Love when I am having a good hair day. Full swoop in effect!! I got SO tired of it. You know? The feeling of having to cook different meals to make everyone happy. I would make their food then my food. Looking up a ton of keto recipes on Pinterest. Loading it with fats and cheese. All the baking. All the crazy ingredients. Uggggggghhh. . . I was over complicating it. I did not need to do so much to keep myself successful on my diet. Now I focus on making them happy, but make sure the meal is made with a keto friendly protein. tonight i made my family chicken tacos and made myself a taco bowl. . . . I marinated the chicken with olive oil, garlic salt, paprika, red pepper, lime, cilantro & then I cooked it in the @ninjakitchen foodie. I baked it in the foodie for 30 minutes, flipped them halfway through. Then I did about 5 minutes on the broil setting. . .
