question, do you need an out-of-body experience for it to be considered dissociation? I've been really stuck in my head and cant really tell if something i did happened or not,, ive been having the majority of my days blacked out and a lot of identity stuff,, is this considered dissociation?

That is definitely disassociation. Dissociation is characterized in media by the 'out-of-body' experiences but you're describing pretty textbook (the textbook in question being the DSM V and various other resources/scientific journals/etc. that I've read) dissociation. If this is something that's bothering you specifically, try to reach out to a mental health professional or a medical doctor

Features:

Total of 47 new interactions!

Emotional Support: These 6 interactions will only be available when the Target Sim's current mood is one of the base game negative moods. You will then see this menu pop up under the Mega Interactions>>>Friendly Menu.

These interactions will give you both a notification and a buff for both the actor and target sim.

If the interaction fails, both Sims will get a Sad moodlet.

The moodlets are the same across all 6 of these, but the dialogs will vary.

Venting: These are similar to the emotional support interactions, except you get to complain about specific topics that are bothering your Sim! Find a good, supportive friend, and let out your frustrations!

Unlike the Emotional Support interactions, these will be available for your Sims (child-elder) at all times. They are also not relationship dependent.

If the interaction succeeds, the Sim that is venting can get one of 3 moodlets, assigned at random.

The listener Sim may get 1 of 6 moodlets. 3 are positive (Proud, Sensitive, Happy) and 3 are negative (Anxious, Sad, Sad). They are more likely to get a positive moodlet than a negative one, but both are a possibility.

You get 8 of these

Chat: These are your basic "Discuss Topics" type interactions, except now they are split by topic. You get 21 different options of subjects you can talk about, including sharing travel stories, talking about sports, etc.

These interactions are available for all Sims (child-elder), regardless of relationship level.

These are very simple and do not give you any notifications or buffs, with a few exceptions like the how have you been interaction, for example:

Compliments: If you have the Romance Interactions mod, this is similar to the compliments there, except these will not build romance. You get a total of 12 compliments. 

Any of these compliments will give a moodlet to the receiver, which will be the same for all compliments, so that your Sims don't get overwhelmed with moodlets even if you choose to compliment

You will also get the notification pop up with the conversation between your Sims, so you can see their reaction.

New Trolls Zine Interest Check

In light of finding put that there was a Trolls zine (I think about Broppy specifically?) circulating on Twitter/X, I’m beginning preparations for a new zine focused on folks here on Tumblr. I was disappointed to find out about it after their applications were closed and I wasn’t able to participate and I know I’m not alone. If you are in any way interested to see this zine get off the ground, please reblog so others don’t find out too late like I did!

I don’t have a name picked out yet but the theme I’m proposing is: relationships (i.e. family, friends, romance, even pets). I wanted a theme that could allow for characters and dynamics more than just romantic ships and would set it apart from the Broppy-centric zine currently running (but also could still include some Broppy, as its a main ship).

I am also looking for anyone interested in joining solely as a moderator, about 2-3 people preferably. As this is my first time running a zine, anybody with experience running a zine and/or working with the digital files would be a great help! You can mark on the survey that you’d like to be a mod or message me. If there is also enough interest from fanfic authors, we will need beta readers to apply later to help with editing.

May was a crazy crazy month, not only the Hermit a may that consumed so much of my life, but also- my entire city was flooded because of rains that don't stop, my entire state is in calamity mode, it started end of april and it hasn't normalized yet. This event was really important for me to keep myself sane in the middle of this completely tragedy, so yeah thank everyone so much for everything. This helped me more than I can stress into words.

But also it wasn't only tragedy! My niece was born only some days ago, her name is Alice and she is the most beautiful child I have ever seen, I got to meet her for the first time yesterday, I cryed holding her. That child was born in midle of the biggest natural disaster that hapened in my state since 1941 when my father was born, Idk man but seeing that child being so loved and cuddled in midle of everything, gave me hope for a better future, I want to make a better future for her.

Sorry for talking so much in the end of a fricking Ren Dog fanart of all things, I just wanted to say.
