It's ok, I would try to answer the question the best I can as english isn't my first lenguage so sorry if you find errors here and there. So let's go:

1_ This may sound strange as my constant comments and critiques about Shigaraki may make look like I hate him, but isn't really the case.

I think is more he's a frustrating character to me because while on paper his concept is fine, I feel his presence ends up being detrimental to the quality of the story because the mangaka didn't know how kept Shigaraki relevant and his solution was artificially increase his status sacrificing other more interesting characters with potential just to elevate Shigaraki, especially Nine and Overhaul.

2_ Honestly I never thought on an in deep rewrite of Shigaraki overall character.

But If I have to say something he did works as a early antagonist considering the initial states of MHA and while I'm not fan of having a singular main villain (because in my ideal story multiple major villains should fight for the power) I think Shigaraki and Nine surely can coexist in the same story. They can even influence each other in fact.

After all an important part of Shigaraki as a character is how he develops a sense camaraderie and tries to became a better leader (even if there's a lot of problems with the execution if that idea in canon).

But Nine already had those qualities since the beginning, he's a good leader who always cared about his teamates and tried his best to protect them. He was a hero for them basically.

So why not make Nine a figure which inspires Shigaraki rather than his rival and Tomura attemps to became a better version of himself while looking what makes Nine a beloved leader, while at the same it time creates a contrast with AFO who was the only prominent figure on his life before.

It would also be funny if AFO didn't see coming how his two attempts of "successors" would became closer allies rather than rivals and join forces, eventually opposing him. Nine would never follow AFO selfish ideals, and he probably will fight to free Shigaraki from his control.

3_ This one is interesting, because I don't think Nine and Shigaraki have a big age difference in the first place.

Despite Nine got a more adult vibe he probably is at best middle 20s, which would make him 4-5 years older than Shigaraki in terms of canon age.

So in a scenario where Nine found Tenko after what happened to his family that day they both will still be kids.

But despite Nine seem to only care about people with stronger quirks and you can think "why he would care about a random kid in the streets?" I actually think Nine has this unconsious instict to protect others in a vulnerable situation regardless of their actual power. After all how he could guess people like Slice and Mummy were strong but he helped them anyway?

That being said I think Nine would do exactly the same for Tenko if he found him that day, extending a hand to him (metaphorically at least lol) and both would escape together while trying to survive on the cruel world of the streets as two orphans without any place to go.

Think about it as Nine being the big bro who tries to protect Tenko the best he can, because he knows Tenko can be a really strong person and both could take on the world someday. Of course Nine won't try to fuel Tenko's trauma unlike AFO, perhaps he will attempt to heal him and Tenko will recover a bit of his own selfless and sweet self with time.

While they grown together as a found family they eventually will meet Chimera, Slice and Mummy like Nine did in canon.

Idk how their lives should continue from there, but pretty sure all them will still fight for create the ideal world Nine always wanted for all of them.

So that's it, I tried my best to answer each question but probably I could've added a lot more but didn't want to make this too long either.

Perhaps one day I will do more post with ideas about how I would like the story to be. It's very fun write about Nine and Shigaraki actually.

It doesn’t matter how minor it is, he will take care of you while you are sick. He will make you soup. He will bring you blankets. He will make you tea. He will go and buy the medicine you need.

He Is the epitome of caring boyfriend, he cares so much and doesn’t hesitate to risk getting sick by taking care of you, it’s really nice.

Is he a personal heating pad when you get the chills? Yes.

He monitors your temperature the entire time that you’re sick. If it goes past 38.8 degrees Celsius (102 degrees Fahrenheit) he is taking you to the doctor, even if he could just give you some medicine to reduce your temperature, but y’know-

He will indeed hug you under the 5 blankets he brought you if you’re clingy when you’re sick.

Movies. He sits in bed with you and watches movies whenever he’s free.

He began monitoring your meals and worked with you to create a meal plan that you were comfortable with. Keigo gave you choices in your diet, but he simultaneously was making sure you were getting enough food and proteins and such.

He also probably suggests taking you to a dietitian if you were still worried about how much you were eating, just for extra reassurance.

If your eating disorder was too bad that you were severely underweight and/or refused to cooperate, he would insist upon putting you into a recovery program. He knows that that can be scary for someone, but he wants you to get better, and with it being that bad, he doesn’t think he should help without a professional.

Whenever he first found out about it, he gave you the biggest hug ever, wanting to make you feel better about yourself.

(Bulimia)

Found out after seeing your patterns of immediately going to the bathroom after you ate every single time. He had followed you and waited outside the bathroom door and barged in a few minutes after you went in.

Probably questioned why you would do something like that. He didn’t mean for it to sound like he was mad, cause he wasn’t, but he couldn’t help raising his voice a bit.

Keigo was trying to be caring as he could to try to attempt to make you feel better.

He formulated a plan with you to help you get better. He suggested multiple reasonable solutions, for example, you staying near him after eating and actually communicating when you felt like you needed to go force yourself to throw up.

He also suggested therapy and/or a recovery program for yourself.

(Binge eating disorder)

Keigo would help you with things like hiding food and such. He knows how guilty you feel after binging and he comforts you whenever you binge again.

He tries his best to keep you as happy as possible so you don’t feel the need to binge when you’re sad.

