"This is life"
Tags: Male tfs, dumbification, IQ loss, fart kink, burp kink.
"Now this Is life" i said to myself while entering to my apartament. Since i gave that potion to my big brother, im living like a man should.
See, my big brother was always too polite, to strict, like an adult, i Guess he took the dad role since my dad leave us, so even when were just us two, it was like living with an stric dad.
"Dont leave the dirty clothes in the floor" "Dont Belch at the table!" "No marihuana!" "Clean the toilet seat, u gross!"
I was so sick of It. So i check and check in the weirdest places of the internet until i found a site that said that rigthfully could change peoples personality. It looked like a scam... But was worth trying. Just 3 days after a package arrived.
"Only put this oil in a drink, put some scent of the person you wanna 'the turned' be like, and then make sure 'the turned' drink It" - said the handmade intructions.
I put some soda in a glass, the oil and... Why not? I take my undies off and dip it in the drink for half of minute, then just left the wet undies in a corner of the room.
I gave it to my brother saying it was an 'Peace offer', he was surprised, and took it with an smile. First sip. All ok. Second sip. Confused face. Third sip...
- It tastes a little bit fu-UUUUURRRP - his talking turned into a big, deep, belch, he got Blushed - oh, excuse m-EEEEERRP AURRRP- You little fuck! What did You put in my drink!?
- Just something... To relax you
He tried to get up from the couch but when he bend, a Big, rumbly and smelly fart came out from his ass, he was looking shock.
- Good one bro! -told Him.
- Haha i know - he said, then he realiced - wait, what? No! That was gro-UUUUUAAARRRRRRRP - He Belched again- that was a combo! - he laughed
- Exactly! Why don't you finish your drink? Full that Tank of combos, big bro
He looked confused for a moment, like trying to remenber something, but at the end he shrugged and drank the rest of his drink, sealing his new personality.
- The first one is coming lil bro - he said with a lower tone, then he Open his mouth and...- UUUUUUUUUARRRRRRP -lifted his leg and- PFFFFFFRRTRTTTTTFFFRT
We both laugh together, which wasnt usual. Since that day things changed, no more scolding, no more laundry or cleaning, deliveries instead of cooking, gym and no showers, weed and beers everytime we want, burping and farting on the table or any other place, even each other faces. I never tough we could get a long this good... And i Guess we couldnt, my new brother is basically a copy of me, thats why we finally get along but... Who cares?
"Now this Is life" i said to myself while entering with wings for lunch to our messy, smelly apartament, the familiar stench says hi to me and i breath it happily.
- Finally broski, i was hungry so had to eat pizza while waiting - he said
- Still have room for the wings?
He lied on his chair, lifted a leg and rip a a lot of farts out, the stench quickly take over the room, and i just laugh while fan away the stench with my hands.
- Now i do - he said with a smile
Man, this is life.

HOW TO GET BACK AT MIDDLE-SCHOOLERS.
₍ sum.₎ after experiencing some bullying from middle schoolers, and getting swindled out of the last bit of his money, he instills your help, his best friend, to get back his money as well as honour. but you soon find out that he was not telling the entire truth... would you still find him despite finding his dirty little secret? yeonjun x fem!reader. ft! cashier!soobin. warning!!! some cussing, mean kids, weird adults, age shaming. :( WC! 3.9k+.
“how the fuck do you get scammed by middle schoolers?” you spat the words with the contempt to bruise whatever ego yeonjun had left—if any—after getting deceived by a bunch of school going kids and instead of taking action by himself to sleep better at night with the assurance that he wasn't such a major pushover, he had come crying to you; begging you to avenge him whilst you were busy trying to prepare to crack the examination of your recent job interview.
“aren't they like 12?!”
“15!” yeonjun, suddenly growing a backbone corrected the little error in your data, “they are in their third year!”
“you look like you are in your third reincarnation!” she shot back, “the bags under your eyes could hold up to 15 kgs of your own bullshit so just own up to your carelessness”.
yeonjun opened his mouth to defend himself, controlling the urge to take out his phone to check out the state of the durable eye bags he was carrying under his eyes,”i thought this concealer was ultra coverage with skin like finish,” yeonjun murmured to himself.
yeonjun and you were huddled together under a shrub in the afternoon–when you should be cramming down job questionnaires–waiting for the group of kids who had mercilessly robbed your friend of his last 50 dollars of the week and seek the revenge; the barely legal sort, kissing the lethal of edge of ‘if it ever got out–neither of you would be able to show face in the community for a while. not glossing over the fact that you two were hiding into the shadow like a pair of perverts waiting to spring forth and scar the futures of the nation irrevocably. “quit yapping to yourself’ you snarled, quickly snapping your neck to check up on yeonjun, “ so what's the plan”
you both were blinking at each other for a good few seconds before it all registered in his head and he managed to face without lifting his butt even once. despite his pitiful morality to be fooled at the drop of a hat, if there was one thing he didn’t disappoint in–it was his core strength. you sometimes wish the same could have been said for his mental strength. all it took for you was to let out a sigh for him to remember the plan that he had crafted all weekend long.
“we confront them,’ he began before the expression in his face to display the crucial detail which he was failing to recall had finally graced the lacking department of his memory, “you confront them.”
you could have seen this coming from a mile away and that is exactly why you had arrived at the rendezvous for the reprisal against the middle schoolers that had wronged yeonjun.
“deal with your own shit.”
it took yeonjun less than a second to almost throw himself at your feet to stop you from abandoning him. you hadn’t even gotten to fully straighten your back before he came to his senses and decided to follow your version of the plan; the rational kind.
“we throw water at them and then we run.”
“thats your rational plan?” yeonjun retaliated, the glimmer of hope swimming in his head drowning as soon as the rational plan you had come up with was verbalized.
“i thought of it all day yesterday after you told me.”
bare-faced lies; you didn’t spare a single thought on his matter, and you were not even guilty about it. rather than keeping the promise you had been thrown into haphazardly. yeonjun, in fact, had to wake you up from a nap to come out with him to execute the little mission to reclaim his honor back.
“no we can't do that,” yeonjun spoke solemnly. the wrinkle of consequences settling deep within his non-existent pores as he averted his gaze rather shamefully. his footsteps taking like steps to aid him in facing away in his rather compact position, “my cousin is one of them.”
yeonjun added the last bit of the sentence timidly; his teeth were almost chattering out of fear.
amidst all these elaborate ruse to gain one's honor back, yeonjun had forgotten to relay one tiny crucial piece of information to you; it was his cousin and his annoying friend group who had swindled the money out of him, and the only reason he wants revenge, or something like that, was to gain back the authority one must possess as one of the eldest sons in the family: a position that he accidentally let stumble, also the money.
“why can't we do that?” you repeated your question, the annoyance slipping back through the crevice of the words letting yeonjun know of your irritation and the lack of willingness to be there any longer.
yeonjun thanked his stars for your poor sense of hearing, and his soft vocals to keep the secret remain as one, because god forbid you catch the whiff of it—yeonjun would not contemplate much to figure out the amount of money you'd extort out of him for wasting your time over a topic that could be solved in a family function. even if he does not gain back the respect he deserves, he can not let you figure out the truth if he wishes to carry on his life without a nose revision job.
“jail!” yeonjun blurted out, “we might end up in jail for harassing minors.”
“wait yeah,” you concurred, the repercussions of having hands on punishment over quite literally children finally dawning into your foggy alley of judgment, “you're right.”
“so we confront them.” yeonjun revised his earlier plan, at last deciding to go with you version, he had just to make sure his cousin does not get a word in and end up spilling water over the entire bit he had planned out—in the moment right now. if he had realized this in that time when he was overwhelmed with the humiliation and fear leading him to vent to his best friend—you—and convince you to partake in his zany revenge on children; one of which is his actual cousin. whilst this all may seem juvenile he did want to gain back the respect over the younglings in the family so perhaps this little mission was not that of a bad idea as yeonjun might have concluded it to be as it approached closer.
“i didn't think you'd be actually smart enough to foresee the consequences,” you ended up complimenting yeonjun, despite not wanting to. you hadn't always gotten a sense of caution and logic from him but at times when he did excel your set expectations of him you couldn't help but praise the man.
whilst the two of you were busy commemorating the acute common sense yeonjun possessed and decided to marvel at time of need, there was a sudden disruption into the bush you two were inhabiting. it was a football and a toddler; followed by a teenager who had come to collect both the ball and the toddler and had been very verbally freaked out to see two adults crouching down whilst having a heart to heart conversation. the look of shock and mild disgust etched on the face of the teenager had you springing up to your feet and trying to come up with a good enough reason that would not result in both of you spending a night in the jail cell.
“it's not what it looks like!”
“su-” the boy dragged his words, with his eyes glued to you as he snatched the balls and the toddler, making sure you didn't get any time to surprise attack them. without providing any time to put forth any semblance of appeal from your side the boy has scurried away, leaving you to be the epitome of “stranger danger” as well as the weird person to steer clear away from.
“this is all because of you!” the rage taking over you upon the realization that you had just ruined your perception on some random people that you will never meet again and manifesting in the kick that you had bestowed upon yeonjun's knees causing him to tumble on the side like a singular pin in the bowling alley.
“how is it because of me?” yeonjun hissed in pain, his hands quickly reaching out to grab the knee you had slightly grazed over—the real reason why he had fell over was of course his poor posture and the need to incorporate dramatics in every aspect of his life but he did not need to tell you that, and you did not need to know it either—you were already aware of this peculiar aspect of his personality as a result of the long-standing friendship, “my knees! my knees!”
you rolled your eyes and stepped away; and kept stepping away until you were almost out of the bush and he alone looked like a man who had done too much day drinking.
“when the hell are they coming?” you squint your eyes in displeasure from waiting, letting the sobriety clutch your shoulders and shake you into remembering that you are two adults waiting to ambush a bunch of kids—albeit the kids stole from your friend first, so the guilt did ease itself a little.
yeonjun shook the dust off his pants, “right about now?” scanning through the myriad of teenagers bunched together getting out of after school classes looking for the familiar faces within them, “there!” yeonjun pointed his finger towards them, pinpointing the lil posse of delinquents. your eyes followed suit and stopped at a group of three boys and two girls at a feasible distance, seemingly heading towards the convenience store.
“It's game time,” you cracked your neck, readying yourself to not get fatally wounded by the expected brashness of those brats—skillfully ignoring the look of adoration from yeonjun that followed after the declaration of gusto. strengthening the spirits as adrenaline began to rush through your veins, providing you with enough bravery to whizz out at the kids and come out as victorious if it ended within fifteen minutes: the chances of this going very wrong after the set time was dangling somewhere around 90 to 98%. if you were going to do it, you shall do it with your all.
“welcome!” the part time behind the counter greeted you and yeonjun with a sort of monotone that itself felt like it was forced out of the larynx of the unwilling worker, but you weren't here to critique the work ethic of a barely paid man; or to reciprocate the forced etiquettes. instead you let your hawk gaze zero on the pesky group that you both had followed into the store blissfully, and noisily loitering around the ramen isle.
“and i said that peanut flavored ramen would give you gyatt issues.”
“you mean gut issue—”
“hey you peanuts!”
confronting a bunch of teenagers was no easy feat, and with the so-called victim slowly stepping back with the means of becoming one with the various packets of chips was another thing but the war had been waged. in simpler words, it would be very embarrassing to not get through to the end of it.
“you bullied my friend over here,” you moved your head vaguely to point at yeonjun’s disintegrating presence, “and stole from him didn't you all?”
“what friend are you talking about?” one of the kids spoke up, “ and who you calling bullies ahjumma?”
“ahjumma?” you patience had already started strip away, pulling your facial muscles tighter, and freezing your face into an expression would make anyone's blood run cold with one glance, the only sign of life left within your eyebrows as they twitched due to the time bomb whose reverse countdown had began since the utterance of the forsaken word.
“please, any battery assault on minors if intended must be carried outside this property!” the cashier sprung into action faster than anyone, deftfully stepping up to protect his minimum wage job but the apathy had still been seeping out of his words without a hitch, sneaking stealing a glance at the cctv overlooking the entire situation to make sure his warning had been captured into the camera to ensure his participation in making sure whatever that would transpire, he had indeed tried to stop it.
perhaps, it was soobin, the cashier who had brought yeonjun back to the reality and the really ugly scenario that was about to take place if he put himself first and ran off, bidding adieu to his self respect, the money and the friendship or he could see the anger that happened to be radiating off your body because he had appeared instantaneously from the lucrative hiding spot he had found for himself within the layers of jellies, “are you okay?” the worry was evident in his voice although anyone would be a fool to not recognize the undertone of fear layered underneath the cadence of his voice.
“hyung?!”
yeonjun stiffened up—his gig was up. it happened sooner than he had expected, honestly but the little humiliation was miles better than you getting into an actual physical altercation with the kids where one of them was the son of his aunt. he was willing to sacrifice as much—amazingly enough forgetting that he was the one to rope you into this mess in the first place.
“hyung what are you doing here?” the kid queried once again, inching closer to get a better look at yeonjun’s guilty ass that even his full coverage concealer couldn't cover up.
“i-”
“hyung?” you repeated incredulously, gazing back and forth between the accused and the accuser; the so-called victim and the perpetrator, “why is he calling you hyung?”
“that's cause he is my cousin,” the accused #4 deadpanned, “wait was it because we asked for money from you like yesterday?!”
“asked? more like you guys surrounded me and wouldn't stop peer pressing me into giving you the money, so you did bully it out of me and that's not cool. “ yeonjun sighed, confessing what he had truly felt, “ so i want you to give me the money back and never do this again, that is not how you were raised.”
“wait a fucking second!” you spoke up interrupting the life lesson from older brother to younger brother, fanning away the smoke that was coming out of your nostrils at the utter betrayal from the man you had been foolishly calling your best friend for all these years, “your cousin took the money from you not some random middle schoolers?!?”
accused #4 who had been shamefully hanging his head low—proof of the choi genes aren't as rotten as yeonjun had thought it to be because once publicly shamed and given the right lesson, they do indeed listen like real men!—sensed the upcoming tsunami, and backed away, letting his cousin take the blow which he rightfully deserved.
yeonjun opened his mouth to defend himself but decided not to dig himself a deeper hole, and nodded. his new game plan was to take the verbal beating and then speak up once the physical one begins, “but you see this was needed.”
of course he couldn't help himself but speak out the truth regardless of his decision to stick to taking it instead of sticking up for himself. it is not like he has stood up with any of his choices through and through and he wasn't going to start today as well; every plan could be revised according to the situation and yeonjun quite prides himself in his flexibility. although his regard about himself might just be a little skewed to himself according to on-lookers.
“please, any attempted murder should be carried outside!” soobin the cashier intervened once more.
“dude!” yeonjun cried out, snapping his head around to find the name tag on the cashier's chest to build a closer relationship to stop him from giving his already furious best-friend—now steaming like an overheated engine—ideas on how to handle the situation. yeonjun could very well buy a new nose but how would he buy his life out from a grim reaper?
“soobin please!” the cashier, soobin, shrugged with an utmost look of languor before going back to doing nothing behind the counter, yet appearing very unavailable to be involved in further chumminess with a bunch of unpaying and troublesome customer in the store.
accused #4, who was better at reading the room than his obtuse cousin,had been quietly gathering his friends to take a run from the painful showdown that was taking place at an excruciating pace. in spite of the skilled attempt to make a run, they were stopped when you raised your voice after you finished analyzing the situation and what to do in a stupid situation like this. murder was still somewhere in the mental notepad, although not right now. you could somehow make out why yeonjun would instill your help after getting bullied by his own cousin and friends. more than his money, he wanted the respect back and you were still willing to help the man—who betrayed your trust, ruined your evening, made you seem like a pervert in the park, got you to hear a bunch of middle schoolers refer to you as an old woman and made you appear like a homicidal freak to the cashier—because he was your best friend. not for long though.
“you heard him,” you crossed your arms against your chest, the cold stealth back in your voice to scare the kids, “cough of the money and apologize to your cousin. “
yeonjun was touched; he could cry in that moment; unaware that the tears had already started to pathetically stream down his cheeks until soobin, the cashier with whom he now built a closer relationship with once he figured out that no potential crime is going to be committed in his work place, passed him the tissue to dab away the tears.
after the initial moaning and groaning, with the kids huddled in a circle to gather cash for the rightful return. they came up with 25 dollars and a few cents, the first installment as they had called it smugly.
“hyung! you have to give me a family discount!* accused #4 pleaded to your surprise, and to much bigger surprise (not really), yeonjun gave in to the entitled demand. disgracefully accepting the measly twenty five dollars and the few cents of the whole fifty that was taken away from him with an ear to ear proud grin plastered on his face, watching the presumptuous entourage of middle schoolers.
“im so glad you decided to forgive me. “ you wanted to snap in middle and shove his little gesture into his own bottoms but you resisted; clenching your teeths, your lips were pulled into a tight line to to ensure no harsh words just magically slip past and ruin the beautiful tension you were building up before you hit him with the news after he was done yapping.
“i would forgive you if you were my best friend,” you smiled, ignoring the smile that slowly disappeared off his face, “that's why you're no longer my friend. “
“consider that twenty five dollars your parting gift.” you added. your expression still taut on your face whilst yeonjun’s facial muscles started to twitch like the tectonic plates under earth's crust as he processed the sudden break up. opening his mouth like a fish coming out of water before sinking back in with the visual representation of his beak obvious in the way he appeared, clutching the twenty five dollars and the few cents in his sweaty palm.
“what?” yeonjun finally found his voice. you nodded, reiterating what you had just expressed to him, “ but you helped me out there”
“parting gift!” you called out just as soon, your attention now used to pick out the flavor of ramen you wanted to eat since you had come to the store anyway, “and for our parting dinner, pay this off” you held up the cup that you had chosen before going back to
“can't I just just pay for this and call it even?” yeonjun pleaded, hurriedly picking up the flavor he preferred and tailed you to the microwave. the impatience reflecting in the restless in his foot as he waited for your reply like a little child, making an unfair deal.
“nope!” you replied, closing the microwave and turning to look him in the eyes as you say it, “you humiliated me.”
yeonjun appeared apologetic. he was no selfish person who would put other people in such positions and derive joy from it. he wouldn't even think of asking of such favors from other than you but you felt a rage sail within you because of the fact that he had hidden the real motive beneath the silly request he made, and you had come with it despite how juvenile it might have sounded; along with the consequences if it were to turn ugly in some way
“i know i'm sorry, but you were the only one who could have helped me,” yeonjun apologized once more,“and you see how well that went. “
“no can do, grow a backbone.”
yeonjun placed his bowl after you took yours out as you were occupying the only working one.
“please!”
“nope!”
“well… “ yeonjun was growing even more restless; the rhythm of his foot tapping against the ground relaying the disorder of the folders of his mind as he fished for a suitable reason to keep the friendship,“ you don't even have other friends.”
the gasp that followed was involuntary as you sealed the packet with the wooden chopsticks with a renewed flash of anger coursing through your veins, “I'll make new!”
yeonjun finally eased a little. the smirk was slowly beginning to appear back on his face and it was looking quite smug to be owned by a man who was to be abandoned by a friend, and was supposed to be apologetic.
“hey…” you looked at the cashier, catching his attention before reading the tag on his vest, “soobin will you be my friend? ill make this convenience store my regular”
“this is already your go-to convenience store.“
your enticing smile faltered at the embarrassing attempt to make your first friend after the fall out with the best friend five minutes ago, and worse—it happened in front of him!
“oh… you must be new then?” you narrowed your eyes to analyze his features to figure out any other time you had seen him at this store, although the face felt unfamiliar but the attitude he was giving did not seem to support the conclusion you were coming to, “you're not.”
“exactly.” soobin smiled, taunting a dimple at you before putting on his deadpan expression back on.
“your best bet is me,” yeonjun, now with his hot ramen in his hand, sat next to you in front. of the window, blocking the view of soobin with his big head which had grown a few more sizes after watching you get rejected in real time,“we are the only ones who can handle each other. say if we are 30 and have a hard time finding a spouse we settle together.”
“shut the fuck up and eat your ramen.” you sulk, blowing onto the portion that was wrapped around your chopsticks before shoving it into your mouth.
“does this mean you forgave me?” the child-like lilt was back into voice and you couldn't help but roll your eyes and leave him. hanging. the silence—save for the slurps of the noodles—giving the answer he needed to feel at ease and gleefully chomp onto his sausage.

DIE FOR YOU - chapter 8 : "party"
y/n received a text from hyunjin saying that he left, so she made her way out of her dorm too.
"y/n be safe!!" yunjin called from behind
"yea and if you go home with hyunjin tell us!" hanni called out and snickered.
y/n scoffed and whispered a little 'fuck off' under her breath. why does everyone thinks she likes him?
y/n soon arrived at the party and was about to text hyunjin until she felt a pair of big hands cover her eyes and ask, "guess who?" she pushed his hands off and said "well hello to you too hyunjin."
the two then walked inside and hyunjin was bombarded by a wave of people, asking him what was he doing here and what his plans were. he realized that he came here for you and didn't want you to be uncomfortable so he told everyone that he was just going to chill.
y/n was standing there awkwardly until hyunjin waved his hand in front of her face.
"helloooo y/nn!! you there?"
"huh uh- yeah sorry i just got zoned out." she lied. y/n did not get zoned out. what actually happened was she locked eyes with jang wonyoung, the campus IT girl. she had everyone wrapped around her finger, except y/n of course. y/n was scared that wonyoung would see her with hyunjin and start some rumors, so she quickly pulled him along.
"lets go get some drinks hyunjin" she pulled him along
"wow i didn't expect you to be that enthusiastic" he smiled
the two made it to the drink table and ended up taking one too many shots. next thing you know they're all over each other, dancing together to the rythm of the music. all was well until wonyoung walked up to the two of them and pushed y/n off him.
that sobered her up real quick. who gave that bitch permission to put her hands on her?
"wonyoung what the fuck?" y/n yelled
"sorry y/n, its just that, my hyunjinnie promised me that he would spend some time with me. and i really miss him." she sighed and gave an innocent look.
that confused y/n even more. are they dating? why didn't hyunjin tell her? why does she care so much?
"uhmmm w-what are you taaalking about....wonyoung" hyunjin was still very drunk and didn't know what was going on.
