Will you be nice, or will you tease me?"
"Which do you prefer?"
You swung your legs over the bed and sat in the chair. "I prefer the way that gets you inside me as soon as possible."
"Well, I'll let you know once I'm between your thighs," he said, kneeling on the carpeted floor and waving his hands for you to spread open for him.
"No tickling, or I'm staying in another room," you warned as you slid off your heels and parted your legs.
Harry started crawling toward you with his tousled hair and day-old stubble, only wearing his fishnets and unbuttoned dress shirt. He never broke eye contact with you until he reached where you were sitting.
Your satin dress was then lifted over his head. You could instantly feel his hot breath against your legs, his lips grazing every patch of skin he could find. He left an open-mouthed kiss over your underwear that was already damp, and you moaned when his facial hair rubbed against your inner thigh.
You suddenly felt his teeth grab the garter as he pulled it down to your ankle. He took it off the rest of the way with his hand, bringing it over your shoe and moving out from under your dress. He stuck it between his teeth again and removed his button-up. Green eyes stared at you, and you clenched your legs under his intense stare. His tattooed torso was on full display. He was so, so beautiful.
Harry grabbed the garter and slid it on his bicep before saying, "Stand up."
You got up and switched spots with him, standing in front of him while he sat in the chair. He crossed his legs, his thighs thickening even more under the fishnets. You walked over and parted them so you could straddle him. The chair was thankfully wide enough to fit both of your knees on either side of him. You could almost feel his cock throb as you started desperately grinding against him to offer relief.
"Baby, slow down. Shit, slow down," he said quickly, his hands gripping your waist. "I need to last. You'll make me come right now if you keep doing that."
Slowing down, you took your time with each grind on his thigh. The pressure of the muscle felt like heaven as your core clenched around nothing. "Is that better?" you asked, raising your dress to see how his body reacted underneath you.
"Yes," he choked out, his neck straining. "I need to be inside you so bad."
"How bad?"
"So bad. I'm fuckin' throbbing for you. Please get on the bed."
You squeezed one of his balls through the fishnets, his hips bucking. "Where does it ache? Tell me how to make it better."
"Get on the bed," he gritted. "I'm not going to ask again."
There was the dominance you wanted. You nipped his earlobe and crawled off his legs. He immediately stood, hissing as he palmed himself through his tights. You helped him take them off.
"Top or bottom?" he asked while closing the curtains. "My fiancée's choice."
"Neither. I want it from behind."
"Say less." He turned around, gripping his cock and squeezing it once. "On the bed. Now."
You quickly slipped your dress and underwear off and knelt on the bed, facing the headboard. Harry got in position behind you, his cock resting on your lower back. He moved your hair to one side and whispered, "On all fours."
You placed your forearms on the bed and arched your back so he had a good angle. "Open your mouth," he commanded. You tilted your head up and to the side as he leaned in to spit in your awaiting mouth. His saliva pooled on your tongue, and you swallowed it down willingly. "Good girl."
Harry then reached his arm out to hold onto the headboard. The engagement ring on his finger caught your eye, as did his veiny hand that tightly gripped the burgundy wood.
The first thrust was divine. Searing pressure filled your walls, and Harry whimpered into your neck at your instant clench around his cock. He continued deeply thrusting into you as he took the garter off his arm and put it around your wrists so that they were restrained in front of you. Your hips burned. Harry's other hand squeezed your breast.
"Go faster," you said as his hand trailed down to your stomach, his long middle finger lightly grazing your clit.
He pounded harder, his skin slapping as the headboard creaked from the force. He was hitting all the deep spots, his pelvis meeting your ass each time. Your hands gripped the sheets when he glided his fingers up and down your dripping core. His head was nestled in your neck, muffled groans and pants leaving him when you pushed up your hips with each new thrust.
He removed his fingers that were coated with your arousal and spread his palm on your lower stomach. "Can you feel me there?"
You nodded fervently, crying out when a deep trust had you literally feeling him in your stomach. "Holy shit, Harry. I feel you. Please don't stop."
He pressed down and rubbed your stomach, the knot from your orgasm growing and bubbling up quickly. In one swift movement, he brought you to a sitting position as his cock continued stretching your wet walls. His thighs were touching yours, and you could feel them tense and tremble as you got closer, clenching hard around him.
"I'm going to get your name tattooed on my thigh right here," he said, taking the garter off your wrists and moving one of your hands to touch his right thigh.
You were too submerged in ecstasy to reply to his random confession. A couple more thrusts had you blindly reaching back to grab his hand so you could come. He held it tightly as you unraveled, arching against him from the pleasure leaving you.
"That's my girl," he said in your ear. "My love, my love, my love. So gorgeous, coming for me like this."
Your ears were ringing, and Harry eventually spilled inside you while you still clenched from your remaining orgasm. You felt his warm release shoot inside you, his hand still holding yours and his body falling on top of you as he groaned hotly against your cheek. Heavy breathing was coming from both of you. Harry finished coming but kept his cock inside you, with throbs and twitches happening every so often.
"If we weren't engaged already," he started, "I'd propose to you right now because that was the best I've ever felt. Wow. My body feels all tingly."
You groaned, his dead weight on top of you making it hard to breathe. "Get off me. You're sweaty."
Harry rolled over and stared at the ceiling with his hands clasped on his stomach. The dim light illuminating the room and the perspiration glistening on his skin accentuated the carved outline of his abs, and you couldn't help but trace them with your fingertips.
"Shower?" he asked.
"Please."
He got up and carried you toward the bathroom. Everything in there was white marble, and the brightness hurt your eyes. The shower was small but comfortable enough to fit both of you. You already took one in the morning, but it would feel nice after a long, eventful night. It would also help you sober up as much as possible so you don't suffer through a terrible hangover tomorrow.
After laying down a towel and setting you atop the sink, Harry turned on the shower. He took off both of your engagement rings and then stood in front of the mirror. He inspected his stubble while he waited for the water to heat up.
"Should I shave?"
"Why?" you asked with a sharp tone that had him immediately raising his hands in surrender.
"All right," he mumbled with a teasing smile. "Blimey, woman. Don't get your knickers in a twist."
"What are you even saying?" you asked languidly. "I hate it when you speak old-timey British to me."
"Are you cheesed off at me now?"
"You're literally speaking gibberish." You hopped off the counter. "I'm getting in the shower. Goodbye."
Harry followed you and dove under the hot water, trapping you in a hug from behind. "I'm sorry."
"Why are you apologizing?" The soft skin of his stomach against your back had you melting into him.
"I don't want you to divorce me before we get married," he explained, kissing your jaw. "I'm just playing it safe."
"Harry, you're the only person who can annoy me and make me endeared at the same time."
"Is that a good thing?"
"Yes," you replied, picking up the shampoo bottle you brought and handing it to him. "It makes me want to marry you right now."
He spurted a dollop of shampoo into his palm and began massaging it into your scalp with gentle and soothing motions. "I can't wait to marry you, either. Gonna treat you like a gentleman."
You lulled your head back, resting it on his collarbone. "You already do."
"I'll do it even more when I'm your husband, though. Make dinner for you every night and take you out on the town." He gravitated one hand toward your stomach. "Give you so many babies."
"Not so fast," you interjected with a dreamlike smile. "No babies anytime soon."
Harry filled the shower cup with water and poured it over your sudsy hair. "I hear you. Just know that I'm ready whenever you are."
"Let's get married first. I want you all to myself for a while."
"You always have me. That'll never change."
You turned him around so you could wash his hair next, opting for the same shampoo since he liked to steal it for himself anyway. After a prolonged yet comfortable silence, you asked, "Were you serious about tattooing my name on your thigh?"
"I'm dead serious," he replied. "I might even do it at my bachelor party. I work with a guy who's coming, and he does tattoos in his free time."
"But why on your thigh? It seems like a risqué place for it."
Harry turned his head and gave you a blank stare. "Would you rather me get it in a corny place like over my heart?"
You laughed, lathering shampoo in his curly hair. "No, not really. I guess you're right. It's kind of a secret spot for only us to know."
"Not unless I wear shorts all the time."
"Yeah, but thankfully, you wear pants every day at work. I don't want your coworkers to see that."
"Why not? I can't show you off anymore?" he teased, reaching back to pinch your side. "Wow, you propose to a woman, and suddenly she wants to be anonymous."
"Shut up," you muttered through a smile. "I honestly don't care. Just please don't get it inked in an ugly font."
Harry moved under the shower head, closing his eyes and slicking his hair back. "Well, it's a good thing I was going to ask if you'd write it out for me."
"Seriously?"
"No," he said in a deadpan manner, spitting out some water that had gotten in his mouth. "I'm thinking Comic Sans."
Poking the soft skin under his belly button, you said, "You think you're so funny now because you did a five-minute comedy routine."
He didn't provide a retort, but you saw him grin as he washed the rest of the shampoo from his hair. His nose was scrunched while he scratched his scalp and cleaned the foamy residue off his face.
After a peaceful moment of nothing but the sound of the shower water beating down, Harry opened his arms and brought you in for a hug. "I love you. You know that?"
You kissed his collarbone. "Where did that come from?"
"Dunno." He shrugged and cradled your head with his hands. "It hit me that we're getting married in a month."
It had been hitting you as well. You'd been waiting so patiently for the special day to arrive. "I love you," you said quietly. Thank you for tonight and every night. You make life worth living."
"Are you trying to make me cry?"
"Yes."
"Cool."
It fell silent as you stared longingly at each other with growing smiles. Harry slowly started getting closer to your face, his dimples carving deeper until his eyes crossed from how near he was. His forehead dropped against yours, and you rolled your lips in when he attempted to steal a kiss from you.
"How about another rendezvous, but this time we get in bed and fall asleep?" you suggested, reaching around him and shutting the shower off. Sporadic drips and exiting warmth greeted you.
He pouted. "Only if you kiss me."
"We've done enough of that today."
"You're really not going to kiss your fiancé after I just told you I'd give you babies? That's dire."
You laughed and admired a water droplet cascading from his pointed nose. "If you blow dry my hair for me, I'll reconsider."
Flinging the shower curtain open, Harry yanked a fluffy towel from the hook on the wall, then gently wrapped it around your body before grabbing one for himself and tying it low on his hips. The blow dryer next to the mirror didn't have a long cord, so you sat on the counter for easier access and squeezed any remaining wetness from your hair into the sink. Meanwhile, Harry covered the top of his head with a towel. He looked like the Virgin Mary.
You gave him a comb, and he took the blow dryer with his other hand, turning it on and gesturing at you to ensure it wasn't too hot on your skin. For the next ten minutes, the sound of the loud dryer filled the space. It would have been a stressful sound in any other situation—trying to dry soaking wet hair from the pool before dinner reservations or untangling knots from yesterday's sleep. This time, it was relaxing. Domestic. A moment in time.
