all you people who view Bartylus as the toxic and complicated couple that are always fighting and having hate sex but never fully breaking up are wrong because that’s actually Rabastan and Regulus. Those motherfuckers got married the second regulus turned 17 (rabastan is like 12 years older than him) and it’s everyone’s problem. They’re fighting, dating other people (open relationship), setting each other’s shit on fire and kicking them out of the house, continuing their fights while they fuck on a dresser, literally genuinely try to kill one another when left alone and angry too long, it’s literally Blank Space core but they always keep their rings on no matter how angry they are and they never even consider divorce no matter what even though literally no one is stopping them. They’re so confusing and no one knows wtf is going on with them but both regulus and Rabastan accept what they have as a status quo that isn’t to be questioned.