"awww baby its okay," she moved his bang out of his eyes, "me and you can go have some fun now" she smirked and started taking him to a room.
but y/n wasn't having any of that. it's one thing to interrupt them and make false claims, but now she was about to do something to hyunjin while he was drunk? yea, no way. so y/n blocked the door with her body and looked at wonyoung.
"can't you see he's drunk?" y/n asked
"okay. and?" wonyoung laughed
"if you take him into that room while he's not in his right mind, that would be considered as assault."
a few people standing by heard the commotion and all gasped. they all thought wonyoung was doing something bad. wonyoung took notice of everyones reaction and immediately pushed hyunjin away towards y/n and faced their little audience.
"n-no. guys trust me it's not what you think! i didn't know he was drunk i swear!!" she started to fake cry and ran off.
after that, everyone disappeared, going off to do their own thing.
y/n sighed to herself and looked at hyunjin, he was resting half his body on her, almost passed out.
"now what do we do with you..." she sighed and then managed to drag him outside, she then asked which was his car so she could put him inside the passenger seat.
"hyunjin. hyunjin!!!" y/n called out
"y-yeaaa" he raised his head up from her shoulder.
"which car is yours?" she grabbed his chin and turned it to the front where all the cars were.
"ohhhh you know....the really fast one."
"wowww thats so cool!!! which color though?" y/n decided to play along so he could answer her faster
"rrred." then he pointed at his car.
y/n made hyunjin stand up as much as he could and she lead them over to his car. once they got to it, y/n took a moment to appreciate it. it was a red porshce 911.
"can you give me your keys hyunjin?" y/n put her hand out.
"mmmmmm no!" he laughed
"hyunjin i really need those keys so we can put you in there and get you home" y/n was growing irritated now. he's like a baby.
"but i don't wanna go home....i wanna stay here with you." he said the last part in a whisper while pouting at her.
y/n's breath hitched. why does she have butterflies in her stomach all of a sudden? it's just the alcohol speaking, she told herself. but then again, a drunk mans words are a sober mans thoughts right? it was all so confusing for her.
"you don't mean that hyunjin. you're drunk. now please give me your keys."
hyunjin gave her his keys reluctantly and let her seat him inside. once she got inside and buckled up, she turned her head to hyunjin to ask the way to his house. but before she could ask, she saw that he fell asleep.
she chuckled to herself and pushed his head towards the window so he wouldn't have a sore neck. but now the problem was, how could she get back to his house? so she texted felix and asked for their address, explaining what happened.
they arrived in front of his house and y/n lightly tapped hyunjins shoulder to wake him up.
"hyunjinnn, we're here. wake up!" she said in a shushed tone
"mmmm not yet." he turned towards her and was about to grab her hand until she saw felix open the door.
"heyyy y/n thanks for dropping him off. i know he's hard to deal with" he started to put hyunjins arm over his own."
"ah its not problem really. anyway i should get going now. bye!" she gave him a little smile and a slight wave.
"wait! you're just going to walk? i mean...its pretty far from here and it's night time..." he stopped her
"oh its no biggie, i'll be quick and i'm sure nothing will happened. have a good night!" and with that, she was off.

Whatever Happens

tags: @transeliot @mentallyunstablebish @sarah0687 @cjand10 @warmommy if you would like to be added or removed from my writing tag just lemme know :)
Summary: idk man, fluffy stuff, tending to wounds, mini heart to heart typa vibes
Pairing: Billy/Four x Gender neutral reader
Word count: 666
Warnings: fluff, tending to wounds, cuddling american writing a brit, poor writing and editing skills etc
It was dark when you finally woke up. You lay in the quiet for a few minutes then hauled yourself off the bed and grabbed new materials for Billy's wounds. You found him laid out on his back on the couch with one nodding off in the chair. You turned on the lamp by billys head and saw the other man jerk awake as you did. You assumed he hadn't intended to fall asleep or let his guard down but you paid him no mind and continued. You knelt by billys abdomen and gently lifted his shirt above the bandaged area and carefully started removing those as well. You ignored his stare as you inspected the wounded area. You went in with some disinfectant just to be safe, which caused him to hiss, then you secured the new gauze and threw out the old. you then took a disinfectant wipe from your first aid kit to the remaining open wounds on his head. Some were healing well and some were bad enough that it was going to take more than just a few days to see progress. As you tenderly blotted then you were grateful neither of the two men had said anything and you hoped they wouldn't. You finished with the last one on his face and you noticed another near his collar bone which you gave the same treatment. As you pulled away his hand caught yours and he brought it to his lips and gave a quick kiss, you assumed in thanks. You turned, tossed the wipe in the trash and returned to your room, all the while you could feel his big beautiful puppy dog eyes on you.
You lay on your bed, back facing the door. You stared at the wall in the dark, zoned out and numb. You heard the door open and close softly behind you. You didn't move, you knew which one it was Billy lay beside you. You both stayed silent for a long while the he said quietly “im sorry. I’m-” his voice cracked “so fucking sorry, love”
You didn't respond, you just lay there willing yourself not to cry, as you knew billy was too. After you you don't even know how long, you rolled over and lay your head on his chest as you’d done so many times so very long ago and murmured “we will have to talk about it eventually you know.”
“I know”
You both remained awake and in that position for hours, silence filling the room. Eventually your mind wandered to the man in the other room. You were surprised he was keeping his mouth shut and minding his own business, you were also surprised he was still here and it begged the question, why? Why was One still here and why had he told you so much?
You sat up “BIlly?”
He hummed in response
“Why is he still here? And why did he tell me all that?”
“not entirely sure. His behavior is odd, even for him. I expected him to come for me and find me, I didn't expect the rest.”
“is he gonna kill me? Is that why he…” you trailed off
“No. I don't think thats his intention and I would never let that happen”
“then why?”
“Not sure, love. I’m as confused as you are.” he reached up and gently starts rubbing small circles on your back. It was soft and reassuring. He’s here and you're safe, but you cant help but doubt how long it would last. He left before he might again, but something deep down told you he’d never leave your side. That this was somehow different than before and he’d never do it again. You weren't sure if this feeling came from your soul, heart, head, gut, intuition, context clues or if you were just deeply delusional but here you were believing the man who’d lied, left and faked his own death when he said “whatever happens, I’ve got you”

i have my 2022 art summary queued up and just want to ramble about the last year,... lots of stuff happened, good and bad! been a strange time.
i imagine most followers around have probably been here since late 2020 but 2020-21 i did art quite a bit, but the thing that really stuck for that period was i was super involved in warrior cats RP for some time-- i love RPing and these group also got me motivated to draw too! but i feel like i kind of wasnt around in the typical way due to how consumed i was in it. i dont think i need to go into detail of every month during that time, but it wasnt until early this year where i dropped it, and i didnt really publicize in detail why due to the issues surrounding it, but it was probably the biggest impact on me this year mentally, and in terms of art direction. and i feel like itd feel good to document this in a blog after it has now blown over- and why ive shifted my direction too.
i was very happily running my own RP server for just a year before i had to close it this year and it still makes me sad, as much as i moved on. ARP was like... a very big deal for me and i cant deny that. i dont have a lot of projects i get that into or get even close to setting off with its story figured out. i wrote well over 100 pages of documents for the world and the 6 planned arcs. i drew loads of art i couldnt even share until it closed (tbh im not positive i have shared it anyways bc i didnt wanna post it here). i made a website, i made riddles and code, i developed lore that was far outside of the warrior cats scope to it basically just being original!
truly i have never developed a project as far as i made ARP and to shut it down in order to save my privacy and past trauma from being further exposed in such an inappropriate way really sucked ass. a lot. it was a situation where there was no control given to me, no sense of understanding from the community. im not writing this out now to be pointing fingers and calling out names- just venting how it took a toll on me this year. what had happened with my server was that one of my own mods decided to dig into my profiles and found an old nsfw page, which even more indirectly led to an old flist, which exposed various things i was into around 17-19, reflecting trauma and abuse id been through (in it, voiced wanting to take part in certain kinks; ex. being a victim to violence and dubious consent scenarios). this information was at first presented as a threat to minors viewing my RP page (as in "ppl can see your nsfw profile from the blog!") which wasnt true/accessible as they said it was and required many many clicks to find, and then slowly revealed to me the people exposing this were in fact two of my own mods and was promptly cut off from explaining anything else as it spread in a private mod discord in the RP community. Which was worse to me than everything else that could have happened honestly, and i only learned this second hand from a person who saw it in that discord and thought it was horrible this information was spreading like that behind my back. in some ways things were okay-- i didnt get "called out" openly as i did my best to explain how these pages were not current to those around me, and that they had dug into some deep cutting trauma and a period where i wasnt getting any help to cope properly. it still didnt stop the fact i left every other RP i was in due to connections w those exposing it, and in turn closing my own. i dont want to say im thankful i didnt get called out publicly, but the damage was bad enough in so many other ways because i couldnt continue my server at all, and in the end people's obsession with purity culture in the fandom still made them deem me "bad" because i had nsfw accounts in any capacity. thats not a space i want to be around anyways...
ill forever be thankful for those who stuck it out to the end and witnessed the documents i got to share before closing it for good. but this was a HUGE part of my life for the last years of the pandemic, and i wasnt there for warriors cats- i was there for the people i knew, and the stories i made. i still miss RP a lot, and i want to host projects like that again after moving on mentally from that ordeal.
but my 2022 art summary shows a major shift that was 100% in part to disconnecting from wcrp. humans everywhere! seriously. for a solid few months i couldnt even bare to look at anything related to ARP. i didnt want to think about how i lost this story i developed so hard for so long.
honestly didnt really start drawing properly again until the summer- my art during my HL phase was very very light and very messy. i fell into a hard depression early summer and i only crawled out when i got into mcyt- and even then i was hiding it from this blog. i think i just needed to not feel like i was "online", because August included me joining a onceler RP and again, not saying anything about it. which Weehawken was the first RP thing I had done since i closed ARP too, and it was weird. not the RP itself, it just felt weird to try that again.
and it wasnt my favorite month, i just felt so tired and exhausted- that depression was kinda lingering and drawing a lot for an RP again was something i wasnt really used to anymore.
the past three months have been.... better? or i have at least enjoyed what i am drawing more. i think im far enough removed from what happened with ARP too that it doesnt weigh on me as strongly. i wasnt blaming myself for anything but it doesnt feel good when you know you have to kill something. we talked about recovering it, i had ideas, but i just knew it wouldnt be worth trying to with so much damage caused in my own self, and the impression that whole community left on me knowing people would willingly spread such personal information without question. having trauma exposed after going to therapy and relearning how to use the internet in a way that doesnt lean on trauma dumping and whatever unhealthy bullshit? its quite a blow. i dont make personal blogs like this often because i have good methods to deal with my shit these days.
despite this messy year im doing well. its been ups and downs. overall i know im far more confident in myself, i moved out to live on my own, and im just doing my thing. whatever bull shit happened this year, call out or not, i know im still just gonna keep doing whatever it is im doing. and heres to hoping i can bring a world to life like i did with ARP again, bc i really have a lot i want to tell and show and do.

thoughts on the green knight (2021)
i knew the original green knight story from some youtube videos i watched years ago, so i had them in mind as i watched. i feel like the knowledge enhanced my enjoyment of the film, but also diminished some aspects.
i definitely enjoyed the first half of the movie more, at least up until gawain left camelot. the green knight's entrance scene is my favorite in the whole film. i have a thing for those villain entrances where they appear out of nowhere, then proceed to eat up the scene as onlookers are horrified as they demand a challenger. the green knight delivers on this perfectly! the only thing i didn't like was when he laughed maniacally as he left. i never took him as evil, and near the end, the movie doesn't portray him as that, so it confused me.
as i said, once gawain leaves camelot, things i dislike about the movie come up. i didn't expect a lot of time to be dedicated to his pre-castle journey to begin with, so having a ton of time spent on it surprised me. i expected some bandits here and there, but having them right at the start was baffling, especially after they got him immediately. though, i can accept this as the movie showing gawain probably isn't cut out for this journey. it would make sense with the ending.
the second part of his pre-castle journey, the fox, is something i find even more confusing. i assume this is just a ton of symbolism going over my head, but i just... don't understand why she's there.
the castle was the part i was excited for the most... and was pretty disappointed by :( i've seen people call the movie queer, which is hilarious to me. gawain kisses the lord more times in a 14th century christian poem than this movie. hell, the entire castle section is cut short, which i feel is a real shame. the whole point of it is to show gawain's honor as a knight, and give him some needed rest time. but there are two things i like that come with this change. the first thing is where the lady gives gawain his girdle. the line "you are no knight" adds to the idea that gawain is kind of in over his head, doing this quest for his pride rather than honor. the second thing is once he finds the green chapel, and spends a whole day (or two, i can't remember) just sitting there, thinking about what's going to happen. it adds to the weight.
and finally, the green chapel scene. it's my favorite scene in terms of aesthetics; my favorite shot is when gawain sits at the foot of the steps before the sleeping knight. i'll admit, i didn't realize the dream (?) sequence was in fact a dream sequence, and was questioning everything. i knew something wasn't right until gawain's head was cut - it was about his guilt. if he ran now, with the girdle around his waist, he would return home as a coward, and it would follow him until death. when the sequence ends, gawain takes the girdle off, and the knight says "off with your head". here, gawain proves the narrative wrong. he is brave enough for this quest, and it's end.
...but that's where my knowledge of the original story makes the ending feel "wrong" to me.
in the original story, gawain wears the girdle as the knight swings at him. but his head isn't chopped off. all he receives is a little cut on his neck, and an explanation: this all happened because the knight was in cahoots with morgan le fey to conspire against king arthur in some way. there's multiple versions as to what morgan's plan actually is, so it's understandable that the movie went with something else entirely. some explanations can be pretty confusing.
BUT THATS WHERE A MAJOR PROBLEM LIES!!
if the story doesn't mention morgan's plan, WHY IS SHE IN THE FILM? why is there a scene about her using magic to summon the green knight? just take that part out and have the green knight be his own guy! because with that scene, it's never acknowledged that she killed her own son... why?! is there something i'm not getting? please tell me there's something i'm not getting.
overall, ehhhhhhh 6/10. i would recommend it to others, but not watch for myself.

pirate sukuna part 3
Lord it was hard finishing this part there were so many ways it could have gone! Thanks to anyone thats made it this far, it truly means a lot to me :,) femme reader cause there’s a touch of smut and this is 11,666 words exactly! I’m gagging!
part one -- part two
Being brought onto Gojo’s ship was a stark contrast to how you were originally brought into this world of pirates. He held you gingerly the whole way down the mountain and as he stepped aboard the ship he made sure that there was food and water for you waiting in his quarters.
“Wait here, love.” He whispered softly in your ear as he set you down on a lounge chair, a rich blue velvet grazing your skin. As you were left alone, you looked around Gojo’s quarters. It was as ornate as Sukuna’s, with many swords and different treasures dotting the walls and bookshelves, but there was less wear on the floorboards and walls and you could tell someone took great care in cleaning the windows as well.
You weren’t left alone for long, Gojo came rushing back into the room hardly ten minutes later looking a bit frazzled with his clothes and hair a mess. He was clutching something tightly to his chest and made an immediate dash to you once he got in the room, dropping to his knees dramatically before you.
“I got it.” Was all he said before he tugged your hand towards him.
“What is it?” You had a feeling you knew what it was and the familiar weight of his ring on your finger brought a smile so big to your face it threatened to split your cheeks. Without a second thought you leapt towards him, throwing your arms around his shoulders and squeezing him tightly.
Gojo fell back onto the floor as he caught you, his embrace equally as tight on you. The two of you lay on the ground, his hand slowly rubbing up and down your back as you thanked him over and over for saving you, for getting the ring back and keeping his promise all those months ago.
“I don’t know what lies that bastard pirate told you, but I swore on my life I would get you back.” Whispering into the top of your head, Gojo could feel your tears begin to soak into his jacket and he cooed at you. “(Y/N), why are you crying?”
“B-because!” Lifting your head up, Gojo found your tear stained face to be so adorable he couldn’t help but pinch your cheek. “I-I hated being on that stupid ship! I mi-missed you so much and the ocean- I just want to go back to the ocean.” Seeing you getting a bit hysterical, Gojo hugged your face to him again, cradling your head and trying to calm you down.
“Ssshhh, it’s all over now, I promise. You won’t ever have to deal with that man again.”
“What’ll happen to him?” Your curiosity was strong, and even though you hated Sukuna for all that he’d done, a small piece of you still wanted him to be okay.
“For now he’s locked up in the deepest parts of this ship with the rats and if he doesn’t die before we get back to land then he’ll be executed.”
“Executed?” You gasped, forcing your head up.
“Yes. Is that…is that a problem?” It was Gojo’s turn to be curious now, his brows knit together slightly and his eyes narrowed. It would be Gojo’s worst nightmare if you had grown a soft spot for his mortal enemy, but even if you had he would be sure to stomp it out before too long.
“No, I just-” Forcing in a few shaking breaths, you wiped your eyes and avoided his gaze. “It seems a bit harsh, doesn’t it?”
“(Y/N).” Sitting up, Gojo sat you properly in his lap and cupped your cheeks, making you look up at him and stare right into his eyes. “It might be harsh to some, but this monster has done unspeakable things! He killed nearly his whole village in a single night and has gone on a bloody rampage ever since. I’m sure he’s told you some stories, glamorized them as well, but the true extent of what he’s done is too great to ever consider another punishment for him.”
Your mouth opened on reflex, ready to tell Gojo not to call Sukuna a monster, but you bit your tongue hard to suppress the urge. Gojo was right, there was no defending what Sukuna had done and would continue to do if he remained free. So for now you closed your mouth, nodded, and snuggled closer to Gojo.
“You’re right.” Tucking your head under his chin, you hugged him again, willing the creeping sadness to leave your chest.
“Now, how about we get you some chocolate, hm?” Eager to brighten the mood, Gojo shouted a quick few words and there was a scurry of footsteps and a well dressed man wheeled in a brass cart with fancy looking cups and even fancier looking cookies.
“What’s this?” Standing up, you looked over the dishware that had been brought to you. “Ouch!” Touching one of the larger pitchers, you recoiled and looked at Gojo in shock.
“Be careful, the tea is freshly made.”
“Why is it hot?” You’d had plenty of tea before but it had never been hot, all of it made with cool ocean water.
“That’s how humans drink it.” Pouring you a glass of dark brown liquid, he dropped a few sugar cubes in. “Now take a sip.” Holding the delicate cup to your lips, a small smile graced Gojo as he watched you intently. “How is it?”
“It’s different.” Taking the cup from him, you made a face at the liquid before you. It wasn’t bad per se, but it definitely wasn’t the cold tea you were used to. Setting the cup down, you took a cookie and nibbled at it, your ears picking up the distant yells and shouts from Gojo’s men taking control of Sukuna’s ships.
You set sail quickly, not even getting a warning before the ship's anchor was raised and lurched forward slightly, starting to sail along the water. Gojo tried to keep all his attention on you and for the most part it was, except when there would be a knock at the door that would beckon him over to speak in hushed whispers with whoever was on the other side.
“(Y/N), what would you like for dinner tonight?” Gojo asked as the sun began to set on the horizon. He had to step away for a while, long enough for you to change into the clothing he’d brought you; an elaborately decorated dress that was the same color as his eyes. You could only assume this was a dress meant for a woman that lived at the royal palace with Gojo.
“I get to choose?” Picking up the few layers in the dress, you turned away from a bookshelf containing a number of trinkets.
“Yes, of course!” Gojo laughed, surprised at your question. “Why, did you not before?”
“Well…” On Sukuna’s ship, it wasn’t that you couldn’t choose, it was more like there weren’t any options to deliberate over. It was mostly the same thing every night for you: water, meat, cheese and bread. Sometimes a sweet if you were lucky. Chuckling at your lack of answer, Gojo waltzed to your side, putting his arm around your shoulder and hugging you close to his side.
“I’ll give you a chance to think it over as we go to the dining area, okay?” Following Gojos' lead out of the room, your eyes almost immediately went upward to look at the sky. It had been ages since you saw the stars with your own eyes and not through the glass of a dirty window.
“It’s beautiful.” You gasped, keeping your head up as you walked.
“Not nearly as beautiful as you.” Giving your head a kiss, Gojo chuckled at the bashful expression that took over your face. Getting the dining area was just a brief walk across the ship and down a flight of steps. It wasn’t glamorous or anything, just a simple round table with a white tablecloth and a few candles for ambient lighting. You weren’t sure what food you were eating, but you knew it was miles better than the food that you previously lived off of.
With dinner over and a healthy meal inside you, Gojo took you for a tour of the ship, showing you where the food was kept should you get hungry in the night, the restroom and where he kept his trophies from his travels. Slowly making it back to his quarters, you couldn’t fight the yawn that came out.
“Tired?” Gojo teased, letting his hand come to rest on the small of your back as he led you inside. Nodding quietly, your eyes immediately caught the sleeping clothes that were laid out on Gojo’s massive bed.
“How do you already have all this clothing for me?” You were in awe that not only did he have several outfits for you, but they were all tailored to fit you perfectly.
“You’ve been the only thought in my head ever since we met, how could I not give you everything I have to offer?” Dragging a few partitions away from the walls, he set them up around you.
“What’re these for?” Curiously looking at the plain white screens, your brow quirked when Gojo walked to the other side of the room and set one up in front of himself.
“Privacy.” He stated, beginning to unbutton his shirt. “I don’t want to make you uncomfortable.” As his shirt began to fall open, he turned his back to you. “Take all the time you need and let me know when you’re done.”
It had been a challenge to get into the dress, and it proved equally difficult to get out of. There were ties and little jewels that caught on everything, lace you didn’t want to rip and layers sewn on that only served the purpose of being in your way. Wrestling out of the dress, you glanced over the partition to see Gojo still staring at the wall.
It put you at ease that he stuck to his morals and didn’t look at you as you changed. If it had been Sukuna in here with you, there wouldn’t even be a partition between you and he would insist on undressing you. Going back to the time he actually did dress you, the feeling of his hands along your skin and how he maneuvered your body without a second thought- it made you flustered and almost angry. Why think of him - especially that situation - when you were with Gojo now?
