Not pictured, but apparently a lot of people were upset with DC for rewriting Jason's character prior to this. He had been a Dick Grayson clone for years, and then suddenly he was this 'angry' street kid.

People didn't like the change. Robin was never meant to be a criminal according to them (the whole thing with Felipe did not help). They hated the new Robin.

DC opened the votes not long after this. And it was during a time where deaths were less common in comics compared to now. So the anger + "there's no way they'd kill him" resulted in this lol.
