It is beautiful to be an #movementartist, a teacher and a #mother. And a challenge. When to find time to practice, to work. How to be present to him, to us, as much as to my projects. To all the mommy artists out there, what are your tips and tricks to get it all done? Please let me know in the comments below! So far, my favorite methods: * I have been waking up at 5 am 😳😂🤣... seriously! It’s so nice when the home is quiet at dawn:) * using his day nap time as my work time. This is when « a structure day with the same schedule » comes in handy... but my now time changes all the time * Share what I do with him and make him practice play with me. This just brings me so much joy.
