Nah but let’s talk abt how ppl use disability terms/harmful stereotypes/ derogatory words so casually this disabled pride month (tw ableism below)

The new terms are “sch*zoposting” and “delulu” but shit like this has been around for years and it’s so incredibly frustrating.

Another example is those TikTok POVS about “the weird kid in class” but they are all stereotypes of autistic ppl.

Or the misuse of the word triggered, the misuse of the word OCD, the misuse of gaslighting, of cr*pple, “are you deaf?” “Are you blind?” “Hellen Keller isn’t real.” I could go on and on but I will simply say this.

Disabled people are real people with feelings, emotions and lives. We deserve to use the terms that we need to COMFORTABLY. We deserve to exist without people taking the language used in the context of ourselves and putting it in a negative light.

We deserve to exist.

We deserve happiness.

Check in on your disabled friends.

Don’t assume things about people you don’t know.

I think a lot of the people mistake the whole "you complete me" thing.

When you find your soulmate, you do feel more whole, but not because you are a lesser person without them (because being torn down and being told you are a lesser person without them is wrong) but because being with the right person gives you a safe space to truly be yourself in every whole, fully aspect.

You can laugh harder with the right person, you can cry more honestly with the right person, you can be the most brutally honest version of yourself and it makes you feel like a genuine whole person that you weren't before.

just full force threw a shoe at my sister's face and when my mum got me alone after she was like 'you shouldn't clobber her. but i get it' 😭

Was considering buying (ridiculously overpriced) Sunny blu-rays to (very, very legally) rip them (for Personal Use archival purposes), decided to test on a blu-ray I already own, realized my external drive only reads DVDs, successfully ripped a DVD, but then was sent down a rabbit hole trying to see if I could use my (again, very, very legally) hacked PS3 to rip the .iso (I can) since it is indeed a blu-ray player with an attached PC-adjacent machine...

Long story short. If you see me spending $70 on seasons 1-5 on DVD and 6 on blu-ray, no you didn't, but also expect a 1080p season 6 bloopers upload in the near future.

definitely not from me, though. no way. i would never do that. i'm not a pirate. i'm just a good ole upstanding wiki admin.

#i need season 8 so bad but the price of it on bluray is ATROCIOUS #THESE MFERS ARE ASKING FOR EIGHTY WHOLE DOLLARS. Okay fam, so I do this thing where I ‘flash/speed’ watch the first episode of any random multiple new shows I’ve been wanting to check out on my watch list. Not only will you find new shows to watch and obsess over (and thus spend your time NOT writing new or old WIPs) you’ll suddenly find yourself with two or three new WIP ideas (thus adding to list of WIPs that you’re not writing... also, your old WIPs will just sit in your writing folder and just be like.... really bitch... it’s like that, huh?)
