Weihnachten.

Nun ist Weihnachten auch schon wieder vorbei. Ich denke, für viele Menschen war das Fest mal wieder sehr anstrengend, mich einbegriffen. Ich habe die Festtage soweit ganz gut überstanden, ich hab mir zumindest viel Mühe gegeben. Jetzt, nachdem das vorbei ist, hab ich keine Energie mehr. Ich bin in eine depressive Phase gefallen, von jetzt auf gleich. Ich kann kaum aufstehen, oder mich bewegen, alles ist zu anstrengend. Heute morgen war es sogar so schlimm das ich über längere Zeit nicht mal reden konnte. In solchen Phasen muss ich auch zugeben kämpfe ich sehr gegen das rauchen an. Während solchen Phasen bin ich für Medikamentenmissbrauch, Drogen oder Alkohol immer sehr anfällig. Das half mir immer das ganz einfacher zu gestalten und besser durchzukommen. Da ich das alles gut hinter mir gelassen habe, versuche ich auch dabei zu bleiben. Es ist nicht immer einfach, aber zumindest denke ich, das es sich lohnen wird. Nun ja, ich habe es immerhin geschafft zu duschen und meine Haare zu waschen, da ich mich auch ziemlich eklig gefühlt habe. Jetzt fühle ich mich gerade wenigstens körperlich besser. Ich sitze jetzt also hier, dröhne mir Musik rein, und schreibe, was auch ein guter Punkt ist, wenn ich bedenke wie es mir geht. Morgen steht dann nur Kino an, Avatar. Der geht 3 Stunden, also hoffe ich einfach das er wirklich interessant und spannend ist, ansonsten wird das Kino morgen mein Schlafplatz. Ich freue mich dafür aber umso mehr auf Mittwoch, denn wir haben noch kurzfristig einen Urlaub an der Ostsee gebucht, für 2 Nächte. Ich liebe die Ostsee wirklich sehr, das ist für mich immer ein guter Platz um meine Energie wieder aufzuladen. Den Geburtstag heute Abend habe ich sausen lassen, da ich ansonsten meine Energie die ich jetzt wieder habe, wieder abgeben müsste. Also ist mein Freund alleine dort. Ich mache mir jetzt schon wieder Gedanken und Sorgen wann er wieder kommt und wie viel er getrunken hat. Keine Angst, er hat mir nicht den Anlass zu dieser Sorge gegeben, aber seine Vorgänger. Daher ist Alkohol ein sehr rotes Tuch für mich, aber ich muss lernen damit umzugehen.

Ich bin ziemlich fertig heute, deswegen halte ich es heute "kurz".

Ich hoffe ihr habt es auch gut durch die Zeit geschafft, und nehmt euch jetzt die Zeit und Ruhe die ihr braucht. Ich wünsche euch von Herzen alles gute und Stay safe.