The soothing scratches Harry gave to your head as he combed through every citrus-scented strand could have put you to sleep. The hotel room's air conditioner was cold and crisp, but occasionally, he'd lower the dryer so it blew warm air on your arms.
Before you knew it, the dryer clicked off, and peaceful quietness surrounded you. Harry's hair dried much quicker than yours, so he took off the towel on his head and tied some of his damp curls up in a ponytail for the night.
His hands planted themselves on either side of your legs. "Kiss time," he whispered, his arms taut.
You slid off the counter, finding yourself trapped by his body—not that you minded. Grabbing his left hand, you raised it to your lips to kiss his ring finger, then put his gold engagement band back on.
"My mouth is up here."
You grinned. "And? What about it?" Harry annoyingly pushed his forehead into your cheek, grumbling something incoherently. You pushed it away and asked, "What did you say?"
"I said I think I'll die if you don't kiss me," he repeated dramatically.
"What kind of kiss do you want?"
He once told you that he had favorites for different situations: a nip, tug, peck, tongue, or the type where you both smile so big that the kisses become messy and mixed with giggles. The latter was your personal favorite.
He hummed, his nose wrinkling as he pondered. "The one where you do all the work."
You laughed softly. It wasn't necessarily a joke he was making; he genuinely enjoyed it when your lips moved against his. Sometimes, he just wanted to be kissed silly. It was never awkward, nor did it feel like a chore. He was the most kissable person to roam the earth, so resisting was hard.
"Okay," you said, draping your arms over his shoulders. "Only for a little bit, though. I'm exhausted."
Harry nodded and lifted you, setting you on the counter again. Your legs circled around his hips. "I'll return the favor tomorrow," he said.
The towel on his waist was hanging on for dear life. His eyelids were lazily drooping from tiredness, and his skin was flushed from the steam. How could someone look so pretty in hotel bathroom lighting?
Your hand on his cheek gently guided him to your mouth. His lips were damp and plush from the shower, parting naturally with each of your doting kisses. With his nose nudged against yours, pleased hums came from his throat as you alternated between his top and bottom lips. Kissing him never gets old. It could be soft or rough, long or short, brought about by love or annoyance. It was a cure all the same.
After a slow and innocent onslaught of kisses, you pulled away before you ended up making out with him until morning. Bruised, aching lips could wait.
Harry whined in protest. "That was only, like, five seconds."
"Guess what?" You trailed your fingertips along his neck. "You have the rest of your life to kiss me."
He yawned while shaking his head. "That's not enough time. Give me forever."
"I'll try," you said fondly, sliding your engagement ring back on.
You would until children of your own were born, which required you to share that love. Until your children's children withdrew even more of it. Yet, despite that, Harry would always be the first person you had given your heart to completely. He had never taken advantage of it. He had never made you doubt his love for you. It was the kind of love that was immortal. It would never die out and would remain the greatest feeling you'd ever felt in this life and the next.
If evermore was attainable, you liked to believe it was made possible by loving him.

-Let the wedding bells play One More Time-
Part 1 Part 2 Part 3
Tumblr media
Pairing: Gary x Melissa Schemmenti x Reader
Gender:love, hurt, love
Warnings:Mention of cheating , insults
Summary:I don't wanna spoil it because I think it's good the surprise reading this fic like this.
You were there once again, nervously arranging your coral dress, a simple but beautiful dress. The chapel was beautifully decorated, a different officiant but the same church as years ago when Mel got married to Gary, only it was a completely different situation. Your eyes scanned the crowd from the altar and fell into her, the redhead sitting in the front row of guests instead of by your side, Melissa gave you a litte smile of encouragement, and then looked at her hands, especially the lack of the ring that engaged her to Gary.
The piano began to play and made you stop looking at the redhead to focus your gaze on the entrance of the church, waiting with a big smile for them to open the doors to see the beautiful bride.
-Three years before-
You had just moved out of your old apartment, your temporary exchange was accepted, and you ended up momentarily moving to a new place so you could be closer to your new work. A new home, a new school, new students and a new job, a new beginning that would help you be better, or so you thought.
But so far nothing had made you feel better, it just made you think more about whether it was the right decision or not. You missed everything and everyone so much and it just made you feel worse .
Sitting on your couch looking at your phone, looking at the messages you used to send to the redhead, which you had now blocked, looking at the photos you had together, especially one from her wedding day where it was just you and her, you in your suit and her in her dress, it looked like you had married her. Why did it hurt more to be away from her than to be around and let her hurt you? Why did you think that walking away would be the solution? Everything was still just as painful or worse, you not only moved away from her, but from everyone you knew, you not only felt sad, but also lonely, you missed your co-workers from school and Barbara's good advice, or the game nights with Janine, you missed everything and everyone.
Instead of continuing to drown in your own misery, you decided to drown in alcohol, taking advantage of the fact that in the next day you would work latter than usual.
You knew drinking wasn't the answer, but staying home wouldn't make you feel any better either, so you grabbed your jacket and headed to the nearest bar. The place was full of beautiful women but you just wanted to drink, you didn't even want to start up a simple conversation with someone you had just met and probably wouldn't remember again. The bartender poured you your first drink and by the third you were already a little dizzy watching the others dance, a reddish hair caught your attention, a woman dancing with a tall man with a mustache, made you think of her again. What would she be doing now? Would she be in bed with him? Your eyes went to the hands of the unknown men, as he decisively grasped the waist of the woman who danced with him and as the woman laughed. Will Melissa be happy with him? Calmer now that you're gone? Has your absence hurt her? Had she even noticed your absence? Why, even though you were already half drunk, you couldn't get her out of your head? How many gallons of alcohol and feelings of self-loathing did it take to forget her?
Someone tapping your shoulder made you look away from the couple and out of your thoughts. The bartender came to you smiling and gave you a glass of water when she saw the disgust you carried in your expressions, the beautiful woman had a worried face about you
-"I think if you keep drinking, whatever it is that's torturing you is going to crush in the morning you when you wake up the next day hungover. Drink some water..."-The woman brought the glass closer to you and you smiled and took a little sip
-"Thank you..."-You muttered and the woman stayed next to you on the other side of the bar
-"Want something else? Peanut? Someone to listen to you? A shoulder to cry on?" - The woman joked and you barely laughed
-"I'm fine, it will pass... I hope"-You whispered and she smiled
-"If it doesn't happen, call me and I'll help you forget" - The bartender flirted with you and you smiled more, you'd be lying if you said the beautiful woman didn't catch your attention, but you didn't know if you were ready to go looking for someone else with a broken heart like you had
-"I'm flattered but I don't know if I can be good company right now" - You answered sincerely and she leaned over the bar to be close to you, giving you a good view of her breasts
-"No one is looking for a wedding darling, I'm just saying I'm here if you need a distraction..."-Her voice was more seductive than before as she looked into your eyes biting her lip. Honestly you were about to accept, until a draught of air made her perfume reach your nose, you quickly pulled away and smiled apologetically, it was the same perfume that Melissa used and that made you feel dizzy, you couldn't be with someone who had things that reminded you of the redhead, especially when it had been a short time since you had seen her for the last time. With a bit of embarrassment you turned away from the woman and decided to walk back home as it was nearby.
When you got home, your cell phone lit up with a message from Barbara
-📚Barbs📚:"Hi sweetheart, how it's your new life going?"-
-You: "Hi Barbs... Normal I guess... I miss you guys so much..."
-📚Barbs📚:"we miss you more, the school it's not the same without you..."
-You: "my life it's not the same without you... I don't know if this was worth it, I still feal like shit even if she it's not around me anymore..."-
-📚Barbs📚:"You knew this wouldn't be the solution... Haven't you heard anything from Melissa since you left?"-
-You:"no, I blocked her... Why? Is she okay?"-
-📚Barbs📚:"She seems lost and sad since you left... "-
-You:"I don't know if that makes me feel better or worse..."-
-📚Barbs📚:"Can we call you tomorrow? Everyone here wants to see you..."-
-You:"yeah sure"-
After that, Barbara said goodbye and you went to sleep.
The next day, at recess, you called your colleagues at Abbott, they were all there except Melissa, which made you feel a little pain even though you didn't say anything. Everyone greeted you with great emotion, most of then didn't know the truth, the reason why you left, everyone thought you went because you did an exchange to a place they need it. You talked to them for a while, you found out that Janine and Gregory were officially dating, that Ava had taken a course to know more about being a principal and that Barbara had gotten more inclusive desks for children in wheelchairs. When your hour off was over, you said goodbye to everyone and went to finish your workday.
When you left school you felt sad, seeing them only made you miss them more and question if this was worth it, your coworkers at the new school treated you well, but it was very different from being with your fellows at Abbott. You felt lonely and sad, much more so than when you were near the redhead. This was a new level of pathetic.
A few meters before arriving at your home, that familiar perfume filled your senses again, at first you thought that maybe it was the girl from the bar, but no, at the entrance of your home Melissa was sitting on the stairs. You wanted to turn around and hide until she left, but your surprise prevented you from moving fast and the redhead had already spotted you. The older one got up and almost ran to your side, but you dodged her with a frown trying to open the door to your apartment
-"Hon..."-The redhead's voice felt broken and tired, she looked like that too. Listening to her made you more sad than you were after seeing your friends-"Please...don't run away from me again..."-How was she demanding things after what happened? Why did your hands shake so much you couldn't open the door? What was she doing there? How did she find you? How did she get there?
The redhead's hands rested on yours trying to stop the trembling you were having and also stopping your mind from spiraling. Her hands were warm and soft, how you missed them, how you missed her...
-"Please... I need to talk to you..."-She whispered, and you avoided looking into her eyes, even though you didn't have the strength to take your hands away from hers
-"What are you doing here?"-It was the only thing that could come out of your lips
-"I promised that if you left, I'd come for you"-The red-haired woman replied, squeezing your hands more intensely, and you sighed
-"You promised so many things that I'm surprised you finally delivered on one"-You answered, your words came out like poisoned arrows from your mouth piercing the redhead's heart. Melissa sighed letting go of your hands to reach for something in her purse, pulling out a stack of papers that was inside a plastic sheet and handing it to you carefully
-"I promised you a lot of things and I plan to keep them all, that's why I'm here..."Mel looked at you smiling delicately and you looked at the papers, the word 'divorce' standing out on the pages.
-"What do you want me to do with this?"-You asked and handed back the stack of papers without paying much attention to it
-"It's done... I've already divorced him, we can be together..." - The redhead commented very excitedly as if it wasn't obvious
-"I don't care anymore... It's too late for that, I gave you enough time before, now it's too late... I'm no longer interested in what you do with your life, if you want you can remarry him or whoever you want, just leave me alone"-You responded by grabbing your keys again and finally opening your door, slamming it in her face before she could say anything else.
