Okay, so when Jason says, "You never did this to Dick!" Bruce SHOULD have said, "But maybe I should have. Maybe I should have made him take a break after some of the things we went through, because he was even younger than you are and this city takes its toll." Because as we've seen, Dick doesn't have it all together! We should all be lining up outside Leslie Thompinks' office, paying for her nice little villa just outside Gotham. Bruce keeps saying he's learning from his mistakes, but he never told Jason what any of those mistakes were. So Jason assumed they were him and that Dickie boy, as per usual, is Golden Child. When in reality, Dick has managed to cobble together some semblance of a life despite Bruce's shortcomings as a father. Despite all the trauma he endured. That doesn't make him better than Jason, it just means he's in a unique position to help Jason, something I don't think is ever far from his mind.

(BTW, none of this is to say that Bruce didn't have reasons to act the way he does or that I don't understand them. That just doesn't erase the effects he has on the people around him, namely his children.)

(TL;DR, Bruce is sometimes a subpar father, so his sons should stick together.)