“All done.” Getting dressed in a huff, the silk pajamas felt nice against your skin, bringing a cooling sensation that helped ease your heated nature. Climbing into the bed as Gojo insisted on putting the partitions away himself, you forced the thoughts of Sukuna and his touch out of your head.
“I’ve dreamed of this moment.” Gojo whispered, settling in next to you and gently pulling you close to him. His body curved around yours, legs intertwining and an arm laying across you. Slowly, your hand found the nape of his neck, carding your fingers through the wild hair at the back of his head.
“It seems you’ve dreamt of a lot of things.” Murmuring into Gojo’s chest, you smile slightly as he chuckles.
“What can I say, I have an active imagination.” Squeezing you tightly, Gojo willed his heart to slow down. Simply laying with you was enough to get his more savory thoughts going, and he didn’t want to ruin the moment.
The easy rocking of the ship on the water put you to sleep quickly, along with the warm meal digesting inside you. Gojo wished you’d stayed up longer, he wanted to talk about so many things with you, but he stopped himself from keeping you awake; he’d have plenty of days and nights to tell you about all the things going through his mind.
You woke just as easily as you’d fallen asleep, your bladder begging you to relieve it. Groggily pulling yourself up, the night sky was pitch black, giving you no help in navigating Gojo’s room and finding the door. Exiting the room, it was eerily quiet on the ship, only a few crew men keeping watch and even they seemed to be half awake.
Stumbling to the restroom was a challenge in itself, but finding your way back was proving to be even worse. Corridors you thought you’d memorized became a maze and soon enough you were lost in the belly of the ship. Opening up a door you prayed would lead you back upstairs, you were met with a much different sight.
It was pitch black besides one lone candle down at the far end of the room. The light shone just bright enough that you could see there were cells lining the left side of the room. This part of the ship was clearly not meant to be viewed by anyone, it was meant for prisoners.
“Come out, come out, whoever you are.” A familiar voice sang, painfully rough and with a slight cough following. Your whole body froze, not believing what you were hearing. It was a miracle you managed to remain upright and a curse that you started moving without thinking.
“S-sukuna?” Your voice betrayed you, meek and quiet as you came upon the very last cell in the row. There wasn’t much in the cell, just a cot and a slumped over man in a dark corner.
“Why, this must be some kind of dream.” His head lifted and he flashed you a smile with bruises littering his face and obvious dried blood around his mouth. Staring at him, you couldn’t bring yourself to speak. “Don’t give me that look, (Y/N); I’ve had worse.” Staggering to his feet, Sukuna came toward you.
“Sukuna…” Looking at him, a black eye, swollen cheek and cut lip, bloody knuckles as his fingers gripped the bars of his cell - it was all too much and you had to look away. Turning your back to him, you slapped a hand over your mouth to stop yourself from crying. For a reason you refused to look into, it hurt you to see him like this.
“Hey now, don’t start crying.” Reaching through the bars, his fingers just barely grazed your back. “I’m fine, promise.” Shaking your head, you looked over your shoulder at him. He could see even by the faint light how glassy your eyes were and it made a soft smile go over his face.
“H-how can you smile?” If it was you, you’d be too distraught to even move.
“Cause I got an angel here before me, helping ease my pain.” Beckoning you closer, Sukuna’s smile got even bigger when you willingly stepped forward and allowed him to skim over your cheek with the back of his hand. “Now stop crying, will you?”
“M’not crying.” Feebly wiping your eyes, you sniffled a few times and finally calmed your breathing down enough to look over the rest of Sukuna’s body. He wasn’t wearing his captain's clothes like before, now he was dressed in dirty rags that looked as if they’d tear away at any moment. “Sukuna.” Glancing up at him, you immediately made eye contact.
“Yes?”
“Does it hurt?” What a stupid question to ask, of course it hurt. But Sukuna shook his head all the same.
“This?” He quirked a brow, gestured to his face and shrugged his shoulders. “This is nothing! I’m a tough ol’ pirate, a beating like this is child's play! Why, they didn’t even break any ribs!” Laughing to himself, Sukuna lifted his shirt as proof but it did little to bring you solace. His torso and chest were littered with bruises and if you didn’t recognize the scars he already had, you might have just fainted.
“Oh Sukuna, I’m sorry.” A burning prick at the corners of your eyes gave way to a new set of tears. It was stupid for you to apologize, you hadn’t done anything wrong - you weren’t the one to beat him up or lock him away down here. But you were the reason it all happened.
“Don’t be stupid, there’s nothing to be sorry for.” Dropping his shirt, Sukuna shook his head. He hated seeing you distressed, even if it did mean you cared enough about his safety to cry over him.
“I-I know…” Sniffling like a child, you didn’t fight him when Sukuna grabbed your hand and intertwined your fingers. Ignoring the vicious rage that bubbled inside him when he felt the ring on your finger, he brought your hand up to his lips and kissed the soft skin.
“Go back to bed, my love. Seeing you upset hurts worse than any of these bruises.” Squeezing your hand one last time, Sukuna let you go and took a step back. “Soon as we reach land, we’ll be reunited, don’t you worry.”
Giving him one last look, you whispered goodbye and scurried out of the room, closing the door as quietly as possible. It was a miracle you didn’t run into any of the crew as you made your way back and an even bigger miracle you were able to find Gojo’s room.
Entering quietly, you took a sip from the jug of water on the table to help ease your nerves before you went back to bed. The image of Sukuna’s bloody and bruised face refused to leave you, but you did as he said and tried not to worry about it.
“Where were you?” Gojo mumbled as you climbed back into bed, immediately engulfing you in his embrace.
“I got lost going to the restroom.” You whispered back, letting him pull you so you laid half on top of him with your head on his chest.
“I’ll…I’ll have to make some signs for you.” With a big yawn, Gojo settled back into sleep and you willed yourself to do the same.
It was unclear what time it was when you awoke, but you immediately noticed that you were alone. Gojos side of the bed was cold but his blankets were still pulled back as if he was going to come back at any moment. Rubbing your dry eyes, you recounted your meeting with Sukuna last night. Burrowing your head into the pillow beneath you, you could only pray that he wouldn’t get any more bruises during his time in the cell.
As the days went by, Gojo asked very little of you. He let you lay down for as long as you liked and would periodically come into the room to check in on you. He didn’t force you to come out onto the deck, although you did many times to watch the water pass. He let you have your space which was more than could be said of Sukuna, always breathing down your neck whenever he got the chance.
It was almost lonely though with how hands off Gojo was. You understood he had duties as the crown prince, but you almost wished he’d come by and ask you to sing for him like Sukuna did, or stare at you from across the room like Sukuna did, or- or- or-
“Stop it!” Slapping your cheeks angrily, you shoved away the daydreams of the monotonous days with Sukuna where you would play endless games of cards and dice. Pushing away from the book you’d been forcing yourself to read, you stormed out of Gojos room and onto the deck. Climbing the short flight of stairs upward, when you got out into the open air you were met with rain falling sideways and a strong wind pushing you side to side.
“(Y/N)! Go back inside!” Gojo was at the helm of the ship, fighting to keep the wheel steady as the crew rushed around to try and raise the sail and brace for the storm.
Shaking your head no, you walked to the side of the ship and looked overboard; dark water crashed against the side of the ship, white caps bubbling and dissipating as quickly as they formed. The sky above was nearly as dark as the night, clouds blocking out any sunlight with a distant rumble of thunder barely audible.
Throwing your arms open, you looked up to the sky and embraced the rain. It brought you back to a time before all this, when you would lay on the beaches of uninhabited islands and let storms roll right over you.
“Are you crazy?!” Yanking you back by the shoulder, Gojo ripped you out of your nostalgia.
“I’ve missed this!” You shouted back, shoving his hand off you. “I haven’t felt the rain in so long!” Feeling it on your skin, the water dripping down into every pore and thoroughly soaking you and your clothes - it was the most invigorated you’d felt in months.
“It’s not safe!” Looking around frantically, Gojo really didn’t have time for this. Why were you outside, willingly getting soaked by the rain and with the possibility of getting thrown overboard should a wave hit too hard.
And when a wave did hit hard just a few seconds later and he saw you stumble around freely, Gojo knew he had enough. Wrapping an arm around your middle and effectively trapping your arms, he dragged you back to safety, the safety of his bedroom doorway.
“What are you doing?!” Kicking and screaming as he pulled you away, as soon as Gojo released you there was no stopping your hand from giving his chest a hard push.
“What was that for?!” He was shocked at your reaction, he was just trying to keep you safe.
“I just wanted to feel the rain! Do you know how long I was cooped up in a glass case?!” It was like he didn’t understand what you’d gone through; there were so many little things you missed that you’d be a fool to forgo an opportunity like this.
“You can do that later when the ship isn’t at threat of tipping over!” Slamming his hand on the wooden door, it swung open as the ship rocked. “See?! It’s not safe out here!” Grabbing your upper arm, he tried to push you into the room.
“Let go of me!” A short scuffle ensued, Gojo desperately trying to get you back inside and you desperately trying to stay outside. As the tension rose between you, you could no longer control yourself and raised your hand back, slapping Gojo in the cheek and stumbling back from him. Letting out a short, angry scream, you stormed away from him and down to the lower deck of the ship.
Without even thinking, your feet carried you to Sukuna. As the ship rocked violently, so did you, bumping into the walls as you stormed through corridors and tripped over rolling bottles. The door to the cells was the only thing secure and not flying around and you yanked it open with all your might.
“Quite a scene, isn’t it?” Sukuna asked as you came into his field of vision, flicking his chin upward. “The sea seems pretty angry tonight.”
“That makes two of us.” Not caring in the slightest that you were soaked from head to toe, you descended onto the ground in a huff. Sukuna watched with a quirked brow as you spread out the wet skirt of your dress and wiped the rain off that was dripping into your eye. Your hand was still stinging from slapping Gojo and while guilt was starting to take shape inside you, anger was the one taking up most of your being.
“Something happened?” Sliding off his cot, Sukuna came to sit right across from you. Taking in your disheveled form and the way you wrung your hands, he just knew something with Gojo must have happened.
“We…I…” Going over what just transpired in your mind, you shook your head. “It’s nothing.”
“Oh c’mon, don’t lie to me!” Throwing his hands in the air, Sukuna set you with a stern look. “Tell me what that bastard did.”
“How do you-”
“I didn’t, you just confirmed it.” Smirking at you, Sukuna chuckled when you rolled your eyes.
“Honestly, it’s nothing. I went out in the rain and he got upset, said it wasn’t safe.” As you thought about his words, they made your face go sour. “But he doesn’t get it! I’ve been trapped for so long, kept away from the ocean and my home that I’m afraid I no longer remember where it is. I just wanted to feel the rain on my face, I wanted…” Huffing, you stare at the ceiling. “I wanted to be happy.”
Sukuna let your words hang in the air; deep down, he knows he’s the one that robbed you of your whole life no matter how hard he tries to deny it. He’s the reason the two of you are here today, both far from the lives you want to live. It hurts him to know that something as simple as feeling the rain on your skin is enough to make you break down.
“(Y/N)…” Sukuna begins to say your name softly, but you interrupt him.
“I do feel a bit sorry though.” Sniffling and lightly wiping your eyes, you calm yourself down enough to look at Sukuna with a grin that’s fighting to come out. “I hit Gojo in the face pretty hard.” He can’t stop the loud bark of a laugh that rips through him at this revelation and Sukuna falls to the side at the proud look on your face as you raise your palm.
“That’s my girl!” He slaps the ground, chuckles still escaping him. “Boy, I would have paid to see a sight like that!” Sukuna quickly decides to save what he was going to say for another day, now wasn’t the time for a moping apology.
You laugh a little as well, finally beginning to fully calm down from the fight. Eventually you’ll have to face Gojo and talk about what happened but for now you soak in the moment with Sukuna. As the minutes ticked by, he got you to open up about how your days with Gojo went. What the two of you got up to, what you ate and talked about - he wanted to know everything.
“Has he done anything to you?” Was Sukunas final question and you could tell exactly what he meant by the way he looked you up and down.
“No.” A blush overtook your face, creating an embarrassing heat that made you look away.
“(Y/N).” He pressed, gripping the cell bars and leaning forward. “Tell me the truth.”
“That is!” Slapping your hands over your face, you squirmed around childishly. “He’s only ever kissed me on the head or the cheek!” Gojo was sporadic in his physical affection, not wanting to overwhelm you with how much he wanted to be with you. Just like Sukuna, Gojo was often plagued with perverted thoughts surrounding you; but unlike Sukuna, Gojo knew how to control himself.
“He must be sick in the head.” Disgusted, Sukuna shook his head.
“What do you mean?”
“You’re telling me the two of you sleep in the same bed every night and he hasn’t tried anything?! Why, if it was me I’d definitely make sure to-”
“Stop it!” Your whole body erupts in a hot flush.
“Aw, is someone shy?” Teasing you, Sukuna leaned back and spread his legs out before him. “If he fucks you let me know, I’ll show you how a real man does it.”
“Sukuna!” Falling over from his choice of words, just the mere thought of being with either of them in that way has you beginning to sweat. Sex as a mermaid, you understood how that went. But sex as a human? That was a whole new territory that you weren’t sure you were ready to venture into.
Chatting a bit more, the rough waves died down and the clouds began to part, and as you looked out the one tiny window in the room you could see that the storm was fading and the ship was left floating in the dark ocean.
“I should get going.” Begrudgingly getting up, you straightened out your clothes as best you could.
“Don’t want him to find you here.” Sukuna continued your sentence, mimicking your movements and standing up as well. The two of you stood quietly for a moment, just looking at each other and soaking in the silence that had given way once the storm passed.
“I’ll see you later.” You mumbled quietly, dreading the conversation you were going to have with Gojo.
“Goodbye, my love.” Sukuna replied, watching you walk away and yearning to follow you. Dragging your feet away and up to where you knew Gojo was, it didn’t take long for you to face him.
“Where have you been?” He was waiting at the door for you, a complete mess of hair and rumpled clothes.
“Nowhere.” Whatever peace you’d tried to make with him in your head was instantly gone when you saw the perturbed look he gave you.
Pushing past him and into the room, you ignored his scoff and the loud slam of the door as he entered behind you. Picking out some clothes to sleep in, you loudly dragged a partition to the middle of the room.
“(Y/N).” Gojo said your name like a disappointed parent, staring you down as you stepped behind the partition. You didn’t answer him, just raised a brow and waited.
The stare down didn’t last for too long, as miffed as he was at you, Gojo was more worried about your change in attitude. Walking up to the partition, he reached across and lightly stroked your head. He was happy you allowed the contact, even though it was brief and you brushed him off seconds later.
“I just wanted to be in the rain.”
“I know but-” Gojo sighed, cutting himself off, “it’s not safe, you’ve got to understand that. What if you had fallen overboard?”
“I’m a mermaid.” Even if you physically weren’t one right now, you still had all the knowledge of the ocean; there was no possible way you would have perished. “Or did you forget?”
“No!” His face flushed red at the accusation. “But I can’t stand the thought of possibly losing you again! And to something that could have been prevented!” Running a hand through his hair, Gojo sighed and backed away from the partition.
The silence between you now was heavy in a different way. It wasn’t tainted with petty anger, there was a vulnerability there that scared both of you to touch. Wringing the clothes in your hand for a moment, you dropped them and rounded the partition, coming to stand in front of Gojo.
“I’ve been trapped for so long, I forgot what even the sun felt like.” Putting a hand on his chest, you smoothed out his shirt. “The rain, the wind, thunder and even snow- for months I sat in a glass cage wishing to experience it all again.” Allowing Gojo to grasp both your hands and bring them to his lips, you looked up at him. “I guess I was so feverish to feel the rain again that I didn’t even think about the possible dangers.”
“It’s not your fault.” Mumbling against your skin, Gojo fixed you with a half lidded gaze. “Anyone would have done it.” He didn’t want to hear you apologize; he didn’t want you to feel bad about just wanting to feel alive again.
“You won’t lose me again, I promise.” Untangling your hands, you wound them around Gojos shoulders and pulled him into a hug. He squeezed you much tighter than expected, making you squirm and stumble.
“May I…?” He asked softly, drawing back just enough for your noses to brush. It didn’t take a genius to figure out what he wanted and you nodded almost immediately.
The kiss you shared was gentle, tentative, both of you getting used to the experience. Gojo didn’t want to overwhelm you, but the longer he kissed you the less control he had. Sliding his hands around your waist, he prodded your lips with his tongue and you obliged, face heating up as the kiss got more intense. Breaking for air, Gojo trailed his lips across your jaw and behind your ear, beginning to lightly bite down on your neck. A quiet whimper left your throat and the sound drove Gojo insane.
“Fuck.” He muttered, eagerly kissing your lips while his hands rushed to undo the buttons of his shirt. Internally, he cursed how many layers he had to wear as a royal, it was taking far too long to get everything off.
Stuck in his undershirt, Gojo let out a loud groan and forced himself apart from you; he nearly ripped it off in his frustration. Finally able to remove his remaining layer, he was stopped by your trembling hands when he went back to kiss you.
“I- I-” you stammered, utterly taken aback at the sight before you. For someone so slim, you didn’t expect Gojo to have the muscles and definition he did.
“Is it too much?” He asked, half serious and half teasing. Your reaction boosted his self confidence to new heights.
“No, it’s just- you-” how could you explain to him that you thought he’d be much skinnier than he actually was? “It’s just…it’s been a while.” That certainly wasn’t a lie, you couldn’t remember the last time you’d been intimate with someone and being trapped on a pirate ship didn’t help.
“Don’t worry, we’ll take it slow.” Reaching around your back, he began to undo the ties and strings holding your dress together. The garment slowly started to fall off and soon both of you were just standing in front of each other in just your undergarments.
“Shall we?” Taking your hand, Gojo guided you to the bed, watching you climb on before he joined and laid overtop you.
Kissing you softly, he put a hand on your shoulder and began rubbing up and down your arm. As the kiss got more passionate, his hand slid to your chest and he groped one of your breasts. Gently massaging it in his hand, it wasn’t long until your bra came off and the heat of his palm was soaking into you. Kissing and lightly sucking on the skin of your neck, he made his way down to your breasts.
“You're so beautiful.” He said, looking directly into your eyes. Too embarrassed to say anything, you just nodded. Chuckling at your lack of response, Gojo was quick to capture one of your nipples in his mouth.
The loud moan that came from you was unexpected and it only served to embarrass you further, yet Gojo loved the sound and couldn’t wait to hear more. Switching between sucking on your nipples and massaging your breasts in his hands, Gojo had a litany of sounds coming out of you and they were making more and more blood rush through him.
Right as he went back to kissing you, tongues tangling together as he began to slide a hand into your underwear, his door flew open and one of his right hand men came barging in. Screaming at the top of your lungs, you scrambled to hide yourself from view. Gojo threw the blanket over you as he turned to face the intruder, and both of you were thankful there were only two candles lit in the room, it was too dark to make out your naked features.
“Sir! Please excuse my interruption!” Slapping a hand over his eyes, the man turned his back to the two of you. “But Sukuna has escaped!”
What a way to kill the mood.
“What?!” As aroused as he was, Gojo fought to force all his attention towards the news he just heard.
“Two officers went down to his cell and it was wide open! A few of the other ships are reporting missing prisoners as well, we believe this was a planned escape.”
There were a number of things going through Gojos mind right now: anger at himself for not killing Sukuna as soon as he saved you, finding out exactly when and how Sukuna escaped, if there was any chance this was an inside job - and at the center of it all was you. He had half a mind to brush this off, tell his men they’ll find Sukuna in the morning, right now he was busy doing something he’d dreamed every night about.
“I’ll be out in a moment.” Gojo forced the words out, groaning as he said them. Once the man left, he forced steady deep breaths out of his nose and looked down at you as he removed the blanket. “I- I have to go.” It pained him more than anything to have to say those words and it hurt even more to remove himself from you. He made sure to keep you covered with the blanket, not wanting you to get cold in his absence.
“When will you return?” You wanted to tell Gojo not to go, to let Sukuna run away and not pay him anymore mind. But you knew he had strong morals and an even stronger desire to give Sukuna the justice he deserved, so you held your tongue and watched Gojo fiddle with his growing hard on as he got dressed.
“I don’t know.” The ache that was forming between Gojo’s legs had him wanting to cry from frustration - why did Sukuna choose now of all times to escape? He couldn’t have waited until the morning? Trying to keep his anger at bay, Gojo returned to your side and gave you a chaste kiss on the lips. “I’ll try to be quick.”
Watching him walk stiffly out of the room, you could hear the footsteps of the crew as everyone fell into action and you could just make out the sound of Gojo yelling. Slowly getting up from the bed, you put your sleeping clothes on, hoping that you wouldn’t have to stay in them long. Your mind was racing with thoughts of Gojo and how it felt to be with him, the way he touched and kissed you would be embedded into your memory forever.
Settling back into the bed, you waited eagerly for Gojos return and every time you heard footsteps get close to the door it made you perk up with hopes he would come back.
Unfortunately for the both of you, Gojo was gone longer than he wanted to be. Sukuna had left quite a bit of evidence as to how he managed to escape and it needed more critical thinking than first expected. By the time Gojo returned to the bedroom, at least two hours had passed. The royal advisors accompanying him insisted on formulating a plan on how to capture Sukuna again, eating away at his time with you.
He didn’t even bother to speak when he opened the door, he knew you’d be asleep; and he was correct. It looked like you had tried to wait up for him, clutching one of his pillows as you laid atop the mess of blankets on the bed.
Blowing out the remaining candles, Gojo stripped down to his underwear as he walked to the bed. He had no energy to properly put sleeping clothes on and by the time his legs hit the bed he was ready to go to sleep in defeat.
“(Y/N), let’s go to sleep.” Whispering softly, Gojo smiled as you let out a sleepy groan and slowly moved over so he could lay down.
“D’ya still want to…” cutting yourself off with a yawn, you let Gojo take the pillow out of your arms and place it under your head, scooting you to lay under the blankets.
“We can do that later.” Gojo could shed a tear at the lost opportunity, there was nothing more he wanted to do than have his way with you. But it was too late at night, you were clearly sleepy and so was he.
“Later.” Nodding to yourself, you cuddled into Gojo as he laid down and fell asleep just as quickly as you’d awoken.
“Without a doubt.” Whispering to himself, Gojo clutched you tighter to him; he’d make sure Sukuna paid for this.
