Zelda having a secret room for when she "needs to concentrate" carries with it the implication that it's Link that makes it difficult to concentrate, since they pretty clearly lived together between BOTW and TOTK. A lesser zelink shipper would turn this into something romantic but I'm operating on a higher wavelength.
"Zelda Zelda Zelda look at this cool rock I found don't you think it looks like a frog? Hey Zelda do you think I could climb all the way to the ceiling without falling hey hey Zelda listen to this *makes horse noise* doesn't that sound just like Epona I'm really good at horse noises hey Zelda Zelda Ze-

I love the little bits of foreshadowing that Garroth comes from a wealthy family that’s sprinkled in in the very early episodes of MCD. There’s no way a guard (even the head guard) in a small, impoverished town with a recently deceased lord makes enough coin for him to waste THREE DIAMOND BLOCKS on a few handfuls of seeds. Not to mention, BUYING OUT THE REST OF THE TRADER’S STOCK. He also mentioned something along the lines of “I didn’t have much use for it anyways”. That’s rich person talk right there. There’s also the diamonds he used to repay Aphmau for getting the herbs Brendan needed to heal from his wounds. It seems like he definitely has enough to go around

Mother called him zvanyalken, demonblood. She called him enkyaiken, Enki’s blood. She calls them livyahken, frostblood.
“You are Travis, son of Elsbeth,” Mother told him when he was young. “You are a son of Gal’ruk, and one day you will protect its people from the forces of the Warlock Valkrum as I have been, and you will be one of a long line of warriors.”
Travis ran his hand over his mother’s embroidery project. This one was a new quilt for his bed. His old one didn’t cover him completely anymore and blizzard season was coming. He liked the blizzard season. Mother didn’t go out imp hunting as often, so she didn’t get hurt as often. He liked watching her work, her stitches were so neat and straight.
“Was he always bad, Mother?”
She added another stitch to the arctic fox running across the hem. “I’ve never known him not to be, but there was a time before I knew him,” she said. “I thought he was a sweet man when we first met, but that wasn’t really him.”
Travis was zvanyalken. He was a shape-changer, a skin-shifter. He was born with horns, with fangs and claws. He spent most days squishing his insides into human-shapes. He spent most days trying to look like Mother for as long as he could.
He did not look like Mother that day. That day, he had horns and fangs and claws. The points of his teeth caught on his lip when he spoke, his nails tore through his mother’s beautiful stitches like a knife if he wasn’t careful, if he didn’t dull them down.
“Was he a different person in the skin you knew?” Travis asked.
“No, no. I don’t think he was a different person at all. He was only pretending to be someone else.”
Mother set down her needle and embroidery. She tipped his chin up and ran a hand over his hair. Over one of his horns.
“You’re not a different person when you shift skins either, Travis,” she said. “No matter what form you take, snowflake, you are still Travis, son of Elsbeth. You always will be.”
His lip bled when he smiled, caught on a fang. It was healed by the time he licked the blood away.
“Come sit with me, snowflake. I’ll teach you how to make a fox.”
She guided his hands through embroidering a smaller, much worse fox trailing after the first. The conversation drifted from his mind, and when he woke up one day soon after in the skin of an arctic fox, she brushed his coat until it shined and made him a nest in front of the hearth until he shifted back because he wasn’t big enough to reach his bed.

Headcanon that Laurance knows multiple languages:
Like obviously he’s fluent in Ru’Aunian (english), but I think he’d also be semi fluent in french and spanish (or whatever the in universe equivalent is). He comes from a pirate town, and there are a lot of “french” and “spainish” pirates and sailors that come to port so he picked up some things. I think Joh was probably rather fluent so he likely learned from him.
I think he’d know some conversational Galish (the main language of Gal’Ruk) and Southern Tulian. I imagine Galish is similar to Norwegian and Southern Tulian is similar to Japanese.
Travis definitely taught him all the Galish he knows and Nana, being from Southern Tu’La taught him not only a bit of Southern Tulian but also some common Meif’wa hand signs, as many of them (including her) sometimes prefer to speak nonverbally.
He also knows quite a bit of Old Ru’Aunian, as it’s what they mostly speak in the Nether. He doesn’t like speaking or reading it, as it brings up a lot of bad memories. But it can come in handy when needing a private conversation with Aphmau, when reading old texts, and when they meet Malachi. Malachi really only speaks the old language when they first meet him, so Aph and Laur are the only ones whom he can really speak to, partly why he’s so attached to them and views them as his parents.
Laury really likes learning new languages, and he always has. Like when he met Cadenza.
Cadenza spoke Ru’Aunian (obviously, she’s from Ru’Aun), but she also spoke a regional dialect from her old village Zerimar. This dialect sounds a bit like a cross between english and russian. To most, it’s just jibberish, but if you take the time to break it down it makes much more sense. As kids (and adults) Laurance and Cadenza would speak Zerimarian when they didn’t want anyone to know what they were saying. Much to Hayden and Joh’s disapproval, as Cadenza refused to teach them.
Not only that, but the only other Zeriamrian in Meteli, Kenmur, wouldn’t teach them either. Much too afraid of what Cadenza would do to him if he did.
I also think he’d know a little greek (again whatever the in universe equivalent is). I headcanon him as greek, so I think his parents spoke it. He was young when they died and he’s spoken Ru’Aunian most of his life, but I think as he grows he decides to relearn some to kind of regain a bit of what he’s lost.

I’m on the AVA/AVM hyperfixation train now!
Tumblr media
I know that TSC/ Orange is somewhat canonically(?) same height as the rest of the Color Gang members and I shall raise you this; TSC/ Orange built like an Enderman!
Why? I partly blamed @tulipsempai’s Fangs Comic for this.
Tumblr media
Height difference(in my opinion and with Tall! TSC/ Orange)
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Somehow, Orange gained the ability to speak like an Enderman (I kinda borrowed Ranboo’s Enderman language for this)
Tumblr media
Don’t mind the SecRed shipping in the corner.
I have this crazy idea that TSC have an ability to shapeshifting into a dragon (and only a dragon).
TSC being a math nerd. (Look, TSC did all of these mathematical equations in the AV Math animation and these physics equations from AV Physics animation! I’m fully convinced that TSC is the math/physics nerd.)
Plus another crazy idea that TSC also suffered chronic pain like Blue (as few people seem to give that to Blue)
Why?
VVVV
Tumblr media Tumblr media
ANGST!
Tumblr media
He probably would like the rain. (He’s just built like an Enderman. It doesn’t mean he is like an Enderman.)

I'll never stop gushing about this because I don't think people realize just how cool it was to see Quackity, Roier, Bad, and Yangdding all hanging out last night (this morning?? Lol)
Being in the fandom for nearly a year, you get used to people speaking different languages and sometimes using the translator. And there are times when people just speak English when together instead because sometimes the translator doesn't pick up certain parts of the conversation, but last night, we just witnessed 4 people relying on the translator completely.
LIKE. HOW AWESOME IS THAT???
A Korean speaker, an English speaker, and two Spanish speakers having fluent conversations in their native languages. And these conversations just flow so naturally that my sleep deprived ass didn't even fully register that they were speaking different languages.
The QSMP is truly revolutionary. I've seen people say it's like reverse Tower of Babel, but in Minecraft; and that's not an overstatement at all.