That night you couldn't sleep, you just cried from the anger and rage of the situation. You even talked to Barbara and she confessed that she had given your address to the redhead so she could see you, which also made you angry at the eldest. Now it made sense because no one mentioned Mel in the call or why she wasn't there, it was because she had already left to come and see you. Why didn't she stay in Philly? Why did she have to come after you like a dog you petted in the rain? Why did it make you happy to see her? Why was this happening? Why did she have to show up with that stupid piece of paper on your door? Thousands of such questions went through your head, making you cranky and not letting you sleep at all.
The next morning you got up to go to work, when you opened the door, sitting on the carpet in the hallway of the building, was Melissa with her head resting on her suitcase. Hearing you open the door, she woke up and quickly got up from the floor offering you a coffee, just as you always drink it and liked. You just looked at her not knowing what to do
-"Did you spend the whole night sitting in the hallway of the apartments?"-You looked at her in disbelief and she nodded
-"I slept here and I just went to get you coffee and came back..."-Her voice sounded hoarse, as if her mouth was dry
-"You shouldn't have done it, remember your back problems"-You replied and she smiled, still angry you were still taking care of her-"You drink the coffee, you seem to need it more than I do" - You responded and circled her, dodging her to continue on your way to work
-"I'm sorry... I'm sorry it took me so long to act"-Her comment made you stop, but you continued with your back turned to on her-"It wasn't because I was afraid of him, or loved him or because I didn't want to be with you. Believe me, being with you is one of the things I want most in this life... It's just that I didn't want to look like a failure... I've already had a failed marriage once and I was afraid to end this one that had barely started because I was ashamed of what people would say about me...But I realized that because of my stupid fear and pride I lost the most important thing in my life, you... I know I fucked up, but can't lose you again, I can't let you go again without trying to fix this... I'd travel the whole world behind you if I had just one more chance...- The redhead looked weak, opening her heart and telling you her biggest fears. You turned to look at her but continued with your distance, she looked so small and scared-"I'm so sorry, I didn't want this to happen. I didn't want to hurt you, I didn't want you to think leaving was the only option you had left, I never wanted to be the person who caused you pain and made you cry... I just want to have you by my side, make you happy, I want to be one of the reasons you have to smile. I want to be your safe place to go to when you don't know where else to run. I don't want to be someone you have to run away from, I want to be someone you feel like running to when the world falls apart. I want to hold you and never let you go, I want to hold you and adore you with every part of me, I want to... I want to be with you... I want you... I love you"-Melissa said crying and avoiding your gaze, she didn't know what else to do, she was surrendered to your being, your next words could make her the happiest woman in the world or completely destroy her. After a few seconds in which you didn't say anything, the redhead looked up to find you in front of her, instead of saying something, you just hugged her tightly under her arms and hid in her neck, she hugged you back, squeezing your waist so hard that almost leaves you gasping for air, Melissa was afraid that if she let you go you'd disappear. The two of you were hugging each other so tightly and with so much feeling that you felt like your heart and hers had left their predetermined places just so you could be closer to each other, as if they were giving each other their own hug. Her perfume filled your senses, her soft hands hugging you with so much feeling, her breathing against your neck, her salty tears wetting your shoulder, everything around you was about her and that made you feel good, happy, she made you feel peace and tranquility like you hadn't felt for a long time.
-"I missed you"-You whispered in her neck and she smiled hugging you more
-"I missed you more..."-The redhead kissed the crown of your head and you sighed, trying not to cry-"I'm sorry I didn't act sooner, I was a fool to let you go...I was so stupid caring about what everyone would say about another divorce..."-she whispered against the crown of your head
-"And I was so stupid to run away, I don't even like this place..."-You confessed and she laughed softly
-"Are we both stupid?"-Mel joked and you nodded
-"Look how long it took us to finally get together, we're so stupid" - You responded by pulling away from her neck to look into her eyes, still hugging her -"Don't ever let me go again..."-You begged and she kissed your lips softly and briefly
-"Never again..." - She smiled and you kissed her again
-Present-
The piano began to play and made you stop looking at the redhead to focus your gaze on the entrance of the church, waiting with a big smile for them to open the doors to see the beautiful bride.
The big doors opened to hear a squeak, two little girls who were Janine's students came down the hallway, one with flowers and the other carrying the rings, behind them was the bride-to-be, Janine was standing on the other side clutching her best friend's arm, her white dress made her look like a princess and her cheeks couldn't contain her big smile of happiness. Your eyes then fell on the man who was at the altar next to you, Gregory was waiting for his future wife very excited with tears of happiness at the sight of Janine walking towards him. They made a beautiful couple and you were happy to be a part of their story as Janine's maid of honor.
When the wedding was over and the party started, the beautiful couple waltzed in front of everyone, you were staring at them gawking at seeing them so happy and in love. A pair of hands hugged your waist, it was your girlfriend Melissa, you knew it by her perfume; the redhead hugged you against her body and rested her chin on your shoulder watching the couple dance. Her warmth and closeness made you feel peace.
After the beautiful dance, Janine went to throw the bouquet, but instead of dropping it randomly, she came to you smiling and left it in your hands, you looked at her in confusion, but the tiny woman took your shoulders and made you turn to find Mel behind you with a red box in her hands, inside was a ring decorated with your favorite stone
-"Mel?"-It was the only thing that managed to escape your mouth in the face of such a surprise
-"(Y/N)... As almost everyone here knows, I've already been married twice, the first time he cheated on me, the second time it wasn't the right person and hopefully the third time is the charm" - The redhead joked and you barely laughed because of the nerves-"We've known each other for years, I think you know me better than I know myself, you know what I like and what I don't, you know how to take care of me, you know how to make me happy and you know how to love me and I'd be too stupid if I didn't make sure you never left me again. I'll be a heaven-blessed woman if you say yes and stay by my side for the rest of our lives. I have a lot more to say but I won't because today is the special day of Janine and Gregory, who helped me plan this and I'm so grateful for that, so I'll summarize this. I love you with all my being and I want to have you by my side every day of my life, what do you say, will you marry me?"-The redhead asked smiling excitedly and you nodded jumping into her arms, the redhead catch you but almost tripped back, stabilizing in the last second, hugging you tightly
-"Of course! I've dreamed of this for years!" - You responded by making her laugh and kissed her lovingly-"I love you Melissa..."
-"I love you more my beautiful girl" - The redhead responded and kissed you again as everyone else screamed with excitement, happy that, after years of back and forth, you were finally together.

soooo I can't stop thinking about ocean's view 😭 like I loved it sm 🥹 can you spare some thoughts.. about what happened after 👁️ I hope they didn't live very far away from each other 😭 also wtf jun is so romantic for saying he imagined himself with you at the altar like wtf boy do you want me on the floor for you and your cuteness 😭
yes ofc!! so it's implied that they're from the same city because they're at the same wedding so it would make sense that they both live close to the bride & groom, and therefore close to each other. probably nearby but not too close, and because reader doesn't go to many parties it would make sense they haven't seen each other before even though they share mutual friends. i imagined it as opposite sides of the same town so they're probably like 15 to 30 minutes apart at most :) so still pretty close and they will definitely get together officially once they get back home! i had a couple extra scenes planned at the end (that i didn't end up writing because i didn't have the energy and i just really wanted to get the fic done lol) so i'll put it in bullet points under the cut :)
Tumblr media
member — junhui x reader word count — 0.9k warnings — fluff, bullet points, slightly suggestive but no details read the original fic: "ocean view" here! this is a continuation of the story so it won't make sense if you haven't read the fic so go do that first lol
Tumblr media
jun sits at your table for the whole reception and you have really great conversations getting to know each other
at some point joshua comes around asking if anyone has seen where he's supposed to sit because he can't find his name tag. jun points him towards his old seat and slips joshua's name card into his pocket when he's not looking, so they did successfully switch and no one found out lol
there's eating, dancing, more secret kissing in the corner once it gets dark and no one can see them
but it gets late, so you and jun decide it's time to part ways. and obviously this time you make sure to exchange phone numbers and info before you leave because there's no way you're throwing away this opportunity twice in a row
you tell jun you'd love to spend the night with him again, but that you have to leave for your flight tonight. jun laughs and says it wouldn't have worked anyway; his flight is also tonight, and he suggests that you carpool. you still don't know that you're from the same city, so you assume he's just joking and you give him another kiss (a very passionate one that almost makes you rethink turning down the carpool offer) but then you both go back to your hotels to pack.
you get to the airport that night and you've just gotten through security and you're walking around looking for your gate and guess who you bump into? and he not only happens to be headed to the same city as you, but he's also on the same airline, the exact same flight at the exact same time!
you sit in the waiting area together and laugh about fate and coincidences, and you're starting to believe what the tarot lady said because the circumstances are too perfect and everything is working out a little too perfectly
you keep chatting until the plane starts boarding, and you get called up to board first so you assume this is (finally) where you say goodbye. you wave and give him a hug and promise to meet up again once the plane lands
you're settled in your seat, pulling out your phone to text him and see where he's sitting, when you hear a voice beside you and you look up and there he is again
he makes a joke about how you just can't seem to get rid of him, and you tell him that you wouldn't want to get rid of him even if you tried, because you already did try and you're glad that the universe had other plans
turns out you're not just on the same flight but your seats are also right next to each other, so there's no need to bribe anyone to switch this time hehe
it's a long flight but it passes by quickly because you have such good company :) lots more talking and getting to know each other
maybe towards the end of the flight he starts to get a little handsy, because he's wanted you so bad ever since he saw you again at the wedding but he was trying to be polite and all that tense sexual energy is finally getting to him
but you manage to hold off until you make it off the plane, and since your house isn't too far out of his way anyway you do decide to actually carpool home
now it's your turn for payback and you're teasing him the whole time he's driving
then you finally arrive at your house and you can't keep your hands off of each other any longer so he decides to spend the night... and you can imagine the rest
you ignore a whole bunch of texts from jeonghan who is demanding to know all the details because he saw you leaving the wedding with jun and you had the biggest smile on your face and he needs to know whether you reconnected with your mystery man or not
another fun detail that i wanted to add but didn't end up writing: for the bachelorette party the night before the wedding, they hired a stripper named hoshi and he was wearing a tiger print thong giving everyone lap dances
Tumblr media
i won't be writing a sequel to this fic since this is basically all that i had planned and i've already put it into bullet points, but i hope you liked this little extra snippet!! i always love sharing stuff that didn't make it into the final fic so always feel free to send asks like this <3
no taglist since this isn't really a fic, but you can always join my permanent taglist here!