Time seemed to move too fast the next couple days, Gojo was a whirlwind on the ship doing this and that, trying to figure out how Sukuna escaped and where he was headed. You hardly saw him, having to eat nearly every meal alone or only being able to sit with him for a few minutes. When night fell, you would wait up for him as best you could but never managed to stay awake long enough to catch him and when you woke up the next day, you were alone as well.
“I miss you.” You were finally able to catch Gojo alone when he hid himself away in his study to write out a few letters and plans. He looked worse for wear with dark circles around his eyes and bloodshot irises. He was sleeping and eating less from the stress of the situation and you could see it in his slowly sinking cheeks.
“I…” Looking up briefly from his papers, he fixed you with a sorry look. Watching you close the door behind you and come up to his desk, he wanted to apologize a million times over. “I do too.” Tightening his fingers around his pen, Gojo couldn’t break himself away from his work for even a second.
Standing silently before him, you wondered what the appropriate thing to do would be; should you leave him be and find another way to occupy yourself or should you push him to give you more attention?
Walking around the desk, you ran a gentle hand over his hair and kissed the crown of his head, letting a deep breath out before you pulled away.
“Don’t go.” Wrapping his hand around your wrist, Gojo looked up at you. “Just…just stay.” Pushing himself away from his desk, he made room for you to take a seat upon his lap. Hugging you tightly, Gojo let out a deep breath of his own. “I’m so tired.”
“Then rest. Here, with me.” Tucking your head beneath his chin, you willed his other hand to let the pen fall onto the desk and lace around yours. Gojo complied with your silent wishes, drawing your body closer to his as he settled into the chair.
“(Y/N), can I ask you something?” It was a solid two minutes of silence before Gojo spoke up and you thought he’d fallen asleep.
“Yes?”
“How’d you do it? Deal with Sukuna for as long as you did?” In Gojo’s mind, he assumed the worst: starvation, sleep deprivation - he didn’t put it past Sukuna to even try and experiment on you.
“It was difficult.” Recalling the months you spent together, there were certainly many negative times that came to mind: when you stopped eating for a period and Sukuna force fed you, the time you got a horrible rash from the stagnant water and when he plucked a few scales off your body as a memento.
But as you thought about it, there were also a lot of good times you shared. He told you stories of his childhood that no one else knew, let you try out a few braids on his hair when it got too long for him, and on the rare occasion he was content with just sitting in silence with you and staring at the moon.
“He’s a fucking monster.” Gojo’s face curled in anger and disgust. “He should be-”
“Don’t call him that.” The words left your lips before you could stop yourself and the silence that followed was practically choking.
“What?” It took far too long for Gojo to speak and when he did it made you flinch. “What do you mean?” Fear ran through you and you refused to lift your head to look at him. The grip on your body had gotten tighter to an uncomfortable level but you refused to squirm even a centimeter.
“I-I-” Why did you say that? How could you explain this?
“Answer me.” Gojo pushed, forcing your head up. His entire face was stone cold and mildly perturbed. Unable to make direct eye contact, you looked down at his collared shirt.
“Suk- he doesn’t like it. Being called a monster.” Correction, he didn’t like it when you said it, but that seemed like a negligible detail at the moment.
“Do you think I care?” There was a slight twitch in Gojo’s brow, hinting at the seething anger underneath. “(Y/N), I don’t know what he said to you during your time together but that’s what he is: a monster. A horrible person that only lives to serve himself. He only cares about himself.”
That wasn’t true, you wanted to refute. He cared about you.
“Go anywhere in this world and people will tell you how awful he is. He’s killed so many, burned down countless villages, all for what?” Gojo was really hoping you weren’t so brainwashed by Sukuna that you failed to see the truth. “That man killed his own mother and-”
“No he didn’t!” Not so gently putting your hand on his chest, you stopped Gojo mid-sentence. “She was sick and no one would help her! They called her a stain on the village because she had Sukuna unmarried, so they let her die in her bed!” The story had brought you to tears when you heard it, also making Sukuna shed a tear that he tried to hide.
“What are you talking about?! How many lies has he told you?”
“That’s not a lie!” You saw the emotion on Sukuna’s face, how difficult it was to tell you that story. He may have lied about everything else but you knew that story was 100% true.
“Do you hear yourself right now?” Growing exasperated, Gojo grabbed onto your shoulder and shook you. “He’s gotten into your head too much, filled it with fucking nonsense!” Pushing his hands off of you, you stood up in a huff. With a bit more distance between you two it was easier to breathe and look at each other fully.
“Why are you defending him?” Gojo asked, a wash of hurt going over his face. The question took you aback, it surprised you as well that you were willing to go so far to defend him when there were a thousand and one reasons not to.
“I…” Dropping your head into your hands, thoughts swirled around in your mind. The feelings you’d forced yourself to push down came rising back up and it almost made you stumble. As much as you had hated Sukuna in the beginning, things had now changed and you were starting to realize it.
“I think I’m going to be sick.” The more you realized you had fallen for Sukuna, the less air you breathed and the more your world started to come apart. Gojo stumbled to catch you before you fully hit the ground, his chair making a loud clatter that your ringing ears barely heard.
“It’s okay, it’ll all be okay.” Cradling you to his chest, Gojo felt painful waves of sympathy wash over him; pity, even, that you had clearly been psychologically tortured by Sukuna to make you think this way.
“I’m sorry.” You mumbled, fighting back the urge to vomit. “I’m so sorry.” Gojo shushed you, thinking you were apologizing for your recent actions when in truth you were being flooded with intense guilt for being utterly infatuated with Sukuna.
The strength in your legs steadily returned and when your heart slowed down enough, you stood up with Gojos help. He refused to take his hands off you, concerned you may collapse again.
“I should go lay down.” Taking tentative steps toward the door, you forced air in and out of your lungs.
“Let me walk you there.” Before you could get too far, Gojo had an arm wrapped around your waist as he opened the door for you. Walking with you tucked tightly against him, he made sure you were situated in bed before giving you a kiss and leaving you alone.
As soon as you were sure he was gone, you curled in on yourself, thrashing your head side to side in hopes of dispelling the feelings that were finally in the light. All the good memories you had with Sukuna were haunting you, refusing to leave your sight.
“I can’t be serious!” Laying flat out on the bed, you shouted up at the ceiling. “He kidnapped me! Took away my tail!” You still held a grudge against that, a hard knot in your chest that would never go away. “And yet…” Frustrated tears welled in your eyes the more you thought about it. You felt like an idiot for falling in love with the man that had ruined your life, especially when you were in the bed of the man that had treated you so well from the start. “I love Sukuna.” Not even feeling the words leave your mouth, it was like everything seemed to stop. The phrase felt right, as damning as it was.
Barely eating dinner, you had no idea how to tell Gojo - or if you even should. There was no doubt he’d cause a scene and it would just further his agenda to kill Sukuna. And the emotional toil it would have on him would be too much for you to bear.
The next day was by far the most exciting since Sukuna had escaped: you were finally getting to the port of Gojo’s home country. There, a royal convoy would be waiting to pick you up and take you straight to the castle where you would assume royal life by Gojo’s side. The idea excited you despite the revelation you’d had yesterday.
“There’s so much I wish to show you.” As busy as he was, Gojo carved out some time in the day to sit with you at the window and catch up. “My home, my family, all my favorite sweets!”
“I can’t wait.” His eagerness was infectious and the size of your smile rivaled his. As he filled your head with stories and anticipation, you couldn’t wait for tomorrow; perhaps the life you built with Gojo on land would be enough to outweigh all the feelings you had for Sukuna. Talking well into the night, you and Gojo had migrated to the upper deck to get fresh air and look at the stars.
“I’ve dreamt about having you by my side at the castle, being able to call you queen.” Gojo sighed happily, eager for his dream to become a reality and for you to finally, truly and properly, become his. He’d already informed everyone at the castle of his intent to have the biggest wedding the country had ever seen and preparations had been underway for quite some time.
“Well isn’t that sweet.” A voice cut through your sweet moment, making your heart skip a beat as you turned around to see Sukuna across the deck, sitting on the edge with his proper captain's clothes on.
“What are you doing here?” You and Gojo both asked, your eyes lighting up while his darkened with anger. Chuckling at Gojo’s expression, Sukuna slid off the edge and took a few steps toward you. His clothes were freshly cleaned and even appeared to be brand new, and the many weapons he liked to keep at his side were all present.
“Just thought that I’d stop by, see how my love is doing.” Gesturing to you, Sukuna laughed even louder as Gojo yanked you behind him.
“Leave. Now.” Gojo was seething, his hands were shaking and he was itching to take out his sword and kill Sukuna where he stood.
“Hold on, don’t be so hasty!” Throwing his hands up, Sukuna clicked his tongue. “At least hear me out, you’re a gentleman, aren’t you?” Raising a brow, Sukuna’s eyes flicked between the two of you. “I know (Y/N) would like to hear this.” At the mention of you, Gojo fully withdrew his sword.
“Stop!” Hastily coming to his side, you clasped your hands over Gojos.
“What’re you doing?” Gojo growled, fully ready to push you away.
“Just listen, please? Listen and then he’ll be on his way.” You spoke in a hushed tone, desperately trying to reason with Gojo before he did something brash. He stood silently for a moment before putting his sword down, only flicking his chin at Sukuna to tell him to continue.
“(Y/N), you know I love you more than words can express, there’s not a moment that goes by that I’m not thinking about you.” Gojo made a noise in the back of his throat and rolled his eyes.
“Do I really have to listen to this crock of shit?”
“Do you want a bullet in your head, pretty boy?” Sukuna snapped, pulling his pistol out without a second of hesitation. “Cause I’ll be honest, my finger’s been itchy since I escaped.”
“Sukuna, put it away!” You shouted, coming to stand in front of Gojo. Immediately lowering the gun, Sukuna smirked at you.
“Ya know, I kinda like it when you yell at me like that.”
“Please.” Slapping a hand over your face, you let out a short sigh; only Sukuna would try and flirt during such a tense moment. Laughing at your reaction, Sukuna ran a hand through his hair and fixed his stance.
“Alright, let me just come out and say it: (Y/N), I want you back. I know we didn’t start out the greatest, but let me show you how well I can treat you.” Pulling a ring out of his jacket pocket, Sukuna held it out to you. “Give me a chance and you’ll see, I’ll make you the happiest mermaid ever.”
“You mean it?” Your question surprised both of them, and Gojo shouted your name in surprise as you took a few steps toward Sukuna.
“I swear on my mother.” Dropping to both knees, Sukuna put a hand over his heart. “I may be the most heinous pirate to ever grace the oceans, but I’d give it all up if it meant you’d be by my side.”
Staring straight into Sukuna’s eyes, you searched for any sign of deception, anything that would hint at a more sinister plan brewing. Sukuna refused to blink, letting his eyes burn and tear up the longer he looked at you.
“And if I say no?” You whispered, finally breaking the silence.
“I…” Allowing his body to relax slightly, Sukuna resigned himself to taking this as a no. “I’ll leave you alone for the rest of my life.” The thought of never being able to see you again, destined to sail the seas all alone, brought a gut-wrenching feeling to his body. It was a drastic promise that he hoped you wouldn’t call his bluff on because he wasn’t sure if his heart could actually take it.
“You mean it?” Pressing him further, you watched Sukuna take a stand again and nod his head.
“I’ll throw myself overboard right now if you want me to.” Swallowing around a lump in his throat, Sukuna curled the ring up in his fist. There was an unfamiliar feeling rising in his body, one he could only assume was heartbreak.
“Gojo.” Turning back to him, you could feel Sukuna’s eyes watching you intently. Fully tucking his sword away, Gojo welcomed the hug you gave him.
“I knew you’d-”
“I’m sorry.” You cut him off, wiggling his ring off your finger and breaking the hug. His face was one of pure shock and he barely had the strength in his body to keep a hold of the ring as you put it in his hand.
“(Y/N)...no…” Shaking his head, Gojo refused to accept what was happening right before him. “You can’t- no, this can’t be!” Pained tears immediately sprang forward, desperate to come out as the one thing he thought would never happen, happened right in front of him. Stumbling against the deck, Gojo gripped the edge as his legs gave out beneath him. His chest threatened to burst with all the words he wanted to scream at you as Sukuna helped you climb overboard, but he stayed silent, too devastated to do more than just watch.
Giving him one last look, you fully stepped off the ship and climbed down the rope Sukuna had used to get on the boat, settling into the small boat that he’d rowed over. His ship was a distance away to stay out of sight of Gojos crew and the ride over was silent.
Once aboard his ship once more, Sukuna wasted no time in setting sail. He wanted to get away from Gojo as soon as possible lest heartbreak make him act out and attack. You found your way back to Sukunas quarters, a familiar sight that welcomed you with open arms. The glass case you had lived in for so long was gone and it was only now that you could appreciate the actual size of his room.
Wandering around the room as Sukuna worked hurriedly up above, you took a chance to look at all of Sukunas treasures that he had on display, no doubt some were relics he’d stolen from sacred lands. Just as you were going to sit on the bed and wait for him, he made a quiet entrance and stood at the door. It brought a wave of deja vu back for you, he’d done this countless times when you were in the case, standing at the doorway with an unnerving look on his face as he watched you for hours.
But this look was different. You could still see the bruises and cuts on his face, taking their time to heal. He looked softer somehow, with no crease in his forehead or terrible look in his eye. Slowly leaving the door, Sukuna came up to you and gently wrapped you in his arms.
“It’s so good to have you back.” He whispered, and as he fully settled into the hug and you returned the advance, his entire body relaxed and he let out a heavy sigh. “I thought I’d lost you forever.” Burying his face into the hug, you could feel a few hot droplets of tears make their way onto you. Not acknowledging them, you and Sukuna stood in an embrace for ages, neither one of you wanting to let go.
“I missed you.” Your words were muffled by the tight hug, but Sukuna still managed to hear them. He let out a breathless laugh, taking a few sharp inhales before loosening his grip on you and holding you at arms length.
“Really?” His eyes were a bit glassy and his smile was the largest you’d ever seen.
“Really.” Nodding for confirmation, you let out a shriek as Sukuna lifted you up into the air and spun you around.
“Oh (Y/N)! You’ve no idea how much I prayed to one day hear those words! I love you, I love you!” He cheered over and over until his voice went hoarse. “This is cause for celebration!” Putting you down, he dashed to his door and called for Uraume. “Tell the men to open the barrels of whiskey, tonight is a celebration!”
And a celebration it was indeed. Every member of the crew came out in full force, drinking and laughing and playing games. You got to meet them as well, no longer a hidden treasure only for Sukuna to see. You sang songs with them, clapping along as they danced to the beat. You also drank as well, not nearly as much as Sukuna, but enough that at some point in the night, you passed out cold.
You were slow to wake up and even slower to make sense of your surroundings. You were in clothes you half remember changing into before you got too drunk; a loose pair of pants and one of Sukunas shirts. There was a somewhat soft pillow beneath your head, a blanket halfway thrown over you, and a man snoring in your ear.
“Sukuna, shut up.” Giving his shoulder a push, you turned your back to him. You were in his bed, plopped into the middle with Sukuna curled around you. There was no memory of how you got here, all you knew was that your voice sorely hurt.
“Huh?” Blinking rapidly, Sukuna looked around in confusion. “Wha- what’s happening?”
“You snore too loud.” Mumbling into your pillow, you heard him yawn and adjust himself in the bed, making sure to have an arm around you.
“Sorry.” The word barely left his mouth before he was asleep again, this time without snoring. Letting out a yawn yourself, sleep found you easily and it was hours before either of you woke again.
When you did finally get up, Sukuna made sure you ate plenty of food. He had stolen quite a bit of food from enemy ships during his short time away and he wanted you to enjoy every last bit. Making sure you were nice and full, he dragged you out to the deck where there wasn’t a soul in sight and the setting sun on the horizon.
“(Y/N), I have something for you.”
“Another ring?” Your brows furrowed in confusion.
“No…something better.” Pulling a vial of blue liquid out of his pocket, Sukuna presented it to you in the palms of his hands. “This is…a potion to turn you back into a mermaid.” Your jaw dropped at his words and you eagerly plucked the vial from him and held it up to your face.
“This means…”
“Yes. You can finally go home.” It was a miracle how Sukuna was able to get something like this on such short notice but it was worth it to see the look on your face.
“Sukuna.” Your voice broke as you said his name, overwhelmed tears beginning to brim in your eyes. “Th-thank you.” You missed your family so much it hurt and there was no doubt they were worried sick about you.
“Just promise you’ll visit me?” He didn’t try to bargain with you, make you choose between him or the ocean. Sukuna knew where you wanted to be - where you belonged. As much as you may love each other, nothing would replace the ocean. Gripping the vial tightly, you sniffled pathetically.
“I promise.” Hugging him tightly, you wiped your eyes and went to the edge of the deck, sitting on the railing and removing your clothes.
“Hey now, don’t tease me like this.” Sukuna tried to jest, tried to make light of the bittersweet moment. Taking the clothes from you, he took a slight step back to allow you space.
Taking a deep breath, you uncorked the vial and drank all of the potion in one go. Just like the first one that turned you human, this one brought with it a mass amount of pain as your legs fused back together and became a tail once more. You could feel the scales growing on your skin and covering your body as well as the inside of your body changing, adapting back to life under the water.
“Sukuna.” Turning your head over your shoulder, you beckoned him closer. Grabbing his cheeks, you planted a full kiss on his lips. Sukuna was quick to reciprocate, gripping your shoulder hard as he screwed his eyes closed. Breaking the kiss far too quickly for his liking, you pat his cheek a few times. “Thank you.”
And with that, you slipped off the ship and landed with a loud splash into the water. Leaning over, Sukuna watched you spin around in the water and jump out a few times. He laughed as you did, soaking up the pure joy emanating off of you.
“I love you, (Y/N).” He called out as you were saying your final goodbyes.
"Goodbye!" You shouted back, giving one final wave before dipping underneath the water and swimming away. Sukuna refused to tear his eyes away, watching you fade away into the distance and then staying out on deck until nighttime settled over the sky.
“Where to now, captain?” Uraume asked softly behind him, making Sukuna break out of his stupor and turn around. He was quiet for a moment, unsure of how to move on now with you gone.
“You ever heard of a cyclops?”
It was difficult for Sukuna to move forward, he caught himself looking out into the ocean just hoping he’d catch a glimpse of your tail splashing in the water. He knew it was selfish to expect you to come running back to him, especially after all that happened, but he never stopped waiting.
Two whole weeks passed since your departure and Sukuna found himself sitting on the beach of a well inhabited island. He’d made friends with the locals, something he wasn’t always able to do, and set up camp in their tiny town as he searched for his next myth.
Laying in the sand and staring at the wonderfully blue sky with white fluffy clouds rolling by, Sukuna took a deep breath and closed his eyes, completely unprepared for the splash of water that assaulted him.
“What the fuck!” Immediately leaping into action, he drew his gun before he even knew what hit him. Looking around wildly, he didn’t see anyone and for a moment he thought he’d imagined it. But something shiny quickly drew his attention to the water and he dropped his gun immediately. “(Y/N)!”
“Hi.” Giggling behind your hand, you waved at him. You were just a few feet from shore, near an outcropping of rocks. “Missed me?”
“Are you kidding me?” Without a second thought Sukuna waded into the water, climbing onto one of the rocks so he could sit and be near you. Basking in your presence for a moment, he reached out and stroked the side of your face. “How’ve you been?”
“Amazing. I saw my friends, family - it felt so good to be back with them again.” Telling Sukuna a few stories of your visits, you pulled yourself halfway up a rock, the hot stone greeting you as you sat on it. “But, I was also terribly lonely.”
“What do you mean?” Sukuna’s face fell; he hoped with every fiber in his being you weren’t thinking of going back to Gojo.
“I realized I wanted to be with you.” Lacing your fingers together with his, you squeezed Sukuna’s hand. You still had his ring on and that brought a smile to his face.
“I’d love to have you.” He squeezed back, his heart twisting and turning with butterflies. “For as long as you’d like to stay.”
“That’s good to hear, because I’d love to meet a cyclops.” Fully pulling your tail out of the water, Sukuna was astounded to see that as it dried, your tail started to turn back into legs and your scales started to rescind.
“When did this happen?” He nearly fell over from shock. As your legs fully took shape, some scales still remained on your body, giving away your true form.
“I’m not sure what was in that potion, but I guess it didn’t really take away my human body.” Hugging your knees to your chest, you rest your chin on top.
“This is truly incredible.” At a loss for words, Sukuna just sat and marveled at you and your ability to take his breath away.
“It still hurts a bit when I do it, but it’s not as bad as the first few times.” As you explained how you came about this discovery, you noticed Sukuna wasn’t paying attention in the slightest. “Hey, are you even listening to me?” You snapped your fingers in front of his face, laughing as he seemed to come back to reality.
“Huh? S-sorry, I was just…you amaze me, (Y/N).” He said, putting a hand on your leg and rubbing the skin fondly. “Just the fact that you chose to come back to me at all - honestly, amazing.”
“Well, what can I say? I love you.” This was the first time you were saying those three words to Sukuna and he would make sure it wouldn’t be the last. Leaping to his feet, Sukuna threw his hands into the air.
“She loves me! You hear that world? (Y/N) loves me!” In all his ruckus, Sukuna failed to take caution on the surface he was on and slipped off, nearly hitting his head against the rock as he fell into the water. It wasn’t too deep and he was able to surface quickly, feverishly wiping the salt water out of his eyes.
“Are you done?” You laughed, watching Sukuna swim closer to shore so he could stand up and ring his clothes out.
“Never.” Shaking his head hard, Sukuna helped you walk along the rocks until you got to the dry shore. He ogled your naked body as you walked and quickly threw his shirt and jacket onto you the moment you touched the sand; he could have his chance to really welcome you back later. Hugging you tightly, he was elated to feel you in his arms again.
“Sukuna, you’re crushing me.” As much as you liked the hug, you were beginning to struggle for air.
“Sshhh, just a few more minutes. I have to make sure you’re really here with me.”
“I’m here!”
“Sshhh, I’m not done.”
“Sukuna!”

