also this guest comic by victoria grace elliot makes me so . it like. isabel making a fake eightfold right after losing her best friend. pretending she’s still there to talk to her. the effects drawn around the paper construct in panel 4 to show the feelings isabel looks at it with. the embarrassment she feels upon someone seeing. how she would rather make a fake of her dead best friend to talk about her feelings with than talk about her feelings with her other supposed alive best friend. the soft serene smile on her face in panel 3 and the way it drops into a frown in panel 6. she’s looking at this and its a small comfort but she knows its wrong and probably more than a little fucked up. maybe even guilty. the dog poster in panel 1 that even after the ghost train experience she hasn’t taken down.

just finished my first playthrough of disco elysium. guys. wgat the fuck
