Oop, I realized I never actually posted about this, but!
Anyone remember my separated Donnie au? Code name: Violet skies? Well I'm remaking it! Rewriting it, even !!
Here's Foot Recruit/aka Donnie!
Draxum, quite begrudgingly, ends up raising the four turtles with Splinter: whom saved him when a part of the lab's roof collapsed, while he was holding onto two of the turtles. Splinter brought the both of them to the sewers, and it all happened from there.
The turtles grew up not too different, safe for extra actual training and knowledge of both the hidden city and things mystic; until Leo and Donnie turned 14. Donnie went out one day with Raph, and didn't come back.
Two years after his disappearance, when the series events begin, they find him in the Foot Clan. Now called just Foot Recruit, with no memory of them — and a good 6 years worth of memories of living with the foot clan.

I'm really not a villain enjoyer. I love anti-heroes and anti-villains. But I can't see fictional evil separate from real evil. As in not that enjoying dark fiction means you condone it, but that all fiction holds up some kind of mirror to the world as it is. Killing innocent people doesn't make you an iconic lesbian girlboss it just makes you part of the mundane and stultifying black rot of the universe.
"But characters struggling with honour and goodness and the egoism of being good are so boring." Cool well some of us actually struggle with that stuff on the daily because being a good person is complicated and harder than being an edgelord.
Sure you can use fiction to explore the darkness of human nature and learn empathy, but the world doesn't actually suffer from a deficit of empathy for powerful and privileged people who do heinous stuff. You could literally kill a thousand babies in broad daylight and they'll find a way to blame your childhood trauma for it as long as you're white, cisgender, abled and attractive, and you'll be their poor little meow meow by the end of the week. Don't act like you're advocating for Quasimodo when you're just making Elon Musk hot, smart and gay.

Speedforce's Father
Clockwork had been around a long time. The Observants may have taken control of his actions due to his idiocy in his youth, but the truth is that he had lived through a lot. He had existed since the beginning, always present.
Unfortunately, he wasn't as indifferent as he pretended to be, a lesson he had to learn over time was to tune out most of the things. His first years, Clockwork became very attached to humanity, mourning their destruction, and trying to guide them on the best path, but it always ended the same way: Destroyed, restarted.
He tried everything he could but couldn't do anything. Then, the universe gave him a gift (or mocked him, the Ancient wasn't entirely sure) and from the restarts he hated so much his son was born: Speedforce.
Speedforce was very different from himself, he played with the rules of time, he chose humans to love. And even broke universal laws for them. Of course, as punishment, he was not allowed to interact with his chosen ones, destined to be nothing more than a "concept" in their heads. Clockwork did not envy the fate of his son.
Speedforce was a rebellious child, full of joy and arguments, because of that they often argued, but Clockwork could never reprimand him for his actions. Speedforce preferred to spend time in his own domain on his favorite universe than in the Realms and that was fine.
After some time, Clockwork became attached to the future Ghost King, and adopted Danny as his son. He forced the Halfa to accompany him on "a picnic" in the DC Universe. He even disguised himself as a human. It was time for his children to meet. Although had to find the "Flash Family" first, and break their world, a fun journey indeed.
Clockwork just hoped that Speedforce would take the news well.

moiraine has been consistently hot throughout all episodes, even when her wig was having the worst time of her life, but the scene I keep thinking about is "I will let a thousand innocent people die if there's even a chance that [Rand] will live". 😳 yes girl tell us that you're not doing this because you're fundamentally Good as a character but because you're obeying your Core Principles and you believe in a greater good that has a price you're willing to make everyone pay 😳😳😳 can we fu

armored core 6 spoilers
this trailer has so much mileage because you watch it in hindsight and realize Handler Walter was 100% screaming out each of their numbers as they went down.
The hounds weren't just Walter's other killers, they were your siblings you never got to know.