Wedding vows
Tumblr media
Man, choosing a gif is harder than I thought *cries*
Pairing: Nie Huaisang x f!reader
Word Count: 4856 words
Warnings/tags: fluff, just love all around, Chinese wedding ensues, suggestive content, smut, this one is nsfw minors dni
Notes: (C/N)-your clan's name, (Y/N)-your name
A/N: This is the 2nd part of Proposal. You can read this is as a stand-alone, but some context might be lost. I can't believe its done, have a feast, dears!
Special thanks to this post, for providing information about Chinese weddings. I did take some liberties, but at least I did it knowingly.
It's been almost a month now that you were living in the Unclean Realm. Your brother agreed, begrudgingly at first, to let you go before the wedding because he saw how painful it was for you to stay away from your soon-to-be husband. In the end, he saw it was the right decision to let you get used to your new home beforehand.
Just one week before the wedding basically everything was turned upside down in the Unclean Realm. Both you and Nie Huaisang took part in the planning as there were no close relative of his who could take on the task. He, of course, had an exceptionally good eye for decoration, and while he was busy with clan leader's stuff, you coordinated the disciples and servants when needed.
You quickly got used to the almost colourless picture of the Unclean Realm and appreciated the calmly elegant black-grey-silver colours of your new home. The vivid red and gold decorations of the upcoming wedding, hinted with a little bit of silver, almost felt weirdly out of place now. As you entered the main hall to check on the servants' progress before retiring for the night, you stopped in awe at the entrance. Almost everything was in place now, only some adjustments were needed here and there. A huge smile spread across your face, as you couldn't help but imagine yourself entering the hall on Huaisang's arm, dressed in beautiful red and every guest's attention on you.
Speaking of Huaisang, you wondered what he was doing, as you haven't seen him all day. You decided to check on him before returning to your chambers. As you passed down the hallways, the servants were busy lighting some lanterns for the night. The sky already started to darken, and they politely greeted you as you passed them by. The guards also haven't paid attention to you, you were allowed to move freely, and they quickly got used to your presence after you moved in.
When you approached Huaisang's door, you knocked lightly to let him know of your presence but didn't actually wait for him to open the door himself. With guards present, his door was unlocked so you figured he hasn't retired for the night yet. You entered and instantly noticed his sitting form by the desk. He seemed to be completely engrossed in something, which you assumed was official documents. A light, calming incense could be smelled in the air of the warmly lit room. As you stepped closer, you noticed the not-so-neatly scattered papers on the table and some even around it on the ground. You also noticed a brush and ink, probably for writing letters. His usual fan also sat discarded on the edge of the table. Yes, he was definitely working all day, you concluded.
You stepped next to the table on his left side and shot a quick glance at the paper in front of him. It was clearly clan business. He only became aware of your presence in that moment, and he looked up at you with a tired but happy smile playing on the edge of his lips.
"Miss (C/N), it's so good to see you! Only you can make this miserable day better!"
"Oh, Huaisang, I'm sorry you had to work all day! I stopped by the main hall, and everything is almost completely ready now. You should check it out tomorrow. What's all this anyway?" You asked gesturing at the scattered papers all around his desk.
"You wouldn't believe it! Almost all of this are letters offering support, inquiring about accommodation, or asking for details about the banquet. There are also official papers about finances and clan politics. And I have to sort these out before the wedding! Why does everybody want a piece of me?"
"Hmm, I think," you pretended to think hard while you sat down next to him on the ground, "you are quite a catch."
He let out a disbelieving sound, but you continued, counting on your fingers.
"You are wealthy, the leader of one of the four big clans, a clever and intelligent man, you are a very talented artist, you have great taste in clothing, you do what you need to but don't meddle in other's business, you are funny and kind. Oh, and have I mentioned exceptionally handsome?"
"Ahh, stop, stop, stop, stop!" He protested, nose scrunched up and hands held out in front of his chest.
You let out a short laugh because of his adorably childish attitude and turned your body so you were sitting face to face now. You reached out and grabbed his hands. So warm and soft, they fit perfectly into yours.
"I'm serious," you said looking into his eyes.
And he believed you. His face straightened out, his eyes searching yours, lips parted only a tiny bit in awe, but you couldn't help but notice. He also noticed where you were looking, his eyes wandering down to your lips in turn. When your eyes met again, you could see the question in his eyes and you leaned closer to him, a barely noticeable movement. But that's all he needed. The next moment he leaned in, and his lips were on yours, hands moving around your waist to pull you closer. You gasped, one hand touching his chest for purchase, the other reaching up to cradle his cheek. His kisses were slow and sensual.
"I don't think you should praise me this much. I might become overly confident," he whispered into your lips between kisses.
"Well, surely we don't need another peacock."
You let go of each other's lips and burst out laughing, your foreheads touching the whole time.
•• ━━━━━ ••●•• ━━━━━ ••
The day of the wedding arrived quickly. As you were getting ready with help of your maids, you listened to the commotion outside as guests continued to arrive. Everyone had to settle in their temporary rooms and led to the main hall where the wedding will take place. Once everyone was here the ceremony started while food and drinks were being prepared by the servants for the following banquet.
You were quite nervous because basically the whole cultivation world will witness your union. At least the other three big clans, the Lanling Jin, the Gusu Lan and the Yunmeng Jiang were obviously invited, and some of the smaller clans too thanks to your side. Jiang Wanyin was Huaisang's old friend, while Lan Xichen and Jin Guangyao were Nie Mingjue's sworn brothers so you were sure they will be attending. Lan Wangji apparently made up some excuse, so he didn't need to come and if you were honest, you liked it this way. His achievements certainly deserved respect, but he was famously uninterested in, even disgusted by celebrations which involved lively music and drinking.
Putting on the wedding dress was the quickest part of the whole procedure as braiding your hair in the Nie style and preparing your make-up took a few hours. Finally, your head was covered with a red veil to complete the look. Soon you were being led out to meet your husband the entrance of the main hall. Nervousness rose in your chest, but it subsided somewhat when you arrived. You were signaled to stop, and you felt warm hands gently wrapping around yours.
"Huaisang?" Your words came out as barely a whisper because somehow you felt like the wedding atmosphere shouldn't be bothered by talking.
"I'm here," he answered in kind and squeezed your hand a little as reassurance before wrapping a soft red silk ribbon around your wrist. It was to ensure you won't trip as you could barely see anything through your veil, and it also symbolised your union.
You only noticed the soft music and light chatter in the background when you started to walk up the few stairs leading to the main hall. But the hushed voices completely stopped when you stepped into the hall. Thankfully you knew how the room was prepared, so you remembered that you only had to take a few steps before you reached the pillows placed on the ground for you to perform your bows. Huaisang also made sure to make measured movements and helped you the best he could in signalling when you needed to stop walking and kneel down.
Being led by Huaisang while you almost couldn't see anything felt strangely romantic to you, like he was the only person in the whole world you could trust and to whom you could give complete control over yourself. This vulnerability felt frightening at first as you could feel every guest's eyes on your back, like realizing a dangerous predator is stalking you in the forest. But soon your senses focused completely on Huaisang. You could almost feel his warmth radiating through the cloth that bound your hands together.
You bowed in sync, first to pay respect to Heaven and Earth, second to Huaisang's parents, and finally to each other. You stood up and felt your legs shaking from relief and happiness. You were married! You still couldn't believe it. Soon you heard the commotion as your guests stood up and drank a cup of liquor to your marriage. One by one they approached you to congratulate you and wish you health and happiness. Huaisang held your hand in his and you could feel his palm was sweaty from nerves, but you didn't mind. You thanked the guests for their well-wishes and also said farewell. You recognized some of the voices and you were glad that your husband will be taken care of by people like Lan Xichen and Jiang Wanyin during the banquet.
The few hours you spent alone, sitting in silence on your now shared bed in Nie Huaisang's room felt like a relief after the ceremony. So far everything went well, you completed the wedding without any mishaps, and you hoped that everything goes smoothly at the banquet too. Time flew by surprisingly quickly while you meditated. Your focus was disturbed by muffled voices coming through the closed door. When it slid open, you could hear the finishing sentences of the two people's conversation outside.
"Don't be nervous. Everything will be fine," you recognized the soft and calm voice of Jin Guangyao.
"Thank you, San-ge," replied Huaisang, and closed the door behind him as he stepped into the room.
He didn't move for a few seconds and the anticipation in you grew stronger and stronger. You were patient the whole day, but now you just wanted to finally see him, see him in his wedding robes. He walked closer, ever so slow, hesitation palpable. In the dim light of the candles, you could see his silhouette when he stepped in front of you. You felt it when he finally grabbed your veil at the sides and with a quick motion, he lifted it up, letting it float down to the floor.
You were not one of those old traditional couples in the sense that you already knew each other before the wedding. Yet now, when both of you finally looked at each other, it felt like seeing a heavenly being for the first time. Wide eyes, lips parted you marvelled at each other's beauty. He has seen you in your dress during the ceremony, but your face adorned with tasteful make-up and your hair decorated with jewelry, braided specially to signify you were now the wife of a Nie took his breath away. You, on the other hand, had to take in his full visage. His red robes, with gold and black woven in, were of a thinner material than his usual attire, so it perfectly accentuated his snatched waist and wide shoulders. The guan in his hair were gold and it had a bolder style than his usual silver ones, just like the braids. When your gaze stopped at his face your breath hitched in your throat because of the open love and desire you saw in his eyes.
"You are the most beautiful woman I've ever seen," he finally spoke, his voice low.
"I...," you had to clear your throat after not speaking for such a long time, "we should drink the alcohol," you managed to say, standing up and walking to the table nervously.
You poured the fine liquor into two small cups and handed one to Huaisang. He took it gently and waited for you with his arm held out. You joined him, holding your own cup, and you intertwined your arms as you drank the alcohol with one gulp. When you finished you looked at each other, arms still linked and smiled, feeling the tension of the day leaving your body. You almost knocked your heads together as you wanted to put the cups down back on the table at the same time.
"We should sit down," he suggested, but the suggestion sounded like a tentative question.
You nodded your head. He must be tired after entertaining your guests, you thought. Luckily, he was not drunk so his friends must have kept a close eye on him. He could also direct some of his qi to get rid of the alcohol, but that also exhausted him after a while. You knew what was expected of you on your wedding night, but you didn't want to pressure him if he felt too tired after such a long day.
So, you sat on the edge of your bed in silence for a few moments before you felt his hand reaching out for yours. You flicked your gaze over where your hand rested on the bed between your bodies. His hand was not much bigger than yours but still big enough to cradle yours, and you always marveled at how soft and warm they felt. You noticed how his other hand were playing with the jade pendant hanging from his belt and you moved your free hand to gently lay on his thigh. You intended to soothe his nerves, but the moment your hand connected with his leg, you felt his muscles twitch. You looked up into his eyes and what you saw made your breath quicken. His dark brown eyes looked almost completely black now as his pupils widened. For a split second his gaze moved down to your mouth, and you did the same in return. You noticed how his lips relaxed, opening only the slightest amount and you found yourself wanting to kiss him so bad. When your gazes met again, he leaned towards you slowly, still holding your gaze, gauging your reaction.