The fluff prompt 😳 May I request from the fluff prompt? 2. “ You can try some... But only from my lips. “ for Zoro and GN!S/O ✨ Thank you 🥺💕
authors note : yes , of course ! please enjoy <3
Zoro x Gn! Reader : “ You can try some ... but only from my lips. “
You watched from across the shipdeck, eyeing the label of the beverage your boyfriend could simply not get enough of. Sake... What on earth could be the remote appeal? You heard from others about the taste,
Dry, taste reminiscent to a mixture of white wine and vodka... How harsh of a drink it sounded. Yet, Zoro could drink it as if it was water on the daily. Although... Those facts sourced from Usopp. Is Usopp a credible source, you wondered. I mean- of course he is, he’s a friend and you’ve seen the way he jolts in disgust when that rice based drink hits his tongue. Surely, not another one of his playful lies. But maybe it’d be better if you drew your own conclusion over riding off of others and their minds. Yes, perhaps....
“Zoro!” You made your way over to the swordsman, leaving your fruity glass of pomegranate juice on your chair arm, leaving the ice to decay beneath the glaring sun.
“What Y/n? ‘M busy,” Zoro grumbled, taking another swig of his sake, straight from the bottle. You raised a brow at your lover. You knew it was wrong to expect basic decorum out of him, especially in the sanctity of the ship but did he really need that much booze in his system?
You pointed at the wide bottle, finger tapping against the label. “Would you mind sharing some of this with me? I’ve been dying to try some of this sa-ke?” You feigned ignorance, playing complete dumb with Zoro. Acting cute and ditzy always let you get free stuff..!
“Oh, beat it. It’s my last bottle till we dock.” Zoro huffed, pulling the bottle out of your reach. This man...! No chivalry.
With a cross of your arms, you furrowed your brows at him. “I just want a sip, thats all! I don’t care for getting drunk... Plus, Usopp told me its gross.” You shrugged, leaning closer to your boyfriend, knees digging into the wooden planks of the deck. “Cmon.”
Silence ran through the two of you, your stare never running away from Zoro. Sigh. You weren’t gonna let up with this, were you?
Zoro scoffed, his defensive grip on the sake loosening ever so slightly. “Fine, you can have a bit.” He muttered, averting his eyes. “...But you can only taste it from my lips.”
You sat there for a moment, your brain slowly soaking up his speech like a sponge. From his lips? Huh. What sort of scheme was he up to? You looked up at him, offering him another shrug of your shoulders. “Okay, sure.”
“Huh, really?” Zoro blushed ever so slightly, hues of red tickling at his tanned cheeks. You nodded, flashing him a cheeky smile.
“Ya, why not? You’re my boyfriend, its whatever.” Your speech caused Zoro to flare up even more, before he took a heavy gulp of his beloved sake.
You couldn’t help but grow eager. Less for the sake of tasting a new delicacy, but more so for the open mouthed kiss you’d receive from your lovely boyfriend. Of course, you wouldn’t have to wait very long at all.
Zoro grabbed the back of your head, capturing you in a heated kiss. You melted into his grasp, and his lips. His mouth was wet with the liquor, the taste of the sake lingering on his tongue, the tongue that tenderly ran throughout your mouth, lips that lingered far too long upon your own.
Huh, Usopp was right... sake was just as bitter and dull as he said. Yet, you couldn’t pull away. Even as you yearned for the sweet, iced juice that had run rampant on your taste buds just minutes ago, you let the sake plague your mouth. This kiss was none like Zoro had ever given you, due to his lack lustre affections. So, being able to be pampered by your boyfriend this way, oh... oh, he couldn’t take it. So lovely, so delicious, so... intimate.
The taste testing finally ended as Zoro let go of your hair, letting the strands free from his large hands. Your lips left his, the slight image of saliva making your lips glisten under the boiling summer heat.
“Zoro...” You looked up at him, your cheeks ever so pink. Your doe eyes sunk back down, your face shaping out into a frown. “That is totally gross. Are there any fruity ones? I hate white wine.” You scoffed, crushing your boyfriends love for his beverage.
“It’s good! You just don’t understand it,” Zoro rolled his eyes. “Go let that love cook make you a cute fairy cocktail, if ya can’t hang with the boy boys.”
You grit your teeth, snatching the large bottle away from Zoro. “Oh, screw you! I-i can hang...!” You took a hefty swig from the bottle, all just to spite your boyfriend.
“Oi! Give it!”

she’s insignificant
chapter 3: the dangers inside
the umbrella academy x reader

warnings: swearing, mentions of death
masterlist
y/n stared at the blue energy in the courtyard before deciding to join her siblings as they rushed to see what it was. as she ran down the stairs she caught sight of klaus holding a fire extinguisher.
"what are you doing?" she caught up with him.
"something" he shrugged, bursting out the door first. "out of the way!"
"thats not going to- klaus what the hell?" y/n went to stop him only to watch as he tried to extinguish the mass of energy. she shook her head in disbelief, stepping beside vanya.
klaus chucked the extinguisher when he realised it wouldn't work.
"what is that gonna do?" allison shouted over the loud noise. klaus threw his hands up.
"i don't know. do you have a better idea?" he stepped back in surprise as another flash came from the portal. luther pulled klaus back.
"everyone get behind me!" and in true sibling rivalry diego nodded, shielding vanya and y/n.
"yeah, get behind us!"
they watched, brows furrowing at the familiar figure that dropped to the ground. as they stepped closer the vortex disappeared.
"is that-?" y/n looked up at vanya, peeking around diego to see.
there, in a too large sized suit, stood their missing brother. he pushed himself to his feet taking in their appearance.
"does anyone else see little number five is that just me?" klaus questioned as they walked closer. the said boy stared down at himself in confusion before looking back at them.
"shit" he cursed.
--------------------------------------------------
they all moved back into the kitchen, letting five do as he pleased while he explained what he needed to.
he placed a chopping board and knife on the table while the others stood at the other end. y/n stood off to the corner, not entirely comfortable with them after being accused of murder. "what's the date? the exact date"
five walked around, grabbing bread to make himself a sandwich. vanya answered, "the 24th"
"of what?" five pushed walking back over.
"march"
"good" he pulled out two pieces of bread, laying them on the chopping board.
"so, are we going to talk about what just happened?" luther raised an eyebrow, expectantly but five stayed silent. "its been 17 years!" luther stood, frustrated but five wasn't taking any of his bullshit.
"it's been a lot longer than that" the shorter boy walked towards him before blinking behind him to grab the marshmallows. luther sighed,
"i haven't missed that"
"where'd you go?" diego piped up, unfazed.
"the future" five sighed, "and it's shit by the way" he opened up the bag of marshmallows.
"called it!" klaus raised his finger.
"do you want one?" five looked up at y/n, referring to the sandwich, a soft gleam in his eyes. the others shared a look, of course he had only missed her. she gently shook her head with a small smile. "i should have listened to the old man" five walked to the fridge, pulling out a jar. "he knew. travelling through space is one thing, travelling through time is a toss of the dice"
he paused as he opened the peanut butter, looking up at them again before noticing klaus' attire. "nice dress"
"oh, danke" klaus twirled loose material around. allison rolled her eyes.
"how did you get back?"
"in the end i had to project my consciousness forward into a suspended quantum state version of myself that exists across every possible instance of time" he continued making his sandwich like he hadn't just shocked them.
"that makes no sense" diego scoffed,
"well, it would if you were smarter" five shrugged, ignoring the way diego stood up to fight him. luther held him back.
"did you put a decimal point in the wrong spot?" y/n asked, surprising the others. she crossed her arms, thinking "it was probably a miscalculation in your proof of the existence of a bound for the number of limit cycles of planar polynomial vector fields of fixed degree."
five paused, thinking it over before realising she was right. "it should have been 0.57" he mumbled.
"how long were you there?" luther changed the subject, obviously confused.
"45 years" five went back to his sandwich making. "give or take"
everyone sat back down in shock.
"so what are you saying? that you're 58?!" luther narrowed his eyes in disbelief. there was no way.
"no" five looked up, speaking through gritted teeth. "my consciousness is 58. apparently my body is now 16 again"
"how does that even work?" vanya croaked out, still shocked at the situation.
"delores kept saying the equations were off" five shrugged, stepping away and looking off into the distance as he took a bite of his sandwich. "bet she's laughing now"
"delores?" vanya asked. y/n froze, he had kept her? at the girl's movement, or lack thereof, allison looked over at her, raising her eyebrows.
y/n shook her head, waving it off.
five picked up the newspaper on the table, staring at the picture of their father.
"hm.. guess i missed the funeral"
"how'd you know about that?" luther questioned, defensive.
"what part of the future do you not understand?" five narrowed his eyes, slightly amused by his brothers incompetence. "heart failure, huh?"
"yeah-" diego started only to be cut off by luther.
"no" there was silence for a moment before a kitchen knife stabbed into the table beside luther's hand.
"if i had murderous intent, luther, you'd be the first on my list" y/n scoffed, walking out.
they all stared after her in shock.
"nice to see nothing's changed" five sighed before following her out.
"thats it?" allison asked, turning towards him as he walked. "thats all you have to say?"
"what else is there to say? circle of life" he called back.
--------------------------------------------------
vanya walked up to five in the parlour where he stood staring at his painting.
"nice to know dad didn't forget me" five turned to her, "read your book by the way.. found it in the library that was still standing"
he started to walk around, noticing y/n sitting on the balcony above. she had her legs dangling through the bars, calmly reading a book. he turned back to vanya.
"thought it was pretty good, all things considered" he stared her down, "definitely ballsy, giving up the family secrets. sure that went over well"
"they hate me" vanya frowned,
"well there are worse things that can happen" five was obviously trying to cheer her up, in his own way.
"you mean like what happened to ben?" there was a pause, both thinking it over.
"was it bad?" five asked softly, he knew y/n was still listening. he heard the faint sound of a book shutting. he looked away as vanya nodded.
"y/n had a hard time dealing with it.. the worst of all of us. dad forbid her from going on missions after her reaction.."
"her reaction?" five turned back, eyebrows furrowing, this wasn't in vanya's book.
"she nearly tore our souls out.. she was devastated and couldn't control her emotions. dad said it helped her though, something about a new ability. he trained her alone from then, forcing her to find you" vanya shrugged, sighing, going silent.
"find me?" five pushed, "what do you mean find me?"
"she said she did.. did she not?" vanya looked surprised now.
"no, no she did.. just didn't stay long is all" five shook his head, frowning.
"yeah well, they stopped trying when she lied to dad"
"she lied?" five looked back up at where she was previously sitting but now she was gone, the only thing left behind was her book and a wisp of smoke.
--------------------------------------------------
"ben.. i'm- i'm scared" eight sat cross legged in front of his statue. "my powers are getting stronger and i'm scared to hurt the others. i wish you were still here" she refused to cry no matter how much she wanted to. she couldn't let the same thing happen.
"i'm scared ben. what if i can't control it? what if hurt somebody? you're not here to help me and i-.. it hurts sometimes. dad doesn't understand, he never did but it hurts to suppress my emotions like he wants me to. we try so hard and he still never thinks we're enough.." she paused, pulling her knees up to her chest. "what if i am weak? what if he's right?"
unbeknownst to her ben's ghost sat beside her. "you're not weak" he shook his head, moving to look at her face. "you'll never be weak, you're so strong. please keep being strong for me" he pleaded with her as she continued to blame herself. he hated this. he hated not being there for her. he just wanted her to be okay.
--------------------------------------------------
y/n walked beside five, standing under his umbrella with him. they didn't speak as they walked back out into the courtyard. the siblings all stood in line with luther in front of them, carrying their dad's ashes.
"did something happen?" grace looked at them all, smiling despite the occasion. they all looked up at her.
"dad died.." allison answered, confused. "remember?"
"oh, yes of course" grace nodded, expression turning more somber.
"is mom okay?" allison asked, now worried about how grace was acting.
"yeah, yeah she's fine" diego quickly defended, "she just needs to rest, you know, recharge" allison looked incredulous but dropped it nonetheless.
pogo stepped forwards, looking up at luther. "whenever you're ready, dear boy"
luther breathed out, opening the lid and dropping the ashes in a pitiful pile. they all frowned.
"probably would have been better with some wind" luther griped,
"does anyone wish to speak?" pogo ignored it, looking at the rest of them. everyone stayed silent, looking away. "very well.. in all regards, sir reginald hargreeves made me what i am today, for that alone i shall forever be in his debt. he was my master and my friend and i shall miss him very much.." he paused, "he leaves behind a complicated legacy-"
"he was a monster" diego cut off, still staring down at the ashes. klaus laughed. "he was bad person and a worse father. the world's better off without him-"
"diego" allison scolded, glaring at him in surprise.
"my name is number two. you know why?" he looked over at her. "because our father couldn't be bothered to give us actual names, he had mom do it"
"would anyone like something to eat?" grace asked, smiling again, unaware of what was happening.
"no, its okay mom" vanya denied, albeit confused.
"oh, okay"
"look, you wanna pay your respects" diego stepped out in front of them, "go head, but at least be honest about the kind of man he was" he looked at pogo now.
"you should stop talking now" luther warned, anger growing. diego glared at him for a moment before fully turning to face him.
"you know, you of all people should be on my side here, number one"
"i am warning you-" diego ignored him,
"after everything he did to you" y/n sighed, crossing her arms to her chest, fighting wasn't going to fix any of them. klaus and five shared a look. "he had to ship you a million miles away"
"diego stop talking-" luther tried again. diego was definitely hitting a nerve. he jabbed a finger into luther's chest.
"that's how much he couldn't stand the sight of you!" luther grabbed his arm and swung at his head. diego ducked. they begun fighting while everyone else backed away.
"boys! stop this at once!" pogo attempted to stop them, moving back despite this.
klaus held an arm out to shield five and y/n. the former slapped it away. they continued to fight, diego egging him on and landing several punches. klaus began to chant while vanya yelled at them to stop.
"klaus" y/n warned, gaining both his and five's attention. her eyes were turning black, she was struggling.
"y/n? are you okay?" five hadn't been there, he didn't know what she would do if she lost control. pogo walked away, not wanting to stay. klaus nervously watched y/n while the others watched luther and diego fight.
"i don't have time for this" five sighed, beginning to walk away, leaving y/n with klaus under his small pink umbrella.
that was when it happened. y/n froze as they knocked ben's statue.
"aw" klaus complained while allison glared at them.
"and there goes ben's statue"
"klaus?" y/n's voice scared them all. she sounded weak. she gripped his jacket, tightly. "klaus"
"what's wrong?" he looked down at her, watching as she fought her emotions. her eyes were turning black but she kept fighting it.
diego pulled out his knife and vanya's shouting at him to stop made it harder for y/n to calm herself. he threw it at luther, cutting his arm.
"klaus" she called again and he held her arm unsure of what to do. "i-i can't.. i can't-" she let out a pained whine as her eyes darkened, she was letting go. suddenly diego and luther let out shouts of pain.
"what's going on?!" allison watched them, confused and distraught. vanya quickly left their mother's side, pulling y/n into her.
"its okay, you're okay" vanya whispered to her, trying to calm her. "it can be fixed, you're okay, just relax. try to relax" listening to vanya's heartbeat she slowly calmed down, the blackness of her eyes seeping away and diego and luther straightened, no longer in pain.
y/n stared at them in shock and guilt before shaking her head and running inside. she locked herself in her room again. she was truly a demon.
--------------------------------------------------
one by one the siblings left, y/n watched sadly as they all abandoned her again. she was always left alone, the family problems only got bigger when they got together. she sighed, maybe she was better off alone.
--------------------------------------------------
y/n looked up from her book as she heard frantic footsteps around the mansion. peeking out her door she noticed vanya slowing down in front of five's room.
"oh thank god" she disappeared through his doorway but y/n could still hear her voice. "i was worried sick about you"
five had talked to vanya? why hadn't he come to her?
"sorry i left without saying goodbye" five's voice answered softly. what had he been doing? y/n quietly left her room to hear better. she wanted to be apart of her brother's plans too. she didn't want to be left out anymore.
"no, i'm the one that should be sorry. i was dismissive and i guess i didn't know how to process what you were saying.." vanya paused, "i still can't to be honest"
"maybe you were right to be dismissive" five huffed, that didn't sound like him at all? what was he really doing? "maybe it wasn't real after all.. it felt real. but well, like you said the old man did say time travel could contaminate the mind"
well vanya referred him to a therapist y/n tried to sense the room. something else was going on. carefully using her power she felt another person.. klaus. when vanya walked out y/n quickly turned to smoke, gliding along the floor, past five who watched vanya leave. klaus pulled himself out of the closet.
"that's so touching, all that stuff about family and dad and time"
"will you shut up? she'll hear you" five warned him, walking back over.
"you're lying to vanya?" y/n appeared next to klaus, crossing her arms and raising an eyebrow.
"it's nothing you should worry about" five dismissed before looking klaus over again. "i thought i told you to put on something professional"
"what? this my nicest outfit" klaus gestured to it. y/n snorted when five scoffed.
"we'll raid the old man's closet"
"whatever, as long as i get paid" klaus shrugged, beginning to walk behind five.
"when the job is done" they stopped just above the stairs.
"so, where are we going?" she followed along, smiling innocently at five who raised an eyebrow at her.
"not we, just klaus and i" five shook his head, shoving his hands in his pockets.
"five" she frowned,
"y/n" he mocked.
"just let me come, please don't leave me in the dark. i just want to help you" she pleaded, she had missed him.
he thought it over before sighing, "fine" he turned to walk again but klaus stopped him.
"but just so we're clear on the finer details" he waved his hand around, talking over the plan. "i just got to go into this place and pretend to be your dear old dad, correct?"
"yeah, something like that" five agreed, exasperated.
"what's our cover story?" klaus continued, ignoring five's look of annoyance.
"what? what are you talking about?" five shared a confused look with y/n who shrugged.
"i mean was i young when i had you, like 16.. like young and terribly misguided" five agreed just to get him to stop but he didn't. "your mother, that slut, whoever she was, we met at.. the disco and you can be his sister"
"i am his sister?" y/n raised an eyebrow, but klaus only smiled, clicking his fingers.
"okay, remember that. oh my god the sex was amazing"
y/n scoffed, walking away first, five following. "what a disturbing glimpse into that thing you call a brain"
"don't make me put you in time out" klaus waved a finger at him.
as they walked out the door onto the street y/n paused.
"what's wrong, baby sis?" klaus asked, wrapping his arm around her shoulders. "you're not backing out already?"
"no!" she quickly denied, looking up at him as she snapped out of her starstruck daze. "it's just.. i haven't left the house in 16 years.."
klaus and five shared a sorrowful look. what had happened to her?

PART 1 PART 2

Three weeks..
Thats how long it had been since you walked out of the Manor. How long it had been since you had seen Theodore, or heard his voice. Of course you had checked in with the Greengrass sisters. Blaise knew where you were, since it was his home you were staying in.
He had a room set up there for you. Your name was on the door and everything. It has light gray walls, gray wood flooring and colorful rugs and window drapes. There were plants everywhere. Snake plants, English Ivy, Multiple types of Pothos, A huge spider plant, a small gardenia tree. An Aloe vera plant his mother had found one summer when you got sun burnt.
And lastly, a peace lily that brought you a ridiculous amount of pain. It had been sent with a note.. A note from the late Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore. A note attached to it that made you so angry you threw the potted plant across the room when you received it.
Blaise`s mother had scooped it up when you left the room and kept it alive for you. To this day, no one on the planet besides you, Dumbledore and whoever he had let read it, knew what it said.
Ms. Y/L/N,
I am deeply sorry for your loss. Please know that the pain you feel now, is a large factor in helping us win this war. Hold onto that feeling, let it guide you back to the light. I'm sorry I couldn't change this event for you, but it was essential that it happened.
~ The now Late,
Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore
P.S, I forgive you, for doing what you had to do. So please understand that this was something I had to do.
To you, at the time, it felt like a slap in the face. Like since your old headmaster knew you were tasked with killing him, he kept the death of your baby to himself. But now you felt maybe, in some weird way he was right.
If it hadn't happened, Narcissia wouldn't have been done with Lucius. Meaning she wouldn't have lied about Harry being dead. Which in turn never would have led to Voldemort's death. What would've happened if the Dark lord had won? The pain and suffering they all would still be living in was unimaginable.
Your thoughts were interpreted when a soft knock sounded at the door. You rolled over and said ‘come in’, when the door opened Blaise walked in wearing Slytherin sweats that were clearly old and a sweater. He slowly walked over, before throwing himself dramatically down on the bed next to you.
Now you were both on your sides, hands tucked under your faces as you waited for the other to talk. Blaise was the first to break the weeks of silence between the two of you. “Why didn't you tell me? I'm not upset, I just wish I could've been there for you.”
You sighed as you looked at someone who you considered to be your brother. Blaise had been there since day one. Every time someone made fun of you, he was there. When Flint didn't want to let you try out for quidditch, Blaise formed a protest. Saying that all the other teams allowed girls, that you should at least be able to try out.
Sixth year, when you and Draco would fight, it was Blaise who listened and pulled the bottle out of your hand. He was the first person you looked for at the Battle of Hogwarts. He was your person. Your platonic soulmate.
So why didn't you tell him?
Sighing you turned on your back, before speaking softly. “I'm not really sure.. I think part of me just shut down so hard after that..” You searched your mind for a better explanation as Blaise watched you quietly.
He knew how hard it was for you to talk about the war. He couldn't imagine how much harder that particular part of it was. He figured it got worse after the other night. He just wanted to be there for you in whatever way he possibly could be.
“I think that for both Draco and I there was no way for us to see closure from the situation at the time. So we just shut it away in a dark part of our minds. Me miscarrying and Astoria getting pregnant just brought it back up. Arawan will always be our first baby, ya know? Even if we never got to know anything or bury them.”
“I swear I was going to tell Theo.. Draco was going to do it with me.. He must've told Astoria, god she's always been so loving and understanding.. She's perfect for him.” You smiled as you turned your head to look at your friend who was nodding in agreement. “Thank you for letting me stay here.. I'll go home in a few days.”
Blaise nodded, an idea forming in his head. A way for Theo to start his path towards forgiveness that would also help you and maybe Draco. He watches as your eyes get heavy again, knowing that you'll fall asleep soon again. He's just happy you're sleeping again, after almost two weeks of waking up to you screaming in your sleep.
Once your breath evens out, and your mouth falls open just a little, he slips out of the bed. Closing the curtains and spelling the candles you had lit, before writing a note and slipping out.
