Let's start from the beginning, it took a fucking time for him to realize that, hey look, he's dating.

When he realizes that you really love him,be prepared, he'll want to do anything to be close to you, does he go to some planet far from twilight town? Too bad you go with him like it or not

He's not romantic, but he knows how to do things to show you he loves you, like do things by hand for you, make silly faces to see you smile, and bring you (Donald taught him that) flowers of every planet he went to.

If you're not a keyblade holder, he'll make a fake one made of wood, and he'll pretend to lose every time you train with him, and it's only you he doesn't get mad at for losing.

If you are one, he will teach you the most powerful spells for your keyblade and he will no longer hold back to train with you

Headpats? HEADPATS? OH MY GOD YES, he loves it when you run your hand through his hair and just stare at him when you do that

He likes watching the sunset with you, it's something special for him and he wants to share it with you.

Papou fruits are rare to find, but if he finds it he will share it with you and only you, he wants you to always be in destiny with him.

The only time Sora actually cried, and he actually almost killed someone, was when some random villain stole your heart and you just turned into a nobody, nobody knows what happened that day but you thanked sora for all his effort

KH4 Challenge Day 4

Day 4: A headcanon

KHUX and Melody of Memory spoilers below

This is more speculation than headcanon, but I think the Master of Masters’ ultimate endgame in “the Realm of Fiction”/Quadratum is to “rewrite” the rules of the KH universe so that Darkness can finally be defeated for good (which may or may not be a good thing actually).

If the MoM was just trying to escape the destruction of the universe, Quadratum could’ve just been another distant corner of the multiverse that somehow wasn’t affected by the end of the Keyblade War. But since Quadratum was specifically named as a “Fictional” place, I think he was specifically seeking a universe where fiction and reality are reversed in the hopes that changing the “fictional” KH universe might affect the real one.

IDK how he’d go about accomplishing that but I like to believe that the whole reality/fiction dichotomy will be thematically important to KH4 (rather than just being an artifact of KH3’s secret ending twist).

people might suspect him at first. he'll just make something up. if they still suspect him, he gets some people(toko and makoto) to stand up for him to make his alibi believable. gets y/n to do it too(lol)

not very good at comfort. good at buying y/n things(he’s a rich boy). will buy them clothes, jewelry, chocolate. if y/n wants a hug, he’ll be hesitant, but will give in eventually(it’s not that he doesn’t want to, intimacy is strange to him). uses his free hand to cover the blush on his face ‘cause he’s flustered

“sigh… ok, calm down already. listen. they’re the foolish one, not you. they were dumb enough to think they could hurt you without a punishment. understand? good.”

mad. no. more than mad. he’s furious

hits that person in the face, making their nose bleed(in front of everybody). doesn’t want to kill them at that moment, would rather keep that impulse on hold(as much as he can) until he gets the person to a secluded area. kills them instantly, not(necessarily) the sadistic type to want to take long to see the person’s pain

knows at least enough on how to hide the murder. tries his best to play it cool to avoid any suspicion. if he’s confronted by others, he can get nervous, which can cause him to say some things he shouldn’t say. but his bro(taka) will defend him at all costs, not having a single clue of what he did

gives y/n a hug, brings them to places on his motorcycle, letting them wear his jacket. probably lets them sleep on top of him(he’ll be blushing like mad)

“it’s okay, y/n. fuck them. they’re just a fuckin’ asshole. making you feel that way and all. it ain’t your fault. they’re gonna regret ever doing that! they will.”

