Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are groups of employees that come together to discuss and celebrate their shared identities, values, or experiences. In other words, ERGs are voluntary committees formed by employees to advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion goals within the organization. ERGs provide a platform for members to engage with each other on topics of shared interest and develop meaningful relationships with colleagues across departments. ERGs also create opportunities for members to interact with executives or senior leaders in the organization who share their interests or experiences.

The intended audience for ERGs is primarily business owners and HR professionals. Hence, they can be beneficial for both employers and employees alike.  In most parts of the developing world, ERGs are also referred to as Worker Unions. 
Let’s look closer at what benefits ERGs offer to companies and their employees.
Are ERGS & Worker Unions one and the same?
In a broader sense, they may seem to serve a similar purpose; but ERGs and worker unions are indeed two different things as per law. Unions are always legal entities, but ERGs can be casual groups.

Employee Unions are organizations that advocate for the rights of workers in the workplace. They are made up of employees who band together in order to get better wages and working conditions. Employee unions are an important part of the modern workplace. And they are governed by strict labor laws and other regulations. Forming a worker’s union requires 30% of the company’s total workforce to sign up. Employees must then file for recognition from the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). The NLRB will then review the petition and hold hearings on whether the proposed union should be recognized. If it is determined that most of the employees support the cause, then a union will be formed. After that, they will be allowed to proceed with collective bargaining negotiations with their employer.

On the other hand, Employee Resource Groups or ERGs are organized communities of employees who come together around shared experiences or backgrounds such as race, sexual orientation, age, gender identity/expression, religion, physical ability/disability status, mental health status, nationality/ethnicity/cultural background, veteran status, or any combination thereof. ERGs foster a sense of belonging by providing peer-support networks that help employees feel connected to each other and their company.

Effect of Technology on Employment
Now a days technology has made a where lots of people loses their job as the employer does not need them anymore due to the technology development. For example lets take a ATM machine which is a replacement for some bank jobs. Similarly now a day latest Technology has lots of impact on employment such as artificial intelligence and automation is a threat to many kind of jobs

1. Due to the new technology there will be job losses as some of the jobs will be replaced by the machines and the automation by replacing the low-skilled workers and if a company will not evolve with the technology it will be a loss for the company due to the competition. So it is unavoidable for the company to catch up with the technology. As the result the low-skilled workers are removed from the job due to which unemployment is increasing
2. Not just the Low-skilled person are suffering but the semi-skilled and even high skilled persons are also under the threat of the new wave of technology such as artificial intelligence which reduces the employment opportunity for the skilled person.

