Okay so from what I’ve seen and read, Sara survived seeing Charlie’s sister in her true form because she’s the paragon of destiny and cause of that, she somehow absorbed some of the raw power that she was exposed to, giving her the ability to shoot pure energy from her eyes like Scott in Xmen which is why she has her eyes covered in most of the promo pics for future episodes

I was already crying at the beginning of the Legends episode when Jack Gillett showed up again playing another punk in the 70s/80s who ended up dead. turns out I haven't dealt with Lex's death on Deadly Class as well as I thought I did...