more of the type to scold the person if they did something else but this… this crosses the line for him. hurting y/n and not getting in trouble? not on his watch. kills the person even if it goes against what he stands for. someone hurts y/n, they get the worst coming to them

almost nobody would suspect him. he just seems like the type who wouldn’t kill. he just keeps on his day to day life doing his job(and his other job, which is taking care of y/n)

doesn’t let anyone near y/n(except mondo and chihiro), studies with y/n and teaches them about important topics to keep their mind off the pain, brings them food and water, doesn’t let them go anywhere without him. he just wants y/n to be safe and happy

asks hajime to watch over y/n while he’s away, doing what he must do. he considers the person hopeless since they ended up dying at the ultimate hope’s hands. they’re just a talentess scum to him. he has always saw himself as trash, but that person is much more trash to him than he ever thought of himself to be

people have always seen him as quite a strange young man. suspicious, but maybe not enough to suspect him of murder. he’s just… strange to them. he can keep rambling on about how he loves hope and nobody would see anything different(not realizing the hope he talks about is his beloved y/n)

gives y/n anything they want(as long as he can do it). y/n wants a hug? has his arms open. y/n wants a kiss? he puckers up. y/n wants him to sleep with them? already laying on the bed. his darling is his only hope. he needs to protect them

people are afraid to interrogate him and his ‘tool’. they know it’ll get nasty if they try to fight against the ultimate yakuza and the ultimate swordswoman. they know he won’t hesitate to plan a murder or ambush against them

buys y/n sweets, holds y/n’s hand, doesn’t let them leave to go anywhere. if they want something, they can just ask him. he doesn’t want them to get hurt again

walks up to that person and hits them with his fist. hits them even more. ends up with the person bleeding and having a broken bone. they might end up dying. if they don’t, he’ll use something else to end them. he doesn’t want them around y/n anymore for what they did

nobody considers him to be suspicious. just an eccentric, hyperactive, space loving guy who has a big heart. but his classmates don’t even realize his big heart is only for y/n. he would do anything for them. anything. as the luminary of the stars, it’s his duty to protect his darling

cuddles with y/n, gives them forehead kisses, brings y/n outside to watch the night sky as he teaches them about constellations

“damn y/n, i just can’t believe they would do that! and to my shining star! but don’t worry! from now on, i won’t let it happen again. i promise! nobody should ever hurt you… nobody.”

oh he’s really mad. but he won’t show it, he’ll play it off like it’s nothing

very sneaky when it comes to killing the person. he may make somebody else do it for him if he feels that would be the best course of action. but he might want to do it himself. he wants to see the pain in that person’s eyes as he tortures them

people will suspect him. after all, he’s known for lying. but he knows what to say, how to play with people’s minds, how to make them believe him. he can also blame it on somebody else and make it seem like it was them, not him. there may be people who still suspect him but are kind of afraid to accuse him. they don’t know what else he’s capable of other than lying

tries to make y/n laugh, brings them their favorite snacks, trash talks the person, lets them hug him if they need it(but also because he wants to be held by y/n)

“hey, cheer up! they’re soooo stupid to think they could get away with making you feel upset. they must be the dumbest person on the planet to even think of doing that. they must be…since they died so easily.”

this single piece of dialogue spurred my autism so here are Org. 13 poker league headcanons.

(note this is after the castle oblivion group leaves for C.O., so im interpreting this as meaning half of the ppl in C.O. are half if the poker league)

members of the league:

luxord: runs the league

xigbar: there for shits and giggles, and to rile up some of the more prone to anger members

xaldin: tries really hard to win. has that kind of anger that builds up to the point where it feels like hes suddenly pissed so far off out of nowhere but its just been slowly rising the whole time

vexen: here to prove his intelligence. he sucks at poker. he usually rage-quits and leaves mid-game. the rest of the league prepares for this by making a different bracket ready for his inevitable hissy fit, without his knowledge

lexaeus: wins semi-occasionally, but mostly here for fun. hes incredibly calm as a result of his superior control of his anger, and doesnt get too invested. best pokerface of the league

larxene: wins very rarely, but always has the most biting trash talk and acts like shes the best at poker ever. gets sooo mad but it comes in waves and she never stews on things for long. definitely the loudest though. she also actively cheats almost every game

xion: VERY occasionally in the league. she stumbled upon the leagues secret game room during a game on accident, and xigbar thought it would be funny if she joined. she has zero idea how to play, but even so, once in a blue moon she wins by sheer luck, and despite everyones temperments, no one can help but be so taken aback and estatic at this statistical wonder every time. also i lied, SHE has the best pokerface (sorry lexaeus)

