My favorite part about S2 of Squid Game is that we were given a BAD ASS trans female character. And she didn’t get killed off!! That’s so huge!! Especially since Squid Game is super duper popular and also comes from Korea where being trans and queer is still highly frowned upon; I so so so so hope this is as revolutionary as I think it is.

I also love how Guem-Ja waned from her prejudice once she got to know Hyun-Ju. Like, idk how to explain it but I hope transphobic people see her changing her views and can find it in themselves to do the same thing.
