Nobody is going to hold it against you, if all you've been given is misinformation and you've never known where to look for the right information.
But when multiple people with reliable sources come forward and say, "this is wrong, here are the facts, and here are where you can find resources and information on it", and you're not even willing to stop for one moment with "hold on, let me look into this real quick", then you're never going to get anywhere and you're never going to grow. Because even worse than ignorance is thinking that you are never wrong.

Sorry if my explicit calls for a domestic insurgent war in the notes stress anyone out. If it helps you or my fbi agent feel better, i'll clarify i was "just joking" about beheading joe brandon on tiktok.

SHOCKED to find that people grow out of each other and find others who can support them better as their lives change.
The idea that something that was must always be is immature and lazy. People aren’t supposed to stay the same and play the same role forever and ever. It’s not bad to realize that you’re unable to support someone the way you use to or that someone isn’t supporting you the way you need them to and change your dynamics accordingly. What’s important isn’t that you keep the same relationships but that your relationships are healthy. If that means you need new boundaries then put up those boundaries. It’s sad that someone so important can’t be who they once were to you but it’s not wrong. Take time to grieve but don’t try to force something that will just end up hurting you more later.