I can’t tell what instrument Larxene has. I thought it was castanets and someone else suggested egg shakers but both are not traditional orchestra instruments so it’s really just weird

neat that both Xaldin and Lexaeus are playing the BIG percussion instruments, and both Axel and Saix are playing woodwinds (harp is a stringed instrument too so i make no comment on the strings)

There’s no [x]ylophone pun unfortunately because those huge tubes indicate that’s actually a marimba both Xion and Roxas are playing. There is however a pun in the fact that it’s a KEYboard instrument. also they’re just adorable

actually I just remembered that instrument names aren’t common knowledge, here they are:

Xemnas is the conductor/orchestra director; Xigbar on saxophone, Luxord on trumpet, and Marluxia on trombone (that’s our brass); Axel on flute and Saix on.... it’s hard to see but I think that’s an oboe (woodwinds); Xaldin on timpani, Lexaeus on bass drum, Larxene on... something??, and Roxas & Xion on marimba (percussion); and then Vexen on harp, Zexion on violin, and Demyx on double bass (strings)

Marluxia why are you holding a flower I know you have an aesthetic but you need both hands to play a trombone

There are 3 main instrument sections (kinda) that are the “obnoxious know-it-all” instruments, stereotyped as generally having a superiority complex over the other sections because they’re soooo important look at meeee carrying the melody: the trumpet for band, the 1st violin for orchestra, and the soprano for voice (and the secret 4th, the flute for woodwinds). With that said, of course Zexion would play violin

And following both that and his Mystery Gear in 358/2 Days, it would have made more sense thematically for Xigbar to be playing the trumpet. however the saxophone is the funny meme instrument so it still works

There is NO WAY Demyx is a double bass player. It’s the only instrument besides percussion that you have to stand up for (though some orchestras do have the bassists sit on stools), and it’s much more work to actually PLAY than the other string instruments, by virtue of being much bigger. they tend to play less than most other stringed instruments, sure, but if you want to be sitting around not doing much you’re best off picking a different instrument entirely, especially since string sections tend to require more unanimity in playing than the brass/woodwinds/percussion since there’s more people playing each part

harps are rare to include in compositions. they’re very nice and melodious though. idk what this says about Vexen

generally there’s not enough percussion players to cover every single instrument which means that Larxene is definitely running around to cover all the small parts (whatever she’s holding, it’s definitely percussion)... actually with Xaldin Lexaeus Roxas and Xion in percussion as well she might not have to but she is the speedy one so

I hope what Saix is holding is an oboe and not a clarinet because if it’s an oboe we get some more symbolism, as well as some very nice... dynamic between his instrument and Zexion’s :)

you see, the oboe is the instrument that tunes the entire rest of the orchestra. whatever the oboe’s A sounds like will be the A the ensemble matches. one could say it’s the most important instrument

HOWEVER, the first chair of 1st violin is nominally the most important instrument- that’s the “concertmaster”, and they get to walk on-stage after everyone else (but before the conductor, obviously). they’re also important for real- based on the repertoire they’re basically guaranteed to have at least one solo. they sit at the very front, right next to the conductor. in my orchestra the concertmaster has a little biography in the program along with the conductor’s

there’s actually multiple rounds of tuning- the first couple it’s the oboe doing their thing and the other non-string instruments matching, and then the last round the concermaster matches the oboe, and then the string instruments match the concertmaster.

and that’s all so very interesting, isn’t it

and finally

Xemnas is 100% a garbage conductor. To the audience he looks very cool, doing all his sweeping motions, but it’s impossible to follow as an orchestra member, so you’re really on your own because the conductor is not conducting properly and not giving helpful cues

when sora first woke up in quadratum he's dizzy and confused, can hardly walk, and then strelitzia finds him as soon as he starts to lose consciousness and takes him home.

