Hello again! Ive just been lurking tumblr for a loooong few months and recently there was a rather large personal change for the worse in my life so ive been reading a TON of rwby fanfictions and little text/dialogue fics (idk what to call them but i ADORE them!!!) But recently ive finished most of them zz... i wanna try writing my own fics for all y'all!! I have no writing experience for this stuff other than some stuff on my account i wrote years ago... but shoot me a pm or an ask and id love to try and whip something up for you! So I had this funny idea.

Whenever I've commissioned TaiyangxSummer fanart?

People thought it was JaunexRuby.

But what if , as a prompt?

Jaune and Ruby being friends led the Beacon Students to mistakenly assume, Through rumors spread by Signal Academy students who knew Professor Xiao Long and that Ruby and Yang are his daughters... That Jaune and Ruby might be siblings separated at birth?

Ruby and Jaune aren't aware of the rumors, and are confused by how everyone is reacting around them but their teammates are aware.

Yang of course would be LIVING FOR IT.

As for the other team members?

Jaune sighed as he crumpled up another note addressed to him asking for permission to date Ruby. She sat down and leaned back in his chair. “Okay, Yang, what did you tell people?” 

“I’m not sure what you mean,” Yang replied. 

“Ever since we started here at Beacon, people have been coming up to me to ask for permission to date Ruby and I dont get why. I mean, sure, the two of us are good friends, but its not like we’re seeing each other.” 

Yang smirked a bit and started working on her homework. “And what makes you think they think that?” 

“Why else would they? I guess I’m a little protective of her, but she’s my friend. And I’d be protective of the rest of you too.” 

“Not like we actually need any help keeping ourselves safe,” Nora pointed out. “And Ruby is more than capable of handling herself too. I heard the last person who tried to force her out on a date ended up with a broken nose.” 

“Yeah, but, I can still help deter some of the unwanted attention.” Jaune leaned back a bit farther and looked up at the ceiling. “Still, some of the notes have been addressed to a “Jaune Xiao Long” and I still cant figure out why.” 

Weiss leaned over to Yang and whispered to him. “I’m going to tell him.” 

“No you’re not,” Yang hissed back. 

Jaune paused. “Tell me what?” 

“That you’re oblivious,” Blake answered. She pulled away from the doodle on her notes and smiled a bit. “Think about it: why else would people think they need permission from you to date Ruby?” 

“Because… people think… she likes me?” 

 “That’s… not exactly what I’m getting at.” 

“But if she likes me, then… she wants me to ask her out, right?” Jaune got up and started to pack up his notes. “And I should go find her to clear things up.” 

“That’s your takeaway from this whole discussion?” Weiss pinched the bridge of her nose and sighed. “Not the fact that people think your last name is Xiao Long? You know, like Yang’s last name?” 

Jaune ignored Weiss and started rushing out of the library. “I’ll be right back, I just need to let Ruby down gently!” 

Nora shook her head. “Is he really that clueless? This has been going on for months.” 

“He and Ruby will figure it out on their own,” Yang said as she started to pack up her homework. “Though, I do think I’m going to follow him to make sure he doesnt get hurt. Ruby still hasnt exactly figured out the rumor that’s going on about them either and I really dont want her to think Jaune is barking up the wrong tree.” 

Weiss sighed and went back to her own work. “If they dont figure it out after another week, I’m going to tell them. Though, with how oblivious the two of them are, I’m starting to think that the rumor might have a grain of truth to it.” 

“If they dont figure it out in a week, you can tell them all you want.” Yang started to follow after Jaune, a small smile crossing her lips. “And then, maybe I can take him on a date after. You know, to clear up the rumor a bit.”

Weiss’ New Romantic Interest

So there’s been a lot of speculation since that famous tweet. As a Bee’s Schnees fan myself, I was cautiously optimistic when I saw her interactions with Yang.

That said, I think Weiss might actually end up with a different blonde.

Exhibit A: Jaune has shown interest in Weiss.

Exhibit B: Jaune’s Semblance is still unknown.

Exhibit C: Weisskabob.

Exhibit D: Weiss is Snow White.

Mark my words, Jaune’s Semblance is going to be healing or aura boost or something. Seeing as Snow White died and was resurrected, I’d bet Jaune is going to heal Weiss or bring her back from a coma or something of the sort.

Whether they end up together or not afterwards is in the air though. Personally I think Jaune is more compatible with Ruby, and even then I prefer Nuts and Dolts over JaunexRuby (which is apparently called Lancaster)

Honestly this is my thoughts honest ones don't bash .. Rwby has come so far it has become one of the biggest things since Halo 3 the storyline is decent the fights and the music are great the lore is Meh Dust really? Sooooo there’s only two chapter but two loooong chapters. This story well written and by God! I wanted this to be finish, it ended in a cliffhanger too!

Okay, so basically this is canon-divergent (I don’t know if I’m using those words right) and Team RJNR set off to avenge Pyrrha and look for answers! But something comes up and they get separated, hell breaks lose for ReNora when Ren sees a part of Magnhild where Nora and Ruby stood and Nora saw Ren get hit by the sea monster and didn’t show up again. With their scrolls seemingly broken and/or lost finding each other was difficult.

The stretch of time they spent without each other and thinking one of ‘em is dead is pretty long, bordering on months. And these months are filled with missions and such just for them to have enough money to eat and a place to sleep. The last chapter ended in a cliffhanger, Ren and Nora finally found each other but before embracing and celebrating, someone is watching them with red beady eyes. And the last chapter ends there and my heart breaks a little knowing this might never get finished. But oh well! We have other fics.
