So I watched Ateez's coachella performance yesterday, and was like yea pop off kings so proud of yall as an Atiny, BUT
Regarding the camera work for Ateez's performance, I've watched several artists who performed before them and there were multiple cam povs that were shown, all in wide angles, so why was it so zoomed in during earlier in their performance?
Here's a photo when they had just started performing :
And that went on until Crazy Form, but the camera work was still very weak, and not to mention the random camera going on off and the cameraman missing the member's parts ( Hongjoong's rap in Crazy Form ) also the lights that went off for yeosang's part in Aribba if I'm not mistaken.
And just now I watched Le sserafim's performance and I noticed early on their performance the camera was put into a wide angle where we can see ALL members on stage alongside their backup dancers.
All in all i could be wrong and mistook it to actually be a malfunction towards the cameras on Ateez's, it just rubs me off the wrong way how the camerawork was suddenly weak on THEM.
Now I've been watching a fair amount for Le sserafim's and I can say their camerawork is absolutely amazing, just like the camerawork for korean music shows.
I'm so proud of Ateez in general, I'm happy they got to experience performing at such a big stage and maybe they themselves didn't think much of what Atinys saw what happened during the show and I'm overthinking that situation.