And your lips connected.
It felt like fireworks exploded between you. You felt how his hand pushed yours into the mattress as he leaned in closer, his body weight shifting to his arm between you. His other arm sneaked around your waist to pull you closer, as he always did when you were kissing, only this time the kiss was different. It was much more forceful, brave, and charged with desire.
When you let go of each other's lips for a moment, both of you were breathing hard.
"I love you so much. You are the best thing in my life," he breathed into your lips, and you swore you saw his eyes shining.
"I love you too, I love you-," you said in return, the last syllable muffled as he captured your lips again.
Sitting with your feet on the ground while your body turned towards him started to feel uncomfortable, so you moved to sit on his lap, not letting go of his lips or hand for a second. When you settled your weight on his thighs, he moved his hands to your cheeks at first, then moved them down to your neck, tracing your collar bones with his fingers. You grabbed onto his robes and let go of his lips with a sigh. His hands moved away immediately, thinking his touch were unwelcome.
"Don't stop. It... felt good," you said nervously and smiled shyly at him.
This time he moved his hands to your waist, where the sash held your garments together.
"May I?" He asked seriously, his voice trembling a little.
You gulped and nodded your head rapidly. His touch was featherlight, you almost couldn't feel it when he reached for the opening of your sash and carefully removed it. The material of your robe loosened, and he moved to remove your outer garment entirely. You realized you were sitting on the skirt, so you needed to stand back up if you wanted to remove the whole thing.
"I need to get up to get this out of the way," you said to him when he freed your arms and only your undershirt remained on the upper half of your body.
You quickly realized that part of his nervousness came from the fact that he didn't want to scare you away, so you warned him of your intentions beforehand. He nodded and reluctantly let go of you as you stood up from his lap.
The room was warm, but you still felt a slight chill as your outer robe descended to the floor. The coldness faded when you looked into Huaisang's fiery gaze and the air suddenly felt impossibly hot as he stepped closer to you. His hands moved to your shoulders, gently caressing them and slowly moving towards your chest. Your breath quickened, his light touches searing hot through your thin undergarment. A shiver ran through your whole body as his hands gently cradled your soft breasts and he sucked in a sharp breath when your nipples hardened under his thumbs.
"Please, Huaisang, I want to feel your touch on my skin!" You felt a little embarrassed about how whiny your voice sounded, but you wanted to show him how much you wanted his touch.
He leaned in to kiss at your jawline and neck while his hands deftly removed your undergarments. As your clothes pooled around your ankles, he took a step back to admire your naked body. You suddenly felt self-conscious, and your hands instinctively moved to cover yourself up. Huaisang noticed it and took your hands into his to stop you.
"Don't be shy. I still can't believe I've managed to get myself such a beautiful and intelligent wife" he said, looking into your eyes the whole time.
You wanted to say something witty and clever, but the moment felt too sincere for it, so instead you answered:
"Don't forget that I wanted to be yours."
He stepped closer to you again, his mouth finding yours. He kissed you like a drowning man, never wanting to let go of you. His hands roamed over every part of your body he could reach and you wanted to finally touch his skin too. Your hands tugged on the lapels of his dress, signalling you wanted it off. He broke the kiss when he felt a more insistent tug.
"Take it off!" You managed to breath out and he chuckled at your insistence.
"You want more of me, huh?" He asked with that cocky self-assurance he only used with his closest friends back at Cloud Recesses.
You crossed your arms across your chest with a defiant look and you must have looked funny standing like that while being stark naked. But it worked, and Huaisang looked at you as if he were saying "Fine, fine," and reached for his belt. The strength gradually left your arms as you watched him undress, and by the time he only had his white underrobe on, your arms were hanging by your side.
When he moved to remove it too, you couldn't just stand there anymore and stepped in front of him, grabbing onto his hands. Your sudden movement startled him a little as his focus were completely on his clothes. You reached for the cloth that bound his underrobe together and undid it slowly, looking into his eyes the whole time. He moved his hands out of the way and followed the path of yours with his eyes as you reached up to his shoulders, pushing the light fabric down.
And he stood there only in a pair of white trousers, chest bare, skin like pristine jade, accentuated by his dark hair cascading down his back. You couldn't help but marvel at his beauty. As a healer you saw many men and women in various stages of undress, mostly injured soldiers. At those times your interest was not particularly focused on their looks, but you remembered how strong and muscular they were. Now, as you were looking at your husband's bare upper body, you realised that you never really found them attractive. Compared to them Huaisang had a soft body, but his chest was nicely toned and you could see the lean muscles of his arms.
You reached up and traced his collar bones with your fingers then moved downwards and stopped on his chest. You could feel how strong and fast his heart was beating under your right palm. His skin was so soft, smooth and warm, you couldn't help but tenderly caress the shape of his pecs, noticing how his small nipples stood at attention from your touch, much like yours before. You slowly slid your hands down to his stomach, following the made-up path of the cute little moles that were scattered everywhere on his skin. You felt the muscles tensing under the skin of his stomach as you went even lower, stopping where a soft patch of dark hair disappeared under the band of his underpants. As you ran your fingers over his happy trail, loving how the soft hairs tickled your fingertips, you heard Huaisang biting back a whiny moan. Your eyes moved back to his face and oh, what you saw took your breath away. He bit down on his lower lip, eyebrows furrowed, as he watched with half-lidded eyes where your hands were going.
You moved your hands out of your line of sight and your gaze lowered past the waist of his pants. He was already hard enough to form a nicely visible tent in his pants. You realised there was no turning back if you took the next step and it scared you a little, but also made you incredibly excited. You wanted it and you wanted him, but it still surprised you how boldly you reached down and caressed him lightly through his pants. This time his moan was deeper, more guttural, and he almost literally fell on you as he rested his forehead on your shoulder. Your knowledge was mostly medical about how the male body worked, so the late-night conversations with your already married friends came in handy. You felt proud about how much your touch affected Huaisang. Your next caress was a little firmer and you felt him twitch under your palm. Gathering his every strength, Huaisang stepped back and pulled you towards the bed.
"(Y/N), please, it's been too long, and I fear I won't last long if you keep this up. I want all of you tonight. Can I show you how much?"
"Okay," your voice was barely a whisper, and you let yourself being laid down on the bed.
Huaisang quickly got rid of his remaining garments and carefully removed the intricate guan, now only a black silk ribbon keeping his hair together. As he climbed on top of you, you instinctively opened your legs to make room for him as he rested his weight on his elbows next to your shoulders. This way he was the only thing you could see, but there was nothing else you wished to see at this moment. A large amount of his long hair fell over his shoulders and caressed your cheeks. He was so beautiful as a soft smile played on his lips and you reached up to kiss him. It quickly turned heated and Huaisang soon left your lips in order to kiss all over your face and neck. Then he moved lower and grabbed one of your breasts with his hand while he occupied his mouth with sucking on the other nipple. Your sighs of pleasure encouraged him to move his hand lower while his mouth kept playing with your nipples.
At first your hips shied away from his touch but when his deft fingers found the most pleasurable spot between your legs you couldn't bite back a moan. His mouth left your breasts as he moved to carefully watch your reaction while his other hand kept your legs in place.
"You are doing amazing, you are so wet already," he praised and slowly pushed his index finger inside you.
"Huaisang...," you moaned his name as you watched his finger disappear inside you.
This was something you already tried yourself on lonely nights but the fact that it was his finger made the experience completely different and so much better. He moved his finger slowly in and out of you and when you felt like you couldn't take it anymore, he removed his hand. You whined at the sudden loss of contact, but he moved back on top of you and kissed the complaints off of your lips.
"Are you ready?" He asked, and you were never this sure about anything in your life.
"Yes, I want you, please."
He reached down and guided his cock to your entrance, rubbing it over your wetness, using your combined arousal as a lubricant. Even this little delay and the feeling of his hot member so close to where you wanted it made you squirm. He was looking into your eyes the whole time and you saw how he had to fight he urge to close them when he started to finally push inside you. He was slow and careful, and when he was fully seated inside both of you stopped to catch your breaths. The stretch was unfamiliar but not unpleasant. You moaned when you felt his cock twitching and your insides tightened around him in response. Now it was his turn to let out a shaky breath as he let his forehead rest against yours. He simply couldn't hold his composure anymore, so he slowly started to pull out and push back again. At first you felt a tiny prick of pain, but it soon faded and was replaced by pure pleasure. And he was quick to react to your signs, so when you reached up and grabbed onto his hair to find support, he knew he found that special spot. Soon you were a moaning mess, being so close to your release and he was no different, his skin shining from sweat and strands of his hair sticking to his cheeks and neck.
"a-Sang!" You repeated over and over, and finally hearing you calling him that, it was enough to push him through the edge.
He sealed your lips in a desperate kiss, one of his hands reaching down to rub your clit, his other arm shaking from the effort of keeping his body from fully collapsing on top of you. The feeling of his desperate thrusts, his hand on your most sensitive spot and his shaky moans calling your name finally triggered your orgasm. You felt your inner walls clenching impossibly tight around him and you desperately clawed at his back, not really caring at that moment if you were leaving marks on his skin.
He collapsed on top you, the last of his strength leaving his body as both of you tried to catch your breath. Your vision slowly cleared, and the ringing disappeared from your eyes as you subconsciously caressed his head and shoulders. He burrowed his head into the crook of your neck, and you swore you could hear him practically purring like a cat.
The air in the room slowly started to dry off the sweat from your bodies and it soon made you both shiver. Huaisang rolled off of you with a series of unintelligible whines and went to fetch a cloth to clean yourselves up. He wetted it with the prepared warm water and carefully cleaned your most sensitive spots. He couldn't help but leave some lazy kisses around your hips and thighs in the process and the feeling of his gentle touches were almost enough to lull you into sleep.
He quickly cleaned himself up too and climbed back into the bed next to you, pulling the luxurious covers over your naked bodies. You moved to lay your head on his chest, positioning your ear over his heart, its steady beating made you feel completely safe. He sneaked his arms around you, pulling you even closer. You looked up at him and you smiled at how his hair was a complete mess now, yet he looked so handsome in the faint glow of the candlelight, his eyes shining with so much love you thought your chest will explode because of it.
"Thank you, tonight was incredible," you said as you drew small patterns on his chest with your fingers.
You swore you could see his ears redden even in the faint light, and you planted a soft kiss on his pecs before you fully relaxed in his arms.
"I love you a-(Y/N), get some sleep now," you heard him say before you fell into a blissful sleep.

