I think that Logan and his grandparents changed their name. Because Logan, James, and Mary are all very common names and the last name Fields is also very common (also ik the whole gang has common names i just like to think into things too much.) Also since they were in a greek syndicate and Logan's grandparents seem to know atleast a little greek they would probably be greek themselves and the surname Fields doesn't originate from greece (as far as i know)

Also I just think it would be common sense to change your name after leaving a criminal organization because if the government takes it down even if you're not apart of it you're going down with it too.

Again, this is just a silly thought so I doubt its true so dont come at me for being unreasonable or something 😞

I've made some recent SBG ponyverse sketches, uh

I'M ACTUALLY GIVING THE TWINS A SLIGHT REDESIGN BC OF THE SKETCH I MADE FOR MARIANA

also I've recolored her a second time, I can't decide guys </3

Somehow, I made a new subbreed for this au, and that is the Civil Pegasus! Basically, they are slighty more fit than average, more feathery than the Common Pegasus, their wings are really glossy (specifically the flight feathers), their ears are feathery, hooves are shiney, they have feathers on their butts (I've said feather so many times im sorry 😭), and their snouts are slightly beak like; not a beak, but it is beak like.

Both Mariana and Ethan were Civil Pegasus, so I have to slight redesign the twins so they look a bit more like their mom </3 (they already have the shiny hooves, though, so). Oh there's also that pattern thing on their chest that is kind of hard to see on Mariana bc of her long hair. Speaking of long hair, Civil Pegasi tend to let their hair grow long (doesn't take long), and just fly like that. Usually Pegasi tie their hair back or get it short, but Civils like it flowing behind them.

I MIGHT like Mariana a bit too much....

Bc Mary is a changling, that would make James a changling as well. They were both drawn to be unreformed, but their reformed designs would literally just be the same, just brighter colors with some colorful shine to their wings (and no holes in their legs). Logan looks more like the canon changling design bc his mom was a unicorn. Also when I sketched this weeks back, I actually struggled with his fuck ass balding head☠️ cause how am I supposed to know what a balding horse looks like

Lastly there's Hudson, and I made him a yak bc uh, I thought it was fitting

I was tired last night when I drew him, so he prob looks weird LOL. Ig yaks don't get cutiemarks in the ponyverse, bc idk how to make that when they got all that hair on their asses.

I think doing voice for animation is... is probably acting in its most purest and ancient form. It's a bit like... the Greek form of acting, in the ancient Greek. where they had masks on. In our case, the mask is the animator's drawings, you know.

!!SPOILERS FOR SBG FASTPASS CHAPTER 83!!

Don't have the energy to really put any effort into this post but this chapter was fun and really interesting.

So we got Ryan's backstory and the reason why he's sticking his neck out to help the kids. We also know that he met Maverick in jail which I have a feeling means that they somehow broke out of jail together and that's why Ryan doesn't have many options, despite clearly wanting to back out of all this business. There's also the fact that Jasmine apparently suspects something is going on with him and has been keeping an eye on him recently. I have a feeling he's going to be busted and he and Alex are gonna suffer from it.

We've also gotten confirmation that the Fields family are retired members of a crime syndicate and that Logan has definitely had some experience with guns. I'm really curious about his parents at this point. Were they friends of Mary and James who died and the two of them took Logan in before retiring? Logan is giving major undercover spy vibes lol. His reaction to Tyler's question about his experience with guns has me super curious.

Overall, great chapter, can't wait for next week
