the funniest meltdown ive ever had was in college when i got so overstimulated that i could Not speak, including over text. one of my friends was trying to talk me through it but i was solely using emojis because they were easier than trying to come up with words so he started using primarily emojis as well just to make things feel balanced. this was not the Most effective strategy... until. he tried to ask me "you okay?" but the way he chose to do that was by sending "👉🏼👌🏼❓" and i was so shocked by suddenly being asked if i was dtf that i was like WHAT???? anyways now that 12 hours and passed and I’ve slept, a little bit better of a summary: (also I think I’m gonna start referring to her as Princess when I talk about her on here cause her some of her old url’s have had princess in it and it’s one of the pet names I use most often for her)

I did end up getting to see her !! She drove down like she said she would and met me in a parking lot next to the beach. She drove us out for some food and took my In-N-Out virginity and it was fun! We then went back and ended up hanging out on the beach for the rest of the time until we walked back to her car and delayed saying goodbye until she had to leave 💔. Short and sweet visit! Umm nothing really happened we didn’t get kiss we didn’t go back go back to my hotel room or anything hands never ended up between any legs ! But it was still really fun, she was really adorable IRL and had such a playful personality. We flirted a lot and I definitely teased too much! Ended up with my thumb in her mouth at one point and *might* have gently tugged on her hair at one point when she was bein bratty so there was definitely some fun tension between us 🥰 All in all I’m really happy I saw her ! She says she’d love to see me again so hopefully that’ll happen I just don’t know when

ans fandom i need your help. especially if you have the official english release of volume 13. this is serious (it's not, i'm just curious fhksndms)

you know the iconic scene of obi telling zen he likes him and shirayuki while they're on the ship? the polish version of my manga translated it in a way that surprised me and i need to know if this translation is fine and actually how the other official release did this too, or if the translators were concerned about distinguishing that "no!! obi doesnt like zen 'like that'!! just shirayuki!!"

so in the polish volume zen first asks obi if he "likes" him. obi responds that he "likes" him. then zen asks what about shirayuki? and in the polish version obi says he "loves" her.

the wording took me so off guard, simply because when i first read this chapter online both answers used the word "like". to be clear, the word "love" makes sense in this context but my "potential straight bullshit" senses are tingling

so i wanna know. does the english translation also do this (use "like" when referring to zen and use "love" when referring to shirayuki), or is poland being straight with this one

Idk how to tell some people this. It's okay to dislike things for whatever reason, but repeatedly stating your opinion like it's fact just makes you sound ignorant and annoying.

Example:

I don't love playing Samurai. There's not really a particular reason, objectively it's a great DPS, the rotation is fine, but it doesn't click with me. If anyone ASKS ME if I dislike a class I might say "eh I don't really care for SAM. Just isn't for me."

I do not jump on my Samurai and start telling anyone and everyone REPEATEDLY "ugh it's just such an awful class, idk how anyone would play it" unsolicited. It's annoying. Doing so does not make my opinion correct. People didn't ask and it becomes really unlikeable really fast.