Hawks tries to help you enforce healthy eating habits by keeping logs of what you eat and tend to binge. If you decide you don’t want the temptation to binge, he will throw out the foods you most often binge (with your permission of course)

Traumatized!reader

Depending on the time this took place, he has different reactions:

Childhood: When he is informed about what you went through as a child and teenager, he feels incredibly sad that you had to go through that. He asks if this has negatively effected your experience as an adult. He is now conscious of his movements, making sure not to do anything that could trigger a reaction from you.

Ongoing: He asks you why you are still with the person or people that are abusing you. Then he gets pissed. Most likely asks to speak to whoever it is that has been harming you. Either beats the shit out of them or just straight up calls for their arrest. Police will be called.

(Mental abuse)

Childhood: He asks if you have ever sought help for the trauma that occured. If you have not, he suggests that if it’s still bothering you, (which, why wouldn’t it?) you should seek help for it. If you can’t for whatever reason, he offers to listen to your ventings whenever you are feeling bad.

Ongoing: He asks why anyone would ever do that to you (Because you are a lovely human being <3). He’s pissed off that you’ve been neglected and hurt by others and most likely will get into a screaming match with whoever it is who hurt you if he ever encounters them. Does his best to get you out of the situation.

Anxious!reader

He is the ultimate anxiety soother.

If you wake up from a nightmare in the middle of the night and are extremely anxious, he will not hesitate to wrap his wings around you and shush you back to sleep

If you’re socially anxious, he will offer you his hand to hold whenever he sees that you’re getting nervous.

I feel like he bought you one of those anxiety ring. If you pick at your fingers, he probably bought it to keep you from hurting yourself. If not, then he just figured it would give you something to distract yourself with.

Very sympathetic.

Keigo will always remove you from any uncomfortable situations you find yourself in socially. Someone hitting on you? REMOVE. A group of people overwhelming you? REMOVE. You get the point.

His foot caught onto a rock, and he plummeted straight for the ground and fell right on his face. Izuku quickly tried to prop himself up, but the way every fiber within him throbbed and ached zapped his adrenaline away. A heavy groan poured into the soil; he might as well be some breathing meatsack that only All Might could lift. He poured lighter fluid of determination on himself, and now his body’s a raging mesh of blaze just begging for anyone to put its flames out.

‘No…get up… I can’t be late…! I still have so much work to do!’ The young boy tried hauling himself up, using his legs, his arms again, all the way to crawling. Despite screaming and cursing to himself, Izuku’s eyelids were persistent in blinding him a couple times.

A thundering growl from the ground launched him right onto his back, causing a pained gasp to hurl out of his throat. Izuku looked over, and just as he thought his luck couldn’t be any more useless, a villain was hovering over him.

“Perfect,” the villain snarled. His massive, hippomorphic-type build towered over Izuku’s helpless figure. “Heroes love prioritizing useless lives.” He only needed his right hand to grip the U.A. student’s quivering body and raise him above the cracked death warrants that sprouted proudly from his rugged skin.

Izuku whimpered and struggled with every ounce of adrenaline he had left. Which pretty much equated to nothing, since his fatigued self already emptied its batteries on the way here. Still, he wasn’t going to give up yet!

“Let me go!” he demanded, pounding his staggering fist on his calloused jail cell. In the corner of his eye, figures of heroes grew from behind the cluster of trees. Their orders for the villain’s surrender had reached his ears, and his captor had already begun his threats of impaling the poor student.

It’s not like Izuku was worried about his life being at stake; judging from the voices of the heroes rushing toward his rescue, he was in more-than-capable hands. However, the look the villain had in his eyes, reminded too much of the ones he’s seen in the past–a vigorous tenacity for ill-willed freedom. And judging on his strength (his EXTREMELY impressive, rib-crushing strength!!), he might just be as capable as those who came to save his victim.

Which means it was going to be a while before another pro-hero-in-training could reach his next step in becoming the next symbol of peace.

Whether it was a hero, a quirk gone out of control, or an extremely weird coincidence that could only make the slightest amount of sense in his world, someone heard his desperation and returned his lucky strike. Immediately, he fell right over, letting Izuku free from his grip. The fifteen-year-old teen yelped as the ground rushed toward him once more, but he didn’t need his arms to shield his face as he braced for impact, for that same giant leaf raced underneath him and carried him far from the scene.

Like discarding half-eaten food from a messy plate, it poured him onto the trash heap of bushes. It took him a good few seconds to take him whatever just happened, and with widened eyes, he sprung up from the bushes. “How-? What, huh?” he started.

The leaf just floated in front of him, then casually shrunk and glided toward the fluttering grass. But the second it touched its fellow green, it whispered a poof and disappeared into (f/c) dust.

If Izuku wasn’t late before, he probably is now. Not that he could be blamed for being stunned for a moment or two.

“I- Wait!” He scrambled off the bushes and landed in front of the dust particles. “What just happened? Who did that?” Opposing its animated performance from before, the dust lay still. Carefully, he took his finger and collected a few particles, which only held onto his pale skin and twinkled underneath the morning light. For some reason, Aoyama popped into his head for half a second.

“Incredible…” he whispered. He’s seen such amazing quirks in the past, but this was completely different, like something out of a magical kid’s show–something too good and pretty to be true.

Something he had to get used to because it was normal for the new world he was thrust into just a month ago.

The bushes suddenly shivered behind him. Izuku whirled around and his eyes frantically searched the area, but they didn’t spot anything.
