#missing thumbnail

So something weird is going on with the file icons and thumbnails on my video files:

My video files usually show a thumbnail, but sometime today any new video files I make show the icon and not the thumbnail.

I've checked my settings, they're set to showing the thumbnail and not just the icon.

I've also reset the settings, this has not changed anything.

This happens only with video files, but affects all video file types such as MP4 and MOV.

I'm lost as to what's going on and how to fix it. I use the thumbnail A LOT when finding files with the type of hobby I have, so I really hope someone has an ideas what's going on...

I use Windows 11.

So I never uploaded the final version of the Captain Rex I drew a looong time ago for that last Uniqlo contest, the one that encompassed all Disney-related properties. My original concept for this was to include More Clones, but I did everything at the last minute and of course the design suffered for my lack of management.

Personal opinion is 'It's not bad! It could've been better! But it is what it is, we're working with that.'

was looking at vivinos's bilibili for some reason and noticed the round 1 and top 3 thumbnails were different... what does it mean...

"literally nothing" but what if...

so on youtube the round 1 thumbnail obviously matches with the teaser

but the bilibili channel doesn't seem to have any of the teasers, so if you put these two together...