I have a few errands to run, I'll be back tonight with Take-out
BFF&A
~Blaise Zabini
____________
Towards the end of the week Blaises mother (Picture Angela Bassett) had shown up, drug you out and treated you to a girls day. It was lovely to spend the entire day with your mother figure. She had always wanted a girl, and was more than enthused when Blaise brought you home over christmas.
So you spent the day being a girly girl.
Brunch with mimosas, strawberry of course as you're allergic to oranges. (Fun fact.. I am actually allergic to oranges.. Not that you asked) Deep tissue massage, seaweed wrap, facial, hair and nails done and lots of unnecessary shopping. At the end of the day Mrs. Zabini pulled you into a dress shop and started hanging things in a dressing room.
While you had no idea why she was only picking black dresses, you just went along with it. You had learned over the years that the woman was not to be argued with. Dress after dress was rejected by you or Mrs. Zabini, all until you walked out in ‘the one’.That night Mrs. Zabini sat you in a chair at her vanity and started to work what she called her ‘magic’. She braided your hair into a crown around your head, leaving whisps here and there that she curled. She did subtle make up everywhere besides your eyes, that were lightly lined. But the dark sparkly eye shadow made your eyes look brighter.
She lined and colored your lips with your favorite lipstick before pulling you up and ushering you towards your dress. An A line, princess sweep with a V neck and a lace up back. Black in color with crystals that looked like shining stars as you moved. Cute black heels with a thicker heel base, since you're never very steady on them. When you were fully dressed and walked back around the corner Mrs. Zabini was holding a box that was very familiar to you. It just caught you off guard because it was supposed to be in the family vault.
The box contains your family jewelry.
The one set that you got from your mother, almost five million galleons worth of diamonds. The Necklace, bracelet, ring and earring set all from the ‘Reflection de Cartier’ collection. The set was beautiful, and full of diamonds, even if you did think it was a touch gaudy.
Just under 40 carats between the four pieces. 601 diamonds, 218 baguette cut, 382 brilliant cut, and 1 princess cut. Just over five million galleons worth, bought for your mother over time by her father.
Whatever Mrs. Zabini was dressing you for, you now knew was a very special occasion.
~~~~~
Hours later your heels were clicking down a newly placed stone walkway. It was lit by solar lights, they were littered through the freshly planted plants. Small gleaming mushrooms by pink pampas grass. A patch of glowing chrysanthemums sprouted out of some type of ivy. Multiple sizes of jellyfish leds in some rose buses. Fairy lights hanging from flowering trees.
The moon was almost full and shining down on you as you made your way towards what seemed like a hedge maze. And standing just outside of it was Draco, in an all black suit, hair brushed back like he used to in school. He smiled softly when he saw you approaching “Tonight.. Is the night we start healing again.” He said softly as you linked arms.
He lead you through the maze expertly quietly. You knew that whatever this was it was constructed using magic, because even though the air was chilly you were warm. The moment you stepped into the maze it felt like you were home.
Draco was silent as you took in everything around you. There were more lights, and more flowers along with different bright colored birds and butterflies. Dragonflies buzzed and landed momentarily on your shoulder as the two of you kept walking.
Soon the two of you stepped into the center of the maze, your breath leaving your lungs as you looked up at the giant white weeping cherry tree. It was in full bloom standing large and towering over the hedge around it.
Its sweet scent assaulted your nose as you closed your eyes. When you reopened them, you found all your friends standing under it, some of the branches pulled to the side. Draco again led you closer now to where you found not only your friends but Theodore.
They were all dressed in black, just as you were, small sad smiles on their faces. When you turned to look at Draco he had let you go and made his way back to Astoria. So you took a chance, and turned to look at Theo who was slowly stepping towards you. When he spoke all that came out was a small and almost frightened sounding “Hi.”
“Hi.” You said back as he reached you, even in your heels you still had to look up at him. You could see how tired he was, dark circles under his eyes betrayed his lack of sleep. He reached for your hand almost expecting you to pull away but you didn't. “What is all this?” You asked, watching as he smiled nervously.
Theodore rubbed the back of his neck with his free hand as he tried to find the right words to explain what he and Blaise had done. “Well… This is the land between Nott and Malfoy Manor, So Draco, Blaise and I kinda thought we could use it for something special.”
Slowly he pulled you back to where he had been standing, and when you looked down you almost wept.
Because beneath you was a beautiful headstone. Two large black slabs stood with faceless angel standing between them. One side had Arawan Malfoy with no date in script along with a small prayer, while the other held both your and Dracos constellations.
Your eyes found Theodores as tears slowly fell, you were at a loss for words. But he spoke for you, “I know I can never make up for how I made you feel, but I hope you can forgive me. I also want you to know I didn't make this place as an apology, Blaise and I thought that you and Draco deserve somewhere to go to mourn what you both lost.”
“That's why we picked here. Because it's on both of our land, it's spelled to always be warm. There will always be flowers on the walkway, butterflies and dragonflies in the air. This tree will always bloom and shelter your baby. I want this to be another step forward in your recovery.”
You still couldn't believe what you were seeing, or hearing so you turned to Draco. He and Astoria both stepped forward, wrapping their arms around you as tears flowed freely. Draco kissed the top of your head before he looked down at the little grave too.
He had never told you how much the entire thing had killed him. It tore him apart but he stayed quiet and held you up through it because he felt only one of you could fall apart. None of his therapy, none of the times he talked to Astoria about the incident could feel as freeing as this did.
Because he finally felt like he could let it go. Like he really could heal and prepare for the next step in his life. He no longer felt like being happy for Artorias pregnancy was him betraying Arawan. Because now he had a place that he could bring Scorpius, he had somewhere he could lay flowers and mourn when he needed too.
Neither of you were leaving Arawan behind, because now they had their own place. A special place given to them out of love instead of heartbreak and sadness. It was more than you or Draco couldve ever asked for.
Slowly you unwound yourself from the Malfoys and turned back to the others, Blaise came up and kissed your forehead. Daphne and Enzo both hugged you and told you they loved you before everyone left. Leaving you alone with Theodore.
Your bottom lip was caught between your teeth when you turned back to him. His hands were shoved in his dress pants pockets as he watched you look around. When your beautiful eyes landed back on him they had more tears in them, but there was a lightness he hadn't seen before.
“This is more than I could've ever asked for Theo..” You said softly as your fingers ran over the wings of the angel statue. You felt a new found sense of closure you never thought you would get as you looked around. A bright green dragonfly landed on your hand as you watched the faceless angel.
Your faceless angel.
You felt rather than saw Theodore come up behind you. He wrapped an arm around your shoulder and kissed the back of your head. “This is only a fraction of what you deserve, My love.” You smiled and turned so you could wrap your arms around him.
His arms felt like home, the smell of his cologne and fire whiskey comforting. His warm honey tone washed over you every time he spoke, “I don't care about the doctors appointments, or the struggle we may face. I'll face anything with you Y/n. If you don't want to face it then we won't, we can adopt or not have children at all.. I just want you.”
You leaned your head back, looking into the blue ocean of his eyes and could see the truth. Without thinking, you pushed to your toes and laid your lips against his gently. It was a small and simple kiss, but it conveyed everything that needed to be spoken between the two of you.
There in the grove that Theodores love for you had created, the two of you promised to be together from them on. Forever in every struggle, in every crisis.
Through every tear of happiness or pain.
It would forever more be Theodore Nott.. and Y/n Y/L/N.
Trial Run
Part one and three
Pairing: Peter Parker x Reader enemies to lovers!
Synopsis: last week you hated each other, this week you’re making out in his bed.
Masterlist
Since you and Peter weren’t exactly friends before, you didn’t have each other’s numbers. You had no way of communicating with him once you went home. Meaning, you had no idea what you’d be walking in to on Monday. All you knew was you made out with your former rival. You didn’t know what it meant to him; you barely knew what it meant to you. So when you saw him at the lockers upon entering school, you had to brace yourself.
You walked up to your locker and kept your head straight as you unlocked it. You could feel Peter’s eyes on you, just as you could feel him fumbling for words to say.
“Hey.” You said casually without looking over at him. You were doing your best to play it cool, when you were internally freaking out around him.
“Hey.” Peter said immediately, overly excited that you were the first to speak. “How are you? Um, how was your weekend?”
“Good.” You said simply. “How was yours?”
“Good.” Peter nodded. He stared at you for a minute as he worked up the courage to say something better.
“I thought about you a lot.” He said quietly, adverting his eyes so he wouldn’t lose his nerve. You sucked in a sharp breath, hating how easily he could fluster you.
“Did you now?” You asked without looking at him.
“Yeah.” He smiled shyly. “I really liked it when you kissed me.”
You couldn’t help smiling at his words, despite you trying to fight it. You looked at him, saw his signature shit eating grin, and rolled your eyes.
“I liked it too.” You said quietly, not wanting to give him the satisfaction.
“Okay, good.” He nodded happily. “We’re on the same page.”
“I guess we are.” You looked at him as you shut your locker.
“In that case, do you want to be my girlfriend?” He asked hopefully as he twisted his shirt around his fingers. For once, you found his nervous behavior to be cute. You wanted to say yes, but you had to make sure he was all in first.
“Not yet.” You decided. “I said I’d be willing to give this a try. I can’t commit to anything until I know what kind of boyfriend you’d make.”
“How can I prove to you that I’d be a good boyfriend?” Peter wondered. You pursed your lips as you thought about it, not having thought that far ahead. You looked down at the books in your arms and held them out to him.
“Carry my books.” You instructed.
“Okay.” Peter took your books from you and walked with you when you moved.
“I like old fashioned romantic gestures.” You explained as you walked together. “Carrying books, opening the door, asking the father for permission to date, things like that. I want a gentleman. I wouldn’t date anything less.”
“Okay.” Peter nodded as he made a metal note. “I can be a gentleman.”
“Walk faster.” You commanded, and he picked up his pace. “I don’t just want you to be a gentleman though. You have to be rough with me sometimes. Tell me when I’m being ridiculous and shut me up with a kiss every now and then.”
“Nice. I finally know a way to shut you up.” Peter joked.
“Cute.” You narrowed your eyes at him. “I’m telling you all of this now because I think communication is the most important thing in a relationship. This is what I want in a relationship. If you can’t give it to me, then we’ll just be friends. No harm done.”
“Okay. Gentleman, kisses, books. I can do this.” Peter hyped himself up.
“Good.” You smiled and stopped walking. “So what are your conditions for a relationship?”
“I don’t know if I have any.” Peter realized. “I’ve never been in a a relationship before.”
“Well what do you want from me?” You asked him. Peter thought about it for a minute before making a decision.
“Can I hold your hand?” He asked, and you fought back a smile at his innocence. You looked down at his free hand and frowned suddenly as something dawned on you.
“Are you still gonna like me if I start being nice to you?” You asked without looking at him.
“What?” He asked. “Of course I will.”
“I don’t know.” You shook your head. “What if you had some underlying degradation kink that I was fueling? And if I stop being mean to you, you’ll stop liking me.”
“I liked you before you were mean to me.” Peter assured. “And I don’t have that kink. At least, I don’t think I do.”
You looked at him for a minute, unsure of what you wanted.
“I don’t want to start this if you’re gonna break my heart.” You said quietly.
“Hey.” He said comfortingly. “I won’t do that. I’ve never broken a girls heart before.”
“Didn’t you say you’ve never been in a relationship before?”
“Yes.” He realized. “But even if I had, I wouldn’t have broken anyones heart. Not on purpose, at least. You have just as much of a chance of breaking mine.”
“I’ll try not to.” You smiled a little.
“I would appreciate that.” He told you. Your smile widened as you fell just a little bit more for Peter. You let out a dramatic sigh and looked up at the ceiling.
“You can hold my hand.” You said like it was inconvenient for you.
“I appreciate that even more.” Peter grinned as he took your hand. You continued walking to class, hand in hand.
You reached your classroom and stood outside of it, hesitant to go inside. You’d only ever sat in that class as Peter’s rival, and now you guys were almost dating. You looked at him holding your books and squeezed his hand gently.
“Just so you know, I want this to work.” You told him honestly. Peter’s cheeks turned pink as he gave you a small nod.
“I do too.”
“Good.” You smiled. “Now get inside. I don’t like being late.”
You and Peter walked into the classroom hand and hand with his books still in his arms. Before you could take a seat, your teacher stopped you.
“Wow.” She folded her arms and smirked. “It looks like my plan worked.”
“I’m sorry?” You asked.
“Making you guys partners seems to have paid off.” She pointed to your books in Peter’s arms.
“Peter was just taking a break from his usually monkey brained self to do something polite.” You stammered.
“And Y/n couldn’t carry her books because she’s too busy carrying the weight of being the most obnoxious person in this part of New York.” Peter followed up.
“Mhm.” She nodded. “And the hand holding?”
“It was his idea.” You said at the same time as Peter said, “She let me.”
“Right.” She clicked her tongue. “Take a seat you two.”
You and Peter took your usual seats and kept quiet the entire class. The rest of the class was quick to notice the absence of the typical taunting banter that usually occurred between you and Peter. In its place, much to everyone’s surprise, was your dangling hands holding each other’s under the desks. His left hand was reaching forward while yours was reaching back, meeting in the middle and staying that way throughout the period. You didn’t know why you let him hold you hand the entire time. He didn’t know either. All you knew was you liked the feeling of his hand in yours.
At lunch time, you found yourself walking towards Peter’s table instead of sitting with your other friends. You had no idea why you wanted to sit with him, but you felt yourself missing him throughout your classes. You silently put your lunch down next to him and began to eat. Peter and Ned exchanged a look and Peter nearly choked on his food.
“You’re sitting here?” Peter asked with a mouth full of food.
“Is there a problem?” You asked as you looked between him and Ned.
“No.” Peter shook his head. “I’m glad you’re here. I’m happy to see you.”
“Shut up, loser.” You snickered as you leaned into him. He leaned back before wrapping an arms around your shoulders. Ned stared at the two of you in shock, usually accustomed to you going at each other’s throats. When Peter told him you’d kissed, he thought he was kidding.
“So are you guys like a couple now?” Ned asked, interrupting the moment. Peter didn’t know how to answer, so he looked to you.
“We’re giving it a test run.” You shrugged. “For now, we’re just casually dating.”
“When will you know if you want to be a couple?” Ned continued.
“I kinda had the same question.” Peter said sheepishly. You thought about it for minute, not exactly sure of your answer.
“Tell you what.” You decided. “If I ever look at you and feel an overwhelming need to kiss you, thats when I’ll know.”
“Okay.” Peter nodded. “I can work with that.”
“So how’s your project going Ned?” You asked as you changed the subject.
“Well, Gwen and I haven’t started dating, so not as good as yours.” He joked.
“Yeah, well. She’s missing out.” You winked at him.
“Not really.” Ned shrugged. “I’m exactly like Peter, just without the abs.”
“And I’m like Ned without the beautiful Hawaiian complexion.” Peter complimented back.
“Woah. Didn’t realize sitting here meant I’d be third wheeling on your date.” You joked.
“You’re not.” Peter didn’t get the joke. “You can sit here whenever you want.”
“Not that I care”, you prefaced ‘“but did you say Peter had abs? As in defined abdominal muscles?”
“Yeah.” Ned nodded as Peter’s face went red. You looked at him with a knowing smile and he knew exactly what you were thinking.
“Don’t.” He warned you.
“I knew you were on steroids!” You said excitedly. “I called it and I was right.”
“I am not on steroids.” Peter whined.
“I knew it.” You insisted. “Your arms got bigger practically overnight and now you have abs?”
“I work out.” Peter lied.
“No you don’t.” You snorted.
“I’m Spider-Man.” He tried again.
“I’d believe you work out before I’d believe that.” You told him, much to his relief.
“Then I guess we’ll never know.” He shrugged, sneaking a knowing glance at Ned. “Do you want to come over later? We can continue working on the project.”
“Sure.” You shrugged, feeling nervous butterflies in your tummy. “I’ll meet you by the lockers after the last bell.”
“Don’t be late.” He smiled.
“Don’t tell me what to do.” You deadpanned, making his smile fall.
“I’m just kidding.” You smiled. “God, you’re so gullible.”
“You don’t like to make things easy, do you?” Peter joked as he leaned on his hand to stare at you. The way he was looking at you sent a wave of butterflies into your tummy, causing you to look away.
“Hm.” You grinned. “No I do not.”
~
“Hey May.” Peter called as he set his keys down by the door. Your heart rate quickened when you heard footsteps coming into the room.
“Hey, Peter. How was your -oh! Hello.” May stopped short when she noticed you standing behind him.
“Hi, Miss Parker. I’m Y/n.” You introduced yourself since you didn’t meet her last time you were over.
“You’re Y/n?” May asked. “The one from your physics class?”
“Yeah. Peter and I have a few classes together actually.”
“Is this the one you called a b-“
“Beautiful, sweet Angel.” Peter cut her off and smiled at you. “Yes, this is her.”
“Oh.” She was surprised. “Hi. You can call me May.”
“It’s nice to meet you, May.” You smiled as you shook her hand.
“You too. Wow.” She laughed. “You’re nothing like I pictured.”
“May.” Peter said warningly.
“What?” She asked. “The way you described her, I figured she had horns and a little tail.”
“Oh, I do.” You nodded. “I just hide them well.”
“Peter.” May said pointedly. “She’s not nearly as bad as you told me. What are you guys doing here anyway?”
“We have a group project.” He said.
“We’re also dating.” You followed up. Peter looked at you in pleasant surprised, feeling very happy that you said that.
“Finally.” May scoffed. “I knew you liked her. No one whines that much about a girl he doesn’t like.”
“Yeah, yeah.” Peter rubbed the back of his neck in embarrassment.
“Well, I’ll leave you guys to it.” May said. “Do you guys need anything before I go? Snacks? Drinks? Condoms?”
“We’ll take some condoms.” You said casually. May raised her eyebrows as Peter choked on his saliva.
“Kidding.” You said through an awkward smile. “That was a joke. Thank you, though.”
“We’re gonna go to my room now.” Peter quickly ushered you out of the room. “Bye May!”
“It was nice meeting you!” You called as he pushed you into his room. As soon as his door was closed, you put your hands on your hips.
“You told you aunt I was a bitch.” You pointed at him accusingly.
“No.” Peter pointed back at you. “I told her you were a brat.”
“Oh.” You relaxed. “Well that’s not that bad.”
“Is that a deal breaker?” Peter worried. “I kinda told her we hate each other.”
“Peter, you have to stop being so worried about messing this up.” You said as you rubbed his arms. “I told you, I want this to work. You have to relax a little.”
“Okay.” He sighed. “I’m sorry. I’m just having a hard time believing you like me back.”
“I like you some of the time.” You shrugged before cracking a smile.
“Hey.” He whined.
“I’m teasing.” You told him. “I’m just getting used to being nice to you. If it makes you feel better, I’m starting to like you a lot more.”
“I guess that does make me feel better.” He mumbled.
“Good.” You smiled and patted his cheek. “Now stop whining about it, brat.”
“You’re the brat.” He scoffed playfully as he put his hand over yours. You sucked in a breath at how close you were, hearing your heartbeat in your ears. Peter’s eyes fell to your lips before going back to your eyes.
“Can I kiss you?” He asked softly.
“Shut the fuck up.” You matched his soft tone with a harsh one.
“Okay.” He backed up. “Sorry.”
“I’m kidding.” You assured him as you pulled him back to you. “You can kiss me.”
He rolled his eyes at you before cracking a smile.
“You’re mean.” He mumbled as he put his hands on your face.
“Yeah, but you like that.” You whispered as you leaned up to kiss him. He pulled your closer by your face as you slid your hands under his shirt. He was a surprisingly good kisser for someone who had never been in a relationship before, and you wanted to test his limits. You dragged your fingernails down his stomach and just as Ned told you, he had abs. He groaned at the unfamiliar feeling and began to move backwards. You followed him until you both fell on the bed. Peter rolled on top of you and continued kissing you, slipping his fingers through yours to hold your hands. You licked his bottom lip and he took the hint to open his mouth. His kisses were clumsy and awkward, but you absolutely loved them. You made out on his bed just like last time, your project long forgotten. Neither of you had any idea how much time had passed before you both collapsed on his bed to catch your breath. You rolled over and rested your head on Peter’s chest, feeling his rapid heartbeat beneath you. You rested your hand on his stomach, mindlessly playing with the soft material of his sweater.
“Hm.” You pouted as Peter wrapped an arm around you and rubbed your shoulder with his thumb.
“What’s wrong?” He wondered.
“I really like you.” You realized as you made a disgusted face.
“Is that a bad thing?” He chuckled.
“Yes!” You exclaimed. “I don’t want to have feelings. Especially not for you. We’re supposed to be enemies but…”
“But what?” Peter asked when you trailed off.
“But I never want to leave this bed.” You mumbled as you you held him closer. Peter laughed again and kissed the top of your head.
“It’s okay.” He insisted. “I really like you too.”
“Gross.”
“If I have to stop worrying about messing this up, you have to stop worrying about letting this happen.” He reasoned. “It’s okay that we like each other. I didn’t see it coming either.”
You let out a sigh and gazed up at him.
“I hate when you’re right.” You mumbled.
“You’re gonna have to get used to that.” He told you as he stroked your face.
“Why would I get used to something that only happens once a month?” You asked. He gave you a look so you smiled.
“Kidding.” You told him. “We can still bully each other, right? Or does that have to stop if we’re dating.”
“It depends. You said you need communication, right?”
“Yeah.”
“Okay.” He nodded. “I don’t like it when you make jokes about me being on steroids. I’m scared people are going to believe you and then I’m gonna have to pee in a cup in front of the principle. I’m very pee shy.”
“Thank you for letting me know.” You laughed. “I won’t make those jokes anymore.”
“What about me?” He asked. “What’s off limits?”
“Well unlike you, I can take a joke, so nothing is off limits for me.” You shrugged, always taking the opportunity to tease him.
“Hardy har.” He said sarcastically.
“Actually, wait.” You thought of something. “Don’t call me a bitch. Brat is fine but bitch crosses the line.”
“That’s easy.” He said. “I only ever called you that in my head anyway.”
You gave him a look and he laughed.
“Kidding.” He mimicked your voice. “You have my word. I won’t ever call you that.”
“All right.” You sighed in content. “I feel better now.”
