one of my favorite things abt ap classes is how teachers literally have to follow a specific curriculum (teaching to the ap test). so constantly will teachers say "i'm teaching this because it's on the ap test, but it sucks and you shouldn't have to learn this" or "this is on the ap test so just memorize it, i know it's useless" or "the correct answer on the ap test is wrong, so just memorize the incorrect information to get the question right". literally teaching and shaking their head so their students know they disagree