Chapter 2 (4.5k) under the cut
They all went out for dinner and drinks afterwards, and it turned out to be a great night. Robin and Chrissy both went into full planning mode, while Steve and Eddie decided to let them have their fun. Steve figured that if anyone besides himself knew what he wanted for his own wedding, it was Robin, and Eddie seemed to feel the same way about Chrissy.
It’s only after they'd all said their goodbyes that Steve takes a moment to let it all sink in.
As he lies in bed, the pleasant buzz of the fruity drinks he's had to celebrate slowly fading, he begins to realize what it will mean to marry Eddie. To have a real wedding.
Because a wedding ceremony means he has to tell people. It will be official. And while he's not exactly hiding that he's bi, he's not exactly out at work either. It just never really mattered, because in the two years he's been working at the station, he hasn't seen anyone outside of hookups and a few failed dates. Most of those were with women anyway. So he hasn't exactly lied, just not told the whole truth.
That would have to change now, he guessed. Because even if he didn't invite his team to the wedding - which he will, because they're his family, too - Captain Hopper would know because of the paperwork. Steve knows that if he asked Jim, he wouldn't tell the others. But he would also look at Steve with disappointment and hurt because he would feel that Steve doesn't trust them, and the thought of letting down the man who has become the closest thing to a father figure he has in his life aside from Robin's dad is unfathomable to him.
Which means he's going to have to tell his team, and sooner rather than later.
Just as he somehow accepts this and decides to go talk to Jim before his next shift, another thought hits him.
Max.
He's going to have to tell his little sister. Worst of all, he doesn't even know what to tell her, because either he'd make her an accomplice to his scam, or he'd lie to her and pretend that he and Eddie had been together for a while. Which would make her think that he has been lying to her for months and hiding his relationship from her.
Then he remembers that the same goes for Dustin, the kid he used to babysit and who has become as much his little brother as Max is his little sister. The family he chose. He's either going to have to lie to him, too, or drag him into this whole mess.
Fuck.
After tossing and turning for what feels like hours, his mind racing, Steve finally gives up trying to fall asleep and rolls out of bed again. Wrapping his blanket around his shoulders, he shuffles over to Robin's room. Selfishly, he's glad that Chrissy went home with Eddie tonight, so he can just walk into Robin's room and crawl into bed with her.
"Dingus?" her sleepy voice greets him, already scooting over to make room for him.
"Yeah, it's me. Couldn't sleep."
She turns on her side and forces her eyes open with what looks like great effort. "Wanna talk about it?"
"Not really," he answers, only it sounds more like a question. The truth is, he doesn't know what to say.
Robin just hums, and after a long moment of silence, he speaks again.
"It's just. Chrissy said nothing has to change, but that's not true. Things will change. I have to tell Hop and the others at the station. They don't even know I'm bi, it's like high school all over again."
Robin makes a sound in the back of her throat and takes his hand in hers. "No, it's not. You were outed against your will in high school. What that asshole Hagan did was a complete dick move. These people are your friends, your family. Even if you tell them that about yourself, I'm sure they won't feel any different about you, Steve."
Deep down he thinks he knows that. Or at least he hopes it's true. But it's still nice to hear Robin say it.
"Maybe. But they're going to hate that I lied. They'll probably think I don't trust them."
"Well," Robin begins, choosing her words carefully, "can you blame them? There must be a reason why you haven't told them yet."
"It just never came up," he justifies.
"Steve," she says, her tone clearly saying 'come on now'. "I've been to the last two Christmas parties at the station, and I met your team at your birthday. You talk about your dating lives and your hookups and even your childhoods. They know about Max and your bad relationship with your parents. Don't you think you could have said, 'Yeah, I don't talk to my parents because they're total scumbags who kicked me out the minute they found out I liked men too'?".
He sighs deeply, defeated.
"You're right. I was afraid they would look at me differently. That they'd think less of me, like -"
"Like your parents did. I know. But Steve, not everybody is like your parents. They don't know what an amazing person you are. A wonderful and loyal friend, a selfless and brave man who risks his own life every day to save others, and a loving and caring older brother who is more of a role model than they've ever been."
Steve feels his eyes burning and his throat tightening with emotion.
"And yet you wouldn't marry me," he deflects, and Robin punches him in the shoulder.
"Way to ruin the moment, Dingus."
"What can I say, it's a talent," he says with a wink before sobering up. "But seriously, thanks, Robs. You're the best friend I could ever ask for. I would totally crash and burn without you."
"I know. For the record, you're not so bad yourself. And as for things changing. You know change doesn't have to be a bad thing, right?"
They've talked a few times about his aversion to change. It scares him because he's always afraid it means he's going to lose something. Or someone. He's working on it.
"Yeah. I know." Theoretically, he adds quietly in his head.
"And you know you won't lose me or Max or Dustin just because things change, right?"
“I-” he starts, almost hating the way Robin knows him so well. “I guess?”
"But I might have to lie to them, Robs. I can’t drag them into this mess. What if they end up hating me when they find out I faked a marriage and lied about it? Or what if they’re mad because I never even mentioned this ‘relationship’ with Eddie before?”
"They won't hate you, Steve. They might be angry or hurt at first, but they would get over it. They love you, okay? Just like I do. No matter what happens. Even when we’re not living together anymore, it doesn’t mean we won’t see each other all the time or that we won’t be as close. You’re my best friend, my platonic soulmate. Nothing’s going to change that.”
Her words soothe something deep inside him, where his heart has never quite stopped aching since the day his mother silently closed the front door in his face, leaving him standing there with his hastily packed bag after they told him to leave and never come back. As all of her words fully register, he involuntarily squeezes her hand.
"What do you mean, 'when' we're not living together anymore?"
The longer it takes for Robin to answer, the faster his heart starts beating, until he thinks he might have a heart attack.
Just as he's about to ask again, Robin answers. "I mean, now that you and Eddie are getting married, Chrissy and I thought that, well, Eddie would probably move in with you, and that I, um..."
"That you'd move in with Chrissy," he says flatly. It's not a question.
"Yes," she whispers, as if afraid he'll break if she speaks too loudly. He very well might.
They lie quietly in Robin's bed, the darkness around them like a living, breathing thing.
He has never felt so lost. It's not that he doesn't get it—he does. Robin and Chrissy have been together for four years now, and having separate apartments has worked for them so far. But Steve understands that they'd want to share a life and an apartment at some point. He just didn't think that time would be now. But it makes sense, because he and Eddie are supposed to move in together when they get married.
It's just that, in his mind, that didn't equate to Robin moving out.
"Steve," Robin tries again, clearly worried but determined to fix this. "I don't have to move out right away. It was just an idea. It doesn't mean it has to happen right away."
"No. No, you're right. It makes sense. It's just," he hesitates before pressing on, "whenever I thought about one of us getting married, or at least moving in with a partner, I still thought we'd be living together. It's silly, I know," he adds hastily, because he does know that, "and way too co-dependent."
"It's not silly, Dingus. I won't deny that it sounds pretty co-dependent, but it's not like that's, I don't know, new for us?"
That makes him laugh, if only half-heartedly.
"And who says we won't? Maybe we can, y'know, try the whole living apart thing, and if we don't like it, we'll work something out. It's not like there aren't options. We could get a house for the four of us. It doesn't have to be all or nothing."
Drawing Robin into his arms, Steve makes a thoughtful sound. "I'm pretty sure you're right, because you usually are. Just give me a little time to get used to the idea, will you?"
It's a testament to how well she knows him that Robin—guessing he's feeling raw right now and needs the physical reassurance—settles into his embrace without a fuss.
"Of course. It'll be fine. With your team and Max and Dustin. And with us, too. I hate that your parents made it so hard for you to trust people's love for you, you know?"
He kisses her forehead gently, putting all the love and gratitude he feels into the gesture, and murmurs into her hair, "Me too."
The next day, after a hearty hangover breakfast, Steve decides to bite the bullet and face his little sister's wrath. After his talk with Robin, he came to the conclusion that he’d rather risk Max and Dustin being angry at him for seemingly lying to them about his love life than involve them in his own mess and make them accomplices to his wedding scam to get his inheritance.
Even though part of him would prefer to do this over the phone and not look Max in the eye when he tells her, a larger part of him knows that this is something that needs to be done in person. So he makes the trip to her campus and finds her in her room, nose deep in her studies, when her roommate opens the door for him.
It's not often that he comes to visit. Not because he doesn't want to, but because she insists that she doesn't want her older brother hanging around and embarrassing her in front of her friends. He would be more offended were it not for the fact that Max regularly comes to their place for game nights like the secret dork that she is. Besides, he's pretty sure that Max just wants more of a reason to hang out with Robin, not just him. She never had many girl friends, just Jane, her best friend, and Steve thinks that Max looks up to Robin. Which is cool, because in Steve's eyes, Robin’s the best person ever and Max could have much worse role models.
Things were a little tense when Robin first started dating Chrissy, probably because Max felt threatened by the new woman in Robin's life. But she got over it surprisingly quickly, and now Chrissy joins their game nights more often than not. That's how Max knows Eddie in the first place, because he makes a habit of showing up mid-game to join them, claiming he was bored all alone at home, abandoned like a badly behaved dog. Steve doesn’t really believe him, because he knows well enough that Eddie has friends and gets out quite a bit, but it's not like he minds Eddie hanging around. He just wonders sometimes why he would lie about it.
"Hey, little sis! Studying on a Saturday morning? Sure we're related?”
Max looks up from her textbooks, a mixture of surprise and suspicion flickering across her face at the sight of her older brother dropping by unannounced. "Hey, Steve. What's up?"
On the way here, Steve had thought about how to open the conversation, but hadn't been able to make up his mind before entering the dorm. Should he just say it, get it over with, or should he ease her in? Start with some small talk? Max isn't really the small talk type, but it feels wrong to just say, 'Good to see you. Guess what, I'm marrying Eddie, the guy who hangs around the apartment sometimes and you had no idea I was even dating. Surprise, I guess.'
Yeah, no. Small talk it is.
"Can't I just go visit my little sister and see what she's up to?" Steve deflects, flinching at Max's raised eyebrow.
She looks thoroughly unimpressed as she replies, "Steve, we saw each other three days ago. It may come as a shock to you, but college isn't exactly like those stupid movies. So, spill it. What's so important that you had to drop by unannounced?"
Well, he should have known this wasn't going to work on Max. She's always been way too smart for her own good, and her bullshit detector is unparalleled.
Steve takes a deep breath, mentally preparing himself for the bombshell he's about to drop. "So, remember Eddie? The guy who's been crashing our game nights with Robin and Chrissy for the past four years? The guy who eats all of the good snacks and leaves the rest of us with the salty popcorn?”
Max nods slowly, her brow furrowing in confusion. "Yeah, what about him?"
"Well, funny story... He and I, uh, we're getting married."
