I just remembered that my first proto-cg was Knuckles from Sonic Adventure 2. (I was 8 years old.) I played as him in the Chao Garden all the time, and I wished I could be one of the Chao so he would take care of me too.

I think I was always very interested in being the parent figure! The funny thing is that I don’t think I want any biokids (my own or adopted) but I always had a caregiver instinct towards other people. 

I really wanted to be Alice Cullen’s older sister, and help Esme and Carlisle take care of the other Cullens... I was around eleven when I wrote that self-insert story but my s/i was much older obviously! 

That said, I read a fanfiction when I was quite young (13 years old) about The Joker finding a young girl in an abandoned house and taking her under his wing, and god help me if I didn’t cry about that fic for about a month.

I'm Scared for my future

I thought I cured my parents from their transphobia because they say that non-binary people don't exist and all and that they don't think They/them (iel in french) should not be used but it had been a month and they were much more accepting about lgbt stuff

Yesterday, I was on tiktok and there was someone who had beautiful purple and pink hair and I paused the tiktok and showed them to my mom. She said the color was cool and when I said "He looks so beautiful" and she answered " Oh, so it's a boy" and I said " Well his pronouns are He/They so..." She literally started to give me the same spitch she always give when me or my aunt talk about They/them pronouns.

How is she gonna react when I tell her I use He/she/they pronouns and that I am nonbinary ?

I think I'm gonna regress and cry tonight because I'm really scared

Can you do a nonbinary version of a dysphoria page?

I sometimes struggle with that because I was assigned female at birth and my family still believes I'm a woman and uses she/her pronouns even though I go by they/them :(

i hope ur doing okay! i know it can be hard to get misgendered, specially by those close to you. but it's okay! you know who you are, and they can't do anything about that, and them calling you a woman won't change that, nor does it make you any less nonbinary <3 i'm here if you wanna chat or if you just want some cg comfort/pronoun validation. i hope you know there's a lot of people out there (myself included) who know you're nonbinary, and who will respect your pronouns and identity, no matter what you look like! stay strong, brave and happy.

Tips for dysphoric kiddos for that time of the month

Hi kiddos! Many requested ways to not feel dysphoric and still being tiny so I'm gonna try my best to not use words that can trigger you and give you some tips! Hope they'll help you, remember that no matter what your brain says you're still valid and deserving of whatever you want okay?

- First if the word for that time of the month triggers you try to use something funny! I call mine the Shark Week! I pretend I survived a shark attack and I'm recovering from it!

- If The Shark week isn't for you try to imagine something like a battle or a fight where you won but got some injuries so that's why you feel sick and need to rest

- You can also play this scene during play time or in bed if you're feeling unwell, for example you're a brave knight that is fighting a dragon (a plushie or your cg) that can keep your mind busy and help you feel better!

- Another tip is to have a companion for that time of the month! For example you can pick a stuffie of your same gender and make them wear what you wear or you can make them "bleed" using crayons or something that is easily washable! So you'll feel less alone and your pain is now something you both share!

- For masculine/nonbinary kiddos you can also use boxers or double boxers to feel more cozy and less obligated to wear something else! Prioritize comfy clothes and things that make you feel gender euphoria! For example i wear my baggy pants and my mandalorian oversized t-shirt!

-Another tip is to redirect the pain to somewhere else in your body! If it's that time of the month I pretend I need to find the reason behind my pain, so I check different body parts like my legs or my forehead and cover them with kids bandaids! That helps me think that I'm feeling bad for something else

- Final tip rest! No matter what, you need to rest, in particular if you feel dysphoric too. Put some comfy clothes, drink something warm, watch your favorite shows or cartoons but try to prioritize your recovery! You fought well little knight now you need to recover okay?

I hope these tips helped you! They help me a lot during very bad dysphoric days, remember to stay safe and be gentle with yourself! I send you a big virtual hug!

y/n loved their blankie so much it was soft and always smelled like home they were attached to it so that meant it went everywhere with them doesn’t matter if it’s out in public or carrying it around wayne manor

bruce had always noticed this he usually washed it when y/n was asleep because they would have an absolute fit anytime they didn’t have it but today was different

while eating breakfast y/n spilled their juice directly on the blanket he didn’t notice at first y/n didn’t seem to care

for the little free time he had bruce always spent it with his little one so directly after breakfast y/n wanted cuddles bruce agreed right away

that’s when he felt it a wet patch of the spilled juice on the blanket

“awww little one what happened here why is your blanket wet?” he asked softly and curiously, “i sowry dada i spilled juice on it, it okay though..” y/n responded holding their blankie over their face

bruce shook his head with a sigh he knew this was gonna be a challenge almost one he didn’t wanna put up with but he knew he needed that blanket clean

bruce immediately started thinking of a plan distraction? no you’d notice almost immediately once the blanket was out of sight, just taking it? no that would leave to a meltdown and he didn’t want to purposely cause that

so he decided on taking it during nap time it was the safest option

when nap time rolled around he saw how tired you were he also noticed the sticky spot from the juice along with the sour smell from it but you refused to part from it

he rocked you to sleep like he always did made sure you were 100% asleep before wiggling the blanket from their grasp whispering to you “it’s okay it’s okay…” as you slightly stirred in your sleep

he let out a sigh as he successfully got the blanket and into the washing machine it went he added extra soap to really get in there

after drying it and adding his own little touch by spraying it a few times with his cologne it was done

you gently woke from your nap it was peaceful until you search around slightly panicking before crying out for bruce it only took a few seconds for him to come into where you were laying

“yes little one?” he asked softly he was currently getting ready for an important meeting, “where blankie?” you asked holding back tears, bruce smiled down at you as he picks you up gently along with grabbing the pacifier that had fallen out of your mouth

he gently carried you to his room he handed you the fresh clean blanket, your face lit up seeing it and was even happier when you smelled the blanket and it had bruce’s cologne sprayed on it

he smiled looking down at your happy little face and kissed the top of your head while holding you to his chest
