CANNOLI

友人とサンパウロにあるイタリア人街でランチをした時の話。

セットのデ���ートを選ぶ際、初めて「CANNOLI」に出逢いました。

、、、なんぞや？と思い調べることに。

「カンノーロ」というイタリアのお菓子らしい。

「カンノリ」でもいいみたい。

発祥地は地中海最大の島、イタリアのシチリア島。

シチリアで最も有名なお菓子の一つで、イタリア系アメリカ人に人気のデザートみたい。

画像を見てみると、筒状のビスケットの中にクリームが入っている感じ。

巨大ルーベラもしくはヨックモックにクリーム的な。

メニューを見てみると、、、

リコッタ、シチリアレモンが入ってるっぽい。

普通に美味しそう。

気になったので注文することに！

運ばれてきたカンノーロはこちら。

筒状のビスケットみたいなやつは硬めで中のクリームはレモンが入っているから爽やかでしつこくない。

まさかブラジルでイタリアのお菓子を知るとは思わなかった。

ちなみに前菜は「ARANCINI（リゾットのライスボール）」

メインは「GALETTO（800g未満の若鶏）」を。

1階はPadaria、2階がrestaurante。

パン好きの私はイタリア人街なら外れないだろうと踏み、1番人気のバゲットを持ち帰り。

読み通り美味:)

夜にフレンチトーストを仕込んで翌朝頂くという贅沢ブランチ。

バゲット気に入ったのでまた買います。

And yes, it is real, you can see their Instagram here. I don't think it is officially licensed, but it seems to have good reviews. By what I could see most burguers are named after YGO cards

Bolinhos de Panqueca com Gotas de Chocolate

Aqui estão os ingredientes para 96 desses bolinhos:

4 xícaras (400 g) de farinha de aveia⁣⁣

1 xícara (100 g) de farinha de tapioca ou amido de milho

4 doses (120 g) de proteína de caseína sabor baunilha (ou whey)

2 xícaras (520 g) de claras de ovo líquidas

8 colheres de sopa (120 g) de mini gotas de chocolate

4 colheres de chá (16 g) de fermento em pó

40 colheres de sopa (600 ml) de água (1/2 xícara + 2 colheres de sopa)

I've been procrastinating posting a lot of doodles I've done recently because it takes sooo much work to get them ready for posting (stuff like formatting the photos, editing them to make them visible, figuring out the tags afterwards, etc)

BUT GUESS WHO GOT MOTIVATION!

(Me, that's who, in case you're bad at guessing)

So I just realized how many things I need to post due to the procrastination

and the question is, should I post the doodles as they're ready or do I cause a doodle-lanche at a later date once EVERYTHING is ready and bother anyone that has notifications on?

Either way, this poll gives me more time to work on the doodle post prep so IT'S A WIN WIN (except for the people with notifs on if doodle-lanche is chosen - I'm sorry)
