What’s on Netflix tells us a USS Callister mini-series (three episodes) is in pre-production at Netflix. It’s a spin-off from an episode of Black Mirror (yet another series I’ve not watched). Apparently this has been ‘happening’ for some years. Naively I thought it another Orville type Star Trek homage, it may be so, but not in the same sense.
