Well, Google’s 3D animal feature, as the name explicitly suggests, places 3D animals in your real-life environment such as your bedroom or living room. The AR feature uses your phone’s camera to place virtual animals in your surrounding. This has become a primary tool for parents to keep the kids occupied during the lockdown while also helping them gain educational knowledge about the animal names, behaviour, lifestyle and more. In this article, we tell you how you can use the Google 3D animals feature. How to use Google 3D animals The AR animals can be found through Google Search considering it is the easiest way to access them. Firstly, you have to fire up your browser (Chrome, Safari or Firefox) on your mobile and head to google.com. You can type an animal in the search bar like Tiger, Panda, or Shark and hit search. You will be presented with search results on the animal that you wanted to look up. Just below the images and Wikipedia box on the animal, you will find a section that reads, “Meet a life-sized tiger up close” and a “View in 3D” button. Tapping on the “View in 3D” button will fire up your rear camera. You will need to move the phone around to map the room, following which the AR animal will pop up. You can now scale it and move it as per your choice. The Google 3D animals feature isn’t available on a laptop or desktop browser and will only work on smartphones. Google 3D animals Live View feature supports most known animals, including alligator, cat, cheetah, bear, dog, duck, eagle, angler fish, goat, panda, horse, lion, octopus, racoon, among others. The feature, while being fun is also informative. Feminist Frequency - Celebrating Tropes Party

We had the pleasure of working with Feminist Frequency a few weeks back- it was an old school arcade themed party, so right away we were interested. We love video games (and you can never go wrong with the arcade fun we all grew up with!) We’d heard of Feminist Frequency through various blogs and the news cycle over the last few years, but we had never known much about them overall. We can say though, without a doubt, they were an absolute blast to work with! Great people and a great vibe lead to great photos… and we think they turned out fantastic!

Here’s a couple of our favorite shots- everyone there had such great and individual style. No one seemed afraid to embrace a colorful hairstyle, fashion sense, or even persona! We thought it was fantastic to see such a diverse crowd celebrating their mutual love of video games together! Video game enthusiasts comes from all walks of life and a lot of games and conventions don’t really show that diversity… even in places as diverse as Oakland and San Francisco. Seeing crowds that reflect the actual local diversity this well was inspiring and so it was refreshing to see!

Not only did we do the Photo Booth Photography for the event, we also compiled all the images into some pretty killer GIFs right there… the photo strips are awesome, but GIFs are definitely a bit more fun for social media tomfoolery. And with GIFS, you get the bonus of seeing the goof up shot right smack in the middle (don’t pretend you’ve never sneezed mid photo, or timed something wrong!) and it’s a lot more entertaining to see that in GIF form!

We love to see people embracing their passion- and not being afraid to do so because of who they are or where they’re from! If you love something, you should let it show (we love Photo Booths and love to show it, so we might be biased here!) We had an amazing time and we think they did too (not just because of our photos of course, but we’re pretty sure we helped!) Thanks so much you guys!

The Oppo Reno Ace was the first phone on the market with Super VOOC 2.0 that can reach 65W fast-charging speeds. Now Brian Shen, company VP, confirmed on Weibo the successor of the phone will arrive in April. A mysterious Oppo device codenamed PDHM00 is likely the very same Oppo Reno Ace 2, and it was certified at 3C with a 65W fast charger. The Oppo PDHM00 phone will (unsurprisingly) have 5G. At the CCC website, we see a 10V/6.5A charger with model number VCA7GACH, which is exactly the same brick that came in the first Oppo Reno Ace retail box. As we established, a 4,000 mAh battery can be filled 49% in ten minutes and it needs only 28 minutes to reach 100%. Sadly, the phone never escaped China and the global Oppo fans had to wait for the Find X2 lineup to meet the game-changing fast charging speeds of 65W. The Reno Ace 2 is expected to have the latest Snapdragon chipset and other neat specs like LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.0 storage, so it might be one very attractive package. I also found out this semester that they do backlit poster printing for a very competitive price with a fast turnaround! Definitely coming back to make some more!
