I love being medicated for adhd but it makes times that I am unmedicated about 1000 times harder :/

#nim.txt #actually adhd #adhd #and I don’t mean it in a ‘ohhhh I’m dependent on my legal meth doctor please give me more’ bc if it were like that #I’d be having different problems #than executive dysfuntioning naked outside of the running shower being unable to make myself get in even though I want to be clean #but I keep forgetting to take my meds until too late in the day. had the havit and then it broke one day and I’ve been so inconsistent since #and it’s not even like I don’t WANT to be clean I feel so gross. I’m not opposed to the sensory experience inside the wet world #and I have things I NEED to do afterwards #but I’m just stuck #:(#i think it’s because when I’m medicated these things get easier and so when I’m unmedicated I subconsciously expect them to be as easy #and then I hit the Invisible Wall

thank you!!! the life challenges is my phone and computer both had a stroke and died within a month of each other 😔 it was super cursed but im cool im being very brave about it

#asks #to be more specific my phones circuit board got yoasted basically overnight #i had to get a new one and any data not saved to The Cloud or stored externally went byebye #it wasn tthat big a deal but it didnt mean i had to go through all my apps and re log myself in #only for some reason i just Would Not log on to tumblr. like the brain wasnt allowing it #which mught have something to do with how fucking embarrassing it is (for me only) that i did one (1) day of 79 week and then ate shit #anyways while i was grappling with the executive dysfuntion about all that. guess what happened to my fucking computer.#and then three days later my partner's pc ALSO broke outta nowhere???? any advice on handling technology based curses is welcome #and i was sort of like!!! i guess this is one way for the universe to tell be to take a break!!!!#so i spent a month doing other shit. playing ps4 games mostly #and then i got SUPER into cult of the lamb and went fucking insane with the need to see fanart for thos stupid fucking catboy #so i finally got back into my tumblr account :]#and now i am going insane with how much i want to do art!!!! and cannot do art!!!!!!! because i still dont have a computer!!!!!!#we're working on it its just taking some time #tldr im fine just silly and possibly cursed

hi. question. is it like. helpful to get diagnosed with adhd like does it end up restricting your legal rights and make you unable to do stuff that you would be able to do while being undiagnosed

My mom wants me to go in on my day off this Saturday which would mean I'd be working 10 days straight bc Saturday is my ONLY day off until Christmas eve and Christmas day but like hell I'm doing that 🥰

I waited too long to go make food/tea and now my roommate has been in the kitchen for 30 mins and I will keep waiting til she is done so I don’t have to see how gross her kitchen habits are and how abused her poor cast iron pan is 👀

it really is devastating every time i remember i have class tomorrow and my weekend hasnt in fact started yet

#its bc i went to print today when usually i print on thursdays #or at least i usually dont stay late in the litho shop on tuesdays #very odd week #ifs only tiesday but its ofd #wow that was a terrible sentence #its only tuesday but its odd*#its like as soon as october ended my soul settled #if thats not too pretentious to say #like i can relax finally even tho im lowkey drowning in projects and the worst case of executive dysfuntion ive had in a while #i still need to make an appt for my drivers test fuck #i keep forgetting that one like legitimately and its been weeks 😭#unrelated but my nails are chipping and im Disappointed #regular nail polish just doesnt stay for long i guess #i would use gel but that requires a uv light and im too lazy for that #michi tag

my TEETH are BREAKING ಠ⁠_⁠ಠ

#has unmedicated acid reflux for my whole life so my teeth are constantly exposed to stomach acid and thus weakened #suffers from executive dysfuntion and depression so sucks at consistently brushing them #has a genetic predisposition for weak brittle teeth #and NOW i am RUNNING OUT of teeth #to be fair i also fucking hate the dentist because i have meltdowns if my mouth is numbed #so any time im like 'oh a problem with my tweth?' i then just ignore it because medicaid doesnt cover the anesthesia #and the shitty dentists are like 'youre being dramatic you cant feel that'#I KNOW I CANT FEEL THAT. THATS THE FUCKING PROBLEM.#how about we numb all your limbs at once and blindfold you and then tell you not to freak out about it #'dont cry so loud youre freaking out the people in the waiting room' oh theyre freaking out? im in sensory hell! ! !#so anyway between that and my general dislike for phoning to make appointments another of my front teeth snapped in half #because theyre brittle #i suffer u_u