she takes care of him, lays him down on her soft couch and tries to get him as comfortable as possible. as she does this sora starts to somewhat wake up, but when he realizes his necklace is missing he starts panicking: his eyes grow wide, they were already wet with how exhausted he was and he can't exactly speak but he desperately tries to find it.

the ex-dandelion panics as well but quickly realizes why the boy was this distressed when he finally spots the crown pendant on a small table near the couch and pathetically reaches for it. strelitzia gives it back to him with no hesitation and sighs when he finally calms down, fainting again.

she doesn't bring it up later on, when sora's "better". after all, getting used to the city while also having his mind fogged up is really taking a toll on him.

when she does talk about it though, they're on sora's balcony. it's night and the stars aren't exactly visible but it's nice nonetheless.

"do you remember when you woke up here?"

sora blinks at her, surprised yet not annoyed by having their peaceful quiet interrupted.

"vaguely. i just remember the migraine i got – thanks again for looking after me, by the way."

the redhead shakes her head, then she continues, "no, it's okay, i wasn't bringing it up for that i just..."

she could sense sora was special, that he was there for a reason. another keyblade wielder suddenly spawning in her neighbourhood? that had to mean something, so she was going to try her best to help him remember.

"when i took you in," she continues, "i put you on the couch and i took off your jacket and shoes and also... your necklace."

she points at it, her gaze softening when the moonlight reflects its light on the silver crown. sora automatically follows her finger and looks at it too. he suddenly feels warm. safe. protected.

"you were so shaken when you realized it wasn't with you even for a moment. can you remember why is that?"

she's met with silence and wide eyes.

"what does this necklace mean to you, sora?"

and only for a moment, a comet can be seen away from them, travelling fast in the deep night sky then disappearing. they both quickly turn their heads to look at it.

strelitzia is so mesmerised by it that she almost forgets her question, but is reminded of it when she sees sora crying from the corner of her eyes.

"i don't know," he croaks, "i don't remember and it's making me go mad. i just – i just know that without it i–"

he reaches for it once again, with trembling hands, gulping as the cold metal meets his warm skin.

"i just don't feel safe without it," he simply states.

silence falls between them again, until strelitzia takes sora's free hand in hers.

"sounds like a very powerful lucky charm," she tries. luckily, sora laughs weakly.

"you could say that."

Sora was a big fan of the tummy window. He tells Riku all the time he needs to bring it back.

Sora’s also a fan of the fitted t’shirt too. Rikus got a pretty trim waist that’s really good for hugging him round the middle. Sora absolutely takes advantage of it.

Riku may act smarter than Sora but he’s done his fair share of dumb shit in his time. Namely blurting out “marry me” after eating Soras soufflé pancakes for the first time.

Sora is a morning person. Riku is decidedly not. Que grumpy riku shuffling in to the kitchen to go cling to his sunshine personified boyfriend who’s happy to carry the dead weight of someone who is a good eight inches taller than him.

Riku has a habit of picking Sora up when they hug. Inevitably, sora ends up with his legs wrapped around Riku’s waist while riku squeezes the life out of him.

Their actually pretty good with balancing their romantic relationship with their professional one. Aside from the odd peck when saying hello and goodbye they are pretty ace at keeping things professional on missions.

Sora knows when Riku is upset or stressed because he buys his hands over his face.

Riku knows when Sora’s upset or stressed because he tries to flap the tension out through his hands.

They generally share a bed most nights. It’s only really when their on mission that they don’t. Sora takes the left by the window. He sleeps on his back but has been known to roll over onto Riku in the night. Riku sleeps on his stomach with his arms hugging the pillow. He’s not one for moving in his sleep.

They did try sleeping cuddled up for a while but both of them got uncomfortable quick. The fact that Sora ends up draped over Rikus shoulders anyway is enough to stop them from feeling like they should be more “couply.

Riku likes to scratch at Sora’s scalp, mostly because he likes the way it makes Sora melt.

Sora likes to massage Rikus shoulders when he sits behind him on the couch. Riku melts just as much.