Max's jaw drops and she almost chokes on the coffee she just took a sip of. "Wait, what? You’re getting married? To Eddie?"
Steve winces, realizing he might have botched the delivery. In his defense, he’s not sure there is a better way to deliver this kind of news. "Yeah, I know it's a bit out of left field. But hear me out..."
He starts explaining his thing with Eddie, weaving in a story that's only partly made-up. Steve talks about how he's kinda had a crush on Eddie for a while but never really thought Eddie felt the same. Max doesn’t look surprised at that part, just nods like she’s saying “Duh,” and Steve wonders how transparent his feelings for Eddie really had been.
Before he can get lost worrying about that, he goes on, making up some romantic-sounding story about how one night, they were just watching a movie, and boom! Next thing he knows, their hands are both going for the chips, and suddenly their fingers are all tangled up, swiftly followed by their lips. Max rolls her eyes so hard that Steve’s afraid she’s hurting something, but he also sees the corner of her mouth ticking upward. Robin once told him that she and Max had watched a few rom-coms together when he wasn’t home, so he thinks she secretly likes these kinds of stories almost as much as he does.
He finishes his story by shrugging his shoulders and admitting that he’d been the one to ask Eddie to put a ring on it, eager to lock down the guy he's been into for ages. It’s exactly the kind of self-deprecating joke he needs to lighten the mood, unable to endure the building tension in the room.
"And I know what you're thinking. 'Steve, you never even mentioned you were dating!' But trust me, it's not because I didn't want to. I just... didn't know how to break it to you."
Max's eyes narrow, her hurt evident. "So, what, you don’t trust me?"
Steve's heart sinks at the hurt in Max's voice. God, he never wanted to hear her sound like that again. It dredges up memories of all they've been through with their family, the wounds still raw. “No, Max, that's not... Damn it!” Steve curses, frustration and guilt knotting in his stomach. “I'm screwing this up. That's why I didn't tell you in the first place. I just... I didn't know when to tell you. You've always been there for me, especially after Mom and Dad...” His voice trails off, heavy with the weight of it all. “It's my fault you lost them. I didn't want you to lose anyone else because of me, so it felt like a big risk to bring someone new into our lives.”
Max's expression softens, understanding dawning in her eyes. "Oh, Steve. You’re an idiot." She sighs, rolling her eyes for effect. "It’s not your fault I stopped talking to them. I chose you over them because you're my brother, and they are bigoted assholes who hurt you."
Max's words feel like balm on his frayed nerves, but at the same time he is consumed with guilt for using their shared history and pain to make her believe his lie. He knows why he's doing it, but suddenly the phrase "the road to hell is paved with good intentions" makes a lot more sense to him.
It seems that some of this has registered with his sister as well, because Max isn't finished yet.
"But I also call bull. This isn't about me. You're scared. Scared of getting hurt again, of letting someone in and having them leave. You didn't tell anyone before because that would have made it real."
Steve swallows hard, the weight of Max's words hitting him like a ton of bricks. His relationship with Eddie isn't even real, but her words still hit him. They've been through too much together for him to deny that she's right. He owes her that if he can't tell her the whole truth.
"Yeah, you’re right. It’s just that… I’m scared of messing things up, I guess. With you, or with Robin..."
"Or with Eddie?" Max adds, a sad smile on her face.
"Or with Eddie," Steve agrees, realizing it's true. He doesn't want to screw this up, even if it's just a scam. Eddie is still important to him, and he doesn't want to lose him because of some scheme to get his inheritance.
Max reaches across the table to grasp Steve's hand, her touch as comforting as when she first stood in his door, declaring she told their parents to screw themselves before hugging him, clinging to him for dear life. "You won't lose me, Steve. I'm here for you, no matter what. And Eddie seems like a good guy. He would be even dumber than I thought he is if he didn’t want to spend the rest of his life with you. So, if he makes you happy, then I'm happy for you. And if you tell anyone I said that, I'll shave your head in your sleep."
Even as he laughs at Max’s threat, Steve's eyes mist over with tears, overwhelmed by Max's unwavering support. "Thanks, Max. You have no idea how much that means to me. Threats and all."
Max squeezes his hand gently, a small smile playing on her lips. "Anytime, big brother. Just promise me one thing."
"Anything."
"Please don't let this turn into one of those rom-com clichés where everything goes horribly wrong because no one just talked to each other."
Steve chuckles through his tears, feeling a weight lift off his shoulders. "I'll do my best, Max. I promise."
As much as he’d dreaded this talk, he’s glad he came over to tell Max. He feels lighter now.
Some days, he hates how often Robin is right about the important things in life, considering that she also believes that Bigfoot is real.
He's already out the door a few minutes later, after Max basically kicked him out so she could learn, when she gets up and walks over to him. “Oh, one more thing. I’ll be bringing someone to your wedding and I want you to remember that you owe me and not ask a single question. I’ll tell you when I tell you, just like you.”
“What? Who're you -” Steve starts, totally flabbergasted.
“Not a single question, Steve. See you soon, take care, say hi to Robin, and tell Eddie that I’ll break his hand if he breaks your heart.” With that, she closes the door in his face.
He probably deserved that.
Talking to Dustin the next day goes something similar.
Steve can't visit him on campus because the little genius just started his master's degree in bioengineering at MIT, a year ahead of his peers, because of course he is. So he has to resort to a phone call.
He skips any attempt at small talk, though, mostly because Dustin is doing the talking for both of them, telling him all about something that is way over his head, but makes him smile for all the passion he hears in Dustin's voice.
"That sounds... very cool, man. I have no idea what it all means, but I'm pretty sure you're going to be cooler than Batman pretty soon." Before Dustin can interrupt him to explain whatever he just said about DNA replication, Steve continues, "I also have something to tell you.”
That, at least, piques Dustin's interest.
Steve tells him the same version of his and Eddie's origin story that he told Max, and just like Max, Dustin doesn't seem to find it particularly hard to believe that Steve had a big ol' crush on Eddie and proposed to him over it. What he finds much harder to believe is that neither Steve nor Eddie told him about it.
"I can't believe Eddie didn't tell me either; we tell each other everything!"
Steve seriously doubts that, even though he knows that Dustin and Eddie have become quite close over the last four years. They hit it off right away, bonding over their weird little fantasy game that Dustin's been playing with his friends for as long as Steve's known him. Eddie apparently ran a club for the same game in high school, and before Steve knew it, Dustin and Eddie had become best buds. Dustin's passionate stories about how great Eddie was should have made Steve jealous, and they did, a little. But they also fueled his crush on the other man, because nothing in his life could ever be simple.
That's probably why Steve finds himself defending Eddie by throwing himself under the bus.
"I asked him not to tell you guys. I'm sorry, man. It's just..."
Dustin's silence on the other end is unnerving. Steve can almost hear the gears turning in his brain. He can picture Dustin sitting in his cluttered dorm room, probably surrounded by textbooks and lab equipment, frowning in concentration.
"It's just what, Steve?" Dustin finally asks, his voice a mixture of confusion and hurt.
"It's just that I was scared," Steve admits, the words coming out in a rush. "Scared of messing things up. I mean, this thing with Eddie... it feels huge. I never felt that way about anyone before. And I know it sounds stupid, but... it scares the shit outta me, man. And I know how much you like Eddie, too, so, yeah. I didn't want to risk putting you in a position where you felt like you had to choose sides or something if it didn't work out, I guess?”
The line goes quiet for a moment, and Steve wonders if he's said too much. Especially because he has no idea where this is all coming from. He also finds it harder and harder to remind himself that it’s just a story and that he and Eddie aren’t really together. But then Dustin sighs, and it sounds like the weight of the world is in that sigh. "Steve, you idiot. You know I love you, right? You and Eddie both. I’d never take sides, I’m way too mature for that. You should have trusted me."
"I know, I know," Steve says, running a hand through his hair in frustration. "I just... didn’t think this through, I guess."
"Yeah, well, that’s why you have me. You don't have to handle it on your own," Dustin says firmly. "We're a team, remember? And that means relying on each other and not keeping secrets."
“You’re right, okay? I’m sorry, Dustin.”
Apparently, that’s exactly what Dustin wanted to hear, because Steve can hear the smug grin in his voice. “I know. And it’s okay. I forgive you.”
Steve feels too much relief to be annoyed at Dustin’s ego. To know that he has Dustin's loyalty and support like that mean the world to him. It’s like balm to the wounds his parents and grandma left on him, to learn that not everybody leaves just because he hasn’t been perfect. "Thanks, Dusty. I don't deserve you."
"You're right, you don't," Dustin retorts, but Steve can hear the smile in his voice. "But you're stuck with me anyway. So, when's the wedding? And don't even think about getting married without me there."
Steve laughs, the tension finally easing. "Don't worry, you'll be there. I wouldn't dream of having it without my groomsman."
"Groomsman, huh? Damn right I am," Dustin says, and Steve can practically see his chest puffing out with pride. "But wait, who's the best man? If you say it's Eddie's old dungeon master, I'm gonna lose it."
"Robin," Steve clarifies, chuckling. "She’s my best man, or best woman, whatever you call it. And before you ask, I’m pretty sure Eddie’s best man is Chrissy."
"Ah, makes sense," Dustin says with a satisfied nod in his voice. "I can accept that, I guess. But you better tell Eddie that if he hurts you, I'll kick his ass. And you tell him I mean it, too."
"I will," Steve promises, a smile tugging at his lips. "Thanks, Dustin. Really."
"Anytime, Steve. Now go tell Eddie that I’m still angry at him for not telling me and he better make it up during our next campaign."
Steve hangs up the phone feeling lighter than he has in days. At least until he remembers that he just told Max and Dustin a story about him and Eddie getting together that he hasn’t discussed with Eddie yet. So what if Eddie also told people but used a totally different story?
Well, fuck.
Grabbing his keys from the side table by the door and putting on his shoes, he texts Eddie that they need to talk and that he’ll be over in twenty minutes.

To celebrate one week since the ending of Such Stuff, here are some headcanons about the future that awaits our boys 🥰✨
Such stuff future headcanons 🎭
They make it work, obviously. It takes a while for things to go smoothly, they fight some more, but they both do their best to find solutions and in the end it pays off. John learns to speak up when things are bothering him without fearing a negative reaction from Gale, and Gale learns to ask questions and not to assume he knows everything that goes through John's mind.
Gale doesn't become a full-time professional actor but he keeps acting with amateur groups and sometimes he joins the Hundredth's productions in smaller roles and John always brings him flowers at the stage door, even if he was acting too.
It's ok, though: at some point he realizes he actually likes teaching and once he's not a substitute teacher anymore he likes it even more!
Gale also runs the drama club at school, and every year there's a different actor from the Hundredth working with him to teach the kids. They put on a show that goes live for one night at the Abbotts at the end of the school year, and soon the other schools in the area want the same kind of extracurricular. Bonus: Tabitha does actually become an actress!