INTERNAL  STRIKE
18th Sept 2016- Pakistan entered our area and mercilessly killed our Unarmed Soliders at URI..
29th September 2016- Our Heroes(at all Levels) gave them back with SURGICAL STRIKE..
We all as Indians were surprised when the next day this news came that India destroys Pakistan Launchpads in a SURGICAL STRIKE.. and we are still proud.
Little offtopic but now I come on what I wish to say.
Just like there are two main categories of Ailments-External and Internal there are two types of Enemies- External that is Our Neighboring Nation there are enemies within the Nation also. I will come to describe them. Now we have INDIAN ARMY to fight the external enemies but we also have an ARMY who protect us within the country.They are Our POLICE FORCE.Not many will agree but they also serve us.Maybe some of them might be inefficient but not all. There are many who are continuously on duties 24x7.They are also our unsung heroes.
As I was mentioning about Enemies who are in our own country.. I am going to mention those who are a potential threat and a Major threat . They are the RAPISTS.
They are no less than terrorists and are a big big threat to our Lives.We all all are aware as Indians about the Infamous NIRBHAYA RAPE CASE 2012 but after that what happened was even more disgusting. The accused Rapists out of which one was a Juvenile was left and the CM gave him employment thus setting a Good example for Rapists but bad example for us. One of those main accused Bus driver committed suicide out of shame.Good.
Now the pending rapists..their Death sentence was upheld on 5th May,2017.But they have not been hanged till date. The Delayed Action from authorities has already set a wrong example to our Indian citizens and has encouraged Rapists to go and commit crimes against women because now they know that “Commit a Rape” and in some days they will be set free and the Victim will eventually suffer physically and Mentally. That only happened, Kathua Rape case happened and along with that Asifa Rape Case also took place in which again Culprits are Roaming free.Not only this many more Rape cases happened. check out the statistics on Google.
          POSSIBLE SOLUTION
Just like Indian Army conducted the SURGICAL STRIKE.. Our Police force should conduct an INTERNAL SURGICAL STRIKE.. Find out the Rapists and their hideouts obviously they don't have a launchpad but definitely they must be hiding somewhere.
Out of them, some were proven guilty but still left out due to influence or some connections..They must be shot down
Then there are some of those who can possibly commit this crime..the only possible way is- to lure them and then attack them. If they intend to commit the act.. they will definitely come open and try to harm someone.thats when they can be caught and be punished instantly.
I can give many ideas..but I think Poilice force is a better judge than us to decide..but in case if they come up with such an operation  biggest thing to Keep in mind is- Not let any political or bureaucratic pressure come in the way of this operation.If say police decide to conduct a raid and find out the criminal who turns out to be a influenced person or his associate.. and  police have all the information with proofs..but the powerful person will try to stop this operation.. this should not happen then. If POLICE FORCE is going  on such an operation they must be given authority..to do so..Procedures they must follow like investigation and medical examination but not waste time on these procedures as during these procedures much of the time is wasted and criminals find loopholes and get away.
Its high time these RAPISTS who are ROAMING FREELY must be taught a lesson and instill fear in them. If they harm us we should not keep silent..at any time,any place or any way.Our SILENCE is their Strength. Our tolerance is mistaken as our weakness. The day these RAPISTS or Potential RAPISTS realize that they will not be spared so they might think a lot of time before committing the crime...
For all this Such a SURGICAL STRIKE Is needed...

Blockchain & Digital Gaming:
The Video Gaming industry, as it stands today, was estimated to be worth over $138 millions in 2019. Massive multiplayer games top the list, majority of which are played or streamed online and have elaborate game plans as well as rewards, not to forget the amazing graphics that makeup universes of their own which users make their homes.
But as the demands of the user grows, and as the standards to meet keep levelling-up as well, the industry is growing at a speed never seen before and thus encountering problems it had never seen before either. These problems are entirely new and unique, and ones that didn’t exist until a few years ago when games started to become more real-world like. As the internet becomes more and more accessible and so does the latest tech, the gaming industry needs to catch-up on these problems lest the slow speed of the industry makes its growth stumble.
A big obstacle is the insufficient transparency in the games. Most of these games have their universe and thus have their economic systems as well, one that reaches well beyond the walls of the games. These economies dictate the status of the players, much like the real-life, and to achieve a certain status, players have numerous transactions outside the game. Game developers also collaborate with other businesses and provide the users with the option to use the game currency in these businesses. The problem which stands is that the game developers have complete control of these economies. As such, it creates a trust issue between the users and the developers as the users want complete fairness in transactions related to the game.
Here is when the blockchain technology comes into the picture. Blockchain technology is a decentralized digital ledger meaning there is no one owner, thus the ledger is equally accessible to all. In simple words, Blockchain brings accountability and clarity where there was none before.
As most real-life games also run on their economy and players need resources and assets to reach their goals, like real-life, there needs to be transparency regarding these resources. Game developers can easily manipulate the number as well as the allocation of these resources, and if so, the player's hard work will be for nothing. The users across the world demand transparency and accountability and blockchain can help here. Blockchain will act as an open book market where everything is visible to every player.
These resources and assets are important to the gameplay due to their scarcity but players never know the exact number of these assets available in the game. Through blockchain, players will know the number of these assets and in turn, increase their market value.
Since a lot of these games give the players the options to purchase assets in the game-world via the real-world money, money transactions are more than common, but they aren’t always safe. Blockchain is a great way to make sure that the user’s details are never compromised and that their money goes where they intended it to.
These are only a few examples of how blockchain can help the gaming world in providing a safer and a better experience to their users but that’s not all. As always, the possibilities with blockchain are endless.