“Does this mean I can start calling you my girlfriend?” Peter asked.
“Not yet.” You decided. “I haven’t decided if I want to do this for real yet. I’m still weighing my options.”
“Okay.” He nodded. “Take your time. No pressure.”
“Well that makes it sound like you don’t care either way.” You whined as you sat up.
“I do. I do care.” He assured you as he sat up. “But I don’t want to rush you. I really want to give this a try, but only if you do too.”
You looked at him for a while as you processed what he said.
“Why are you looking at me like that?” He wondered.
“You’re making it really hard to justify not liking you all these years.” You told him, and he couldn’t help but smile.
“Good.” He shrugged. “I want you to like me.”
“I got my heart broken pretty badly in the past.” You whispered. “Because I liked someone a little too much.”
“I already told you, I’m not gonna break your heart. I’m not like that.”
Your lips tweaked into a smile before you leaned in to kiss him.
“You better not be.”
~
You continued casually dating Peter throughout the week, getting closer to telling him you wanted to be his girlfriend every day. He carried your books for you, opened your door, and shut you up with kisses, just like you asked. By Friday, you were ready to make it official. You found him in the hallway between classes but before you could tell him what you decided on, he started to speak.
“What are you doing after school today?” He asked as he bounced on his heels.
“Volunteer Club was cancelled so nothing.” You answered. “Why?”
“I want to take you somewhere.” He explained. “But it’s a surprise.”
“I knew it.” You shook your head. “I knew you and your cult were gonna kill me.”
“There is no cult.” He huffed. “Just meet me here after school, okay?”
“Okay.” You looked at him skeptically as he broke out into a grin. “But what-“
Peter cut you off with a kiss before telling you, “It’s a surprise! No more questions.”
He quickly scurried away before you could ask him anything else, leaving you a blushing mess in the hallway.
~
After school, you walked with Peter’s hands over your eyes to an unknown location. The walk was pretty far and his hands we’re starting to get sweaty on your face. If you didn’t like him so much, you would have complained.
“Okay.” Peter announced. “We’re here. You can look.”
Peter uncovered your eyes and let you look around. When you realized he had brought you to a cemetery, you looked at him for answers.
“I was doing a little research, I hope you don’t mind.” He prefaced. “This lot is closest to the Grey Sloan Memorial hospital, so it’s where they put most of their car crash victims.”
“Yeah.” You nodded as you kept your eyes ahead. “I know.”
“This is where they buried your parents, right?” He asked quietly. You looked at him, impressed that he was able to find out where they were, and nodded.
“Yeah.” You said softly. “It is.”
“Can you take me to them?” He asked politely. You opened your mouth to speak, but found no words. Instead, you took Peter’s hand and lead him to your parents graves.
There was a pile of roses laid in front of the headstones, all in different stages of decomposition. Peter took his backpack off his shoulders and pulled out two roses. He handed one to you and kept the other in his hand. Before you could say anything, Peter got down on one knee in front of the headstone.
“Mr. and Mrs. L/n, it’s an honor to meet you.” He began. “My name is Peter Parker. I’m sure Y/n has complained about me a few times to you guys. I’ve definitely given her a lot to complain about.”
You chuckled at his words as tears came to your eyes. You thought what he was doing was sweet, if a little morbid. You knew his intentions were pure and that’s what mattered.
“I came here today for two reasons. The first was to meet the parents of the most unpredictable, intelligent, and beautiful person I have ever met. She’s also super annoying. Like, you would not believe how annoying this girl is.” He joked. “Or I guess, maybe you would. In my opinion, she gets a little easier to endure everyday.”
Peter looked back at you to see if you were still listening, and you gave him a thumbs up.
“My other reason for coming here was to formally ask you for permission to date your daughter.” He continued. “I know it’s ultimately her decision, but she likes old fashioned romantic gestures. So here I am, asking for your blessing.”
You covered your mouth with your hand as happy tears fell from your eyes. Not only had Peter remembered what you listed off to him, he followed through with the most thoughtful romantic gesture you’d been given. He turned around again to look at you, shielding his eyes from the setting sun.
“They’re kinda quiet.” Peter joked. “Do you think they said yes?”
“Peter?” You said weakly.
“Yes?”
“I’m feeling that overwhelming need to kiss you right about now.” You told him with a tearful smile.
“I bet you are, loser. Can you give me a minute? I’m in the middle of a conversation.” He rolled his eyes before turning back to the headstone. “So, you guys enjoying the weather?”
You let out a laugh and wiped your face free of tears.
“Peter. Stand up right now.”
Peter obliged and stood up to face you.
“You said you liked romantic gestures.” He began to apologize. “It was either this or I pull out a ouija board and-“
You cut Peter off by throwing your arms around him and kissing him. He kissed you back immediately, stabilizing you as you stumbled into him. Something inexplicable made this kiss feel different from the last ones. This time, you were letting yourself feel everything you wanted to feel for Peter.
“Wait.” You pulled away suddenly and held him back from you.
“What’s wrong?” He worried.
“I don’t want to get caught making out with my boyfriend in a graveyard.” You told him. “That’s too weird. Even for you.”
“You called me your boyfriend.” Peter smiled happily, ignoring everything you said except that.
“Did I?” You played dumb. “I didn’t even notice.”
Untitled Feralnette Fic Ch. 1
Hiya there anyone who happens upon this first chapter of this fic. I would like to start out by saying that this is my first fanfic ever. I've been wanting to write a fic for the miraculous fandom for a while but I haven't had any inspiration until I stumbled upon this glorious AU created by @bigfatbreak. I highly suggest checking out all of their posts about this au because they are hilarious and genius and about 100 other amazing adjectives that could be used to describe them and their posts. Anyways enough with my rant and let's get on with the fic. ⚠Slight angst⚠️ ⚠️Swearing⚠️
--------
When Marinette got home after her and Luka's breakup, all she could do was cry. She wanted to be with him, but her Ladybug duties came first. If lying is a deal breaker for him, then maybe it was best that they ended it now while their relationship was still in its early stages. Still, she couldn't help but feel the loss of her first relationship. She ended up crying for a whole entire day. She just hoped that Hawkmoth(or Shadowmoth or whatever the fuck he wanted to be referred to as this week) wasn't feeling particularly akuma-y today, because she didn't know if she could bottle up all these feelings, even though the world is relying on her ability to do so.
Ugggghhh!! It has been exhausting having to be "happy and perfect Marinette" and "happy and perfect Ladybug" All. The. Time. She's also pretty sure that Hawkmoth had discovered the similarities in her personality as Marinette to Ladybug, and that's why she's been targeted by multiple akumas lately. She has had to have her emotions under control even more than usual. If only there was a way to get Hawkmoth to stop targeting her. Maybe she should just not give a fuck anymore. Haha as if! It couldn't be that easy! Could it?
The more she thinks about it the more it starts to make sense. If she just let herself go completely crazy as Marinette, she would be killing like 10 birds with one stone. She would get hawkmoth off of her trail, she wouldn't have to deal with having to hide her emotions all of the time, she wouldn't have to deal with the added stress of maintaining her perfect persona, she wouldn't have to deal with the stress of Lila's lies taking her friends away if she didn't have friends in the first place, and so much more stress would be taken off of her plate! It was perfect! It might hurt a little at first, but it's for the best in the end. She spent that night planning out her outfit for tomorrow, doing her homework, and going to sleep knowing that, in the morning, François Dupont isn't gonna know what hit them.
....
Adrien Agreste had been having a rough week. He had been abandoned on patrol by ladybug, been broken up with by his girlfriend, and was feeling completely and utterly alone. He knows that his lady has been feeling overwhelmed by her guardian duties lately, and that he 100% deserved that verbal lasting that kagami had given him but he couldn't help but feel this way. He was also feeling guilty about lying to kagami and leading her on for so long. After she broke up with him he took some time to assess his feelings for her and realized that he had more of an admiration for her than an infatuation. He definitely didn't feel the same way about her that she felt about him. She told him that she LOVED HIM, and he was so distracted (blinded) by ladybug that he didn't even process her confession. So, he was looking forward to Sunday morning. He cleared his schedule and on that beautiful Sunday morning, he did what he is only allowed to do on very rare occasions: sleep in. Or at least... thats what he had planned on doing.
When Nathalie had knocked on his door that morning Adrien was not in a good mood. He vaguely heard her say something about father wanting him downstairs in some amount of time for something involving a business partners child and some other robotic sounding words that his half asleep brain couldn't process completely.
"I have a cleared schedule this morning, Nathalie. What could father possibly want me for that is more important than my precious sleep?" He asked snappily.
"Your father wants you downstairs to welcome the new guest that will be living in the house for the rest of the school year. You have 15 minutes to make yourself look presentable and I suggest leaving the attitude upstairs," she half informed/half reprimanded him. As she walked away, Adrien reluctantly rose from his nice warm bed and went to go get ready with only one thought racing through his mind: Who could possibly be staying with them?
....
Felix Culpa was not looking forward to living at the Agreste mansion for the rest of the school year, but for their parents' sake they would do what they had to. It wasn't all for their parents either, they were also concerned about the strange "dissapearance" of Emilie (who was his aunt in all ways except blood relation) and about the treatment of Adrien since said "disappearance".
You see, Felix Culpa is the heir to the Culpa Fabric Empire. The Culpas have been the sole fabric supplier of the Agreste brand since the very beginning. Felix's mom Diana was best friends with Emilie since their college days. Diana and Emilie made the deal with the two brands because as best friends who are both involved in the same industry, it just made sense to have a business relationship with each other. Diana never really cared for Gabriel as a person, but she could tell that he loved Emilie more than anyone else in the world so she could tolerate him for the sake of her best friend.
When Emilie went missing, Diana was absolutely devastated and tried anything she could to find her. She invested in missing person ads as large as billboards, organized search teams, tried to aid the police in their search for her in any way she could, but there was no leads, no legitimate calls to the number on the billboards, and the search team came up empty handed. While she was doing all of this to try to find her, she couldn't help but be furious over the fact that Gabriel was doing nothing to help in the search. All he did was hole himself up in his oversized mansion and call it a day.
The last straw for Diana was when Gabriel tried to use the "grieving my wife" excuse to try to abuse their business arrangement. That day, she told him that the Culpa brand would no longer be associated with the Agreste brand and that after the new collection is released, he would need to find a new fabric supplier. She knew that the Agreste brand would take a huge hit from having sub-par fabric, but she never thought that Gabriel would try to make up for that fact by using Adrien as a walking mannequin and locking him up in the desolate prison that he calls a home. As soon as she realized that he was doing this she scrambled to find a solution.
That is how Felix ended up here, standing in front of the mansion they would be living in for the next 9 months in exchange for Gabriel getting back into the Culpa brand's good graces. Don't get them wrong, they were excited about being able to be in Paris, home of the most innovative fashion pieces in the world, and about being able to see their honorary cousin Adrien (who wasn't half bad to be around despite him having no backbone whatsoever when it came to anything involving his father) but dealing with Mr. Agreste was definitely one of the low points of this arrangement.
They decided to just get it over with and knocked on the door. It was opened by the man that their cousin affectionately referred to as Gorilla. They nodded a thank you to the man, remembering that he was a man of few words, and proceeded to the bottom of the staircase. Mr. Agreste stood at the top with a very tired looking Adrien a few steps down. Felix wasn't even slightly surprised that this is where he chooses to welcome his guests, looking down on people must give him some sort of power trip or something. It's almost as if he heard the phrase "It's over, Anakin, I have the high ground," and made that his own personal motto. Whatever, let him have the feeling of false power if he wanted it, Felix knows that they have all the power in this situation and they're sure that Gabriel knows it as well.
"Hello Felix," Mr. Agreste greeted them with the same amount of warmth in his voice as liquid nitrogen, "while you are staying in this house you will abide by my rules. Adrien will inform you of them and show you to your room. You will attend school with him in the morning and I'm sure that you already know that you must represent not only the Culpa brand, but also the Agreste as well. I will be in my office working, do not disturb me. Contact Nathalie with any questions that cannot be answered by Adrien." He finished his spiel and left to what Felix assumed was his office space.
"Hello Felix!" Adrien greeted him with as much enthusiasm as he could muster in his sleepy state. "Come with me and I'll show you to your room."
Adrien led Felix to their room and listed all of the rules of the household that they were expected to follow. And... wow. Felix could not believe that their cousin had to live like this. The only social interaction this kid gets is at school and fencing? Pre-approved outings only with people determined socially acceptable by Gabriel? And if he gets even one "B" he isn't even going to be allowed to go to school at all? Felix knew that the living situation was bad for Adrien but know the only question running through their head was: What did they get themselves into??
--------
And... thats it for chapter 1! Mostly background info at this point, but next chapter will be the class' reaction to feralnette and felinette meeting for the first time. I just want to say thanks again to @bigfatbreak for giving me the inspiration to write a fic for the first time ever. Feel free to leave constructive criticism, I'm always looking to improve, especially at writing since this is my first time posting anything I've written online, so I want to get better so that I can make better content for you guys, gals, and non-binary pals. If anyone wants to be tagged just let me know and I'll make a tag list for ya. :)
Homebound - Deya’s childinnit au
This oneshot is for the amazing @deyageka s hotel arc childinnit au! Go check it out, please! This is long, 8 page or 2,641 words, long, please note!
Sam walked home that day, humming to himself. Really, he wasn’t going home per say - just to the small house that Puffy, Foolish and himself had built after they found Tommy. Sam was calm as he could be, he walked instead of using his trident in an attempt to calm himself down after how long the day was. Dream has pulled at his strings early in the morning, and Ranboo sent him on a wild goose chase the second he left the prison.
Sam hoped that Ranboo’s alright, his message didn’t sound right, even in chat. Why would Ranboo need a totem?
Sam walked into the house, and felt mounting dread as lights didn’t turn on. They should have already been on, the only reason why they would be off is if Puffy had taken Tommy out, but she had sent him a message asking him to come home as soon as possible. They weren’t in danger, she had said, Tommy had just wanted him back.
“I’m back!” Sam called. He smiled as he hoped that the pair were just napping as he shut the door.
False hope can only last so long.
“Puffy!” He screamed, looking at the woman as she lied on the floor. Blood ran down her face, unconscious. Almost like she was dead.
Sam doesn’t remember much of what happened next. Of course, he knows what happened.
Dream escaped, stealing Tommy. At least, thats the basics. He knows Ranboo was there, he knows that Ranboo was - is - possessed. He knows that Tommy woke up as he was teleported away. He knows that some of the toys that Tommy had were taken.
He knows that Puffy hasn’t woken up yet, even though it’s been three days.
Phil and Techno came around, Techno helping Sam track down Dream and the boys. Tubbo moved Micheal into Sam’s base, hoping that it would be safer. Quackity, Karl, Sapnap and George also joined the search party. The groups split up, scouring the land. Tubbo joins, looking through places he knows Ranboo frequents.
Sam has been banned from searching after Phil found him, half dead, in the snow.
Ponk helps him heal, but it isn’t enough. Sam can’t - won’t, he’s too much of a coward - voice why he won’t rest. It’s his fault that Tommy’s gone. It’s his fault that Dream got out. He is - was - Tommy’s father, and his was - is - the warden. He failed his jobs. He let not only Tommy, but the entire server down by letting Dream out.
Dream was right, Sam can’t protect anyone, let alone Tommy. This is his fault.
“Hey, Sam.” Ponk says softly, carrying in some warm soup. “You up to eat now? I’ll eat some too, it can be a real date.”
There’s kindness in Ponk’s eyes, love and sympathy and caring in the brown eyes. Sam doesn’t deserve it. Sam’s hurt too many people, Ponk shouldn’t-
“You’re thinking too hard.” Ponk smiles, handing Sam the soup. “Stop blaming yourself for Tommy’s kidnapping. You couldn’t have known.”
“He’s gone because my prison failed.” Sam whispers. “I failed everyone. I was supposed to be the warden, I was supposed to protect-”
Sam breaks, sobbing. He can’t keep being strong, he can’t keep up this facade. It’s dragging him down, pulling him under the water. Vines wrap around his throat, squeezing the life out of him. The void would be a kinder death, he’s falling apart and-
And Ponk wraps his arms around Sam, letting the creeper hybrid sob into his arms. He holds Sam together, as the world falls apart.
----
“Tommy, settle down.” Dream rolls his eye, not that Tommy can see under his mask. The child is still annoying, but he follows orders easily.
“I want Papa.” Tommy protests, clinging to the Sam Nook toy that Ranboo had stolen for him when Dream took him. “Where’s my Papa.”
“I’m right here.” Dream says, cooing at the child.
“No you’re not.” Tommy glares, tears forming in his tiny eyes. “I want my Papa and Big Q and Karl and Foo’ish and Mama Puff and Sap and George!”
George.
“Do you like George?” Dream asks quietly, shock filling his chest. He could have George back, his best friend.
“Yeah! He reads to me and is safe.” Tommy smiles, tapping the Sam Nook toy around. “Makes me sleepy, though.”
“How would you feel if I asked George to come around?” Dream offers, taking out his communicator.
“Will he?” Tommy looks up, happily.
“I’m sure he’d love to.” Dream says, and Tommy cheers, throwing Sam Nook to the side as he gives Dream a hug. “But now you need to go to bed.”
Tommy whines, but doesn’t struggle as Dream picks him up. The small child - only two or three years old at most - yawns, snuggling in to sleep as Dream places him in the bed. Dream smiles from under his mask, shutting the door slightly as he leaves. Dream walks down the stairs, watching through the door as Ranboo tidies up the living room.
Dream whispers to Georgenotfound: Would you like to come around, I haven’t seen you since I left prison. Dream whispers to Georgenotfound: You can bring Sapnap as well, I guess. But I’d like to catch up with you - and tommy’s missing you i guess :/ Georgenotfound whispers to Dream: What are your co’ords? I’ll come now. We can bring Sapnap once he’s calmed down.
Dream smiles, sending through the coordinates without a second thought. Of course George would agree to come around. George is his best friend, he’s Dreams other half. George - and Puffy, a traitorous part of his brain whispers - would do anything for him.
Ranboo stops cleaning for a moment, looking up the stairs. Dream frowns, following his line of sight. No one is there, but he notices the small sobs that emit from the higher floor. Tommy. The child must be crying, maybe a nightmare. He’s too young to remember L’Manburg, the disks or the wars. He only remembers some people, after all.
Sam is one of them. Tubbo was not. A child's mind is a strange place.
Dream walks up the stairs, pausing outside Tommy’s room. He knocks before he enters, warning the boy. Dream turns on the light, not knowing what to expect.
Tommy sits up in his bed, his eyes screwed shut as he sobs. Tommy hugs Sam Nook close, but no words fall from his lips. Dream sighs, scooping the boy up and gently rocking him. Tommy blinks his eyes open before he screws them shut, crying again. Dream frowns, sinking to the ground as he tries to settle the boy.
“Please stop crying.” Dream mumbles, rocking Tommy. He’s so small, so fragile. Dream can feel every shake of Tommy’s tine body as the child cries himself back to sleep.
Dream sets the boy back into bed, tucking him in gently. He’ll wait with the boy until Ranboo is done, and then he’ll go to greet George.
----
“Dream sent me a message.” George says, casually leaning against the doorframe. “I have his coordinates.”
“I’m sorry, what?” Eret gasps, covering their mouth. Bad and Phil stand up, looking over George with carefully concealed confusion. “How long ago did you receive the message?”
“About fifteen minutes?” George frowns, checking the time. “Yeah, around fifteen minutes ago.”
“And you didn’t tell us until now?” Techno glares, an axe summoned into his hand.
“I couldn’t find you until now. Are you guys coming or what?”
“Have you told anyone else?” Phil asks, pulling his wings out of his cloak.
“Quackity, Karl and Sapnap are halfway there.” George says, walking towards the coordinates.
“Sam?”
“Doesn’t need the stress.” George says. “He’s too sick.”
“What’s the plan?” Bad asks quietly.
“Karl, Sapnap and Quackity stake the house out from a distance. I go in, distract Dream and Ranboo, and then grab Tommy and run.” George says.
“Where do we come in?” Techno asks.
“I dunno, we didn’t think that far ahead.” George shrugs. “Work it out when we get there.”
And with that, they walk.
----
Dream stands in the kitchen, watching the kettle boil as he waits for George to arrive. He’s boiled the kettle twice so far, waiting for his friend, but he doesn’t want the water to go cold before George can have some tea.
A knock sounds at the door, and Dream cautiously walks over, opening it. White clout glasses and brown hair appears, and Dream relaxes, opening his arms for a hug. George hesitates for a split second before he sinks into the hug. Dream doesn’t - wont - think about it. The hesitation.
“Hey.” Dream breaths, and George smiles.
“Hey yourself. How are you?”
“Good. I’m a father now.” Dream smirks, and George pulls out from the hug. “Do you want some tea?”
“The gosip type or the good type?” George jokes, and Dream steps aside, showing George the kitchen bench, where two cups are laid.
“Guess.”
----
“Why did George hug him?” Techno whispers to Eret.
“They’re best friends, he’s keeping up the persona.” Eret replies. “Letting Dream’s guard down.”
“Will it work?”
“Well, we won’t know unless George either gets Tommy.”
“Or he starts screaming.” Phil says darkly, his wings fluttering nervously behind him.
“Dream wouldn’t-” Bad shakes his head. “No, this Dream isn’t the same one who played with Sapnap as a kid. Dream would hurt George, wouldn’t he?”
----
“Is Tommy sleeping alright?” George asks, trying to sound casual. “Sam used to complain that he’d only ever sleep peacefully if I was there.”
It’s a lie, but George and Sam had both noticed that Tommy would sleep easily in George’s arms. Nightmares would still happen, but Tommy would calm down faster.
“He’s been having so many nightmares.” Dream admits. “He also cries a lot, even during the day. I think he needs you around. Familiar faces and all that.”
“What about Ranboo?” George asks, curiosity getting the better of him.
“Ranboo hasn’t been Ranboo since I escaped.” George can hear the self centered smirk in his voice, the proud lilt of admitting that he’s controlling the teen. “I think Tommy can tell that. It doesn’t seem to bother him all that much, he’s seen my face and isn’t scared.”
George’s stomach drops at that, fear lacing his insides. There’s a reason Dream wears the mask. He doesn’t look safe to be around, he looks like if the void had a neon green eye and a glowing, neon green hole gaping where his mouth and nose should be. But George knows better than to mention that, only raising his eyebrows with surprise.