Marge becomes the Hundredth's official costume designer and even when she moves on to bigger clients she still takes time to design things for them for (almost) free. And after a long on again-off again stage, she and Rosie actually do get together for good and become the Girlboss/Malewife duo that was missing from the group.
John's career takes off after the Tempest, he remains in the Bloody Hundredth but also participates in productions of bigger companies. He ends up winning different awards, most importantly a Tony, and dedicates every single one to “his partner, his Buck”, and later to “his husband, his Buck.”
John and Alex act together in something at some point and Gale risks having a stroke because he didn't know he could fangirl so much.
Gale and John start thinking about moving in together around a year after the Tempest, but Gale feels guilty because he doesn't want to leave Benny with the burden of a rent too high/a house too big for a single person. What he doesn't know is that Benny is hesitating about moving in with Brady for the exact same reason; luckily for them Bucky and Brady figure it out and make the other two talk about it.
They end up finding flats in the same building, one on top of the other, which is great so Meatball can have all his four dads with him.
Benny and Gale still have lunch together at their diner on Sundays, once a month without exceptions.
When Bucky's mom and/or sisters come visit they always want to see Brady too and bring food and other stuff for both their boys.
John tries reconnecting with his father but since he still disapproves of his career he decides to cut him loose. It hurts him a whole lot, and Gale does his best to comfort him because he knows exactly what it's like.
Three years after they first met Gale decides that he wants to ask John to marry him. He goes at great lengths to plan the perfect proposal because he knows John would like something big and extravagant; he chooses the Abbotts as the perfect spot, prepares a picnic to eat on stage and vows everyone else to secrecy.
Still, the proposal doesn't go as planned because John can't keep his mouth shut (we'll see this moment in the future, I promise). But they still get engaged and they'll have a funny story to tell their guests!
John's vows at the wedding are super elaborate with quotes from good ol' Will Shakespeare, math puns, and whatnot, but he gets so emotional that he starts tearing up so his sniffles the whole time he reads them. Gale affectionately gives him shit about it after the wedding but in that moment he is so incredibly happy he feels like crying too.
Gale wouldn't mind taking John's last name after the wedding but he suggests to hyphenate them so Gale won't lose part of himself, and Gale accepts.
Benny and Brady adopt a little girl from the foster system, it's Brady's idea because he wants do be for someone else what Bucky's family has been for him. The girl instantly becomes the mascot for the Hundredth as everyone loves her, and auntie Marge makes her beautiful dresses.
The question of having kids or not creates a little bit of tension between the Bucks because they both want them but John fears Gale doesn't because of his father, and Gale fears John doesn't because of his career. They both talk about it with their sleep deprived ex roommates and they force them to fucking get it together.
They end up adopting a kid too, a few years later than their friends, when John's career is at a point where he can take some time off without risking losing too much money and opportunities. It's a little girl and her name's Viola, like the main character in Shakespeare's Twelfth Night, so they take it as a sign from fate.
She becomes the Hundredth's second mascotte, and best friend/cousin to little Amelia DeMarco. When they're a little older they put on mini plays for their families, because of course theatre is a big part of their upbringing! They like to watch their dads act and the Abbotts is basically their second home. The Colonel pretends to be annoyed by it but they're his uttermost delight.
John doesn't die at 45 in this universe but he still has a health scare around that age, like a worrying bout of tachycardia right when he's working on a new project. He only goes to the doctor because Gale pushes him, he's convinced it's gonna be nothing but the doctor tells him he's actually at risk of heart conditions.
Gale immediately puts him on a healthier diet and starts worrying immensely about him, always checking where John is and what he's doing, until one day he fully has a panic attack because he can't reach him (John's simply rehearsing) and it's John turn to drive him to the hospital.
They talk about it because they can't keep goin on like this. John promises to take a break after this new show is over, then he'll talk to the doctors about a pacemaker or something. Gale makes him install an app on his watch so he can monitor his heartbeat remotely, and with the help of his friends and daughter tries to keep his anxiety in check.
They have a pretty ugly fight when John tries to launch himself into another project after this one, Gale accusing him of not caring about himself or their family.
Their friends help them riconciliate, and Crosby saves the day asking John to help him write and direct a new play; it's less stressing on the body than acting, and John finds out he's actually pretty good at that too. They win some prizes, but after the run is over John goes back to acting.
He doesn't present it as an ultimatum to Gale, he even tells him he'll quit if that would make him feel better, but Gale knows what theatre means to John and by now he's learned how to cope with his anxiety so he gives him his blessing. And oh boy, John shows him well how thankful he is for that...
That's it for now, but more may come in the future!

Girl please
I'm walking around trying to gather all my shit. I can't ever find shit in this bitch. "Baby, if you can't come that absolutely fine. I just thought since you were in Korea, well, you know.." I turn around and stare at the phone. "Kirsten Dogen, you sit there and pass off a fake ass undertone with me again, and you are not getting those snacks you like when I pull up. Don't throw shade at me, young lady." I hear a bunch of laughs coming from the phone which I can't really identify, I guess those are the other girls she is doing the photoshoot with. Serves her right. I don't take the back talk. "Baby, really legal government names, that's how we gonna play it." She says with a pout on that God forsaken beautiful fucking face. But I realize to back down. "And did, what's your point."
"Also, your fav boots are in our closet, in my side, sweetie," When I heard those words, I turned around, and I almost got whiplash. "Why would MY boots be on your side, huh?" She stares at me sheepishly before trying to make it seem like someone is calling her, and quickly saying she had to go. I sit there in disbelief, "I know she did not just hang up on me. And proceeded to not answer my question at that. Girl literally just cut me off like I wasn't talking." After a while of absolute bullshit I finally decided to finish getting ready. It was pretty hot in Korea, so I went for some shorts and a crop. With my favorite boots, of course. I then decided to call up Yeonjun. Me and that man had been friends ever since his family decided to randomly pull up to California for a couple of years. I showed him around, and his mom used to joke about us being together. Then he came back to Korea and our parents thought it would be a good idea to send each other letters.
Our friendship has lasted for what felt like a lifetime, and I love that dude. Through Kirsten couldn't stand him. I felt like she had just never taken the time to give him a chance. Sure, Yeonjun was flirty sometimes, but that's just him as a person, and he knew when to back off. I would never hurt my wife, and sometimes, I felt like she didn't trust me. I mean, Yeonjun was literally my right hand at our wedding. Out there standing next to me prepared me for my life, cheering the loudest when we officially got married. It even got to the point where she shit talked him once and got angry at me. Like true enough, I love my wife, and I love my bestie, so I wanted them to get along. Hopefully, today works out. I had been signed to Hybe labels as an official choreographer, mainly working with newjeans because those are my girls, but I had worked with other groups as well. The public was quite familiar with me and our friendship, so it was never any dating rumors. Sure, people wanted us together, but that's their issue. I'm happily married.
Yeonjun had pulled up in his van. Opened the door before I hit him in the head. "Why are you always so aggressive all the time? There was literally no need for that hit, Cece." I just push him in the van before grabbing his face. Every time I go to America, I leave for a while. I had to take some other jobs that were literally amazing. Though when I come back, I always make it a habit of checking Yeonjun. Companies are known to starve their idols with fucked up so called diets and I refused to allow it to happen to my bestie. I mean, I almost beat a staff ass for suggesting my litter hyein needed to lose a couple of pounds. "You look good, just doing my family checks." He smiled at me, "I'm glad you care about my health so much, sis." We sat there in the car just catching up on all the shig we have missed in life. Before I told him we would be going to see Kirsten, he just smiled and said, "That's cool." Weridly enough he never had a issue with her, and never tried to say anything back when she insulted him stating she is your wife and you my little sister, I understand why she is jealous but I wouldn't disrespect you other half. My brother is just too amazing. Sometimes, I feel like he read that shit from a magazine.
We pulled up the building, seeing workers running around and losing their minds, trying to make sure everything was perfect. As I walked inside, I heard a scream typical, it what I get for being koreas number it boy with me. Yeonjun just smiles and embraces all the attention. He has also been a suckered for the spotlight. While he is doing that, I tell him I'll go in the back to find Kirsten. I walk away, thankfully, running into Funky Y and greeting her, of course. She is all smiles and asking me all these questions before I cut the conversation short and ask about Kristen. "She is in the back with makeup." I nod and thank her before making my way back there. Seeing her getting all dolled up dripped down in Calvin Klein for the shoot, "Well, look at you." Hearing my voice, she immediately turns around before jumping up to hug me. "Omg, you're finally here. I thought you were made at me about the boot thing. I just wore them at the beginning of the show, to like reveal us. So it technically wasn't that long." I brush her hair out of her face, taking a goof look at her. "I don't care that you wore them, I care that you hung up on me while we were still talking. Don't think I forgot about that. And there shall be punishments in order, baby." I smirk once I see her scared face before kissing her head, trying not to mess up her makeup.
"Guys, it took me forever to find you. It's like a lot of rooms in here. Hi, Kirsten. You look great. What's the shoot for?" Yeonjun asks while running in her out of breath, I turn and laugh at him before turning back to her and see her face. "It's Calvin Klein, pretty obvious to anyone with a brain." She states with a look of pure annoyance while staring at him. Then whispered in my ear why you had to bring him. I grip her arm as a warning, while yeonjun asks us if we want anything to drink, I tell him I'll have an apple juice before Kirsten says nothing from you. "OK, fucking stop it. I try my very best not to take sides because I care about both of you and want you to equally get along. But this shit ends now," I see her face try to turn into a pout before I squeeze her side, letting her know I'm not dealing with the fake shit. "No more animosity or any of that shit, got it." They both look at each other before Yeonjun randomly hugs us both. "I don't have a problem with you, Kirsten. If anything, I'm glad that my litter sister was able to find you, though I'm sorry for whatever I did to make you feel angry. I look over to her, stating it's her turn, and she sighs, "You didn't really do anything, it's just you two are so close, and I know you don't like her like that. But I told myself that if I hated you, it would be easier. Which is a really hard thing to do since you are so happy and bright. I was insecure, and I took it out of you, but then I realized you two are just like siblings, and I felt stupid and thought it was all in my head."
Yeonjun hugs us closer before saying he will give us a minute while patting Kirsten on the back. "Baby, your thoughts are never stupid, and if you feel so strongly, you come and talk to me. We are a team, and till death, do us part remember." She smiles while hugging me tighter and kissing all over my face. "It's ok, I'll try my best to make it up, Yeonjun, for all the shit I put him through. I know he is a nice guy." I just rock her from side to side while listening. "That's amazing, baby, and don't think I forgot about your punishment from earlier. You are in for it when we get home, baby." I tell her while gripping her ass.