“I would have thought that would make him cry.” George jokes, lightly elbowing Dream. “Is he sleeping?”
“I hope so, do you want to check?” Dream cocks his head to the side, not too unlike a puppy. George nods, and let’s Dream walk him up the stairs.
Now’s his chance.
---
Sapnap nervously paces, the treeline hiding him from Dream’s watchful gaze. He’s far enough away to see everything, but not be able to hear anything. It’s safer this way, watching from a distance. Karl and Quackity won’t get hurt if he’s caught, this way. He doesn’t trust the silence, and from the nervous looks on his fiancees’ faces, they don’t like not being able to hear either.
An ear piercing scream tears the silence in half as Karl makes eye contact with Sapnap.
“GEORGE!” Sapnap screams, running towards the house. Snow melts under his feet, he can’t contain his anger. “George!”
Sapnap slams open the door to the house, his hand melting the door handle. George lays on the ground, his glasses under Dream’s foot. Blood. There’s so much blood. Too much blood. George is curled around Tommy, who wails at the top of his lungs. George isn’t moving. Why isn’t George moving? Why isn’t he struggling.
Duck.
Ranboo’s punch misses.
Sweep your opponents leg out from under them.
Ranboo falls to the ground, his head cracking painfully.
Keep your eyes on the room.
Blood pools under Ranboo’s head. Dream laughs.
Don’t let your guard down.
“Did you really think that George could take Tommy from me?”
Don’t let your opponent see any fear.
“I trusted you both. You’re my friends. I can’t believe you would betray me like this.”
Focus on the fight.
“I thought you cared about me, all I wanted was for us to be a family again.”
Dream stands on George, and Sapnap can hear the pained weaze that George breaths out. He’s still alive.
“Eyes on me, Snapnap.” Dream taunts, and Sapnap’s eyes jump back to his once-best friend. “You’ve got to work on that.”
Don’t make the first move.
“Not going to talk to me?”
Go on the defensive.
“That’s rude.”
Duck.
“Let’s dance.”
Duck. Sidestep. Block. Jab. Punch. Duck. Owch, was that his eye? Duck again, keep focusing. Get to the door. Duck. Open the door. Punch. Step outside. Block. Run backwards. Duck. Throw a punch
Sapnap is thrown through the air, landing with a scream on the ground. Snow melts around him, and he lets out a gasp of pain. There’s blood underneath him, staining the snow red. It’s pretty, almost.
Sapnap can see Phil and Techno fight Dream, out of the corners of his eyes. Eret and Bad run into the house, carrying out Ranboo, Tommy and George. They’re safe. Everyone is safe now. Sapnap did good.
“Stay awake Sap.” Karl says, and Sapnap forces his eyes open - when did they close - to see his fiancee’s. Quackity cradles his head in his lap, and Karl fumbles with his pockets. “Keep your eyes open, yeah, that’s good. Keep it up.”
Sapnap groans as Karl pours a healing potion directly onto his torso. It wont help much, there’s something in his back, but he can’t speak. It hurts too much.
“Open your eyes.” Quackity says, and Sapnap feels warm fingers on his cheek. “Open your eyes. BAD! BAD SAPNAP’S-”
----
Sam watches out the window of his room as birds flit around tree branches. Ponk had left the room half an hour ago, just after he served breakfast. Ponk hadn’t said much, simply kissing Sam’s forehead and telling him to relax.
Sam can’t relax. He shouldn’t be allowed to, pneumonia or not. Not while Puffy suffers, while Tommy suffers.
“Hey Dad.” Quackity’s voice doesn’t surprise Sam, who sees his son every morning.
“Hey duckling.” Sam smiles. “How are you this morning?”
“Good. Sapnap and George are in a bad shape though. Bad kicked me out of their rooms.” Quackity laughs wetly, tears in his eyes.
“I’m sorry to hear that.” Sam says, opening his arms out for Quackity. The man smiles, but shakes his head, wiping away tears.
“There’s something you need to see.” Quackity says, and apparently thats a cue for something, because Jack opens the door to his room.
Niki wheels Puffy into the room, the woman sitting on a wheelchair, her hair falling down over her shoulders. She’s still got a bandage on her head, but there is colour in her cheeks and a knowing smile on her face.
“Puffy.” Sam gasps, happy to see his friend better, if not up and running. Sam tries to stand, to give Puffy a hug, but Quackity just pushes him back into his bed.
“If you’re that happy to see me, you’ll need someone to hold you back with who Foolish has.” Puffy jokes, though her voice is hoarse.
Foolish walks into the room, gently holding a wiggling Tommy. Sam gasps, and true to Puffy’s prediction, it takes Quackity and Jack to stop Sam from getting out of his hospital bed. Foolish passes Tommy to Sam, and the man holds onto Tommy gently, still trying to wrap his head around the fact that he’s here. He’s safe, finally.
“How-”
“We’ll explain later.” Quackity says. “Just relax for now. Everyone is safe.”
it was the middle of your summer break. you had just gotten back from a week long trip with some of your good friends. your roommate yangyang, was pretty jealous he didnt get to go as his two best friends did. but of course, becauce your best friend's ex was yangyang, she wasnt comfortable with him there.
you got out of your friends car, walked into your apartments elevator, and clicked on your floor. you walked to the end of the hall to your apartment, unlocked to door and went inside.
hearing a sudden noise, he peaked his head out of his bedroom to see you taking your shoes off. "dude! your finally back!" yangyang yelled. he ran out to hug you.
"woah, im holding bags here." you said.
"haha, sorry. let me help you."
he took your suitcase and a few of your bags to your room.
"there, i may or may not have ordered food."
"cmon, man! i told you to stop ordering food. theres plenty of food here! i literally ordered groceries to the house before i left!" you snapped.
"sorry, mommy"
"ew, dont do that."
"dont lie, you like it." he winked
"yeah! just not from you?"
"oh why not? ive known you since i was born, so technically ive known you the same amount as my mom."
"ok, no. that makes no sense."
"sure does!"
"whatever."
"anyway, can we play a game and eat?"
"fine."
you two played your normal pc games for about an hour, but you left to your room so you could unpack.
you threw your stuff on your bed and started separating everything. as you sorted your things, yangyang just started randomly poking you everywhere.
"cant you see im trying to do something?"
no response, he just continued.
"stop."
"why?"
"because."
"no."
"do you need something?"
"yes."
"ugh, what?"
"im having a chick over so you might wanna cover your ears.."
"bro! again? i just got back, and i didnt need to know that!"
"oh, so youre not jealous?"
"no? why would i be?" ,you were definitely jealous, but you didnt need him knowing that.
he put his hands around your waist, and hugged you, "you sure about that?"
god, you were blushing like crazy, but luckily you had a history of being good at hiding your feelings.
"uh yeah?"
"okay." he let go, and walked away.
you wanted to brush what just happened off, but you couldnt. i mean, your three year crush, called you mommy? and waist hugged you?! come on. but hes having a girl over, so whatever. you took your makeup off, changed into pajamas, and continued to unpack.
after about an hour of you watching videos, with your headphones of course, you went to the bathroom, expecting yangyang and his girl in his room.
oh my god. you look out your room to see your best friend jerking off and watching porn in the living room?!
"YAH! YANGYANG?! WHAT THE FUCK?!"
"GOD DAMN YOU SCARED THE SHIT OUT OF ME!"
"SO DID YOU! I DIDNT WALK OUT TO USE THE BATHROOM TO SEE YOUR DICK!"
"SORRY!"
"COVER UP DAMN IT!"
he scooted to the corner of the couch, covered himself up, and turned the tv off, while you went to the bathroom.
you walked out, and sat down at the other end of the couch.
"so, you want to explain?" you asked.
"sorry.. i just.."
"just what?"
"i was, you know, horny, and i lied to you about having a chick over so you would bother me."
"i thought you would have sex in your room!"
"yeah... but i expected you to stay in your bedroom."
"i mean yeah, but this is my house too."
"sorry."
"its fine just dont do it again."
"ok.... also youre blushing."
you opened your phone camera to see if he was right. he was.
"no im not! i just did a face mask, thats all!"
he got up and sat infront of you on the floor.
"why are you on the floor?"
"no reason. i just see you prepared for me, huh?"
"what?!"
it took you a second. you werent wearing pants. thats what he was talking about. as soon as you realized that. you blushed even more, and just decided to leave to your room, until he grabbed your thighs and pulled you back on the couch.
"let me leave yangya-"
he put a finger over your mouth.
"not yet. just wait."
he was about to sneak his head under your oversized t-shirt, but he stopped.
"y/n.. consent?" he asked.
"i- uhm- i-"
"im guessing thats a yes."
he spread your legs, put his head in between your thighs, and ate you out like there was no tomorrow. he had you grabbing onto anything within your reach, and making a bunch of noise.
yangyang stopped, took the towel off of his waist. when you werent even looking, he put a condom on. he started kissing your neck, while he lined his member with your body.
he let go, asking you if you were ready. you nodded, and let him enter your heat. he continued at a normal pace, running his hands across your covered body. thinking your shirt was in the way, you began to take it off, but he stopped you.
"keep your shirt on."
"no, its fine. if you want to see me you can take it off."
"no. i know your not comfortable with that."
"are you sure?"
"yes."
everyone, including yourself, thought he was just a player, and that he wouldnt be this sweet in bed.
after a few minutes, he had sped up the pace, and gave you a few hickeys on your neck.
suddenly, you heard a knock at your door, it was one of your friends.you looked at each other, and ran to the bathroom. you told yangyang to get his hair wet and run to his room in a towel, while you showered.
he was wetting his hair, when you heard what sounded like your friend.
"dang it, i forgot i gave her a key." you said to yourself.
"yangyang, i need you to just play along ok?"
"alright."
you hopped in the shower, and you were peeking out of the shower door with your eyes closed.
"yangyang! are you done peeing yet?"
"god! sorry! let me wash my hands!"
"not in here! your going to make the water cold!"
"fine! ill go to the kitchen! damn!"
"thank you! now get out! wait close the door!"
"okay! no need to yell!"
he walked out and shut the door behind him to see your other best friend standing there watching him.
"uh hi?"
"hi? what just happened?"
"i was in the shower when she get home, so she forced me out of the bathroom so she could shower. but i needed to pee and get my hair product out of there."
"oh, so you two didnt shower together?"
"ew no, she has a boyfriend."
"she does?"
"i think?"
"oh.."
"anyway, she will be out soon, so just sit tight."
"alright."
your friend sat down on the couch, and saw a condom wrapper on the table, a towel with wet marks on it, and a pair of boxers on the floor.
"oh my god. they hooked up."
she got up and went to the bathroom where you were showering.
"hey y/n, im leaving, so you can get out and continue your fun time with yangyang. bye!"
"what?! what do you mean?"
"bye!"
she just walked out of your apartment. yangyang listened, so he went to the bathroom and told you she left.
"i know! whatever. im tired i wanna do this tomorrow please."
"of course. do you want to lay down while i put away your stuff? i know where everything goes so it should be fine."
"okay."
he picked you up and set you on your bed. you told him what was clean and what was dirty while you lay there telling him about your trip until you fell asleep.
he shook your shoulder to ask you if he could lay with you, and of course, you said yes.
the two of you finished what you had started in the morning, causing the people next door to complain.
GO BACK ⇢ Part 5 ⇢ UP NEXT
They ran.
That’s all they could really do. Running and frantically searching for you, the villain and rescuing citizens as well. This was one of those days that people would be terrified. It was horrible. People screaming, children crying and what made it worst of all.. is the place all of this is happening.
It was a pro hero’s job to protect citizens so they would get used to sights like these. But with the lingering thought in their mind that all of this devastation was happening in the place that no one say coming made their skin crawl.
“HELP..! PLEASE!! PLEASE HELP ME!” A citizen cried, stuck under rubble with blood streaming down her face. Midoriya flew over there as fast as he could and managed to safely get her out. “Hey! Ok I got you ok! Please keep your eyes open if you can!” He stated to her as her body was becoming heavier and heavier by the minute. While other pros who were more of rescuers came and took the woman from Midoriya, the other men ran forward, doing their best to save all the citizens that needed help while still in search of you.
A couple minutes pass and at the moment, all four of the heroes were helping citizens evacuate the area. At this time they were in the middle of the carnival where the Ferris wheel is located. “WHERE THE HELL IS Y/N AND THAT DAMN VILLAIN!” Bakugou yelled in frustration. It had been a couple minutes since anyone had detected anything from the villain. They have been stressing severely after the incident with the pups. They were thinking the worst.
“Bakubabe calm down.. you know that we’re all on edge about this situation and—“ Just before Kirishima could finish his sentence, a pound explosion and a bloodcurdling screaming was heard. And somebody in the crowd recognized the scream. The boys did too.
“Y/N?!” The mystery person said. They pushed through the crowd. “SO IT IS HER!!” Kirishima yelled, extremely panicked. The person made their way to where the heroes were. “IS THAT MY DAUGHTER?!” your mother screamed while crying. Your father came up behind her comforting her as she screamed. “BOYS! WHERE.IS.MY.DAUGHTER!!” Your father yelled as well, seeing red. The boys froze. They were not expecting to see their parents in law at a time like this. “Wait sir let me explain..” Todoroki started, wanting to avoid the unnecessary argument and also to avoid the lingering eyes on them.
The media knew nothing of you. They didn’t know you were connected to some of the most powerful heroes in society. So that meant not even the citizens knew. You were kept secret, to avoid villains trying to target you and now the pups. “But can we talk about it in private?” Todoroki continued, not wanting to talk about it in the setting where the citizens are within an earshot.
Your parents nodded and shakily walked to a corner. The boys then explained what they know and how the situation happened. Your parents were shaken. They never expected this to happen. “WELL PLEASE GO AHEAD! PLEASE SAVE HER!” Your mother cried. The boys nodded and bid farewell and took off.
“The bastard is gonna pay if there’s on mark on her..” Bakugou growled as he propelled himself faster in the air with his quirk. “Oh most definitely..” Todoroki said with a feral tone.
As they are nearing the area the explosion was, there was another one. And then the same voice was heard.
Your voice.
You screamed, “DO WHATEVER THE FUCK YOU WANT TO ME BUT I WILL NOT LET YO BITCHASS TOUCH MY FAMILY!!” The boys froze. That was you..? “You got guts going up to me.. but that’s a pretty little quirk you got there” the villain laughed at you. “I’m gonna have fun killing you..” the villain continued as he charged at you.
“WE GOTTA GO!” Midoriya screamed. The boys finally reached the area. The other heroes were dealing with other villains in the area. It was said that this villain the boys are going after was the strongest there. As they finally reached the area, their eyes widened at what they saw.
You stood in the middle of a lot of rubble all battered and beat up. The alpha marks that littered your neck were stained with blood. Your clothes were tattered and your hair was all frizzy. The boys looked over to the side where they saw your two friends laying there unconscious.
You were protecting them.
And it looks like there was a struggle. You were stumbling over your own feet at times. No wonder you quirk disabled in the air with the pups inside. You had the overexerted yourself. “Oh.. we’ll look what we have here..!” The villain cackled evilly. This alerted you as you shakily turned around to have your eyes be met with your alphas. “A..alp-“ you said weakly. You were so weak it’s the only thing you could get out before the villain grabbed you by your throat.
“I’d advise you stay back before I pop this one open!” He said menacingly. The boys saw red. As far as they were concerned, he was the reason you were hanging onto your life, he was reason their pups may have trauma from this experience, he was the reason their family may never be the same. “You.. MOTHERFUCKER!!”Bakugou screamed as he charged at the villain. “YOU DID THIS! YOU DIRTY ASS BITCH!!” Kirishima yelled behind, charging at the villain as well. “WE’LL KILL YOU!!” Midoriya said, doing the same as Kirishima and Bakugou. “THIS WILL NOT BE FORGIVEN!!” Todoroki screamed, following suit.
They all charged at the villain with the intent to kill him. They didn’t hold back at all. In a state of shock, the villain dropped you. Before you could hit the ground, Midoriya was quick to swoop in and grab your body. “I’m so sorry we didn’t come sooner my love.. we’ll finish this in a second then get you the help you need...ok?” He said. You nodded weakly and smiled letting him know you were ok. He set you on the ground, near your friends then went back to the fight. You managed to crawl closer to your friends’ unconscious bodies to put their heads in your lap. You sat up against the rubble and tried to relaxed your body but all you could feel was pain.
As the boys were still fighting the villain, debris flying all over the place, the villain began to speak. “WHY ARE YOU SO WORKED UP OVER A LOWLY OMEGA?!” He cried, obviously loosing the fight. “THATS NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS!” Todoroki yelled angrily. “AND DONT YOU DARE CALL HER LOWLY!!” Midoriya chimed in. “YOU’VE RUINED SO MANY LIVES TODAY AND HAVE THE AUDACITY TO ASK THAT YOU SON OF A BITCH?!” Bakugou continued, still beating the crap out of the villain. “YOU GOT SOME GUTS ASKING US THAT RIGHT NOW!” Kirishima added.
As this was happening, you heard a cry. It had to be enhanced by a quirk because it was a pup’s voice. Your eyes widened. “AMI! LITTLE PUP IS THAT YOU?!” You screamed. “MAMA!” She screamed back. That was your quirk.
Voice Adaptation.
You could basically do anything with your voice, whether it be making a shield, the orbs your pups were flying in or just sending messages, you could do it and apparently so can your pup. “Pup huh..” the villain groaned. He then slithered his way out of the boys and said, “LET’S SEE IF YOU’LL BE SO TOUGH WHEN I KILL THAT USELESS LITTLE DOG!” He screamed and started making his way to where the pups were. You were enraged and terrified. First of all, he just called your pup a useless dog and he’s now targeting your babies. “NO PLEASE, I’M BEGGING YOU!” You pleaded. The boys already took off after the villain, while terrified. ‘I have to do something I can’t just sit here!’ You thought to yourself wearily. After a few moments, your eyes then widened, finally getting a plan.
‘MOM?! MOM CAN YOU HEAR ME?!’ You said, sending a message to your mom through your mind with the use of your quirk. ‘Y/N?! SWEETHEART YOU’RE OK?!’ She replied. ‘I’LL BE FINE! BUT I NEED YOUR HELP! AND PLEASE CARRY DAD!’ You told her hastily. She sensed the urgency in your voice and said ‘I’LL BE RIGHT THERE!’ You slumped down and waited. A couple seconds later your mother and father appeared in front of you. “WHAT’S WRONG?!” Your mother screamed worriedly. “I can’t explain it right now but dad can you please pick up my friends and mom can you teleport all of us outside to where the ambulances are?!” You begged. Your parents looked at you, then each other then got stern looks. “Let’s go!” Your dad said as he picked up your two friends.
As this was happening, the boys was still in pursuit of the slimy squid like villain. “YEAH HELLO?! WERE IN PURSUIT! THE VILLIAN JUST STARTED TO RUN AWAY AND HE’S HEADING TO THE AMBULANCES! EVACUATE ALL THE CITIZENS IMMEDIATELY!!” Midoriya yelled into the communication device he had. “WE HAVE TO GET ALL THE PEOPLE OUT OF THERE! BUT WE HAVE TO GO BACK FOR Y—“ Kirishima started but was cut off by something.
It was your voice. You were talking to them.
‘Hello..! Alphas can you hear me?’ Your voice said in their head. ‘We’re here baby, we’re here! We’re coming back for you ok?!’ Todoroki communicated back to you. ‘No! Don’t! I’m fine’ you stated. ‘What the hell do you mean you’re fine?! With those injuries you could pass out at any moment!’ Bakugou says back. ‘Im serious! Keep going after the villain! My parents are here and their taking me to the ambulances!’ You told them sternly. ‘NO BABY WAI—‘ and before Midoriya could finish his sentence, your quirk cut off. All the alphas look at each other, decided if they should go back or not. “I have a bad feeling about this..” Kirishima says wearily, still chasing the villain. “OH LOOKS LIKE WERE HERE~” the villain laughs, drawing the boys out of their thoughts.
“FUCK!” Bakugou yelled. The boys watched as you teleported with your parents to the ambulances. They said a few things to you as you nodded your head. They left with the heroes that were directing them away.
For some reason, their stomachs were twisting. They had a lingering feeling that somethings wasn’t right.
You were looking around, silently begging to see your pups. The villain then charged at you but you managed to jump away in the split second if time you had left. “Y/N! GET OUT OF HERE!” Todoroki yelled. They didn’t wanna see you get hurt. You were so focused on finding the pups that you didn’t even hear him.
“THERE YOU ARE!” The villain said, alerting you and the boys. You looked over at him and saw that Ami, along with her three brother, Katsuo, Haru, and Izuko standing there in the care of a pro hero. “And looks like she’s got siblings.. Oh this is gonna be great!” The villain cackled. He charged at them. “NO!” The boys yelled in togetherness. They all ran after the villain. “DON’T LET HIM GET TO THEM! GET THEM OUT OF HERE!” Kirishima yelled, alerting the heroes. “HAHA I GOT YOU NOW!” The villain cried menacingly as he appeared infront of the wide eyed pups. He swung his tentacle as herd as he could and brung it down.
He hit something. But he didn’t hear crying. He opened his eyes to see you standing there, with a victorious smirk on your face, blood seeping out of the corner of your face and mouth. You looked up at him and said “I—.. I told you I wouldn’t.. let you touch... my family..—“ Your voice came out weak and hoarse. This was the breaking point to all those attacks you had to endure before. You had heard a loud crack and pop on impact. And it would be an understatement to say it hurt a lot. You knew that you were at your limit. “Y/N!!” Everyone who knew you cried out. The villain retracted his tentacle. “M-mama?!” Your pups cried, clawing at your legs. They looked up at you teary eyed. “M’ok babies, mommy’s gonna be just fi..—” you started weakly. Your vison started to get blurry. And darkness was the only thing you could see. “Get.. get them away.. don’t wanna fall.. on th..” you started to get out. You knew you were going to faint so you didn’t wanna fall on your pups. Your body began to fall. Before you hit the ground, you felt somebody catch you. By the way they held you, you knew it was one of your alphas. You could hear muffled screams. Your body soon went limp in the arms of whomever was holding you as you could do nothing but welcome the darkness.
